I bought a loveseat through Amazon. When I bought it, it scheduled the delivery for 7/24, a window of 9am-9pm. I waited all day. Tried calling, you don't answer, and eventually disconnect. Your chat function puts a user in a weird no connection loop more often than not. When I finally got through on chat, an alleged human told me that's not REALLY the date, we'll call you. On 7/27, Amazon, and your site said it would be delivered 7/28 between 9-12. Nope. Waited all day, went through the hair pulling effort of reaching another alleged person who told me over chat they'll have someone call me before close 7/28. It was around 730, you close at 10. Nope. Today, your recording says it will be delivered between 8-11. A real person on the phone reached me this morning. He doesn't know why they didn't deliver yesterday, can't get anyone on the phone at the terminal, doesn't know where the furniture is, and has no idea if I'll get it today or not. One would think a shipping and logistics company would, y'know, know how to track what they're shipping. You don't. So, are you actually a shipping company or do you like the idea of calling yourselves a shipping company? I received an email with a revised delivery date of 9/28. I called Home Depot to cancel. Home Depot tried to cancel but couldn't get through to nsd. I received a call from Nsd on 9/9. Someone said they would deliver the next day. I said I already bought one from ace. I asked to cancel and told nsd I would not accept delivery. They said no problem. Then someone showed up on 9/10 with the grill! I told the delivery guys that I would not accept delivery. They said they were leaving it anyway. I have all of this on video. Wild stuff. I ordered a treadmill the first week of June. It was scanned that it arrived at the NSD delivery terminal about ten days later. I waited for a week, and no one called to schedule delivery. I got ProForm customer service involved, and they had NSD initiate a dock search, which somehow took two weeks to complete. The outcome of the search was that the treadmill was damaged and undeliverable. So ProForm sent out a second machine. According to ProForm, my second treadmill arrived July 13th. But NSD did not scan it until the 20th. Once again, no one from NSD called to schedule delivery. So I contacted NSD customer service via their chat option. After waiting about 45 minutes to speak to someone, the NSD rep gave me a direct phone number to the local delivery terminal. The person I spoke to said she could schedule delivery, but that they only did threshold deliveries, not the white glove delivery and assembly that we paid extra for. She said that she would have to contact someone else to handle the assembly. But she could not tell me when that would happen. I contacted ProForm to request that they refund me for the white glove service since those who are responsible for final delivery could not guarantee it. The rep there escalated my issue to Stacy on the Extra Mile Team, and told me that I would be hearing from her that day or the next. I still have not heard from Stacy, so I found the email address for the Extra Mile Team here on Yelp and sent an email detailing my issue once again. I still have not heard from her, anyone locally, or anyone at all from NSD. And I still do not have my treadmill. This has got to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had with two companies simultaneously. This is a high-dollar purchase and a big deal for us. It should be treated as such. My advice, if you are ordering anything oversized to be delivered to your home, research who will handle the delivery. And if it is NSD, run away as far and as fast as you can. Update: Appreciate the response from the business but my package did arrive 6 days (4 business days) late. Overall, the communication from them was quite poor. The integration between Amazon and their services was quite bad as I got the run around from Amazon and NSD with both saying it was the other's responsibility. Their website and Amazon's website should both do a better job with which company actually has the package. I did receive a phone call a day after my package did not arrive but after I had spent an hour or so trying to track down what happened to the package with both companies to no avail. Unfortunately, I missed their call about a reschedule but called back immediately and was sent to voicemail. Someone called me the next day and the earliest to reschedule was Monday. It's a good thing I didn't need my package ASAP as this could have caused problems otherwise. The communication from NSD remained poor as I was told to expect a follow up phone call to plan a 4 hour delivery window. That call never came and come Monday morning I received a call at 7am which is far too early as most people are asleep at that time. I called back and they didn't do a good job of explaining when they would actually show up. I got a call from my doorman that they were here so I told him to let them know I'd open the garage door so they could bring it over to my car (it's a roof top cargo box). I brought down $10/each for them but by