Can I leave 0 stars? I am very upset, my package was left outside of my leasing office after it was closed. There are no cameras or security, anyone could pick up my package and I would have no idea. The only reason I went to check the office was because the delivery status. If the package had not been something I needed Sunday evening I would not have been checking my status. There is a lot of foot traffic and around the from of my apartment complex so it is very unsettling to think that if I would have been a few minutes later it could have been gone. My apartment is not miles away so I am not sure why a driver would dump a package outside of a closed build when they could have been put safely somewhere else. read more

In the past I've never given lasership a good review because they've never delivered my packages. The last 4 weeks they've delivered my HelloFresh delivery on time and sometimes early. They've gotten somewhat better. read more

Why is this company not facing criminal charges or being investigated? My delivery was supposed to arrive last week, it first indicated it could not be delivered, waiting for more information. Now it says it cant be delivered because it cant be left?customer service says they do not know why it cant be delivered. Ulta says i have to wait another eight days for a resolution. Many other reviews are sayi g the same thing. I live in a residence and every other carrier makes it to my house, no problem. I feel like they have stolen my stuff, especially since one item was perfume. Retailers, please stop using this service, you will loose customers! read more

My box was supposed to arrive yesterday and the claimed they "ran out of working hours to have it delivered". I spoke with a supervisor today who told me the box was lost and they would issue a refund etc etc. 3 hours after posting to twitter, facebook, and yelp about their horrible service I heard a thump at the door. The supposed lost box is here.... And it's been opened. 4 boxes of facial creme are inside each within their own box with the exterior plastic from the vendor ripped. Hmmmm wonder how that happened. On Friday, 2/20 I got a missed call but no voicemail from LaserShip. I called back and learned from the customer service rep that the delivery person had seen a sign on my locked condo building door that said "Do not leave packages outside" and turned back. The sign actually says "FOR DELIVERIES CALL (703)xxx-xxxx (Do not leave packages outside)." so if they saw the sign telling them not to leave packages outside, then they also would have seen the line telling them to call that number to get inside but ignored it. Calling the number would've given them access to the building--other carriers leave packages inside by our mailboxes every day. The customer service rep said she would pass on my instructions and they would try to deliver it again. On Monday I got a voicemail from Luis saying that the delivery person "couldn't find my building." Luis listed my address correctly in the voicemail, and my address shows up accurately when I Google it, so I assumed there had been some mistake. After a bit of phone tag, I got a hold of Luis. I mentioned that I'd called yesterday to let them know about the sign on the door, and Luis says that he thinks that's what actually confused the driver and asked for the phone number on the sign. I was a bit surprised by that, since the number was on the same sign that the delivery people had looked at two days in a row, not to mention I was at work and wouldn't be home for several hours. But I was able to track down the number from work and provide it to him. Luis then assured me that the package would be delivered soon. I came home around 6:00 PM Monday (2/23) evening, checked outside and inside for the package, and saw nothing. I thought maybe the delivery would arrive Tuesday (2/24). Then, around midnight, I happened to check on the delivery status and saw that it had been listed as delivered just before 5:00 PM at the front door. I went downstairs to check by the mailboxes in case it had actually arrived after I'd arrived home, but it wasn't there. I also checked outside again, in case it had for some reason been left outside despite the multiple calls regarding how to gain access to the building, but it wasn't there either. My package (a lamp from Walmart) was finally delivered on Tuesday, 2/24--two business days after the first attempt, after the sign with very clear delivery instructions was ignored twice (and explained over the phone twice), and the package was marked as delivered a day before it actually arrived. During this ordeal Walmart offered to refund my money or send me a replacement, but when I asked their rep if I could ensure that it wouldn't be delivered by LaserShip, they told me that it was the luck of the draw. After my experience and reading others' reviews, I'm nervous to buy anything online from Walmart or Amazon in case it gets delivered by LaserShip. read more

The ABSOLUTE WORST delivery service EVER! Between my neighbor and I we get packages delivered almost daily between USPS, Amazon, FedEx and UPS. And yes we do live in a rural area it is farmland but the houses and the mailboxes are clearly marked. For some reason this delivery company could not seem to get the job done. I have been trying to get my Blue Apron meal delivery for 3 days now everyday I've called and been told that it would be delivered that day and every day it's not here today I was told that the driver took it to the wrong house and then went back to get it and no one was home????? At this point the ice in the box is probably all melted and the food is no longer any good. The customer service is horrible as well, they were all uninterested in trying to help and borderline rude. I hope I never have to have anything delivered from them again! ZERO STARS!!!! read more

Drivers don't know how to use a GPS. Leave my packages at all the neighbors houses.

