Our waitress was awesome and she took care of us very well and answered most of our questions quickly we enjoyed everything we ate and will definitely be back. My daughter got the flight of mimosas and these who actually could taste the champagne instead of just the juice so that was really good some of them it was hard to tell what the juice was and they changed the order of the way they said it so it's hard to tell but if you're gonna drink them all, it doesn't really matter. I had the classic breakfast combo with two over medium eggs, bacon, sausage, and French toast with hashbrowns. My daughter had the classic breakfast combo with two over medium eggs, bacon, sausage, and French toast with fried potatoes. She also got a side of catfish. That catfish was delicious light and flaky, etc. didn't need any tartar sauce. Also, both of our breakfast were really good and plenty of food for the cost of only $14. I believe our catfish was another seven dollars. There are so many other unique things to try. We did not branch out this time, but we will definitely be back. They have some wonderful pancake flavors like red velvet, lemon, blueberry, cinnamon roll, and waffles. I would also like to try some of the huevos rancheros and possibly the chicken and waffles. As I've shared in other reviews, I can be a little particular about my shrimp and grits. I need to be able to get a spoonful of grits alone, but this bad boy was LOADED with everything. I sometimes feel like I lose the essence of a thing when it has a lot going on - and that's the case here. Not bad at all. VERY flavorful, which I appreciated. I had an everyday breakfast which included eggs, potatoes , bacon And a waffle. Too much for me but my husband could eat the rest. I came for the catfish! I had heard so many things about the catfish and grits prior to coming. Actually, the dish is shrimp and grits, but you can add catish for a $5 upcharge. I don't eat shellfish, so I just got catfish. The dish comes with two huge catfish filets on top of a bed of grits with cheese, bacon, peppers, tomatoes, and spinach in a creamy sauce. Very generous portion and had pretty much a full meal left to take home! The restaurant was bigger than I was expecting, and very busy. The music was great, and our service was awesome as well. I ended up ordering Huevos Divorciados which was excellent. The potatoes were seasoned perfectly, and eggs cooked over medium as ordered. My friend ordered catfish and fries. The fries were just perfect, soft inside and crispy outside with good flavor. We requested tartar sauce but they did not have any, they offered sriracha or a few varieties of hot sauce. My daughter suggested this place. I had no idea it was there. It's located in the strip mall near Walmart on Keystone. There is plenty of parking. We did have a reservation and apparently it' was good because it was pretty busy and they had several large parties. The menu has some really good stuff on there, not your typical breakfast at all. My order was shrimp and grits without the shrimp but replaced it with catfish. It was amazing!!!! They have R&B music playing which was a treat, I love when the music is right when eating just makes it a more enjoyable experience. They do have a full bar as well. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. More than a few days, almost a week. We took our chances and arrived early, and I'm glad we did because this place gets busy quickly. It took us forever to decide what we wanted, but two of us got the shrimp and grits with catfish, another got the fish and grits, and the last person got a basic breakfast. We all had drinks we enjoyed, and the people behind us couldn't finish their pitcher of mimosas, so they gave it to us. I will say it's not often you visit a restaurant where the food is actually seasoned, but here at Huevo's, there is nothing lacking. They provided us with a chef's kiss. Our foodie group came to Huevos, etc. for brunch today, and it was a pleasant experience. Huevos, etc. came recommended from one of our foodie group friends, and I would say it was a good recommendation. The restaurant is located in a strip mall off of North Keystone Ave. adjacent to Walmart, and it is a huge facility with unique decor. The menu has a nice diverse Mexican variety of dishes and the cocktail menu is impressive as well. I ordered a passion fruit Mimosa and it was heavenly. It tasted incredible and the passion fruit came out in the drink. I decided on the All in One Sandwich for my entree, which was a French toast sandwich with eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, and hash browns. It was interesting and tasted Ok, but when I put syrup on it, it tasted even better. I definitely never had an entree like this with a French toast sandwich with eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, and hash browns, so this was a new experience for me, but it was good and delicious. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food as well, and the dishes looked great. Our server, Jazz, was a ray of sunshine. She did a phenomenal job taking care of our group and giving us excellent customer service. We did not have to wait long for anything. Jazz was on top of her game and is an excellent server. It is hard to believe Huevos, etc. has only been opened for eight weeks, because it is packed and they seem to be on top of everything. I ended up getting chicken tenders (I know I know but if you offer them I expect them to be decent). They were awful. Husband got steak and eggs. I've never seen a sadder cut of steak. One aunt got the bacon stuffed chicken sandwich absolutely not. Another got the country fried steak, no. Even the classic breakfast was met with disappointment from the two who got that.