the time I got downstairs (2 minutes) they had already left the package in the lobby and left entirely. This company was hired to deliver, install and pick up my old wine refrigerator. They arrived on time, which was appreciated. It was lightly raining so they decided to bring the fridge attached to a pallet on a dolly through my house and made a mess and didn't attempt to clean. They delivered the fridge but claimed they don't pick up or install, so they left without cleaning up from opening and removing the fridge or their wheel marks. I immediately called the manufacturer of the refrigerator and they insist they paid for white glove service. A couple days later I get notified that they didn't pick up the defective fridge because I refused to let them take it. They asked for a review and I wouldn't have bothered until the drivers lied about not picking up the old one. I wouldn't pay these guys to sweep my floor! read more

I ordered a bumper off of Amazon which was expected Aug05 to Aug12. Today is Aug17 which was the most recent projected delivery date but I still dont have it. After finally reading some reviews I guess I'm not the only one that saw the tracking go from the distribution location to my local area and back again a couple times over. Had I not turned to Yelp and read Kim's review I honestly would have no idea what to do. If your order is late, which is my case, I cannot emphasize ​how much actually emailing them at ExtraMile@hubgroup.com is so much better than using the number that was provided by amazon. After losing my patience today I ended up on yelp and read Kims review, emailed and messaged both ExtraMile@hubgroup.com and Patrick Lynch whom I did find on LinkedIn as the VP for Customer Care at NSD and, within 10 minutes got a message back from Patrick and 20 minutes got a call from Barbara at their customer care center who helped straighten everything out with what went wrong with my delivery. Shortly after getting off of the phone with Barbara I got a call from a gentleman at their distribution location near me, Evan, who wanted to finalize a definitive time someone can meet me so the delivery can be made and everything can be squared away. I cannot express enough how much their effort meant to me as a customer. Had I not experienced that level of customer service so quick I wouldnt have made the effort to make a yelp account just to do this review. I'm giving them 4 stars because of how much I appreciate the people who are helping me and the effort they put forth. This company has great people that are part of their team and I think that should be recognized. If you are sensing your item will be late or it already is, ditch the number amazon gave you and email them. Its so much better. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. I paid $99 for the "white glove service." This includes delivery, assembly and hauling away all debris. My husband was home to accept the delivery. When I got home the screen was not level and there was a gap in the plastic where the screen stand/bar attaches inside. There was no knob but a handle to move the screen up and down and it is almost impossible to work. Nothing was explained to my husband and after a 15 minute assembly they left with a $20 tip each and the tools that came with the instructions. I had to call ProForm and they are sending a repair tech this week to fix the assembly. I am very unhappy with their service and I am attaching pictures. read more

I contacted NSD concerning my return back to Home Depot. My first return date was for January 23, 2023 for a 10am pickup and no one never showed up. I called Home Depot customer service and they got in contact with someone at NSD and was informed to ask me if I can wait until after 5 and if they do not show up then call back. I had a doctors appointment at 4:30 and could not wait. They asked if I could put the vanity in my driveway just in case they showed up. I informed them the box is too heavy for me to lift and I will not leave it outside just in case they show up. Well, they never showed up. On January 24, 2023. No one showed up to my residence to pick up the vanity. I called Home Depot customer service again and they transferred me to NSD customer service. I was told by the representative that I would have my return/pickup appointment set for January 25, 2023 between the hours or 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. No one never showed up yet to pick up the vanity, nor did I receive a return call. Home Depot later told me NSD truck broke down, but this was still after my pickup timeframe. Again, no one called me to inform that I will not be receiving a pick up. I have called NSD several times and I received no answer. All I got was an automated system informing me someone will call me. I have called Home Depot back and they're unaware that NSD is not picking up my vanity. This is poor customer service. NSD and it's local affiliate failed miserably and didn't care. Someone else's shipment was delivered to me and my shipment was delivered to them. The shipping bill on the box clearly displayed the other customer's