The cabinet they were to deliver and unbox in my condo would not fit into elevator while boxed. I suggested they inbox downstairs instead. Unboxed it would have fit into the elevator. I offered to sign a waiver. They refused and left the box outside the elevator where it was exposed to the weather. They said they'd need to reschedule with 2 additional men to carry up the stairs. I tried to resolve by calling the 'contact' number which no one answered. Very long story but they never rescheduled. I found another delivery company who arrived when they said they would. I hope you're ready for a long review, because this experience was beyond frustrating. I purchased a water heater from Home Depot and had it installed, only to find out from two separate plumbers that the unit was defective. After spending hours on the phone with Home Depot, they finally arranged for a pickup and replacement through this company. That's where things really went downhill. I scheduled the pickup using the provided link--no call, no show. I called to follow up, was apologized to, and told I'd be contacted. That never happened. This cycle repeated multiple times. In total, I was given five different pickup dates/times where no one showed up or followed up. On the sixth attempt, someone finally arrived--about two hours late--while I was in the middle of putting my toddler to bed. The water heater (around 300 lbs) was already placed by my sliding door for easy access. Instead of arriving prepared, the driver immediately questioned how he was supposed to move it and even asked me if I had a dolly. They clearly did not have the proper equipment. After struggling to lift it, they started dragging and rolling the unit across my backyard pavers, causing visible damage. When I pointed it out, one of the workers dismissed it and said, "that'll come out," which was both unprofessional and frustrating. Things escalated further when I tried to document the pickup. One worker told me to take a photo for my records, but the other became confrontational, insisting I delete it and arguing with me about it. At that point, I simply asked him to step aside so I could take a photo of the item on the truck--given everything that had already gone wrong, I needed proof it was actually picked up. To make matters worse, when I tried to file a claim for the damage, I was told the scheduler "just handles scheduling" and that I'd need to contact Hub Group directly--despite them being the ones coordinating everything. Overall: * Multiple missed pickups with no communication * Late arrival when they finally showed * Lack of proper equipment for a heavy item * Property damage with no accountability * Unprofessional and confrontational behavior I would not recommend this company under any circumstances, especially for large or heavy item pickups. I called on Monday and they said they couldn't find the TV I called Tuesday and they finally found said it'll be Wednesday at noon at 12:30. I said he was running a little late. The very nice men got there about 130 my $20,000 TV was buried truck and they were fighting to get it out which I was not very comfortable with. I got confirmation for a Wednesday pickup, no call no show. I call the next day and was told that they would pickup my material that day. No call no show again. I called them back thurs-saturday trying to get updates for a new pickup schedule, even spoke with a supervisor to try and help escalate the issue, was told on 2 separate occasions I would receive calls to confirm a new pickup date. Never received a call. Called back on Monday to ask again for an update, another escalation email was sent out. Was told id receive a call. Again no response to the escalation. Finally receive an email back on tuesday just to be told they were sorry and they are experiencing longer than usual delays at their terminals. I don't know if this is all the same as NSD, but @hubgroup from Cleveland delivered my new LG Washing machine that I ordered from ABT.com in a efficient and courteous method. I did receive the arrival phone call that the washing machine had arrived from the warehouse in Illinois to the Cleveland dispatching Hub Group terminal, and then I received the 30 minute delivery window phone call as expected the next day. This was 3 days AHEAD of schedule which was awesome when you are down a major appliance with a family bugging you when they can start washing clothes again. The drivers are cool guys, They loaded the washing machine into my garage quickly and I gave the signature on their tracker, and there was no problems it took all of 5 minutes. Overall the delivery process was great. I ordered 2 mattresses from JCPenney. They were actually able to set up my delivery date earlier than expected, so that was good. They sent me an email to set up my delivery day and time. But was weird was that at first I decided to call them to schedule my appointment, but then I hung up right away because I wanted to use the link that they had emailed me. But after I hung up, a few seconds later I got a text message from them saying thank you for scheduling my appointment. I never set anything up. They have me a day and time for the delivery. The Hub Group, a third-party contractor hired through 1StopBedrooms, delivered furniture to my home. During the delivery, the drivers dragged the furniture across the floors of my brand-new house, causing visible scratches and damage. I immediately pointed this out to the drivers, who then called their supervisor. The supervisor admitted fault and assured me the damage would be repaired. I also contacted 1StopBedrooms by phone that same day to report the incident and was told to follow up with Hub Group directly. I emailed Hub Group with full details of the damage, but they denied my claim despite the supervisor's acknowledgment at the time of delivery. 1StopBedrooms has also attempted to distance itself from responsibility by claiming the issue lies solely with the delivery contractor. However, under Georgia consumer protection laws, companies cannot avoid liability for damages caused by their chosen contractors. As the seller, 1StopBedrooms is still responsible for ensuring the services provided through its third-party partners do not cause harm or loss to the customer. Passing blame to a subcontractor does not relieve them of responsibility. Desired Resolution: I am requesting: That Hub Group and/or 1StopBedrooms cover the full cost of repairing or replacing the damaged flooring, OR Provide a fair monetary settlement to cover professional repair costs. I am filing this complaint because neither Hub Group nor 1StopBedrooms has taken accountability, leaving me with damage to a new home and no resolution. This failure to take responsibility is unfair to consumers and contrary to Georgia consumer protection standards. read more

Driver did his job and delivered product, that's about the only thing that happened without issue. 1. The package was to be delivered 3/18 (fail! came 5 days later). Hard to tell if that's shipper or merchant issue. 2. NSD failed to inform me they would even be making a delivery and I was not home (this comes into play later). 3. Package was opened when it was left and one of the boxes inside the big box showed damage. Had I been home I would have denied the delivery.
