If you are even remotely considering a Karaoke Cab you will want to book Francisco (Chico). Chico's ability to find any song you wish is at the very least a very good reason to book but he brings a new level to the Taxi ride and will surely make any event more of a pleasure. Book him for an airport ride too!!

He waited for us at all of our stops and got us back exactly on time. It was a flawless experience and made for a truly great night. I highly recommend them!

"Limo Rick" with Ultimate Limo made my son's 13th birthday party yesterday the experience of a…read morelifetime! My son makes straight A's, is the quarterback of his middle school football team and does everything I ask of him so I wanted to reward him on becoming a teenager. Or ask him for mercy... I did my research and looked at all the reviews of the limo service companies in Dallas that have a stretch Hummer Limo. I was thisclose to booking with a couple of them but told myself to hold off and get more info. In reading reviews of other companies, I saw several people got called anywhere from four hours to thirty minutes before their limo was supposed to show up and the company said they didn't have a driver available and that their reservation was cancelled and they were basically SOL. While this was a surprise and my son would not have known, I wanted to be absolutely certain that sweet Hummer Limo was going to come rolling down the street to take him and his friends to the trampoline park and back and sure enough, it did. All of Rick's reviews are five stars for a reason, don't settle for anything less. Here's why... Rick has owned this company for 29 years and he is the driver. He is available by phone and text to answer any questions you have. He called me back promptly, texted me pictures and I booked him and the limo right away. So many other companies have you fill out a generic online form and then you wait and hope for a response. Call Rick, if he doesn't answer right away he will call you back promptly and answer any questions you have and put you at ease. This is customer service start to finish at its finest! He does a lot of events with the Dallas Cowboys so he knows how to deliver excellence. The stretch Hummer Limo was insane! Immaculate and lit up inside and out! It has TracVision (mobile DirecTV) so the boys watched live college football games on the way to and from the party. It has a Lightning cable input for the stereo so the boys played rap music and YouTube videos from an iPhone, a huge hit with the middle school crowd! That 2000 watt system is BOOMIN' with bass you can feel! Rick will show you how to control all of it! Oh, by the way, Rick let the boys ride by themselves in the limo while we followed behind in our car. I got caught up at a few red lights because I wanted to give the boys their space and he noticed and slowed down until I could catch up. How does he even see out of the back of that thing?!? The boys were treated like Kings with all the Dr. Pepper, Sprite and water they could handle and yes, they drank them out of champagne flutes! If you want a guaranteed experience of a lifetime, call the man who has been doing it for most of his lifetime. Thanks, Rick! You made his party the memory of a lifetime!

Negatives: speakers not as loud as we imagined, A/C circulation could be better, bus not as upgraded as it seemed in photos. They have group options up to 20, 25, 30 people which was so accommodating! When I called to get the information the lady I spoke to was so friendly and answered my many questions. Overall I'd book a bus again through DFW FUN BUS - we had a fairly large group and they were accommodating and great with our whole group.

The contact refused to help us out and never once apologized. We took our VIP gusts to Att stadium for a tour and 3 course meal and cocktails, and ended the day at Kings Spa (if you haven't been there yet treat yourself, it's a must go!) After requesting quotes, Jack responded with his spritely personality. His customer service stood out above everyone else. Jack immediately sent photos of his different size and luxury vehicles, as well as different options for the possibility of our group size changing. The photos were clear and showed both the type of luxury vehicle, style, and seating type. For what I was looking for, he offered limo style party buses and front facing-style party buses too. I paid a deposit upon rental of two 30 passenger luxury busses. I followed up before the event and sent him our full day's itinerary, for we needed the vans from noon till almost 11pm. I received all my receipts and invoice without hesitation. Prior to the drivers arriving the day of the event, Jack was in communication with me and he followed up during the day to ensure everything was to our liking. Our group had a blast. Jack is such a friendly dude, he's upbeat, and was excited to gain our business! I'll definitely be giving Jack a call next time I am in town, even if it is just to give him a friendly 'hey!'
