I'm at a loss on what to say about this company, I don't like giving bad reviews but the experience with NSD shipping is horrible. i Bought a birthday present for my sons few weeks ago, through Amazon. My son really wanted a bigger quad and paid for the difference, he is 10. We had the delivery scheduled for a Monday and I took work off to be availabl for the delivery, I never showed up. I tried reaching out to them on Tuesday, and could not get through. I called Amazon and they were able to talk to them, and got it rescheduled for Wednesday. again no show for the delivery. after talking to Amazon again, I got a call from NSD, they said that they can't find my item in their warehouse. The gal called again later and said it was lost and Amazon was being difficult to get a replacemen. After another day of more of the same, I called Amazon on Friday. They reached out to NSD, and they told the rep they found the item and would deliver it on Saturday. Saturday came, and once again no delivery, and my son is in tears because he wants his gift, and he has anxiously waited by the door each delivery day. Don't even know what to tell him. We tried finding the product locally, to no advail, and the item is now nearly $200 more than what we paid and can't afford to replace it. And I can't get ahold of NSD. This company is horrible, if you order a large item from Amazon, please request NSD is not the delivery company! read more

I appear to have had a similar experience with this company as others did. First off the delivery personnel did not ask if they needed to remove their shoes or already remove themselves or ask/have shoe covers. We had to ask them after the fact. They complied but they had already been inside and after my wife had just cleaned the floors. We could never directly contact this Company and had to go through JCPenney to get any information about Delivery of our item. They were supposed to call before coming and they didn't. They had to assemble the Dining Room Set and every screw needed tightening. There were at least 7 that were extremely loose. One was barely in the hole! We had to clean up after they left. A couple of the chairs were wobbly and we had to try and fix them ourselves. The Delivery personnel should have checked this as part of the Assembly. They cleaned all the boxes but there were still small debris left. NOT what I would call "White Glove" Delivery Service! The Delivery personnel, themselves, were friendly enough but if they had done a few things better, it would have been a more pleasurable experience . read more

Further update: spent last evening putting the legs on. This morning, a friend came over to help my husband flip the table over. Turns out that it was damaged in transit. Pictures show that the damage to the table align with a hole in the box, which we discovered after seeing the hole in the table. Words cannot convey how upset I am with this delivery company. Update: air hockey table was finally delivered four days after scheduled delivery (I truly believe that was only because I was a squeaky wheel). Never received the courtesy call that was supposed to occur one half hour prior to delivery. This company has a terrible business model, due to really horrible communication deficits. First of all, I am not one to give 1 star reviews. So lets start with the initial delivery, I ordered a fridge. They gave me a delivery day, which i stayed on location until 6p waiting. It never came. When i went to check the tracking it still said the correct day. The next day i check the tracking number and it has changed to a week out. Okay, well things happen, ill just wait at my shop for this fridge on that day. Nope, shows up on a completely random day that had no correlation with the tracking #. Well at least i have a fridge and I had some staff there that could monitor it. Well lets just say "handle with care" was not in their vocabulary. The next day when i go and unpackage my new fridge, the whole top of it is indented to a extent of damaging the inner workings of the fridge. This made it unusable, obviously. Now we go to get it returned. Well, the hotline it gives you to call leads to a 3 hour wait just to be disconnected. Trust me, so far i have wracked up 7 hours of wait time. I am not even sure to start with their list of ineptitudes. Well, I ordered a Jet Lathe through Amazon with a delivery date of June 11, 2021. The item arrived in my state of NC from the literal farthest point away from me, WA in 5 days. The order then sat in their terminal for 5 days before the delivery date. Well, I was lied to, sorry, TOLD the item would be delivered between 9 am-12 am the following day. I had a feeling this was not going to be the case so I chatted with them. They confirmed that it would, in fact, be delivered the following day and the original time. Well... the next day came and I did not trust anything they had told me so I checked their online tracker, and wouldn't you know, it was not even scheduled for delivery. I called them again, which is useless. I chatted with them to find out that it was going to be delivered between 3 pm-6 pm the NEXT day. I will not even be in town to receive the package so I asked amazon to notify them that I will be picking it up in a terminal. They are theoretically "going to call for an address and time for pickup." We will see if this is the case. All in all, avoid this company like the plague. Between their sad excuse for customer service, complete lack of contact methods that result in speaking to someone, and their complete disregard for agreed-upon delivery dates, you would be better off asking the company you are buying from to not use them. If anyone wants to start a petition to ask Amazon and Home Depot to stop using them as a carrier I would love to get on board with that! If you decide to make your own life miserable and "contact" them, let me let you know what you're in for. Tracking through the website: Information never updated in any semblance of real-time. Remarkably inaccurate. Chat feature: Be prepared to see