Went in for lunch and ordered the Turkey club with fries! Best club sandwich around. Service is great with a nice cozy vibe. Will definitely be back read more

Emily's came highly recommended so I wanted to give it a try. There was nothing that I can point to that was negative or particularly positive. It was your average café meal in an average café atmosphere. The menu was a bit more limited than some others I've tried in town, but it definitely had what you'd expect from a hometown café. The cheeseburger was good and the chicken strips were as well. Emily's is your average café. read more

This is a local eatery at its finest! Great food!!! The western omelette was absolutely delicious. The sweet tea was perfect. They even have the perfect soft ice! We got the biscuits and gravy too try along with the omelette and they were good but the omelette was so good we can't think of anything beyond that. It's a come as you are, hang out with the locals and watch judge Judy type of place but man oh man would I love to have one back home! The service was prompt and polite too. It was awesome. read more

Emily's Diner was an unexpected thing today, but my cousin and I were super hungry and it simply sounded far more satisfying then a handful of places around the area.. ^__^ We were craving something hearty and wholesome, so we went breakfasty today during our out and about! The experience was really nice for both of us. The customer service was comfy and uplifting. Kelsey, our waitress was a sweetheart and did beautifully, and our simple breakfast platters hit the spot! we went Really simple too! We both enjoyed our favorite style of eggs with smoky bacon, grits, and toast. And it wasn't too much food either! Just enough! Personally my only, minor issue was how cold it was in there! o__o But it was quickly fixed thanks to my cousin having her jacket at hand hehe. I recommend this cute, little restaurant to those looking to have a quiet, simple breakfast in Jacksonville with their loved ones. I'll definitely return to try their fish and dumplings one day! Fried and steamed dumplings. Yes please! I thought the combination of goodies on their menu was refreshing and fun. Where else can you request a classic, American breakfast with a side of home-made dumplings? I love that! lol.. Oh! And their replica, entirely hand-made mango bonsai in the entryway was beautiful! I'm adding a photo of it in my personal journal. ^_^ read more

our waitress was nice, prompt, made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us often. we got large portions of food, delicious and good quality for a low price read more

First time eating here, won't be the last. Service was excellent. Waitress was new, but very nice. I had the omelet which was delicious, and my wife had a club, which she enjoyed. No problem. The lady at the cash register could have been a little friendlier. She looked like she had a scowl on. We will definitely be going back again. read more

Great family-friendly service, I was genuinely surprised that it didn't have as much business as it deserves

Never been here just tried it out of nowhere and it was pretty good I love trying new places and I can say I recommend this dish because that's what the waiter said was a great seller. I'll have to go back ! read more

Went here with my wife and son. Good food. Good customer service. Small and cozy atmosphere. Would go here again.

I really like this diner, good breakfast stop. Always friendly! Burgers are good. There pretty quick as well. I love some of the Chinese Options. Just a local diner and I recommend trying it at least once! read more

We eat at Emily's regularly, even thru their carryout phase. Today, the fried rice was very nice as always. And staff is always friendly & accommodating. But... We asked our server to mask up. We should all be concerned about the COVID-19 situation. However, I don't think the leadership & staff are taking it seriously. Partly masked staff (waitstaff below the nose or no mask), kitchen staffing (at least 3) running in & out without masks at all. Leadership the same. NOBODY wearing gloves while handling food, the dishes, condiments or register. The sign on the door says wear a mask. I'm so sad to post this. But folks need to know and protect themselves. read more

Daphne and I were looking for something new for brunch. A friend of our son had previously recommended Emily's Diner. So we settled on giving it a try. We were not disappointed. The restaurant is clean, with a down home, country feel. Their menu is Asian American - serving breakfast all day. Having breakfast was right up my alley. The customer service was great. Daphne was able to order what she wanted all ale carte. After looking at their menu, I wanted something well-rounded and filling. I found it in their country stack. A delicious blend of my breakfast favorites. Eggs (any way I liked), bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, and biscuits all smothered in a creamy, white gravy. Daphne also got their crab rangoons. They were crispy, sweet, and fresh. All our food came out quickly with no issues. We would highly recommend this restaurant to others, and plan on bringing our friends here. read more

