Waitress was not friendly. Tables weren't cleaned and one person led us to wait on a table to wait to be cleaned. No room to wait at the door then a waitress got very frustrated bc we were in her way. Directed us to go to the door. Another family was seated and had their drinks and they arrived after us. As I came back into town for business once again I stopped in at Huddle house And once again I had the pleasure of having Lillian as my server today. This girl means business and the best possible way she's very attentive food comes quick and very polite. It's a great feeling seeing people appreciate their job as much as we appreciate the service. The atmosphere is amazing, and the food is always on point. The server took amazing care of us and we never had to ask for refills or anything. This is one of the best huddle houses we have visited and I will definitely be returning ! read more

See several bad reviews for this Huddle House but our experience was much better. Was there for the "Free Waffle Wednesday" with a purchase. I had one of their $5 meals which was great for the prices. There are 10 meals offered for just $5 but you have to ask for that menu, deals not on their regular table menus. staff was rude, they never acknowledged us when we walked in the door,, we left after waiting to be seated. Rude!!!!!

This was the women's bathroom. No soap in the dispenser. After eating waiting for our bill the cook was coughing and spitting. The waitress started sneezing. I asked the waitress how she washed her hands if there's no soap in the restroom, she said "out there" as in in the kitchen where food is prepared. So disgusting. read more

This was the worst from their online ordering process (which should be fast and easy but isn't if you don't have an account created) to the end product. First off the quality of the food is poor, second we were missing butter and syrup ( how do you forget to give syrup when someone ordered pancakes and waffles? ) third the orange juice was watered down tang maybe? It was orange colored water. Soggy toast. We drove 3 mins away to the park on the river to eat. Terrible and not cheap either. read more

Food was mediocre. We tried the biscuit platter with a side of French toast. It was all barely edible. We also had to ask for our silverware to be replaced twice because they were all dirty. On the other hand, the service was great. Our server tried her best to work with what she had. read more

Danielle Jackson the manager said that automatically 20% was taken off of online orders. The app didn't work, I get her to pick up my food and tell them and apparently they can't "pull up" online orders, and they couldn't use the coupon I brought IN the store. read more

I went here today at 2:20 pm. I was told by the server at the counter that she wasn't going to be taking my order because there was no night crew there and she got off at 2. Very unprofessional! I've worked as a server and as a front of the house manager. The way it works is that the day shift stays until their relief arrives. NO MATTER WHAT!! Was there an hour and a half our child had a BLT with onion rings she got hers and had it finished long before we got ours.wife ordered loaded hash browns with ham and toast she got sausage instead. I ordered country fried steak with gravy topping sides we're onion rings and side salad. My onion rings arrived cold country fried steak was barely worm only had half a spoon full of gravy on top had to ask for more onion rings dident bring my side salad had to talk loud to get her attenchion. When we got there started to walk in but the door was locked. There was people standing outside the door and 5 or 6 cars parked got tired of waiting and left. The sign says they open at 7 and they clearly didn't. People on the inside seen people standing outside and didn't even let anyone know when they was going to unlock the doors. read more

Really Bad.!!! My wife and I went to eat breakfast there at HH in Dillsboro, NC on 7/29/2022. Arrived at approx. 8:15am. Shown to a dirty table, had to clean ourselves. Another customer came in next to us and they too had to clean their own table. Placed our order 'Blueberry Muffins'. At 8:45am still no food. By then place was filling up and the waitresses were looking busy but not getting anything done. We got up and left. None of the staff said a word or seemed to care. We've eaten there before, but will not eat there again. read more

I brought my daughter here thinking it would be like a Denny's or better. It was horrible. Let's start off by the amount of flies in this place. I stopped counting at twenty five. Unbelievable. Then I ordered the Prime rib and shrimp dinner, good choice I had first thought. The waitress tells me they were out of shrimp so would I like another side item? I said sure, I'll take a Baked potato. So, while Shoeing away multiple flies, we waited for our meals. The waitress brought my " Prime rib dinner " and the meat was as thin as a paper plate 45% of it was fat and Gristle. The prime rib tasted like they cooked it in a George Foreman grill for thirty minutes. Disgusting. The baked potatoes we liked and were just fine! The waitress filled our drinks up once and we had to ask her to do so. We over heard the cook and the waitress saying they were almost out of everything and they might have to shut the place down for the night?!! Who owns this place and runs it as such?! I'm an easy to please guy, seriously.. But for $35.50 for garbage... We could have went across the street to Costa's and been just fine. People give great reviews about this restaurant but that must have been a long time ago or under different management. You like that this place? Have at it. We won't be back. read more

Well i visited this place a week ago with my girlfriend; after waiting outside for 15 minutes we finally made it inside. While inside waiting for about 15 more minutes another couple came in and were immediately seated after we had been waiting for a total of 30 minutes. There was no attempt to right the situation by any staff. Needless to say we ended up at a Waffle House. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to a blind dog. read more

I ordered a biscuit and it wasn't put together right and they added too much butter in the grits my mom ordered and there was shell in the egg. One of the servers who wasn't even our server tried to call the cops on one of the people in our party. The waitress continued to escalate the situation for no reason at all. we had a terrible experience when trying to check out. We were a party of 5 who all paid and had separate tickets. Barely any of our tickets were over 10 dollars. After we waited for ever for our waitress to come check us out, she bought the card payer to our table and took our cards. Normally these little machine always let you pick your tip right ? when we asked if we could tip her the response from the waitress was "it automatically takes like 10% or some sh*t" which we knew was a lie, especially after a few of us works in the serving business. We go and check our banking apps and see she picked our tips for us and charged us all individually a 30% tip, while not asking us or telling us of this. We asked for a receipt and she tells us she can not pull one up, which is bullshit. Just posting this for a future reference, I don't know how many people she's done this to but this is stealing. I know her name and I will be calling corporate because there's no telling how many people she's took advantage of doing this. read more

Horrible experience! Walked in to see the restaurant full of dirty tables. We sat at the bar and were ignored for 10 minutes while listening to one of the cooks cussing at a waitress. While the food was very good, the service was not. The tables were dirty. They never did clean the table beside us the whole time we were there, and there were people standing up waiting for tables. The poor man sitting beside us never did get part of his order even though he asked twice for it and the waitress asked the kitchen staff for it. It wasn't like it was anything complicated. It was a piece of toast! Everyone seemed to be stressed and having a bad day, which I can understand, but they could at least keep the tables clean so people can sit down to eat. read more
