Where do I begin? Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. Our server's shirt was visibly dirty, and their extremely long nails (easily a couple of inches) seemed unhygienic and actually caused an issue--they got caught in the handle of a coffee cup, resulting in coffee being spilled all over our table. Instead of assistance, I was simply handed napkins and expected to clean it up myself. To make matters worse, the pancakes were undercooked, and I was given the wrong receipt at the end of the meal. Came here for a late breakfast, but they were already serving lunch so I flipped it over to lunch. The surface was impeccable and they indulged my 2 1/2 year-old child. For example, when she brought the food, it was very very hot and she reminded me of it and she pushed the baby plate way across the table so he wouldn't accidentally grab it. The restaurant is cleverly decorated and there's a lot of good photo opportunities spots if you're into that ha ha. Since we had to make a stop at Home Depot i came to this one on Ming so we can have breakfast at Huevo House. I was expecting a fast food breakfast place but its a sit down and enjoy breakfast place. The veggie omelet was delicious, i did have to put a bit of salt and next time I will ask for extra cheese but i loved all the veggies. The buscuits and gravy were not the best but the pancakes were good. My husband got the Country fried steak which he enjoyed. We ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito and the 2 eggs combo meal. I enjoyed the burrito, also it wasn't super greasy either being that I ordered chorizo inside. The burrito was filling. I could have eaten half and been satisfied, but it was tasty and we weren't in a rush to eat or leave so I finised it. The eggs, potatoes and sausge were good as well. Food: I ordered EL DIABLO OMELETTE with Country Potatoes, 3/5, what ever sauce was on my omelette gave me instant heartburn. But the potatoes were made crispy and well. One slice pancake which was 4/5 it help clean up the spicy sauce taste in my mouth I had the matcha latte which tasted horrible not even going to rate it, its diabolical to even have that on the menu, tasted like fruity pebbles cereal with more sugar, one sip & I kindly asked for the receipt to pay. Again many people like this place but it's not everyone's cup of tea, as for me it's a no. Disclaimer: I'm sure other dishes are delicious and but looking at other reviews it looks appetizing. Can't say I've ever had soupy wet huevos rancheros before coming here. The bottom of my plate was a mixture of some mystery liquid and the extra grease from the chorizo, and this was before I had mixed the egg yolk. I ate about half before I couldn't take anymore. The chilaquiles weren't much better. They were cold when the plate hit our table. What makes it worse is that all of our food came out very fast, meaning the food likely was sitting out for some time before we ordered. Thankfully our coffee and coffee flight was decent. Huevo House is a well spaced restaurant filled with bright colorful murals and beautiful tiles, making the restaurant festive and great for social media pics. Our waitress Kelly was amazing, so friendly and skilled. She introduced me to the horchata latte and now I crave it everyday! The quesabirra tacos were filling, savory and delicious. We asked for a side of salsa with our guac & chips, and I wanted more - very flavorful. Unfortunately our chocolate waffle was overpowered by the coco taste. We found this gem by chance on DoorDash while trying to figure out breakfast for the office. They have an extensive and almost overwhelming menu, especially when you're hungry. We decided on the Chicken and Waffles, the all meat omelet, pancake, and a side of biscuits and gravy. Food arrived quickly via DoorDash. When I received the bag I could smell the deliciousness. First the chicken and waffles- the chicken was so tender and juicy and crispy! The waffle was cooked perfectly. The omelet was huge and filling.. bacon, ham, sausage cheese, it was heavenly. I got the side of biscuits and gravy the biscuit was soft and buttery and the gravy tasted like one my Granny would make. I didn't expect such a huge portion, I was pleasantly surprised. The pancake was tasty, soft fluffy basic pancake. The order came with soft butter, ketchup, utensils, syrup, everything we could need without asking for it, which was awesome because I forgot to ask for them. So thanks for anticipating my needs :) the portions were big so my co worker and I could have shared and we probably will next time. Really hate writing a mid review for a new business, but here we go. The pros: the ambiance is very nice, nice interior and decor with a modern diner feel. Service was okay, there was only really one waitress (it was not busy at all when I went) and I did have to flag down the server more than once for some water and utensils. The cons: the coffee is dispensed out of the machine and tastes terrible- bland and either way too sweet or not sweet enough. I got the the cinnamon dolce latte which was bland and not sweet, and my mom got the abuelita latte which was WAY TOO SWEET. We had to try to dilute it with more creamer but it didn't do anything. Do not get either of these items. 