I ate here twice while visiting my brother. Actually his son told him about it. Since I am a self proclaimed foodie, I told him let's go there. The first breakfast was a well cooked steak, scrambled eggs and a HUGE portion of hash browns. The entire meal was excellent. The waitstaff was extremely friendly and attentive. The second breakfast was a western omelet, hash browns and a side of grits. Once again all was excellent. Exactly like my first visit. The only problem was the omelet. It was too much for me to finish. My brother took care of that. If you are in Jacksonville,AR and need a place for breakfast, this is it. read more

We love going to Emily's for breakfast! My son always gets the small combo and I'm often okay with a side of bacon and coffee

Gave this place a try and was pleasantly surprised. Definitely needs some foundation work, but has real potential! The staff is absolutely wonderful, and the food was really tasty. If you are torn between the bacon and sausage...get bacon!! I will for sure be coming back soon and hopefully they give it a more modern update on the decor. But overall very homey atmosphere. read more

The food was very good. The wait staff excellent!!! Recommend lunch highly. We are going back for breakfast!!

Fantastic Breakfast..wish they were open in the evening..I glad I finally got a chance to go there

Speedy breakfast service and good comfort food make for an enjoyable weekend morning dining experience. It isn't the most upscale food you will ever have but if you like mom and pop diner fare this is the place for you. My coffee cup was never empty - that's what I like :) would dine here again! read more

This was our first visit to Emily's. Its a cute little family diner and the staff were friendly and attentive. They have a mix of American and Asian cuisine. I had the sesame chicken and my husband had the Western burger. Both were tasty and cooked to order. read more

Service is extremely slow. I wasn't able to order egg whites in my omelette which I can live with but We also ordered coffee and never got creamer after asking multiple times for it, we never got hot sauce either... we've been here a few times and it's always the same thing! Frustrating. Not coming back this time. read more

I love this diner, it's casual, comfortable and serves great food at a great price. I've stopped in here for breakfast many times over the last year. The food is always delicious and the staff are really friendly. I've also had the crab Rangoon, chicken sandwich and chow mein, all are fantastic. I couldn't recommend this diner more. read more

The food is mediocre the service is slow and not very attentive. Been there 4 times and 3 of the 4 times I was challenged regarding my service dog n by the same woman who I think is the owner. I've had breakfast there, the eggs are over cooked, biscuits come frozen and ready made and the service is vertu lackadaisical. Don't waste your time or money. Better food value and service at waffle house read more

I've only had breakfast so far but I will definitely return! The people are very friendly and engaging. Food here is amazing especially for the price. I highly recommend giving this place a try. read more

We stopped at Emily's Dinner passing through Little Rock and we were not disappointed! The menu was simple, the service was great and food came out fast and hot! Tasted delicious and we will come back again when we are in the area. read more

Ate here a couple times for brunch. They have the typical diner food but they do have a portion of Asian food which threw me off since it doesn't fit the "diner" theme. Nonetheless, the service was good. The prices are extremely reasonable. I recommend the steak and eggs, which was filling. I'm giving it a 3 star because I feel the restaurant is dated and the food was good but nothing amazing. read more

this is the beat bfast in jacksonville! they have a friendly staff and awesome food! its my fav stop for bfast!

The staff is sweet. They offer more than breakfast. Great service and fantastic food.

Honestly this place was overrated the food was mediocre especially for the price it had no flavor. The service was decent at best this will be the last place on my mind when eating in Jacksonville. read more

Have enjoyed breakfast here on many occasions. This morning I ordered a veggie omelet for the first time. Seemed like they used egg beaters (though they said they don't), canned mushrooms, and processed cheese. There were flecks of spinach but it was only in the egg part which seemed to have been puréed. Toast was soggy. Bacon (which was ordered a la carte) was delicious. If we go there again, needless to say, I will steer clear of the omelet selections. read more

Breakfast is great and at a awesome price! Very friendly servers but the coffee is not great so 4 stars but the breakfast and pricing makes it a easy 4 stars. read more

Never again. This was my first and last visit. Ordered a very simple meal. Crispy chicken sandwich fries and drink. My crispy was far from it was soggy. I didn't finish even the first half (comes cut in half). The dill pickle spear saved my taste buds. Advertised for just under $5 and total check out was $9.78. Total waste of money. Spent $10 on an education and what I learned is to avoid this place at all costs read more
