Same situation as many others - product was shipped from manufacturer to NSD who would provide that "last mile" delivery. Product was delivered to the NSD shipping terminal on the 22nd of March. It's April 3rd and still nothing. Their customer service is automated, on-line assistance is the same with the standard "someone will get back to you in 48 hours", which then passes only to be replaced by another "we will get back to you in 48 hours". I understand delays, but the complete lack of information and customer service is rather poor. I would verify in the future who Home Depot uses as a carrier. It certainly will be a factor in ordering in the future as NSD is simply not reliable. read more

What a horrible company. I had something delivered by home depot on 1/12/2022. It was broken (bathroom vanity) when dropped off. I called the next day and HD said they would schedule a pickup. Here we are on 02/22. I am on my FOURTH call to HD. I have emailed and called NSD probably 10 times and have not had human interaction once. HD called them when I was on the phone and could not reach them also. Just canned responses. I dont know how people like this say in business. read more

This is possibly the WORST carrier I've ever dealt with. Scheduled delivery was for 12/2. No call, no show. Called their phone, no response. Clicked their online chat, no agent available. The next morning 12/3 they apparently "attempted delivery and was unable to deliver". It wasn't in the scheduled delivery window, they didn't call me beforehand, they didn't call me when they were here. I'm convinced they never even came. I ordered a some garage boxes from a company called New Age Product, I was so excited when they were shipped with NSD. Then the issues started. NSD has the worst customer service(or lack there of) I have ever seen. I have sent multiple emails and tried to call multiple times and no one answers or returns call. They have my cabinets and their website keeps saying "weather delay". We had a little bad weather over a week ago but since it is almost 80 degrees and some of the best weather we can experience. I am so frustrated with the lack of communication coming from NSD. This is the worst experience I have ever been a part of. read more

My bathroom project has been on hold for a month because the first one was delivered damaged and now NSD has been sitting on the 2nd for an entire week and will NOT respond to email request, will NOT perform the automated call back when you try to call and will NOT respond to Lowes reaching out to them either. I guess I'm the odd one out of these bad reviews. We had a great experience with NSD. I had a treadmill delivered via Amazon and everything was flawless. They called to say they were able to deliver 2 days earlier than expected (awesome!). I received a text 30 mins prior to the delivery and they delivered on time. They were very careful about getting it up the stairs w/o any damage to my walls. No issues at all and I'd have no problem knowing I had another delivery from them. The company has failed to reach out or reply to my emails, I've called multiple time and left call back number and still haven't received any back. Ordered a shed off of Amazon because we loved the look of it. Amazon even allowed us to select our delivery date. However, that is where the convenience ended. NSD refused to honor the selected delivery date and told us that we couldn't select a date, they would give us one. They then proceeded to provide dates that did not accommodate our work schedule and told us they would not deliver unless we were home. We used a date provided by them, stayed home, and they still didn't deliver on the date and never even bothered to call and reschedule. We then had to reschedule two more times before they finally made the delivery. It gets worse from there. Despite arranging a date and time for the third time, they ignored the request and called on a date we never agreed to and said they were on their way. In a rush, we had the neighbors accept the delivery. During the delivery the driver (caught on security camera) lost control of the package which hit my vehicle in the driveway (also caught). He then left mud all over my garage from his shoes, ripped the front off the box the package came in losing all of the hardware and assembly instructions. I called to file a complaint and was told a claim number was formed under my order number and I would receive a call back within 24 hours. It's now a week later, no call, and we can never seem to get anyone on the phone. We returned the shed because of course it could not be assembled without the hardware. This experience has by far been the worse we've ever had with Amazon! Do not order this shed or cancel if you see NSD listed as the delivery company! read more

