I didn't spend a lot of time on my first visit, but my first impressions are usually right and I…read morewas super impressed by this awesome store. My second visit confirmed it. It's a puffer's paradise! I've been buying my juice online for a while as I'm fussy for the flavor mode I like, plus I use disposable tanks and have lately failed to find them in the brick and mortar world. Well I walked in here and the display of goods is practically psychedelic. Dizzifying. Amazing. Asked if they'd heard of a juice brand I like. Yup, got it right here in my favorite flavor, and in another flavor I didn't even know about but promises to become a fave. And the tanks? Plenty in stock. If your thing is vaping, hookah, CBD, or cigars come on in and treat yourself. My husband's a stogie fan so I took note that the cigar room had a lot of nice varieties and accessories. The store is huge so prepare to spend some time browsing. Lots of great gift ideas for the smoker or toker in your life. How about a new rolling tray? The staff are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. There's a loyalty points program, too. 50 cent surcharge on credit card transaction, which is fair. I expect to be a regular customer.

I usually buy a handful at a time and don't want to open all of them at once and check them. They can get a refund from the manufacturer for free but I was told by this store that it's "contaminated" like the plan is to fix it/repackage it to sell? I liked the convenience of this store being close to where I live. Have shopped here for years spending a couple grand a year but will just order online from now on as they take broken/faulty devices back. Make sure you try the devices in store as they will not take a faulty device once you leave

I have been going to this vape shop for several years. Today I called to get some information on…read morewhat pod and what juice I have been using for years, since they don't offer those items in the store anymore because of Kentucky laws. The female employee told me that she couldn't give me information that is older than a month because I just changed over to a new system. Sounds pretty fishy to me. If all of their information has been deleted from their system then obviously, many of their former customers will be buying other materials that they offer in their shop and not look online for others. When I ask for clarification, the employee said "like I told you" and then continued to with her explanation. I found this very condescending because I don't need anyone telling me "like I told you". I would suggest that anyone find another vape shop in this one and especially look online first.
