If it was for the warehouse only, this review would be less stars. The staff, however, was very understanding and helped me. The product got delivered in one piece, but the communication was a struggle. I received a text at 3:30pm proposing a delivery window, asking me to respond by 2pm that day, which would be an impressive feat. The delivery window was 3pm-7pm, and my wife made arrangements to leave work early and be there. At 11:08am I received a text saying "we'll be there in 1 min," giving neither my wife or I time to get home. The nearly 300 lb package was left leaned precariously on the corner of my stairs with "this end up" pointed straight to the ground. Had we been there, we could have directed them where to place it so all we had to was remove the packaging. Instead I had to call a bunch of friends to come over and help us move it. read more

The gentlemen were quite communicative regarding when they were on the way. I did receive an email from them day of to notify me of the delivery window. They did bring the piece to my apartment. Unfortunately I will be needing to return the piece, and if the company is going to use the same business, we will see how the return goes. Overall the delivery process was great. I ordered 2 mattresses from JCPenney. They were actually able to set up my delivery date earlier than expected, so that was good. They sent me an email to set up my delivery day and time. But was weird was that at first I decided to call them to schedule my appointment, but then I hung up right away because I wanted to use the link that they had emailed me. But after I hung up, a few seconds later I got a text message from them saying thank you for scheduling my appointment. I never set anything up. They have me a day and time for the delivery. That was weird,but not a problem. I called them back to confirm everything and pick the day and time I wanted. As for the actual delivery, the 2 gentlemen who delivered my mattresses were very professional and set up my 2 new beds with no issues. They were also to get to my house early that day, so that was great. They kept good communication with me on when they would be there, so my experience with this company was great. read more

I ordered a bedframe as a gift for my 70 year-old mother. One part of it delivered and then the next day she heard a huge crash out front and thought that there had been a car accident. She ran outside and the driver had thrown the giant 100 pound box, half on the curb and against her car. She saw the driver flee the scene and drive off quickly. She had to have the neighbor help her drag the damaged, half opened box out of the gutter. read more

I don't know if this is all the same as NSD, but @hubgroup from Cleveland delivered my new LG Washing machine that I ordered from ABT.com in a efficient and courteous method. I did receive the arrival phone call that the washing machine had arrived from the warehouse in Illinois to the Cleveland dispatching Hub Group terminal, and then I received the 30 minute delivery window phone call as expected the next day. This was 3 days AHEAD of schedule which was awesome when you are down a major appliance with a family bugging you when they can start washing clothes again. The drivers are cool guys, They loaded the washing machine into my garage quickly and I gave the signature on their tracker, and there was no problems it took all of 5 minutes. Communication was superb and the crew that made the delivery was fast, careful and strong (one guy carried the huge and heavy box with the banquette by himself, over his shoulder and up a flight of stairs). Driver did his job and delivered product, that's about the only thing that happened without issue. 1. The package was to be delivered 3/18 (fail! came 5 days later). Hard to tell if that's shipper or merchant issue. 2. NSD failed to inform me they would even be making a delivery and I was not home (this comes into play later). 3. Package was opened when it was left and one of the boxes inside the big box showed damage. Had I been home I would have denied the delivery. I did not bother to see what was in that box because I am requesting a return due to the fact that I needed it sooner than the day it showed and I had to make other arraignments so I no longer need this product. The Hub Group, a third-party contractor hired through 1StopBedrooms, delivered furniture to my home. During the delivery, the drivers dragged the furniture across the floors of my brand-new house, causing visible scratches and damage. I immediately pointed this out to the drivers, who then called their supervisor. The supervisor admitted fault and assured me the damage would be repaired. I also contacted 1StopBedrooms by phone that same day to report the incident and was told to follow up with Hub Group directly. I emailed Hub Group with full details of the damage, but they denied my claim despite the supervisor's acknowledgment at the time of delivery. 1StopBedrooms has also attempted to distance itself from responsibility by claiming the issue lies solely with the delivery contractor. However, under Georgia consumer protection laws, companies cannot avoid liability for damages caused by their chosen contractors. As the seller, 1StopBedrooms is still responsible for ensuring the services provided through its third-party partners do not cause harm or loss to the customer. Passing blame to a subcontractor does not relieve them of responsibility. Desired Resolution: I am requesting: That Hub Group and/or 1StopBedrooms cover the full cost of repairing or replacing the damaged flooring, OR Provide a fair monetary settlement to cover professional repair costs. I am filing this complaint because neither Hub Group nor 1StopBedrooms has taken accountability, leaving me with damage to a new home and no resolution. This failure to take responsibility is unfair to consumers and contrary to Georgia consumer protection standards. read more

This place is very unorganized unprofessional and there is zero contact from the drivers. I was told many times when I have called to find out why it is being delivered that the drivers are supposed to call that it is required. We had a poor experience with the builders for our new bedframe. They installed the bed wrong and we had to undo half of the bed and fix it for them. There was also a missing piece of the frame that is not the builders fault but other parts of the bed were put together wrong. We specifically had difficulty with the wheels and after inspection we were able to see where the errors were made. It took up half of our afternoon fixing the job that we paid $100 more for to be done by professionals. There were minor damages on our bedframe because of trying to get the drawers to fit due to the wrong wheels being placed on the drawer. read more

This company provided delivery for a furniture order from Article and never made contact with me aside from the initial automated delivery scheduling email. They said they'd call when the driver is 30 minutes out from delivery; I did not receive a phone call, text or email. The large and heavy item was deposited at the bottom of my steps, when it could have at least been brought up the 3 steps to the porch given its weight. I still never received a confirmation of delivery notice even hours after it was dropped off. Did they deliver on time? Yes. But communication was non existent and I was home at the time of delivery so it would have been nice to be notified when they were coming to be ready and ask that that drop the item on the porch. read more

I ordered a 100in tv on Amazon and was worried when I saw it was shipped NSD after I read the reviews. However everything went great. NSD received the package on a Monday and by the next Monday it was delivered. I was given a time frame of 3pm - 7pm, they texted at 2:45 and said they were 15min away. Things did not start off well at all. My window for delivery was from 9 AM to 1 PM. I was suppose to receive a call 30 minutes before they arrived with my delivery. At 12:35 PM, I called the company and explained that I had not received a call yet so meeting the window was highly unlikely. I was put on hold while the person said she would check into it. When she came back on the line, she blamed it on poor service in Clayton where the delivery ahead of mine was located. I finally received a text at 12:58 PM. They arrived at almost 2 PM. It took about 45 minutes to install. They two men were nice and helped me move a couple of items to another room, but after they left, I realized that the bed frame unit was not pushed against the baseboard, not centered, and was sitting crooked. I happened to be able to stay past 1 PM, but under most circumstances, I would have had to leave and reschedule the delivery. I ordered a mirror off Amazon in time for Christmas and it came afterwards due to delays. It came damaged and I've been waiting weeks on a replacement. They keep telling Amazon they "attempted delivery but couldn't get ahold of me" but that never happened. When I try to contact them a not tells me to leave my number so a delivery can be scheduled within 48 hours, but I'm never contacted. The whole process has felt like a bait and switch- I'll probably have to cancel after waiting 2 months for a product that isn't damaged. read more