name, address and phone number, it was 70 miles away. I called the final mile delivery company, Arnoff Shipping and Storage of Poughkeepsie, NY but they had no interest in addressing their blunder. They refused to address my complaint and told me I'd have to take it up with the company from whom I purchased the product. Since the item was urgently needed I ended up having to pay someone to drive the 140 miles round trip to get my shipment and deliver it properly. First off the delivery arrived 5 days ahead of scheduled delivery, although there was no warning, no 30- minute call about the arrival, nothing but a guy knocking on the door. Second, we were given an updated date/time window for arrival. this time they were a no call-no show. Third, the customer service was less than helpful, short and began typing in caps when I began questioning their responses. (Not a big deal to me but I'm told the is internet "yelling". ) Fourth, the items showed up laying on their side, stacked on top of each other because delivery truck did not have tall enough roof. The items specifically say do not lay flat, do not stack. Based on the damage to the boxes, I made the drivers open the packages, both items heavily damaged, they said "sorry, have a great day" and left. At least the driver was polite. Now I have to get a refund, re-order new items, have the old picked up and new re-delivered. There are so many area of improvement in this whole process. Call OSHA! I felt so bad for the worker. They sent ONE man to deliver a 700 pound package. I ordered a shed through Amazon. Per Amazon, NSD is supposed to take the package all the way to the spot where the shed would be built. There was no way this man was going to be able to do that alone and I wasn't able to help. This is easily the worst customer service I've ever received from any company. My package is now over two weeks late and I've yet to receive any update from the company on what happened to my item. I've contacted support every single day and every time I'm promised that an escalated request has been sent to my local terminal for them to call us about current status. Not a single time has the terminal contacted me. I've even tried utilizing the "escalated" support email address that Pat keeps recommending. I was initially hopeful, but all they've done is submit yet another urgent request to have the local terminal contact me. As expected, the terminal continues to not give updates. NSD is a horrible delivery service. Don't use them. They delivered toilets I bought from Home Depot. I had no choice on the delivery service, I guess NSD is the service Home Depot uses...they should switch. Anyway, the first delivery they broke one of the three toilets they delivered. Then, when they delivered a replacement toilet a month later, they where supposed to delivery it inside my home but they left it at the curb. Also, they are supposed to call 30 minutes before they deliver. I never got a call. When I realized they left the toilet on the curb, I tried to get them to come back by calling Home Depot and NSD. The delivery company called left a message and a date they were gonna deliver my $3000 plus bar set. They never spoke to me. I called when I got off work and left a message for them to call me back after working hours tomorrow. They never called me back. They delivered my merchandise while I was not at home. They gave my merchandise to contractors that was at my house. The contractors thinking they were helping me out, placed the bar in my unfinished garage with no doors and no protection from moisture. There were several holes in the boxes and scratches and different places on my bar. My merchandise sat in the garage outside for almost 2 weeks until they could come out again to put it inside my house, which is what I paid for. I am now in a lengthy negotiation with 1StopBedrooms.com trying to get compensation and repairs on my bar. read more

What a nightmare of a company. I have a large item to be returned to Home Depot and supposedly, NSD was to contact within 5 days. I reached out to Home Depot on days 7, 9, 12, and 15. Each one of those occasions involved HD contacting NSD and NSD saying that they would contact me to schedule the pick up. Not a single call and I leave the country in two days, so this will now prolong the refund for at least another 2 weeks. Also tried the chat function on their website and it's broken . . . keeps saying there's an error and it's been that way during this whole duration. Not like it was broken for a day. I tried the phone route as well and the system automatically hangs up on me once I indicate that I still need to speak to a rep after it provides the status of my return. read more

