WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced in my life. I would give zero stars if I could. Still to this day I do not have the item I purchased. Ordered Jan 11, ETA Jan 18th. Its Feb 15th at the time of writing this. Item is sitting in their warehouse. Delivery date has been pushed back over and over. I have sent emails, talked to multiple people on the phone, NSD/Hub Group executives, filed a complaint with Lowes Customer Service (where I purchased the product). Customer service rep from NSD was extremely rude and condescending each time we talked. The reasoning they gave me for not delivering my items? Because there is not enough stuff to fill up their truck to deliver to my location. Total bullcrap and not my problem. They said I could drive to their warehouse 3 hours away and pick up my item, or I could reschedule for the 26th to the 29th. Which is almost a month and a half from the original delivery date. Overall it has been an outright horrible experience and has caused me a ton of stress. Do not do business with this company. read more

I wish I could give negative stars. I think the only reason this horrible excuse of a company is still in business is they are in rotation as a delivery provider with Home Depot. My story: I ordered 3 pieces of furniture from Home Depot. They were shipped in two shipments. When they arrived, they were all the wrong items. (Not NSD's fault, but Home Depot's...my review for them is next). NSD was not the original delivery service. No, where NSD comes in is on the return. Because the order was delivered using two shipments, Home Depot scheduled two different pick-ups. The challenge was we weren't going to be home at a certain date and would be gone for a while. The first return pick-up was with UPS. They arrived the next day and picked up the return. I did not hear anything from NSD. I called them to try and schedule a pickup before we departed. Ha ha! After a looong hold time, the computer system said someone would call back, and then hung up on me. I tried NSD's customer service chat. After waiting for more than an hour for a chat person to join, I gave up and logged off. Then I called Home Depot. They TRIED to reach NSD, but nope. Then later I called Home Depot again and they tried again. After about 30 minutes, Home Depot reached them only to be told that NSD would try to call the customer sometime in the next 3 to 5 days, which meant I wouldn't even get a call to schedule a delivery until after we left. The ticking timebomb was the limited number of days from purchase date to return to get a refund from Home Depot. You guessed it...our get home date was after the final return date for Home Depot. read more

NSD is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. They're not equipped to do the deliveries they're contacted to do and their customer service is atrocious. If you ever plan to order things to be delivered from Home Depot, I highly advise you first make sure that HD isn't using NSD as a 3rd party delivery contactor. Warning: If Amazon sets this business as your delivery service CANCEL THE ORDER. I purchased a 75 inch TV from Amazon, which was originally supposed to have arrived Friday, March 3rd. Around 3pm that day, I got on the Amazon app to see if there were any updates. The shipping was changed to Monday, March 6th, between 8am - 8pm. So I've sat here all day, just for the shipping to now say delayed, and to contact the company. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. I've attempted to reach out via their website, phone, and email, and still haven't been given an explanation as to why my TV isn't here. Absolutely terrible company. I ordered a vanity top from Amazon, and scheduled the delivery for a Friday between 12 and 3. My wife stayed home from a Christmas party so that she could accept delivery, but they never showed. I contacted them via their chat feature on their website the next morning, the following Monday, and again on Tuesday, twice! and was told each time that I would receive a call from the local terminal to reschedule the delivery and I have yet to receive a call. And, now the tracking number lists my package as delivered, which they've acknowledged as a mistake. This company seems to have no desire to even make an effort at doing what they've been hired to do. Amazon can't get a replacement to us for over two weeks, so that's two weeks with no bathroom sink. Ordered a new weight set through Nordictrack. It arrived at the nearby NSD facility and sat for two weeks. I was told they would call to arrange delivery. They never did. I called the facility and a lady said she would mark the package as "urgent" and said I would be contacted ASAP. After 3 days I called again and was hung up on. I tried 2 more times and was unable to reach anyone. Finally I called Nordictrack and asked them to contact NSD. My package was delivered the following day. It was delivered in the worst condition imaginable. Massive tear hole on the side of the package, ripped and mangled cardboard, barely able to hold itself together. had a poor delivery from Home Depot who used these guys. Shipping included to set grill on our back porch. Unfortunately the 3 guys who delivered it would not carry grill up 3 stairs and 5 feet or so to our back porch. If the delivery had been on time my partner and I may have been able to carry it up the stairs. However since the delivery was a few days late, my partner was away on business so I ended up unboxing the grill and carrying the items to our back deck one by one. As you can see from the pictures it was also raining. All of this, including delivery driver refusing to move grill to a dry place (I also offered up the garage since they could use the Dolley) was also caught on my ring camera. It's poor business practice to say you will have your THREE delivery people place a heavy item where the customer wishes but not follow through. Will not use this shipping company again. read more

The links sent in texts to get a delivery setup don't work, the number provided never gets me to a representative, the chat is clearly paid based on number of calls pushed through and service is spotty at best, and there are no options to schedule online. Pickup window 1.00pm - 5.00pm and to expect a courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival. Now it's 6.00pm, no call and no show, no information NSD online chat informed me drivers could be working until 9.00pm so it was up to me if I wanted to wait. But no confirmation. Aylin on the chat was kind and informative but also had no information. Best outcome is NSD complete pickup tonight. 2nd best is a follow up call tomorrow and rescheduling the pickup for the next 48 hour period. Net result is a loss of time all round. I was very happy that my furniture was in great shape. However, I was to be called to let me know the day the delivery was to be and I was not. I received an email the day of delivery that it was to be delivered between one and five. It said I would be called a half hour before the truck would be at my house. I was not. They just showed up around 3. I told them as they were unloading that my husband would be here in 5 minutes and I wanted them to wait so he could see the furniture before they left....just a glance at open boxes. They said I needed to look as they had other places to be. Five minutes. My husband did get there before they left and they were just as off hand to him. I see by all the other negative reviews that I'm not alone in my bad experience with this company. It's so frustrating because there is no way to contact them to get a current update. If you call and stay online while you wait for a representative, you will be told that you will be called back, and then they hang up. There is no callback. Emails are automated non-information. So I've had to file a claim with Lowes for nondelivery and no response from the shipper. This has been a nightmare dealing with a company that has no kind of customer care. If you want to get your appliance in good condition then pray your shipper didn't choose NSD. These clowns contracted the finally delivery to the lowest common denominator and those geniuses dropped a 280 lb water heater down my basement stairs (after having removed the packaging / all protective materials because they couldn't figure out how to tip/angle a box to get through a doorway that's slightly shorter than the box. Now I am dealing with not just a destroyed water heater THAT THEY LEFT IN MY BASEMENT but figuring out how to be compensated for the damage to my stairs. The only saving grace is neither of their people are hurt thank goodness - but it seems training and safety and smarts are all after-thoughts at NSD. read more

