I stopped by for something simple -- a Misty Slush -- because I didn't have time to get to the other location. How hard can that be, right? Wrong. It came out as mostly liquid with barely any ice. When I politely asked if they could fix it, the guy at the window told me "that's how they're made." I mentioned that when I get them during the day, they're perfectly slushy, and he said I must be confused. He took it back to "remake" it, but I watched him just walk behind the wall and come right back with the same cup -- same watery mess -- saying, "See, that's how it comes out. Sorry."