Ordered a TV through Amazon that shipped via NSD. I recieved a shipping confirmation from Amazon stating I needed to be home today, Tuesday May 19th from 6am-6pm to sign. I double checked the tracking on the NSD website that also said that date at time for scheduled delivery. I started calling and emailing them by 5, seeing that it wasn't out for delivery. They finally called me back at 6, saying it won't be delivered today and they cannot get a hold of the carrier location in Grand Junction to figure out the scheduled delivery, but they would send that location an email to have them call me tomorrow, since they can't give me the number directly. I would give less stars if I could. I am 30 weeks pregnant going through high risk pregnancy and seeing a specialist twice a week. We had a crib and dresser ordered for us well over a month ago and it was delivered to the "local terminal" in my area and has sat there for almost a month. We are in a hurry to get this nursery set up as my baby will be coming early. We have tried numerous times over a span of a week to call, email and online chat with literally ANYONE from NSD delivery. Nothing. Can't get ahold of a human being about my order. I finally emailed someone from corporate about the situation and he was very kind and assured me that someone would contact me soon and get it scheduled. I got emailed from someone about it saying it would be delivered on the 6th of April (this was said a week before the 6th) and someone would call the day before about timing and before they arrive. Can you guess what happened? Zero calls or email and no delivery. This has turned into a nightmare of an experience all over two pieces of furniture. I emailed corporate again and 5 hours later got the response, "I apologize you did not receive your delivery today, I have reported this as a "service failure" and will have someone contact you about rescheduling." ANOTHER FREAKIN RESCHEDULE. Well I got a txt from I assume the delivery service saying, "unfortunately the drivers are having mechanical issues and the soonest we can deliver is Friday or the next week." This is so unbelievable. Mechanical issues shouldn't delay you by two days let alone until the next week. I mean I live 50 mins from the local terminal it's sitting at.. What kind of delivery service is this?? I told them it needs to be delivered by Friday otherwise I will not have anyone at the home to sign for it because if it's not signed for they won't deliver it. And zero response from that txt now. So I can only hope it gets delivered when these people actually say it'll be delivered.. I have left a rather rude email to corporate telling them I expect It Friday. These people are incompetent & I will never use NSD delivery again. Very unprofessional and unorganized and I'm still waiting on my furniture NSD. I received delivery of JcPenney mattress set from this company. I paid $25 JCP for "Haul Away" yet when the two delivery person arrived they refused to provide the service I paid for stating the box spring was "stained". They could not provide any written documentation that they have restrictions on condition of items hauled away. I have not yet been refunded for the service I did not receive. I will pay again for "haul away" service if the staff of this company are not going to "haul away" and get to decide if they are going to provide a service that's already paid for and have NOTHING in writing regarding their policies. I find it ridiculous that I have a scheduled delivery time on a Friday morning, yet I get a call 30 minutes prior to the delivery window to tell me they are moving the delivery to the following Monday. They claimed that the item I am expecting didn't arrive until Friday morning, yet the tracking shows it was delivered to the terminal location 2 days prior to my scheduled delivery. I don't understand why they couldn't deliver it on the same day they received it or ask to push the delivery later that day. After my husband emailed the company's VP of customer care, I was called within the hour to have a new delivery scheduled. This is after a week and a half of me contacting the company every day via phone and chat trying to get an update. A second delivery was scheduled for today, July 7, 2 weeks after the initially scheduled delivery. Again, we scheduled our day around someone being home to receive this delivery, and it was not delivered. We ordered this bed on June 12 and family scheduled their trip out to visit us around when we'd have our guest room set up. Our family is now sleeping on an air mattress because NSD has failed twice now to deliver this as scheduled. I have been calling for 3 days in a row but nobody pick up and when the automated system said they will call you back, they NEV ER do. The online chat also takes forever (like more than 1 hour) to get a response and when you get someone, they tell you to call the number instead.... End of the day just a lot of time wasted and getting nowhere I have a product scheduled to delivery 8/16 to 8/18 to New York City (tracking number 36155798). The online tracking shows that the product has arrived Brooklyn NY on 8/9, which is only 30 mins drive from NYC. It has been almost a week since last status update, nobody can tell me where is the product, reach out to schedule a delivery and even pick up the call. I am very frustrated because my contractor is waiting for the material to finish the renovation so I can move in. I just wish someone can tell me when I can get the delivery. read more
