So over their high prices and faulty coils. So first off i've spent probably close to a grand OR MORE at this store due to all the mods, tanks, juice, and overpriced coils i've bought. In case you weren't aware, you can buy a box of coils that has 5 in a pack online for $5 and half to time get free shipping. But here they'll charge you $5 and some change for ONE coil. The worst part of it all is i've received coils that were slightly opened and didn't realize it till I got home. Half the time they won't screw in my Smok tank. They had obviously been opened and tampered with. Why the heck is anyone OPENING boxes of coils and just selling them individually that's just sketchy. I just bought a new tank at this location and i'm already have issues with it as well. I'm so beyond aggravated with the products here. Everything is jacked up on price, especially the juice. Honestly, save your time and just order online. You'll save yourself so much money and hassle. Customer service here isn't special. Just a bunch of vapers who are way more interested in their friends than helping you out. If they are helping you expect to be rushed, so they can continue having their conversations. I've had people forget to add my point card and everything. Also lets talk about the rewards card $10 off $100 well I wouldn't have spend $100 so easily had you not been making a killing off your products. It's not really a savings considering you're being robbed from the beginning. It's like being robbed then saying "heres some of your money back" I won't be back after this and i'll be telling quite a few people of my experiences too. You might want to tell your employees to stop tampering with the products they're selling. It doesn't look good on your company. read more

Do not buy any vapes there they will tell you they will return if not satisfied that is a total lie no return on anything they sell total lie ********* If you don't take returns because of not being satisfied then why do your sales people state you can. I took mine back less than 24 hrs later not satisfied and it was leaking all over my car. Was told operator error. Was just in there a few days ago for juice and sales person said the same thing to the buyer standing next to me "you can bring it back in original box if you are not satisfied". Do yourself a favor, go in knowing what you want. DO NOT RELY on their recommendation on anything. I know people want a brick and mortal for convenience, full of "experienced vapers" that can make a recommendation, but it will cost you money in the long run, especially with the tanks/coils that they just got and are being pushed to recommend. I am in town for couple of weeks from Dayton, Ohio. I stopped in to pick up some juice and to upgrade my battery. When I walked in, the gentlemen behind the counter was incredibly rude. He gave half assed answers when I was inquiring about products. He could have cared less about the potential sale. I asked about sizes and nicotine strength for the different brands, and he could barely pull his eyes up from his phone to answer the questions. I decided to purchase a 15 ML bottle, and coil. I was never even thanked for my business. The prices of everything are also completely outrageous. For example, the 50 watt istick is currently going for $75 at this shop. I went to another shop, and picked up the same thing for $45. I recommend avoiding this shop at all cost. There are one hundred different places where they don't charge ridiculous amounts, and treat you like a human being. read more

Only been in twice, but the guys working were so very helpful. They tried to find glass that would fit my cracked atomizer, but nothing in stock was the proper diameter. They then showed me different atomizers that i may want to upgrade to. They were friendly and the atmosphere was great. Even recommended a juice that was delicious! I just read the story of the owner and the son and their mission statement and its amazing. However, the owner should know his employees, specifically at the Hebron location aren't living up to that by a long shot. I'm new to the vaping scene, starred a few years ago. My best friend gave you guys as a recommendation and my first experience with Evan was amazing. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. The last experience wasn't so great. I don't know his name, but the super skinny unfriendly guy with long hair, not at all close to having customer service skills. I needed a new coil for my vape and also help changing it, I mean it is a vape shop. Not only did he sell me the wrong coil, but he told me at the beginning he had a migraine and his hands wede to shaky to try and help me change the coil. I ended up waiting for my friend to fix it for me. Long story short, I enjoy your products, I believe in local companies and your mission statement, but my personal opinion, I won't step foot in the store if he's working!! I have been a faithful customer to club vape for almost 5 years now, and I've always loved the store and the products and employees but my experience at the cold spring store today is just about enough for me to quit going to ANY of the locations and find a new store. After talking with "Jared the SAS Manager" who looked and acted like he was stoned out if his head and was just agreeing with anything I said, (he is also the same one who sold me the wrong batteries for a mod I can't even use and then I was told I couldn't return said batteries) finally Picking out a new juice to try with my mod, he tells me he has to input my card manually because "the system is being dumb". Ok. I give him my card. He types it in and then asks for my home ADDRESS? UM, WHY?? He says it won't work if I don't and won't take just my zip code bc it is declining without the address. So he takes my card number again and "puts in my address" only to tell me my card is declined again. At that point in embarrassed and humiliated even though my wife checks our account and our money is there and has been using my card for a week with no problems. We didn't have cash on Us to cover it so I left without my supplies and very upset, and scared the employee had ulterior motives for taking my information down. Now I have to keep an eye on my account and make sure no irraneous charges show up, and I will not be going back. Very disappointed. Do not go to club vape. They've went downhill a lot from when they opened. Who runs a business without having a way to take valid credit cards and turning people away who have been faithful customers for years. If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a Suorin drop from them a few months back for like $70 come to find out I could have bought it online and shipped to my house for under $30. I've been there a few times at the florence location a few times but not by choice, only because it was the only place open because I work late and everything I've bought costs way more than any other vape stores in the area and online. I messaged the Facebook page and said that The juice I bought from them was $22 and I got the same exact juice down the street on two separate occasions for $12 and whoever I spoke to pretty much called me a liar they said they called all the vape stores around and that they all had the juice for the same price of $22. They were pretty rude when I said I didn't care if they were the only vape store open I wasn't coming back period they didn't care didn't even offer to fix or come to a solution or even try to get me to come back... smh. The website is awful the font and the color of the font make it unreadable and I have pretty reading vision. They have a picture that looks like it may be a business card that says "stop smoking!" really ? A business that specifically sells vapes and nicotine juice says stop smoking ? What sense does that make? I'm guessing they mean stop smoking cigarettes but continue smoking juice ? Like it's not as bad? Lol either way this place is such a joke I honestly don't know how they are still in business with how high their prices are and how rude their employees are. Just started vaping and this was the only store I shopped at, spent hundreds of dollars. Bought a tank that was bent and stripping my coils withing a half hour tried to exchange it because I noticed it after taking it apart. After I said this was bullshit I was asked to leave the store. Sold me damaged parts. Couldn't ask for a better place to go if you like being treated like a valued customer. I go in at least once a week if it is for a purchase or just simply to ask questions and get help with things. They are getting better by the day and also starting to carry the products that fit the needs of their regular customers. If they don't have it just ask, chances are they will carry it for you. Hands down the nicest vape shop in this area and the guys are always super helpful. The mall road shop is quite large and welcoming with couches and chairs. Lots of new equipment, lots of displays, more room than the old shop off 42 and good ejuice selection Cowboy red ejuice had good flavor, better than a Marlboro, but I've switched to completely organic juices so hopefully they'll start carrying virgin vapors. read more

Went to this place totally uneducated and looking for help..spent a large amount of cash, got home totally confused about what we purchased and how to use them and thinking my juice was way to strong ...i gave them all call and They said they would make it right...headed back out and they were all about helping us, we thought wow they really came through ....then...juice ran out and when we went to refill it kept leaking ...so I went again to the shop but this time to the Taylor mill location and come to find out....they put the wrong size coil...can you believe it ..the manager did...also they said buy a sweat shirt you will save 20% so we did..it was 30 and come to find out we could of just bought a $10 T shirt and got the same discount...and that we really just did not get what we thought we were getting and now we are stuck with $400 worth stuff and it's not what we wanted and even explained and asked for.....seemed like a big party and seemed like a hang out not a business........ read more