If it wasn't for Andrew H; the customer service rep; this rating would be lower. Andrew went the extra mile to ensure the root of the problem was identified and worked with us to find a resolution. After a missed delivery, I contacted customer service twice to figure out the reason for the missed delivery and to reschedule. While both service reps were professional on the phone and did their job, I didn't feel that they truly cared about my satisfaction on as a customer. I actually informed the second representative that we would not be available for a next day delivery between 4-8pm. But still received a call and email later that day requesting confirmation for a 4-8pm delivery. I immediately requested to speak to a rep and was put in contact with Andrew. Andrew immediately diagnosed the reason for the missed delivery (delivery truck went to the wrong house/address). At that point Andrew began working a resolution that fit into our work schedule. Literally the worst delivery company I've ever seen! Let's go back a couple months.... ordered a part for my truck through Amazon which uses NSD for their large shipments. Package showed up 2 days late and damaged. Okay, no big deal. So I return the item and order a replacement. NSD then doesn't show up on the scheduled delivery date. After repeated calls where I'm told that they never received the product I was able through amazon to reschedule the delivery. Guess what??? They didn't show up on that date either. Now, 6 weeks later I'm still waiting. So Amazon calls NSD and they said they lost the package. Amazon then cancels that order and reorders me another item. 2 days later, completely unannounced NSD shows up with the item they "lost". Guess what... it's damaged. Luckily (or so I thought) I had already ordered a replacement as we thought the item that was just delivered was "lost". That package shows up 1 day late and you guessed it... damaged. Frustrated I order the item for the fourth time through Amazon. I get a delivery date scheduled for today between 9am and Noon. Guess who didn't show up? That's right! NSD! And once again they're saying that they've yet to receive the package at their facility and nobody seems to know where it is or when I can expect it. All told NSD has not shown up on the scheduled delivery date 4 times and has delivered 3 damaged packages. I originally ordered this item on November 1st 2019 and it is now January 8th 2020. I just canceled my order and will be looking elsewhere. I'm not sure this company is still in business. It's an absolute joke!! read more