I know I have read some bad reviews about Laser ship but We have had a good experience with them, thank you Laser ship for the second week in a row for an on time delivery, even in terrible weather today you still delivered my perishable package in a timely manner. I think my package was stolen by their driver and they l just keep giving me the run around now. I ordered an outfit from ASOS for an event. Three days ago they said they "attempted and failed" to deliver my package to my house which has no barriers to availability to leave a package. I created a case online and NOBODY contacted me within their expected time frame. So I called THEM (wtf) the day before yesterday and spoke to someone about my package who said it would be here "tomorrow or the next tomorrow" (the day of my event at the latest). It is now the day of my event so I call at 8:30am because still NOTHING. No updates on the site as to when I can now expect it. I ask if I can just come pick it up from their facility and I am told the exact same thing by this "representative". Today or tomorrow it will be delivered - I cannot intercept. In the lowest energy tone ever. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR JOBS. I do not understand how they are in business still. So now I have to cancel my event? Because lasership can't get their act together and DO THEIR JOBS? More like LoserShip. UPDATE: Was contacted finally last night by a supervisor who told me my package was coming today. Today has come and gone and now they've told me that they lost the package. read more

I was anxious when I first saw our meal prep delivery service was using LaserShip, as we've had bad experiences with them in the past for packages from Amazon. The first two deliveries were made just a couple of hours after being loaded onto the vehicle, so I thought maybe they had improved their service. Over the following weeks the deliveries were made later and later, and the box had been sitting around in the vehicle for over 12 hours. Yesterday we were watching out the windows and through the security camera all day waiting for our weekly box. When nothing showed up by 9:00pm I checked the status in the tracking. It said the package was delivered at the door at 8:37pm. I checked the porch, stairs, garage, sidewalk... but there was nothing. I checked back through our security cam footage... but there was nothing. Oh wait... at around 8:35 there was one vehicle that slowly drifted past our house, turned around in the emergency turnaround, and then went back out of the street. One thing for sure is that the driver of the vehicle certainly didn't stop and deliver a box to our house. If that vehicle was indeed one of their LaserShip contractors then they must have been confused or lost and either gave up (and marked it as delivered to get paid for the delivery) or delivered our box to another house on the street. At this point I will never again deal with a company that uses LaserShip for deliveries. I cancelled my subscription with the meal prep service, as it's too costly to not only have LaserShip not deliver the boxes but to also have to go out and get groceries or a restaurant meal to replace them. I checked some of the other meal prep services, and unfortunately it seems like most of them use LaserShip so none of them will be getting my business. read more

They made no attempt to deliver the package the next day - its still sitting in their facility. 8 Calendar days and still the package has not been delivered. What a train wreck of a company. My recomendation is to completely avoid using this company to ship to your customers, and if you are a customer ordering, make darn sure the seller does not use LaserShip. "When it absolutely, positively does not have to be there, use LaserShip!" read more

It's too bad that you can't put less than one star.. this company blatantly STEALS the items that they're supposed to deliver that YOU paid for. When you complain to them about it, they immediately tell you to speak to their customer service and EVERY TIME they basically say that it's not their problem. Thankfully Vans refunded my entire purchase. If you order something from a retailer and they use LaserShip, I recommend that you immediately cancel your order because not even ONCE has LaserShip actually delivered an item that I PAID FOR. Retailers, STOP USING LASERSHIP. THEY ARE THIEVES. read more

I wanted to update my review because we did finally receive the package 2 days after the first delivery "attempt." I emailed customer service and eventually did find out that the package would be delivered within 1-2 business days. I happened to check the tracking on Sunday afternoon to find out that it was out for delivery around 3pm. I spent all afternoon/evening/night checking, as the tracking continued to say "out for delivery." I ended up going to bed around 11:15pm after checking the tracking which still said it was "out for delivery", and thought perhaps the package would be arriving on Monday instead. Lo and behold I wake up at 6:15am on Monday morning to check on the status, to find out it was delivered at 11:30pm on Sunday and was sitting on my porch all night. I really don't understand the company's logic of having their drivers deliver literally all through the night. I would have much preferred to have the package delivered in broad daylight on Monday, rather than having an expensive product sit on my porch overnight. Simply baffling! read more

