Negative 5 stars All the negative reviews in the world Nordstorm shipped with laser ship the status updated to delivered on Sunday 1/17 but the item did not arrive! We checked the security camera. I filled the form in lasership website about my package was delivered but not arrived !! It is there for a reason!!! All I got was several confused responses to the same email !!! It was from "it was delivered for sure and the go's tracked the Deiver", "there is delays", "they contacted the local store to find out more" emailing them I ordered again from Nordstorm and again Nordstorm used the same company LASG 1LS729502310158 and I expect the same experience! But!! I contacted Nordstorm and shred the reviews on this page and asked to stop using this service. I called the lasership customer service to ask for holding my mail for pick up ! The customer service said they are closed on Sunday and will arrange it tomorrow! Updates I called the lasership number and asked to hold my item for pick up. They called me and agreed to hold it! I drove a 35 minutes both ways to get the item fro their warehouse. They sent it out after me calling twice and asked for my signature. The packaging was teared up !! My experience with Lasership has been a nightmare. They received a package in their Chantilly on July 5th. Delivery date was updated to July 6th. The delivery date has now slipped every single day since. The items I purchased were for our vacation and now we are faced with not receiving them in time. I contacted Lasership via their chat feature and basically was told they are experiencing "delays" and basically could give me no reason for delays and no update for when it would actually be delivered. I live not far from their location and offered to go pick up to which I was told they do not offer walk up any longer. WHAT??? I am going to beg the seller to NEVER use this company again. It's a wonder this company is still in business. My package was scheduled for delivery today and after waiting quite a few hours, I get a notification that the driver marked the delivery as Attempted but claimed an access code or instructions were needed to complete the delivery. Problem is I don't live in a gated community! Amazon, FedEx, and UPS trucks drive up and down our street all day every day. However, the LaserShip delivery driver apparently doesn't know how to use GPS. I wouldn't be surprised if he marked it like that and then stole my package. And forget calling customer service. They can only submit a request to the delivery facility and nothing more. They can't even connect you directly to a supervisor, you have to wait at least 2 hours for a callback. They can't answer what happened, but they swear up and down the driver did not steal the shipment. And now I have to wait 1-2 business days for the shipment to go back through the process at the distribution facility and get on another delivery truck, if it even makes it back to the facility. Avoid this company at all costs! If your vendor says they use them, buy from a different vendor because you will never get your delivery. read more

My package said it was delivered, I have a ring on my doorbell and no signs that a package was delivered. I tell customer service, and they do absolutely nothing about it. Hello! I would give Lasership -10 stars. I recently move to my new home. Have had many deliveries from ups, fedex, usps and amazon. And has zero problems, maybe a one day delay but my package have made it. I had 4 order sent by LaserShip and all have not been successfull. 1 package was send to the complete wrong house and had the nerve to take a picture and in the picture you could see the house # didn't match the order address on the box and unfortunately the neighbors were loyal to give me my package. Package #2 was delivered no photo so But don't know where it went.3rd package had a picture but wasn't my house again. 4 package was scheduled to delivery a Thursday I was very nervous even contacted them when I saw the lable was created to make sure I get my order and guess what I saw on Thursday at 12 pm they put a hold. I contact them everyday, until Tuesday I got a message the order cant be found at the Chantilly location. So thats a complete smack in my face. Mind you I reported all 3 order and I didn't get any help or true apologizes and were so quick to brush me away. Lasership doesn't care about our orders. Once AGAIN my package marked DELIVERED and was NOT. Have filed complaint with you 2 times now for lies of delivery status. I have also filed 2 complaints with the BBB against your company. Your Chantilly delivery hub really sucks. Wouldn't even give a 1 star rating.  On 4/09/2023 the Lasership Co.  in Chantilly said they delivered my package @ 2:00pm. The package was nowhere to be found. This company has done this before stating items were delivered and weren't. They also said they investigated it and found it was delivered and wanted me to send them the delivery photos they took. There were no delivery photos provided. Whenever I place an order with a merchant and a package gets lost or never gets delivered to me even if it says it was. The carrier is always Lasership. They are horrible as well as their customer service with the same generic answers every time you reach out to them. I always have to call the merchant back to let them know that Lasership has lost my package and inform them to resend using a different carrier which always works because they end up switching to FEDEX or UPS. This will be the third time a package has not arrived from 3 different merchants. Lasership needs to shut down and leave it to the real carriers that have experience. read more

