This place is like the apple store of vaping! You walk in and you're met with the rich aroma of mixed vapors and the sights of what a true vape boutique looks like. Very clean, neat and organized. This place has an almost sterile feel, which to me is reassuring considering I will be ingesting the product. Which brings me to that, the product. VERY HIGH QUALITY ELIQUID! Flavor is top notch and on point. All the flavors are available to try in store. My only meh is the price of eliquid here is pretty high (nearly double what I pay locally) BUT you most definitely get what you pay for in this product. I have shopped at hundreds of vape stores throughout the US and this store is by far the nicest store I've ever been into Everything is open and spacious with purple lights adding a nice ambience. I went there 10 mins before the were closing so I didn't want to keep them there later and planned on just going in and out. I was immediately greeted by Kayla who did a fantastic job explaining the membership and all the current sales. Kayla also didn't not rush me and encouraged I test out some if the products. The prices were what I think were great of course living in Hawaii, I'm used to paying so much more for same product. Im not sure why they have received any negative reviews and maybe it Was my lucky night! In my experience the 14 day unopened return policy is better than I've ever personally seen since most places offer a strict no refunds. Being new to the area I haven't found my go to Vape store but after tonight's visit and my experience with their associate Kayla, this will be my home Vape. Even if other places are cheaper, I think I would rather pay more and shop at a location with a nicer ambience. In fact Vape stores should be like bars and cater to a certain type of customer. Personally a few dollars more for a shopping experience with class, is worth it. Even the shopping bags are elegant and chic! Additionally Kayla did a phenomenal job selling me products while not acting pushy. She was also really presentable and friendly and I would recommend when hiring new employees, your criteria should emulate with Kaylas customer service skills. I also found the marketing tactics for customers to sign up to be members quite clever and unique. Hey y'all, If your thinking about quitting smoking or trying to vape.. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM AVAIL VAPE SHOP IN FLORENCE!! THEY ARE LYING CROOKS!! We went in there on the 30th of last month to purchase vape stuff to try to quit smoking. They seemed nice enough sure, but they went out of their way to tell us they "Don't work on commision.." Which is obviously bullshit. We spent over $300 on 3 vapes + juice, and were told we had 30 days to return them if we were not happy. Mine works quite well, but Jasmine's has been messed up since day one. The day we bought them, they asked us if we wanted them to set them up for us, and of course we said yes because we had no idea what we were doing. NOT ONCE did they say that the items were non refundable once the boxes were opened. OF COURSE NOT!! THEN THEY MIGHT LOOSE THEIR PRECIOUS COMMISION. After the sale we went out to the van, which was parked directly in front of their all window store front, and Jas couldn't get hers working properly. She went back inside, and the woman (Sara with pink hair) put her nasty mouth on the vape WITHOUT using the disposable tip, you know, the tip they make customers use when trying the product as to not spread germs or disease?? Funny how they don't feel the need to follow their own policies.. Anyway, the woman made a face of disgust as she hit it, but said "it works great". So.. Its been 13 days and her vape still doesn't work properly so we were about to hop in the van, which is horribly low on fuel, and return it. Upon finding and reading the recipt we found that it said we have only 14 days, not 30, to return the UNOPENED AND UNUSED PRODUCT. So we called and asked them about the policy and the misinformation we were given and they said they never told us that and that if it is a factory issue they would return it. Well the "check atomizer" light has been on for a week and not only do we not know how to fix that but also have no idea what that even means so it is definitely a manufacture issue. Within the same breath they said no and then a string of bs excuses. Its soo nice to know that a company pretends to help people quit smoking while fucking them in the ass. read more

So I've been vaping for awhile to cut back on smoking and have fully quit now this place has some great products their juices are mediocre but most of all they are very different from other vape stores. Don't let the simple modern looks fool you they are not there to help yes they help a bit by selling you something that's not cigarettes but that's the problem they don't care about you they care about your money they will sell you things they don't need just to get more money out of you, and they try to sell you on their juices by saying they only have 4 chemicals in them but if you don't know anything about vaping you should know that by law you can only have those 4 chemicals in juice nothing else so they are selling you "premium juices" when in reality you're getting 2 15ml bottles for a little more than $20 but you can go to a different vape store and get 60ml of better juice for the same price as I said they have great mods but they have high prices for them when you can go somewhere else and get the same thing for $10-$20 cheaper read more

So first visit to this chain vapor store. Really nice first impression. I was greeted by friendly normal looking people as I walked in the door. Good selection of flavors at decent prices and most of the coils and accessories that you would want from top brands that you hear about.
