Once I paid (I booked the Sprinter), Jack followed up with my drivers name, phone number and picture, and confirmed that the driver would arrive at the time I had requested. Our driver was Charles and he was AMAZING!!! Since he was 30 minutes early, I was able to sneak out and set up our champagne bottles and flutes, which Charles helped with. He talked to us, made us laugh and was very engaging, even remembering the Brides name. Overall, the experience was amazing and I'll definitely be booking again!!!

He made the booking process quick, easy and stress free. We used their party bus which was fully equipped with Ice, waters, amazing lighting, comfortable seats, TV's & microphones . We didn't know if we should upgrade to the karaoke package but after being in the bus for a few min it was a no brainer. The driver gave us a few microphones and set the tv screen to sing along to all our favorite songs. The driver was on time at every stop and made sure we had all made it back safe before we would head to our next spot. All in all this company exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a great time this is definitely the only company in DFW you should call.

The vehicle that showed up didn't have any seat belts, and when I called to inquire they said the other vehicle was being serviced for AC. I would have liked to know earlier only because the seat belt issue was so pivotal and it put people in an uncomfortable spot trying to decide whether to pass on a really fun holiday family time or just take a risk with babies on board. This bus was also dirty from use, visible dust on seats & dust coming out of AC vents. There were several tech issues that made the day-of confusing (Google calendar invites for the ride canceling, then moving from our scheduled time from 6pm to 4pm, a different driver from the original text message, and the driver telling me tip wasn't included though I certainly had paid the 20% up front). Our driver was patient and accommodating (Melvin) to the confusion while I called the company to figure out next steps, and after the ride when I showed him I already pre-paid his tip. All in all the front end of this company was great, the back end was kind of a mess. To their credit, they did offer a full refund to me if I didn't take the ride and were apologetic. I'd go with another company if you need something super specific like seat belts and want better communication up front if things change with your ride.

Here's how they royally screwed us over: I called Frisco Limousine on 8/26. Gave them ALL THE DETAILS of the pick up/drop off information for my niece's wedding. They quoted me a price of $360 but said they'd have to increase it to $450 since the pick up was out of their usual zone. No problem. $450 it is. I spoke to a guy named Jack and called back and confirmed it with another guy. Same price quote. Called my sister. She booked the limo and put down a deposit. They actually quoted her a price of $360, based on all the exact same information. Fine $360-450. This range works. For precisely TWENTY NINE DAYS they had all this information and stuck to this price. THEN FOUR HOURS BEFORE THE WEDDING THEY DOUBLED THE PRICE! They called us and told us that the price will be $720 because the pick up is out of their usual zone. We explained to them that they already factored this in to the original quote, nothing about our reservation had changed -- so why did the price change? They didn't care and told us we could take it or leave it. With no time to find a replacement car service for the wedding, we had no choice but to continue the reservation. This is an illegal business practice, and we made this quite clear to them on the phone. Then, throughout the hours leading up to the wedding, we keep getting random texts from them about how our driver was no longer available, there was a car issue, yadda yadda. They switched drivers on us FOUR TIMES within the hours prior to the wedding. I spent half of the wedding reception calling them every hour on the hour to make sure we still had a driver for the bride and groom. We had to have a wedding guest agree to be a back up driver in case they didn't show. Frisco Limousine was a total black mark on my niece's wedding day. The only positive thing I can say is that they did actually show up. After lots of stress and DOUBLING THE COST at the last minute. Con artists. Bait and switch pricing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Why cant they just have a bus for the kids who live furthest so it can be faster? Coming home late everyday is not acceptable yet we pay for the services. I will never ever recommend anyone to use frisco shuttle. My kids complain about the temperatures. Its either too cold in the winter time or too hot in the summer and no one cares about fixing the temps for the kids. Just awful.

This is an extremely unprofessional company. I originally made an online reservation at Rideone.co…read more I was trying to set up transportation to and from the airport. The reservations disappeared from my account so I reached out to the "contact us" email. The owner promptly called me back and told me they were going through some website issues because they have "many" websites active. This should have been my first clue. He told me to download the "Rydez" app and the information that I used to create my online account will work to sign me in; it didn't. He also told me that he had to adjust the price of the ride to accommodate the airport tolls. I checked back in with him 2 days before the first reservation to confirm that I did in fact have a car coming to pick me up. As I still had no where I could go to see the reservation. He assured me I did and that we were all set. Thankfully I remembered to ask about the price because his "airport toll" increase was $16 each way. To drop someone off at DFW airport costs $2. The original invoice was for $21 each way for a total of $42 now my total is $74. I can park at the airport for $4 less then that. When I bring up the price discrepancy, which he was not going to mention, he starts telling me about insurance costs. Shouldn't the insurance costs be calculated in to the original price? This seems like a bait and switch operation and I would not suggest using them.
