He was professional, respectful, and consistently provided better service than most of the staff combined. Since he's been gone, the drop in quality has been obvious. Slower service, worse attitudes, and an overall lack of effort -- it honestly feels like management got rid of one of the few people holding this place together. When you push out your best workers, don't be surprised when customers stop showing up too. Whoever made this decision clearly has no idea how to recognize good employees or run a functional team. Instead of supporting the people who make customers want to return, this location seems determined to drive away both hardworking staff and loyal patrons. Until there's serious accountability and better leadership, I can't recommend this McDonald's to anyone. If this is how they treat their best employees, it says everything customers need to know about what's going on behind the counter.