an automatic reply saying "Waiting for Customer Care representative," every 5 minutes (literally) for over an hour. I posted this review and within minutes I was contacted via phone by a gentleman who was very upset with what I posed. No with me for posting it, but at the issues I faced with his company. I was provided contact information necessary to procuring my item from a third-party hub they use. I reached out to them and I will be able to get my item today. Granted, I have to pick up this 250lb item, but it is better than not getting it at all. I began this day with disdain and hatred towards NDS, but after speaking to this gentleman, I can say, with all honesty, I am satisfied and will be updating my rating. I will still be taking away some stars for how difficult it was to contact them, but since the delivery problem is not their fault directly I will forever have a different opinion of NDS. I ordered a new couch-in-box from Bed Bath and Beyond, and they used this company to deliver it for me. I received good communication via text and on the day of, two delivery guys came on by within the delivery window, as scheduled. They were nice enough to leave it outside my unit door for threshold delivery instead of just inside the condo building door, so I wouldn't have to ask a neighbor to help me carry it across the lobby and down the hall. The whole process was took less than 5 minutes. No delivery issues. My only thorn in the process is that you are contacted through email and/or text. I am at a loss. My baby's crib was ordered. We have received multiple delays for delivery since mid July and my item is at the local terminal per the website tracker for weeks. We have sat on hold only to have an automation say someone will call us back and it disconnected. No one calls. For weeks. Emails are auto replies saying to go to website. The website has no working way to connect with customer service. I have never made a complaint to the better business bureau before but I'm getting close. I need to have this crib before my baby comes and I was assured by the store I purchased from I would have it 2 weeks ago. At this rate I'm genuinely concerned I'm never getting it. Their website talks about great customer service but they obviously don't care at all. If you have staffing issues then at least automate a realistic delivery date instead of leaving us hanging. This is beyond poor service. The ethics of this company is laughable to be hung up on and promised a call we both know isn't coming. Shame on you. HORRIBLE!! We bought two loveseats from a company and they used this delivery company for the local delivery. We paid for the "room of choice" delivery which is any room on any floor. For the record, there were 4 options for delivery: 1. Outside Drop Off Scheduled delivery to the outside entrance of your home or building at the ground level. 2. In Home Drop Off Scheduled delivery to the immediate entryway inside your home. 3.Room of Choice Delivery Scheduled delivery to your room of choice on any floor. 4. White Glove Delivery Room of Choice + Full Assembly & Packaging Removal. (The above is copied and pasted directly from the website we bought from. When the guys got here, they told us they would only carry the loveseats to just inside the house, not up the stairs where we needed them. We told them we paid and extra $129 for the "room of choice delivery" because we knew we wouldn't be able to carry them up the stairs. They still refused. I got out my phone and showed them exactly what it says, word-for-word. This went back and forth for about 10 minutes, with the two guys not giving a darn what we said. Finally, one of them got on the phone and called a manager (I assume), but they both spoke in Spanish the entire time so I had no idea what either of them said. It's seldom that I leave reviews but I will when the service has been absolutely horrible. First off this shipping company is very unprofessional and does not stick to the guidelines that they created themselves. I made a purchase (a mattress) on 4/20/23 and my items began its shipping process about 6 days later. This is not the problem because it was already expected on my end. This courier/shipping service contacted me saying that my items will be delivered on 5/4/23, which was also fine because I already knew this was the timeline given by the company. They also stated that someone will contact me 30 min prior upon delivery that day. On 5/4/23 I waited between the hours of 2pm-6pm because that was around the time the delivery guys said they would arrive. Mind you I had to block out my schedule because of this delivery. I waited and no one showed up. I called them the next morning and spoke to a woman named, Carla. She said that the truck had some issues that day, apologized and said they were scheduled to deliver my bed on 5/5/23 between the hours of 2pm-6pm. I understood and waited again to no one showing up. I also blocked out my schedule again 2 days in a row so that I would be available for delivery. To no surprise, no one showed up again. I've been sleeping on the floor now for 2 days now. I was pretty upset at this point and called them only to get no response and the phone going straight to voicemail. The weekend passes and I've been sleeping on the floor going on 4 days straight. At this point I have no idea what is happening because the shipping company would not pick up my call and ignored me. Monday comes and I finally get a call from Carla saying that the delivery guys did show up on 5/5/23 and said I wasn't home so they left. They had my phone number and said specifically that they would call me. Carla was obviously lying to me because I was home all day and night that Friday 5/5/23. I even ordered food for delivery with the worry that I might miss the delivery guys for my bed. She kept insisting that the guys showed up and after a few minutes of back and forth nonsense, she said the delivery guys will be showing up the next day Tuesday 5/9/23. She said "too bad, but the truck is already loaded for that Monday so