This company SUCKS!!!! I purchased a Pro Form treadmill with assembly at delivery. No one contacted me about when the delivery would happen. Then one afternoon my wife went out to get our mail and notice a large box in our walkway. It was the treadmill which was dropped off without any notice and with ZERO communication!!! It was to be assembled at delivery and I paid an additional cost to get this done. I tried to contact the delivery company (NSD) to find out any info on what was happening. Ordered a bike from nordictrack on December 14th, with guaranteed delivery before christmas. Checked the status on the 23rd, shipment was in the area. Going on 2 weeks now no bike. Called several times Dec 23rd, 26th, 27th..finally got a hold of someone and they stated thst they would put a rush in and and someone would get back to me...no one did. Spoke to someone on thursday jan 2nd after receiving 5 automated emails prior stating they been trying to get a hold of me and to provide a good number so they can reach me. They put me on hold said they were speaking with the local shipping agent and set up a delivery for monday Jan 6th between 1pm and 4pm. Received a phone call and text on the 3rd from the local shipping agent to set up a delivery on Jan 7th. Was told by the local agent that no one from nsd called them yesterday. I emailed NSD directly and no one has gotten back to me as well. Very disappointed with this carrier, would not recommend them, their customer service is sub par and do not follow through on what they say. This company was used by Sony to exchange a defective 65" TV in my home. The driver arrived during the specified window & called about 30 minutes before to let me know he was coming. The new TV was assembled in a manner different than what was detailed in the instructions, which was a bit concerning as I watched, but everything came together ok. This company was assertive and prompt in contacting me to inform me of when they would be making the delivery to my home. They were extremely helpful in that they moved my old mattress off my bed and carefully laid the new one on my bed after taking care to remove the protective cover, etc. I'll be using them again, as I have another order that will need to be delivered to my house. On the day of the scheduled delivery, after taking off work to make sure I was home, I waited and waited. After the deliver window ended with no delivery I called Amazon to inquire what was going on. They called NSD and was told the delivery was rescheduled for a full week later because "it was too far away" to deliver as scheduled so they simply moved out the delivery. I am so frustrated that I don't even want to buy another thing from Home Depot. I ordered a bathtub that was delivered by a different company that took forever and when it came it was damaged. The box was so damaged that it looked like someone threw it out of the truck and it rolled down the driveway. Needless to say the tub was cracked and had a big hole it it. Home Depot claims that NSD would contact me to schedule pick up to return it. This was April 12 and I haven't heard from anyone. I've tried calling and can't get anyone on the phone. In November I placed an order through Amazon for what was supposed to be a Christmas present for my wife. This item was both large and expensive - enough so that, unlike most of my Amazon orders, it required a signature upon delivery. I scheduled a delivery on a day that I knew my wife would be working (don't want the gift to be spoiled) and that I could take some time off from work. So, finally the day arrives, I'm ready to take a partial day off from work and come home to en empty house to receive the gift. Actually, let's rewind 14 hours first. At 10:38 the night before scheduled delivery I received a phone call from a restricted number. I was in bed, so I didn't answer and when I listened to the voicemail that morning it asked if I could switch my delivery window to a morning one, please call us back at this number to confirm. Three things: First, 10:38 at night is WAY too late to be calling a residential number, thankfully my phone was set to silent but I'd have been pissed had I been awakened at that time. Second, I can't switch the delivery window with less than 12 hours notice because I work and made arrangements to be home in the afternoon, not the morning. Thirdly, I can't call you back because the message said to call back at "this number" which showed on my phone as restricted. I guess the next part is my fault because I didn't call back, but at 8:36 the next morning I got a call from the delivery driver saying he had arrived. Ummm, no? There was nobody available to receive, and sign for, the package. I explained that the expected window was between 12-3 and he just quickly said 'no problem' and that was that. Three o'clock rolls around, nothing. I give half an hour because delays happen. Nothing. After 45 minutes I'd expect contact from the carrier to at least explain a delay. I give an hour before I contact anyone. When I do, they promise it's on it's way. I really want this to arrive before my wife so I ask if they can give me an ETA, if it's going to be close I can send her on an errand to delay her. Nope, can't do that. Dispatch is closed you see, there's no way to contact the driver. What? Really? That seems really strange to me. A couple hours later, no package, no driver. Let's get back in that customer service chat. It's on its way, I assure you. I can't tell you when and I can't tell you where the driver is (dispatch is closed, you see), but it's coming. Can you promise that it's coming? "Well, no i can't but I've seen deliveries made as late as 11:30, don't worry he'll call you when he's on his way." Ok man, I really do want this delivery tonight, but I get up for work at 4:00 each morning, if my phone rings that late at night I'm going to be pissed and would consider such a late call to be completely unprofessional on your end. "I understand completely, but we can't contact the driver so he'll call when he gets there". Ok, but it's time for me to go to bed, what happens if it doesn't get here tonight? Literally, "I don't know". Not we can reschedule, not we'll make sure it's the next delivery on the truck, but "I don't know". So, here I am, two days before Christmas (and this is probably my fault for choosing a last minute delivery date even though the order was over a month in advance) with my gift completely lost because the company can't honor it's delivery window (at this point, nearly six hours late, I wonder if they even had the ability to honor that window). That's not even the most frustrating part though. Even worse is the fact that they can't tell me anything. Will it be delivered tonight? Maybe, but I can't guarantee it. We might call you for a signature, even if it's long after you've gone to bed. See, the driver shouldn't return to dispatch with deliveries still on his truck, no matter how long it takes (absurd I say at this late hour with signature required deliveries. DO NOT BOTHER ME AFTER 9PM). Will it be delivered tomorrow? That depends, we can reschedule now (no good, I can't take another vacation day), but if the delivery is attempted and unable to be completed we don't reattempt the delivery, we'll send it back. I'm going to bed. I told my wife she doesn't get her Christmas gift this year (not on time anyway). Yeah, I'm frustrated that it's late, but I'm more frustrated with the customer service experience (or lack of) with this company. If ever I see an Amazon (or any other) delivery contracted out to these guys I will immediately cancel it. read more

I have been trying to contact this company. I ordered through home depot a vanity for a bathroom remodel project. They do NOT answer or call back.
