I used Citisedan for my fiancé's 30th birthday this past weekend and it was possibly the best party bus experience I've had to date (we usually do one to two a year). I saw that there was a Groupon for the company, but if possible I always try to call the company directly to see if they will just honor the rate instead of purchasing via Groupon as I know the company only gets something like half the amount of it and Groupon pockets the rest. So for $319 we got a 5 hour rental on a party bus which was stocked with soda and water and solo cups, which I thought was a terrific deal. We tipped in cash afterwards. Ojo could not have been any better to work with - he was our main point of contact and amazing! From booking the rental about 3 weeks prior, to me having to change the time frame, all of our communications were either followed up with or well documented via email. He sent new confirmations through anytime I changed something or added a new drop off location on our trip. I believe the pickup had to be within 20 miles of their business, but he was clear to say that once we were picked up we could go anywhere we wanted. We were taken from our house near downtown Dallas to Whirlyball in Plano, then to Cobra Brewing company in Lewisville and back again. I was especially impressed with Ojo's communications the night and morning before the bus - we had a noon pickup and the rental fell during ice storm 2015 so I wasn't even sure if any of the places we were going were to remain open or if the icy conditions were even safe to navigate. Ojo called me at 9am that morning to say he was sending his driver out to check it out, and that he would call me again at 10:30 to make the call on whether the show could go on. At 10:27, sure enough, he called and let us know everything was good to go! The bus driver, Darin, was also fabulous! He arrived 20 minutes early and was super patient with us and great at text updates when it was time to go based on the schedule I provided earlier. Had a great experience with Citisedan. We used them for a limo service for our wedding get-away car. They communicated with us before hand, confirming the driver and the arrival time, and also worked with our wedding venue to make sure they received the waiver our venue required. The most AMAZING service in DFW. Used the service for a party bus to an anniversary party at a winery in Rockwall (trip started from Lewisville). Received several alerts regarding reminders, when drive was 15 min from arriving and when they arrived. I've been using CitiSedan for 16 years and NEVER disappointed. We paid for the service in advance with Groupon, at the end of the ride were told that the Groupon was canceled because they only accept a certain amount of groupons per month. Even though my friend had his receipt that he paid, they wanted us to pay again. It was a big argument that lasted at least 30 minutes with the driver. We ended up just walking away. read more

Great experience and great driver! A friend and myself did a party bus for our birthdays. Darion was the driver and I coordinated with Ojo. I really appreciated the consistent and prompt communication via email and phone when needed. I even received email reminders a day before then on the day of with the driver info!!! It was expected bad weather on Oct 30th but the driver was still on time and early. He accommodated our change in destinations since it started to rain. The bus was clean and acceptable. We had the 20 pep bus but it seemed smaller than that. We end up having 17 people that fit comfortably, thankfully. The bus had a leak at the exit opening inthe ceiling from the rain. I spoke with Ojo afterwards and he was able to provide a percentage back for the inconvenience. Things happen but what matters is how it is resolved!! Great job! read more

CUSTOMERS BEWARE IT COULD BE A GREAT TIME OR NOT HAPPEN, AT NO FAULT OF YOUR OWN. I scheduled this Party Bus for Thursday 29th, yesterday and called Ojo to confirm 1 hour before it was scheduled. Ojo told me he had called me twice on the 28th to respond to an email I sent him and left a message. I did not get any messages. You would think he would have tried to contact me via email since I emailed him with the question which had nothing to do with rescheduling. Go figure!!! Because I didn't respond, he cancelled. He offered to reschedule. I will not reschedule a trip with this vendor as he ruined what took a great deal of work to put together. Gathering 15+ adults who all work and have lives to correlate a convenient time. Ojo who didn't understand this cancellation is a big deal was lacking a bit of professionalism. "My shoes!!!" Contacting all my friends with less than an hour before the event was supposed to start to tell them it was not going to happen. Good thing I associate with great people. I have used the Party Bus before and it overall it was a good time. The driver was great!!! I left a big tip $$$ and good review accordingly. Ojo was still a little unprofessional at that time but it didn't affect our trip. I will be going with DALLAS LIMOUSINE or maybe one of his many other competitors with my business from now on. Even if they are a little more expensive. But in todays times CitiSedan could be related to any of the other providers. Called cornering the market. Advise!!!! Get a karaoke machine for your party bus. Inexpensive!!!! Easy to hook up and makes the trip 10 times better. Your customers will love it. Oh, but all your customers are not that important. Work on your professionalism. It is important to customers. Review the signature on your email. It should be correct not missing a digit in the phone number. *Professionalism!!!!* See what happens when you do not take care of your customers who should be very important. One of the partners of the group I work in heard about the scheduled party and asked that I research a company who can accommodate a very large group. I do not write reviews given the limit of time availability but I had to take an opportunity to commend Citisedan for exceptional service. My flight was delayed for 5 hours and they were there through it with a smile on the face and no sign of frustration. I sure had it! Picking up my luggage proved to be yet another challenge and 30 minutes later I was ready to call it quits and put in a claim. Ignoring my emails because they owe me money!! I've contacted them THREE times now. I had used their service with a Groupon for a ride to the airport. Cabs have been completely unreliable to show up in the past, so I thought this would be a great solution. The Groupon did not cover the entire cost, and I was told the amount I would owe the driver with my confirmation receipt. The driver was there on time and was very professional, no complaints there. I paid him the amount I owed in cash. I was then emailed a receipt to show I paid in full, only the amount I paid the driver was MORE than the receipt showed I owed. One of the charges was taken off. So I emailed the company to ask if they would be sending me a check for the difference. Three times I've inquired and not a single response. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE ON GETTING RIPPED OFF WITH THIS COMPANY!! read more

This company completely screwed us over for my best friends bachelorette party. We booked a party bus with them in July, needing the party bus this past weekend, (September 19th). The trip had already been paid for through Groupon. The Sunday before our event I emailed Ojo, the guy I had been working with since booking in July, to find out if it would be possible to extend our party bus an hour, and if so, what the cost would be. He never responded. I thought that was odd, but figured, people get busy, and he simply forgot to reply. I was wrong. I called Wednesday to find out about extending, not only did he tell me he could not extend, he informed me that he was in fact canceling a booking that we have had for three months. He told me that he was having mechanical problems with his buses. He did not offer a refund, offer to book another time, offer to send us another limo, there were no accommodations, simply sorry, you're out of luck. I am an RN, I don't work a normal 9-5 job, and I work every Thursday and Friday, needless to say, I did not have time to frantically call other places. Luckily, my other friend was able to do some digging, and found out the in fact, these buses did not have mechanical problems, but that Garth Brooks was in town and he was able to charge another group much more money than he had charged me. So to everyone out there who is trying to plan their wedding, or a friends party, DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!! They will bail on you at the last minute and leave you optionless! read more
