When we called the number of the service we woke up the driver. Now they are in McKinney and we are in Plano, and they offered to still pick us up, but by then we would have missed our flight - so we said no thanks - and we drove to the airport in our car and had to utilize expensive Valet parking in order to have enough time to get through security and catch the flight. It was white-knuckle experience from the get-go. Definitely will NOT call them AGAIN. I don't know who is doing the other reviews, and family members should not count . . . but I can't imagine we were the first to experience this sort of service.

Instead of hurrying me off the phone, the gentleman suggested a service that might be able to meet my budget requirements. In this day and age that was such a courtesy and such a kind way to conduct business. I very much appreciated the empathy that this employee or owner (not sure whom I spoke with) displayed toward me. If I can ever use this service in the future it'd be my pleasure because it's clear to me that they don't just care about securing customers, but about being helpful to those in tough situations.

I used Citisedan for my fiancé's 30th birthday this past weekend and it was possibly the best party…read morebus experience I've had to date (we usually do one to two a year). I saw that there was a Groupon for the company, but if possible I always try to call the company directly to see if they will just honor the rate instead of purchasing via Groupon as I know the company only gets something like half the amount of it and Groupon pockets the rest. So for $319 we got a 5 hour rental on a party bus which was stocked with soda and water and solo cups, which I thought was a terrific deal. We tipped in cash afterwards. Ojo could not have been any better to work with - he was our main point of contact and amazing! From booking the rental about 3 weeks prior, to me having to change the time frame, all of our communications were either followed up with or well documented via email. He sent new confirmations through anytime I changed something or added a new drop off location on our trip. I believe the pickup had to be within 20 miles of their business, but he was clear to say that once we were picked up we could go anywhere we wanted. We were taken from our house near downtown Dallas to Whirlyball in Plano, then to Cobra Brewing company in Lewisville and back again. I was especially impressed with Ojo's communications the night and morning before the bus - we had a noon pickup and the rental fell during ice storm 2015 so I wasn't even sure if any of the places we were going were to remain open or if the icy conditions were even safe to navigate. Ojo called me at 9am that morning to say he was sending his driver out to check it out, and that he would call me again at 10:30 to make the call on whether the show could go on. At 10:27, sure enough, he called and let us know everything was good to go! The bus driver, Darin, was also fabulous! He arrived 20 minutes early and was super patient with us and great at text updates when it was time to go based on the schedule I provided earlier. The bus was super nice inside and the sound system was also great and simple to use. I will definitely plan to use Citisedan again for our future party bus needs!

The bus was very clean and had cool club lights and a good sound system too. Plus there were no hidden fees which a lot of other places did have. I would for sure recommend them because we didn't have any issues throughout the booking process or the actual party bus ride and they were affordable, clean and professional!
