Stopped at this diner for breakfast on our roadtrip through Little Rock. We loved the atmosphere and food. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. The biscuits were so delicious. The hash browns were perfection. And the coffee was on point. This place really hit the spot, highly reccomended.

Amazing service here!! It was such a treat being able to eat here. The food was also very good. It was so homey I loved it. It was a true diner and felt like it! Will definitely return when i'm in the area. The western omelet was soooo good and great price for the portion. Really tasty hash browns too, just try this place!!

We are traveling back to Texas and made a stop in Little Rock Arkansas. The reviews are an understatement this food was so delicious, we had bacon eggs pancakes and the all time favorite was the side of biscuits and gravy. My daughters ate up mine after I had one bite the atmosphere was so warming and welcoming! I'm so said it's in Arkansas I'd make this my new favorite go to diner our waitress was amazing and there were other waitresses who helped us when my daughter was being fussy. This place is amazing I highly recommend eating here!!

We have traveled the country in our motorhome and have had many a breakfast, but I declared the Frontier Diner one of the best we've had! Just sad we are leaving the area and will certainly miss this place!

I've personally worked my way through most of the menu over time, so I was excited for them to try it. It was around 9am so it was still fairly quiet and calm. Believe me it gets busy!! We started with orange juice and a Sunrise Matcha while we looked over the menu and caught up. The service was excellent (always) attentive, friendly, and relaxed, which made it easy to take our time. My companion ordered the B Street Bowl (potatoes, smoked brisket, onions, and peppers) with the queso served on the side and eggs cooked to order(fried hard). I ordered The Chenal which is their seasoned grilled shrimp with bacon, peppers, and tomatoes over cheesy grits. I added an over-medium egg and a side of hollandaise. Both dishes were delicious and incredibly satisfying. The portions were huge, and we each ended up taking a to-go box home for a mini meal later. It's the kind of brunch spot where you can sip your drink, take your time, and leave very full. Tip: If you order the B Street Bowl, getting the queso on the side lets you control the richness. Everything is amazing here. If you're a newbie, you can't go wrong with a Benedict!

It was lunchtime, and even though I thought I wanted something sweet like French toast the brisket wrap caught my eye, and I decided to give that a try instead. Meanwhile, the nice lady sitting next to me received her bananas, foster pancakes, and I immediately started kicking myself for not going that route. Her bananas were beautifully caramelized with quite a bit of sauce, topping the pancakes, and it looked heavenly. According to her, it was heavenly. Moments later, my brisket wrap arrived with the tiniest little container of a garlic aïoli, which was clearly homemade. The rap itself was jampacked full of succulent, perfectly cooked beef, but when you put a little bit of that aïoli on there, it really stepped its game up and shined! I left completely stuffed in a very happy camper and you will too. Enjoy!

One of our friends (and a Little Rock native) recommended Boulevard Bread Company, and we're so grateful that we stopped to check this cute spot out! There are a few Boulevard locations in Little Rock, and while this one wasn't the most convenient to the highway, it was still open for lunch as we were driving through the city around 2:30 PM. I placed our order online from the road, so when we pulled in, our sandwiches were ready and waiting! I'm glad we did order ahead, as they were still pretty busy when we arrived. We grabbed a table and enjoyed our lunch inside the cafe. We split a couple of their signature sandwiches, and our favorite of the two was the pastrami. The rye bread pairs quite nicely with the roast beef. We also shared the turkey sandwich, which was good but not as memorable as the pastrami. I can confidently say that we'd make Boulevard our new go-to road trip stop in Little Rock! From the freshly baked bread and tasty sandwiches to the friendly service, this is a solid spot for lunch.

After being added to the waitlist, we grabbed drinks at the bar and waited outside for our table. About 25 minutes later, we checked back in with the hostess, only to find out that the iPad they use to manage the waitlist had died. She apologized, and we were seated shortly afterward. However, it left us wondering how much longer we would have waited had we not checked in ourselves. To make matters more frustrating, we noticed at least one party that arrived after us was seated before we were. Unfortunately, the service didn't improve after we were seated. We sat at our table for about 10 minutes without being greeted by anyone. Several servers walked past, made eye contact with us, and continued on without offering menus, water, or even letting us know someone would be with us shortly. After waiting with no acknowledgment at all, we decided to leave. I understand that busy weekends can lead to delays, and mistakes like technology issues happen. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication and attentiveness throughout our visit. An acknowledgment or update would have gone a long way. We left feeling overlooked and unwelcome, and can't recommend this restaurant based on our experience.

So when I finally got the chance to stop by for an early dinner with a friend, I was excited. Unfortunately, the reality of the experience just didn't live up to the expectations. The two stars are strictly for the vibes--because eating outside under the stars on a warmed patio in the fall? That was beautiful. The atmosphere was exactly what I wanted: cozy, inviting, and perfect for a chill evening. Our server team was friendly, and everyone committed to us having a nice time there--including the cooks. But the food? Completely unseasoned. Everything was cooked well, but there was zero flavor. I mean, none. It felt like whoever made it had all the technique in the world but forgot to add even a pinch of salt. And because I met the cook, I'd venture to guess that's how Red Door told him to cook it. I'm pretty sure he seasons his food at home. For a place I had been waiting so long to try, the lack of flavor was a huge turnoff--especially since this spot ain't cheap. If you're coming for the ambiance, you'll have a great time. Just grab some appetizers and you'll be good to go. But if you're coming for flavorful food that makes you want to come back? This ain't it. I won't be rushing to return.