Ordered my kids' Christmas clothes through Carters and received an email that they would be delivered through LaserShip. My order has been delayed three times and now simply says it will be delivered "next business day" -- this update was 2 days ago and I still haven't received my order or ANY feedback from the company after two separate emails. Their automated chat service is completely useless and only tells you the exact same information posted on the shipping status page. We've had bad luck with delivery services on base before, so I assumed it was that, but seeing all the other negative reviews makes it pretty clear they just have a terrible business model and cut corners. read more

1. Two of my packages have been just sitting at their location for several days (3 days for now and still counting). The lady on the phone says they experienced Labor Day related overload. Ok, but I never saw Ups or Fedex "overwhelmed" by the federal holidays. So just comparing with major competitors, LaserShip looses a ton. 2. One of my package was "out for delivery" but was not delivered that day. When I called LS customer service they said "it's in the driver's car and will be delivered to you promptly tomorrow". So my stuff I paid for is just sitting in someone's car overnight. Very disturbing and unsafe. read more

Absolutely the worst! Liars and theifs I just don't have another words for this company. I ordered my Sephora and they happened to send it by LaserShip. First everything was great till the point when they put "exception" note on my package that was not delivered even though according to them it was loaded to the car in the morning. So I called customer service and the guy asked me if there were certain conditions why the package couldn't be delivered. And it was none, it's a regular neighborhood, no gates, no special entrance, no locks, nothing. So he told me that he is opening the case about my missing package and they will be back to me as soon as possible. All right by me. A couple of days later I got an email that they still can't locate my package. Week later I called again to ask where is my package. Nice young lady told me that the case was closed and they put a note that the package was lost. Like really?! I wasn't notified at all what is going on. So she reopened the case but again nothing happened and they post that they lost it. JUST WOW! These company is just a bunch of liars... Had to call Sephora to ask them to resend me my order. This is the worst shipping company to use. I do not understand why corporate companies use them to ship any items. 1:17pmEST I am preemptive writing this review because I am waiting on a package from this company. The only issues I have with them whenever I order something from Amazon they update their tracking page to say "Delivered" when the item hasn't reached my front door. This is from another company. I placed an order with this company on Friday and according to their tracking page, I was supposed to get it yesterday. I didn't. Now the delivery date has changed to today (8/8) This is what the tracking page looks like right now: CHANTILLY, VA 20151 US 08/08/2017 7:51AM LOADED ONTO VEHICLE CHANTILLY, VA 20151 US 08/08/2017 1:01AM ARRIVED AT LASERSHIP FACILITY CHANTILLY, VA 20151 US 08/07/2017 5:48AM ARRIVED AT LASERSHIP FACILITY My package is loaded onto vehicle and it's not showing out for delivery. Again, they loaded onto the vehicle...this vehicle is not moving. This particular facility is 30 mins away from me. Lasership fails in the worst way as a shipping company. With tracking technology today, it's hard to believe that my package could not be located at the warehouse. Lol!! Happy H says ALL of the 1-star ratings should be taken with a grain of salt but the two or three good reviews are a more accurate reflection of their service. Duh, OK. The few good reviews are more likely friends of Lasership employees...yeah, that's more credible. Their drivers are so stupid, that they deliver packages to my garage door, thinking it is my front door because that's what their notification says, "Delivered to front door or porch, duh..." The problem is that I run it over when the package is left in the path of my car when backing out. They don't even have enough sense to lean it on the brick next to the garage door so it's out of harm's way. So if you are an idiot and have a driver's license, Lasership has a job for you! read more

I rarely take the time to leave a review but I felt this is needed. I ordered a package from Abercrombie. I get a text from Lasership saying they couldn't deliver my package due to "not having enough information." I was immediately suspicious because I have ordered from Abercrombie countless times with the same address with no issue. I had to put in a request for someone to call me to sort this out. I received 3 calls in a row from a random name. I thought it was a spam considering I never received a voicemail stating who it was. They continued to call me, only allowing the phone to ring 2 times before hanging up. I called the number back and I find out it's Lasership. They wanted to know what unit my apartment was. I told them, and they said they "updated" it but it would take 2-3 days for them to put it back out for delivery. I am not confident given the company's horrible reviews. read more