1/10. As for the food, it's mid at best. My chicken and waffles weren't anything special. Just breaded chicken tenders between two Belgian waffles. 6/10. My mom said her hash browns tasted funny, almost dirty like the pan or griddle they were cooked in wasn't properly cleaned. She said she wasn't impressed overall by the quality of the food - giving it a 4/10. Sadly, I hate to say we won't be returning. We wanted to try something new and support our local businesses but this place ain't it. read more

This place was awesome! We had a huge party come in with no warning and they took great care of us. Our server Danielle made sure everyone got what they wanted and then some. The food was amazing but if you order the Chilaquiles be prepared to share because that plate was huge. I didn't get any pictures but take my word for it! I couldn't even finish half of my plate. The restaurant itself is decorated with tons of color and style bringing it a warm and comfortable feeling to the atmosphere. This time I had my kids with me and we all wanted breakfast so we headed here to try again. I think the inside of this place is adorable and so inviting. We were seated quickly and our server was really nice and attentive. Here we go again, another business let down review. Now I'm only honest, I never want to bash a business but with that being said, "I" personally will not be eating here again. The place gave a broken Yolk look if you've ever been to that restaurant, I did like the look of it. We where seated to the right of the restaurant, and it felt like there was no ac, I mean we were starting to sweat, it being so warm on that side of the restaurant. The service was okay at best. I ordered the simple Chicken fried steak skillet. The meat tasted rubbery and bland to the point I didn't finish it. The potatoes were OK but overall the skillet was smaller than average places. The coffee was bland as well. We also order the Eggs Benedict and again it was just ok at best. For this establishment to be this busy, I was surprised but hey it could of been just this meal(s) that we ordered that were not the greatest choice. Huevo House is a colorful brunch spot. Today, I visited their Ming location. It has plenty of indoor seating and it's playfully decorated. I ordered the chilaquiles with birria and a mimosa flight (lychee, Tiffany, and guava). The chilaquiles were great! The chips were crunchy, the birria was tender, and the green salsa wasn't too spicy. As for the mimosa flight, there were 12 flavors to choose from. The lychee was my favorite! However, no one from my party was asked for ID. Regardless if someone looks "old enough," I'm all for drinking responsibly. Overall, service was swift and friendly. Dined in on Sunday 6/28 and the experience was extremely disappointing. The service was poor, and a serious situation occurred that made the visit uncomfortable. One server was yelling and using profanity toward the host in front of guests. The behavior caused a disturbance throughout the dining area. What was most concerning was that no management stepped in to address the situation, and other staff appeared to watch without intervening. It felt very unprofessional and inappropriate for a workplace environment. I felt especially bad for the host, who did not deserve to be treated that way. Overall, this experience was upsetting and not what I expect from a restaurant. I hope this is addressed internally so it does not happen again. read more

First came in and had to wait a while for someone to finally seat us even though it wasn't busy. Then when we finally were seated it took another 15 minutes for anyone to even come up to our table. The entire time the waitress was getting 2 other tables food mixed up. Then when we finally got our food they forgot my son's plate. When the server was asked about it she completely forgot that she had put it in. Never came to check for refills, but had time to take a shot at another table and made sure to keep coming back to them. Food is great, service is terrible and if you get the server Denise she will take her time helping you. The busser is the only good server I've seen here. read more