I would have to wait another day for my shipment. They finally show up on Tuesday and my back and hips are killing me at this point after sleeping on the floor for 5 days in a row. The bed came in tact and was brought into my room. I get an email from the company the next day 5/10/23 to please leave them a positive review for them on Yelp because of their excellent service. The audacity! Well so here I am, leaving them a review although it's not a positive one. In fact to anyone reading this review, I am truly sorry if you are subjected to using this trash ass company for your shipping services but if you have other options, definitely use the alternative. If I had four hands I would give this company, 4 thumbs down. UPDATE and REPLYING: I've been reading some of the other reviews about this company and it's seems like this hack Patrick, who calls himself the manager of this company, replies back with the same generic response to any bad review. Some of these people have some really bad experiences and his same response is, "Please respond back with your tracking number and we will get your delivery in order". Well the product is already here you dummy. What can you possibly do now to accommodate my delivery? Give me back some money that I spent for the product? Ordered a vacuum cleaner from Home Depot on 7/14. Nothing crazy, just a cordless Shark vacuum. They stated delivery would occur approximately 7/17 or 7/18. HD hands the ball off to NonStop Delivery for last-mile delivery. Their logistics center received the vacuum on 7/16, today is 7/27 and no movement. This company was sketchy before and a few days late from a prior Home Depot order but wasn't a big deal. This was beyond sketchy considering their logistics warehouse is 30/minutes North of my house. To have the product sit there 11/days without movement is extremely pitiful. Total failure for a last-mile delivery service. Order was cancelled and placed with Amazon instead (will be here tomorrow). Amazon definitely shows up. Home Depot will lose future orders from our household for this snafu. They definitely should have another provider. With 2000/stores and a $350/billion company valuation, they should be their own last-mile delivery service. My advice to anyone getting anything large delivered ask who is delivering and where it we be delivered to? This is an unprofessional company, no idea why Home Depot uses them for delivery. The delivery men made a mistake and drove off with one of my two packages for my dining table (despite the packing slip that stated there were two pieces needing to be delivered, "PCS QTY 1 of 2"). It has been two weeks of constantly trying to contact NSD customer service and find my other package, only to find that the phone number and online chat are completely unmonitored, and they have been unresponsive by email. I read all the different solutions on Yelp today (the several different email addresses that other customers have left) so hopefully one of those works. It is completely unacceptable that NSD wouldn't have immediately realized their mistake, and automatically contacted me to set up another delivery date for the package. Both packages are marked as delivered online, but somewhere in an NSD warehouse there is a huge package just sitting there. It also doesn't make sense that they wouldn't have realized the mistake, being that the large, solid wood table legs are in a huge package (the huge, heavy, cement tabletop came in a wooden crate). At the moment, I am completely out of luck until the legs are delivered, since the table is out of stock. All I'm looking for is for the second package to be found and delivered. On Sept 19, 2019, two delivery men from nonstop delivery came to drop off a mattress order to my home. The delivery men were in such a hurry to unload and deliver the mattresses that in the process of removing the OLD mattress set (of the same make/size) they broke the top part of my canopy bed. The men were working so fast. I don't understand why nonstop schedules such a short period of time for a delivery to the room of choice, and the men feel like they need to get the order done in 5 to 15 minutes from start to end. HASTE MAKES WASTE. They could have taken 1 to 5 more minutes to get the job done right without damaging the canopy. What frustrates me is that my bed is antique, and a part replacement won't look identical to the other pieces of the canopy. The drivers were smiling and grinning as if this were an ordinary occurrence to be expected on the job. Not a shred of remorse or a sincere apology. Then they wouldn't do the older mattress removal. I told them that the mattress removal was scheduled for the same day/time. He said again and again that it wasn't in the work orders. He didn't verify. He didn't call the terminal office. He didn't call anyone else. SO I had to call JCPenney to ask them what went wrong with the order. JCPenney informed me that they did in fact specify they were to do a mattress removal. The representative said multiple notes had been entered into the system regarding this mattress removal. Quite simply they botched the delivery and the mattress removal. They deserve to lose the JCPenney delivery contract. They created a work environment where customers suffer the consequences of their employee training and negligence. read more

Run away!!! I wish I could leave zero stars. We had a scheduled delivery for Saturday and was given a 11-2 delivery timeframe that we confirmed. We stayed home waiting for our package and received a call an hour after 2 saying they were on the way. Too bad, we had left. We scheduled and confirmed again for Wednesday with a 1-5pm delivery timeframe. We left work early to be home for the delivery. At 4:59pm we received a message saying they were finally on the way! Guess what- it was a No show!!! Their automated messages say to call them to reschedule but you can never get a hold of anyone when you call the number. Don't bother leaving your number for the call back because they don't. Horrible, horrible, horrible. read more