Unfortunately, I need to update this review. In the past two months, any time I order next day delivery from Amazon and it gets sent out via LaserShip my packages have been delayed. I no longer feel I can trust overnight delivery from Amazon given LaserShip's less than stellar performance. Twice now I've paid extra for same day delivery... only not to get it that day. I've had several packages delayed 1 or 2 days, or even delivered at ridiculous hours (9:00pm) despite delays. I'm not sure what changed within the past two months, but it's completely discouraged me from upgrading any delivery I get since I have a feeling it's just going to get delayed anyway. read more

Amazon's 2 day shipping defaults to LaserShip here in NOVA, and they've failed on multiple occasions. I live in an apartment, and once they left a package outside the lobby door (on the front stoop), instead of leaving it in front of my door or with the office like any other delivery service. Several times, the tracking information has stated "out for delivery", and the package doesn't show up until the next day. If you have any choice, don't use LaserShip. Unfortunately, if you use Amazon, you don't get a choice, and you'll be left to groan whenever you see "package via LaserShip" on your order confirmation. read more

I ordered 2 packages from 2 different sellers (that apparently normally use UPS), but due to the holidays and UPS shutting down - they used LaserShip. Both packages said they arrived at my door, and I never received either. When I called customer service, they gave me some stupid explanation that the driver "Doesn't remember" and had "no way of checking" their records from just a few days before....?! I called both sellers and told them to NEVER use LaserShip again. Looks like I'm not the only one that's experienced this from all the other similar reviews too. Good luck trying to get a delivery from them. They'll lie and say they attempted delivery when someone is too lazy to actually deliver it to you. All it takes is ONE screw-up. We've had probably a dozen packages delivered from Amazon.com in what I'd call a timely manner by Lasership, but any equity they might have had has been squandered in one move. Our package due today "by 9 PM" is shown on my Amazon account as "delivered, at front door, 8:36 PM". Except... nope! My wife and I have been home all day, caring for our newborn son, noticing every vehicle that's come down our street. Not one has been a delivery vehicle, much less a white Lasership van. It's now 12:56 AM, or more than 4 hours past the "delivered to front door" time entered by their unscrupulous driver, and no package has arrived. I can understand a package being late. I don't mind if it's a day or two past the estimated delivery - I'm cool with that, really. But when a company LIES, and says "we delivered it," when they didn't, they get the worst possible marks from me. Lying is something I just don't tolerate from a vendor, so Amazon will get an earful about this. read more

I recently got off the phone with LaserShip's customer service number after never hearing back about a "24-hour investigation" into my missing package (i.e. an automated message that meant nothing, apparently). After holding for an absurd amount of time, I was told by the useless representative that it was delivered on Saturday as per the tracking information. It was not. Our living room couch is less than five feet from the door, and is where I spent the few hours before and after the claimed "delivery." There was no knock, and I checked frequently to see if the package was left. My dog barks any time someone even walks past our door in the hallway, so I know for a fact that it didn't get stolen, it was very simply never delivered. If you look at the 85,000 people currently talking about LaserShip on Facebook, you'll notice that almost all of them are complaining about similar situations to mine. The customer service representative essentially told me to fuck off and go cry about it to Amazon. What a scam. I am a huge fan of Amazon Prime, but I will certainly be making sure not to allow Lasership to fulfill any of my orders in the future. Amazon, on the other hand, did not leave me on hold even for a second, and the very kind and competent representative I got immediately helped me get a same-day replacement shipment and a full refund of the failed (stolen by the LaserShip driver, most likely) previous order. As icing on the cake, she made sure LaserShip was NOT the company delivering the replacement package, thank God. This amazing customer service explains how LaserShip keeps getting away with so much crap, since customers likely all end up fixing their numerous issues through Amazon after being shut down by a horrific experience attempting to contact LaserShip. ****TL;DR - CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE AT CHECKOUT!**** I have never written a yelp review before, and am only doing so now because this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I am writing this in the hopes that someone from LS management sees it and fires the appropriate staff responsible for a seeming epidemic of failed deliveries and broken promises. However, I doubt that will happen, because they are all shitheads. read more
