There isn't self-faxing & printing, yet you can email your documents for them to print out for you. For shipping, bring your own packing tape or you'll be charged a user fee...better than having to buy tape as you do at USPS. You can drop off packages for UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS & Amazon - for the latter, they do not have the Return Code Scanner. There's a mini workstation, pay as you use. He assisted me in choosing the right box for all of the items, taped it up and placed my label on it. Even with several customers in the store, he was able to assist everyone in a timely fashion. The store was very clean and there was a bottle of hand sanitizer on the counter. If customers were too close to each other, he did ask for them to distance themselves. He seemed to have good rapport with the regulars and even the mail man that came to drop off mail for the PO Boxes inside. There was also an Amazon locker there.

The woman I worked with was cold and seemed painfully annoyed as I needed to print several items for an international visa. I was the only customer in the shop yet felt like I was the least important priority. She went even as far as to say "the guys in the back printing are getting very frustrated with the sizing of your item and are going to need to charge you more." It was a simple photo that could have easily been cut down to work properly. Instead, I sheepishly agreed to her idea of adding a white border on either left and right side of the photo, which would clearly make it look off, against my better judgment because I just wanted to get the hell out of there! It was a total waste of hours of my time and money, went all the way to the Embassy in DC and was told the photo's borders would make it against standard so my visa would need to be redone. Will not return.

I paid $100 to send a package overnight express, FedEx failed to delivery it until two business days later. The folks at Pronto told me they couldn't help, and that I would need to call FedEx directly. If I had wanted to deal with FedEx I would have gone to a FedEx Kinko in the first place and not paid Pronto's mark up! I'm all for supporting small local businesses (and paying a bit more than if I were to go to a large multinational), but they need to make it worth my while by offering better and more personalized customer service.
