the owner was very kind, he brought our table a sampling of a great appetizer which was delicious. however when our dinners were served my husband's enchiladas were cold and my salad was severely lacking gusto. the greens were soggy and the amount of chicken was less than expected for a dinner entree. the chicken wad also tough from being over cooked. i did send my salad back, however what they brought back wad was not an improvement. being absolutely exhausted from our drive in and taking another couple as guests we could not complain as really was what we wanted to do. Service: We came specifically for the bottomless mimosas. Our table of four only ordered five mimosas total, but once one person finished eating, we were told we couldn't order any more because bottomless ends when you're done with your meal. Mango Haus has become one of my go to breakfast spots after misa. It's located next to the Holiday inn across from Beale Library, with plenty of parking and both indoor and outdoor seating. I've visited several times and have tried the chilaquiles, torta de huevo, Feel Good Pancakes and the basic breakfast. While the portions are small, the food is conistently fresh and flavorful. The Colombian coffee is hands down my favorite and keeps me coming back. The space is cozy and very aesthetic making it a nice spot to catch up with friends or enjoy a relaxed breakfast. The staff has always been friendly but on each of my visits I've had to flag someone down for coffee refills or ask for condiments even when the restaurant wasn't busy. This place has been on my radar for a few months. I met my dear friend Alma here today for an early lunch. The food looked good along with the ambience on Yelp so boom...we made it our next place. There is an old telephone booth and Christmas decorations. Johnny brought us the menu and it was the lunch menu. I saw on line that they had some great food for breakfast and Te-see asked him about it. He told us they were still making breakfast so I got happy. I ordered a coffee with cream and he brought it in a little tray with the creamer on the side. The table was a little wobbly and the coffee spilled all over the tray. Luckily Te-see got that fixed with a sugar packet. Jonny brought me another tray with coffee and cream. Almost everything was plant base, some egg and chicken but definitely no red meat. Unless I didn't see it. So I ordered the chilaquiles rojos and my daughter the Happy-go-Lucky-bowl. Te-see got the torta española and slew got a pancake to shared. My partner had the Cauliflower Pesto Pasta of the lunch menu that was so good, I kept stealing bites. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying a variety of things in the future (especially the Oaxacan Mole Nachos- sounds delicious!!) This is a coworker's favorite place for brunch / lunch so I treated her here for her birthday. I would normally not go to a vegetarian restaurant, so I'm glad she suggested this place to dine. She has tried everything on the menu and says you can't go wrong. The burrito is her favorite. She also likes the nachos. Our other friend got the seafood tacos and she said they were yummy. Another friend said her cauliflower pesto was to die for, and I will get that next time. I got the Cobb salad which was great, but unwisely should have listened more carefully to my friends suggestions which I found suspect because she is a vegetarian. I have ordered twice now from this place, both times I got the same thing the Palm Springs burger, and both times I didn't get what I ordered. The vegan burger is supposed to come with avocado, crispy onions, cheese, pickles, and tomatoes. The first time I ordered this, the only thing that came on it was avocado. The second time I ordered it there's no avocado, no crispy onions, no cheese the tomatoes you could barely see the two that were on there and two of the small slices of pickles. Also, it's supposed to come with a gluten-free bun. First time I ordered it was a completely different looking bun and I knew it was gluten-free. This time this was a hamburger bun. I also ordered the sweet potato fries on both orders. They're supposed to come with three different sauces. I only got ketchup on the first order. The second order I got one sauce it's an orange looking sauce. So really disappointed in this place and I won't be ordering from them again. read more

Three adults in our group ate here on a Friday afternoon. I loved that the restaurant is spacious and the doors were open to let in the spring breeze.