I have never dealt with lazier drivers and couriers in my life!!!!!! We use Chewy to order food for our dogs because it's cheaper. Every. Single. Time. I have ordered through chewy and they have utilized LaserShip, I've had a problem. Yesterday I got home from work expecting my normal autoship for one of my pups to be home. What do I arrive to? A 100$ bag of food sitting directly in the sun (without a box) and the treats literally TAPED TO THE EFFING BAG. Mind you, it was also almost 100 degrees yesterday without the heat index. So now the bag of food is useless, as well as the treats. On top of that, everything is crushed and I can't even donate it to a shelter. So, thanks to LaserShip, I had to call chewy and have them resend the food and beg for them to not have LaserShip do my deliveries. For the life of me I cannot understand why high end retail STILL uses this logistic company to send anything. Nothing is ever delivered on time for me. Every single item I ever order gets a deliver exceptances OR the drivers claim that delivery was attempted yet I am at home. I have had to update my address a million times. They claim they need a code. FOR WHAT??? You don't need an access code to do your job. And more than one occasion, the driver has stolen my merchandise and claimed they delivered it. If I could leave negative stars I would! Driver claims to have delivered my package, to my front door. I file a complaint and get a text back saying that the package is being returned to Gap.com. So which is it, did you deliver or did you return. I was home all day 12/21 no one came to my door. So now I have to order up an uber, because I'm disabled and can't drive, to go get gifts for my 6 year old so there is something under the tree for him on Christmas! I've been waiting for over a week on a delivery that was suppose to be overnighted for an event. Our roads have been cleared of the snow for a week now and I'm still getting "could not deliver". I've tried emailing (surprise, day three and still no response from them) They have no call number otherwise I'd call them and go to the facility to get my package. I don't know why wholesale retailers still use lasership. They never deliver expedited items on time. EVER. I am super mad because the guy delivered the package to the wrong address. This was gift for my grands special day today. I placed a call to the company and filled out a form yesterday to have the driver go back and get the package but so far that hasn't happened yet. I called this morning and all I keep getting is we are working on it. It saddens me that this happened especially on my granddaughter's special performance today at the school. The sooner this company goes out of business the better for the entire northern Virginia area. Yelp requires you give at least one star which is the only reason I clicked one. Heres the latest issue thats currently still ongoing: Expensive fragile package marked to be delivered on Friday... Driver updates the status as "DELIVERY COULD NOT BE COMPLETED - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED" I got amazon, fedex AND UPS all delivered that day, no one has ever had an issue... There is no way to see what additional information is required via the online system that tells me there is additional information required... I chalk it up to a lazy driver that didnt want to do their job and would rather say "I tried, I dont know how" so the next day, Saturday, I call the Chantilly office and get a lady that tells me the driver doesnt need any additional information, sometimes they get packages on other peoples route and dont know where to go to deliver them?? That didnt make much sense but I couldn't get to the bottom of it, she let me know that the driver took my package home overnight so I couldnt pick it up at the location but will deliver it, probably not today like scheduled, but he will certainly deliver it on Sunday (I was on hold while she claimed to have called the driver and confirmed) Later that day, I get the same status update saying my package can not be delivered because the driver needs more information... I get someone online that says they will hold my package for 24-48 hours before attempting again because the driver could not find my house (never had that problem, the house is clearly marked, that excuse is a complete lie) The online rep said that the driver will call me next time, but they are also experiencing delays due to high volume... Sunday I call Chantilly and get the same lady, she says the online guy did not have the right story, and the deliver guy will absolutely be delivering the package today (Sunday)... (FYI: DHL delivered me fragile glassware on Saturday, no one has a problem finding my house...) Well, its Sunday night, no package, at this point I'm guessing I'm not going to see the thing for a week. I've heard the following excuses: - It went to the wrong driver, who didn't know how to deliver it to my house - The driver just didn't deliver it, but knows where my house is - The driver couldn't find my house and needs more information - The driver doesn't deliver anything but food on Saturday, but loaded my package on the truck anyway - They are backed up due to high volume I was told it would be delivered Friday, then Saturday, then promised over the phone by someone that claimed to talk to the driver that it would be delivered Sunday. This isn't my first encounter with Lasership either, they busted a large projector screen delaying delivery FIVE weeks (after trying to pawn off a package so damaged you could literally SEE the damaged screen through the ripped and bent package) I'm now avoiding any company that ships LS, and advise others to do so as well... Amazon dumped them years ago... I honestly think they know their reputation and get off by trying to live up to it... First, the tracking showed my package was loaded on a vehicle for delivery on 5 June and then nothing. I emailed LS and the vendor on 8 June and they magically there was an update that said it was not delivered but would be shipped next business day. On 9 June, the tracking showed the package was loaded onto vehicle at 12:09pm and then left at front door at 12:11pm. Chantilly is nowhere near Arlington that it could have been delivered in 2 mins. (I'm attaching the screenshot of that ridiculous delivery tracking). I contacted the vendor and LS. The vendor quickly offered refund or to send again. LS offered up this lame response: "Thank you for your inquiry regarding [tracking number] and I apologize for the delay in response . Our team reports your package has been delivered and should have arrived to your location. We would just like to confirm that you have received your package or additional assistance from your Seller at this time. If you have not yet received the package or assistance, please contact your Seller at this time for further assistance. Thank you, LaserShip Customer Service" Clearly, LS is used to the vendor making up for their negligence. The package was likely lost since 5 June and pretending to make a fake delivery is their strategy. read more

I think my package was stolen by their driver and they l just keep giving me the run around now. I ordered an outfit from ASOS for an event. Three days ago they said they "attempted and failed" to deliver my package to my house which has no barriers to availability to leave a package. I created a case online and NOBODY contacted me within their expected time frame. So I called THEM (wtf) the day before yesterday and spoke to someone about my package who said it would be here "tomorrow or the next tomorrow" (the day of my event at the latest). It is now the day of my event so I call at 8:30am because still NOTHING. No updates on the site as to when I can now expect it. I ask if I can just come pick it up from their facility and I am told the exact same thing by this "representative". Today or tomorrow it will be delivered - I cannot intercept. In the lowest energy tone ever. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR JOBS. I do not understand how they are in business still. So now I have to cancel my event? Because lasership can't get their act together and DO THEIR JOBS? More like LoserShip. UPDATE: Was contacted finally last night by a supervisor who told me my package was coming today.