I ordered an elliptical from Proform and when I received the package from NSD, the box was torn and ripped open along one edge. The Styrofoam protector was broken into several pieces. There were several puncture marks on the side as well. I refused delivery. Not accepting something that is damaged before I even put it together and use it. Not acceptable for the money I'm spending. Proform is sending a new one. Hopefully I'll get a different shipper or better treatment!! read more

So far, everyone has been very nice, but I still don't have my appliance picked up. Home Depot scheduled it on 1/3, and said it would be 3 to 5 days. I have sent numerous emails, with no response. Three days ago, I used the chat function on the NSD website, and was told that an email had been sent to my local terminal, and I would receive a call within 24 hours. Today, I used the chat again, and was told that 3-5 days is the normal turn around after contacting the terminal, not 24 hours, and I needed to just keep waiting. I know everyone is maxed out right now, so I am willing to be patient, but I would appreciate some meaningful communication from NSD. UPDATE: Shortly after I posted this, I received the reply below. I sent the tracking number, as requested, and in a couple of hours, had an appointment scheduled for today. The guys showed up, as promised, and were extremely professional. This place is a JOKE! I ordered an item and the shipper used NSD for shipment. They called on 11/16 to schedule my delivery. It was supposed to be here on Friday 11/19, I never received the 4hr window call on 11/18 so I called them twice, both times I was on hold for 15+ min only for the automated system to tell me that someone would call me back and hang up on me. Never did I receive a call back. The day of deliver I called them twice that morning and still nothing back from them, they wouldn't even answer emails that the company I purchased from sent them. Fast forward a few hours and I get a call from some other company called HotShot Final Mile, who claims NSD sent them my order on the 16th, which I the same day they set up my delivery. HSFM said they had no record of delivery being scheduled and I would have to reschedule again, after taking a day off work to be home for delivery and installation. Long story short I ended up picking up my package myself and installing it myself! If you want a company that actually has customer service, answers phone calls and calls you back then DO NOT use this company! I will never in my life do business with them again!! As you can see they respond to reviews but don't read them. Why would I need to email you my order number for you to "help" me when I already went and picked my product up myself and installed it? Maybe next time call back before it gets this far, or how about don't schedule a delivery just to pass the order off to someone else and not pass along the delivery date and time? Oh or how about inform the customer that you have passed the delivery off and give them the information to the new company? Why not even email back to the company who hired you to ship it? First mattress came soak and wet. I don't know whose fault that was. Second mattress delivery was a No-show between 1-5 and no one bothered to call me. Since it was Friday, no one answered my call and they were closed for the weekend but I left a message. No call back and I called at 9:10 am on Monday morning. The truck driver arrived as a single individual with the responsibility to unload a 300lb dining table solo with no equipment or individuals to support the effort. I have absolutely no idea how this was expected to be successful. Fortunately we were able to enlist some neighbors to help unload and move the dining table into the property. We ordered a chair online that was being shipped through NSD. I've never had anything else shipped through them, so I didn't know what to expect. When I paid for the order, I paid extra to have the chair brought into the house. I checked on order updates regularly and never saw any movement. Per the email's that I received I was going to get a phone call to schedule a delivery. Today, 10/11/23 I returned home around 11:00am to find a large box in my carport. When I looked at it, it was my chair. I looked at the history on my doorbell camera and saw a delivery truck pull up and a delivery person unload the box at 8:40am. The person never approached the door, much less ring the door bell. When I contacted NSD I was connected to Anna G. After I confirmed all of the shipping information, she advised me that she didn't believe my item had shipped yet. I then told her that my laptop, which I was communicating with her was sitting on the box with their shipping label and tracking number on it. She said that she would have to put in a request to the local hub to get the status of my shipment and couldn't do anything else for me until then. I guess I'm moving it in myself. read more

The cabinet I ordered was damaged. NSD tried to cover up the damage by using tape that matched the color of the cardboard on the box. I tried to stop the driver when I saw there was damage to the cabinet also, but he wouldn't stop and he just bolted. I wanted to refuse the delivery. Non Stop Delivery has been the worst experience in my life Home Depot are fools for using them as a delivery service. I ordered a electric riding lawnmower thru Home Depot on March 7 and it was supposed to be delivered on March 14. So the driver showed up on time but I had no idea at the time he was gonna scam me. It was only 1 driver first red flag then he got out the truck and went to open the back door only to say it wouldn't open. Then he told me he'll be right back but never returned, then he reported to home depot that he delivered my order. What a scam! This lawnmower cost me over $3300 and I can't get them to even answer their phone. But what their not aware of is that I caught the whole thing on my ring doorbell camera, if they don't bring me my order this company is gonna be exposed for the wrongs they do to people.
