Find another company if you're considering this company or they are scheduled through a store you purchased from. The cabinet they were to deliver and unbox in my condo would not fit into elevator while boxed. I suggested they inbox downstairs instead. Unboxed it would have fit into the elevator. I offered to sign a waiver. They refused and left the box outside the elevator where it was exposed to the weather. They said they'd need to reschedule with 2 additional men to carry up the stairs. I tried to resolve by calling the 'contact' number which no one answered. Very long story but they never rescheduled. I found another delivery company who arrived when they said they would. They unboxed, brought into the condo and finished in under 30 minutes. Not sure why furniture stores continue to use this service. They have no professionalism, integrity or follow through.

Can we not give zero stars? Like many others, it seems, I scheduled a delivery with them only to have them fail to show up or notify me in any fashion. I phoned and emailed them to get a status update that began a miserable experience with their so-called customer service department. It was clear after several frustrating conversations that they had absolutely no idea where my packages were and no intent to deliver. I'm quite sure that if I had not continued to pester them, they would have happily forgotten the issue entirely. In the end, I was forced to cancel the order. I firmly believe that the world will end before those packages will be discovered. It's rather surprising that they are listed as a shipping company, since judging by my experience and those of so many others on here, any actual deliveries made look to be sheer accident. I have little doubt that if I had not canceled the order, they would be content to give me the run-around for years to come. Avoid this company at all costs! read more

Just had this company make a delivery for me today and paid to have them deliver my package and assemble inside the house. Started assembling outside which I didn't really want on the concrete but they continued. Then it started to snow which was more like a light rain but then it was coming down a little more. I wanted them to move my equipment inside as there were electrical components. I asked nicely four times with no response and that he continued to work outside. Finally I got pissed off and told him I wanted it in the house. He basically threatened to walk off without finishing the job. He wouldn't listen to me after nicely saying four times to bring it in the house because it was getting wet. I called the company and told him I was calling they finally brought it in. If this is the kind of customer service you're providing I would never do business or pay for any service through these people again. If the person who's paying for your service is requesting you to do something which you ignore anyway and then continue what you're doing instead of doing what the customer asks, you shouldn't be in this line of business or dealing with people. I don't know anybody that's buying expensive equipment with electrical components and having it assembled outside when it's beginning to rain and snow. Basically avoid these people at all costs or just have them deliver and assemble it yourself. I spoke with Marie on the phone and she directed me to their website and I sent a message with the information through the website. Also I forgot to mention the one guy who refused to move indoors, my equipment came with screws and bolts and Allen wrenches and he walked off with the Allen wrenches. read more

I placed my home depot order on December 18, 2016. NSD called me on January 4,2017 at 8:52 pm to schedule delivery (after the estimated delivery date window), for Thursday January 5, 2017 (yesterday). My appointment for delivery was between 11 and 3. At around 4 pm yesterday I still had not received my order and contacted them through their online chat. The only information they were able to give me was that the order was out for delivery and that it would get to my house at some point. At 6 pm I still had not received my order, so I called the delivery company. A woman answered my call and asked for my order info and placed me on hold for 5 minutes so she could check on it. Then a man picked up the line and asked for the same information and then placed me on hold again. When he returned to the call, he informed me that the driver of the truck my order was on, quit his job that morning and the truck never left their facility. He said he was sorry and that it will be delivered Friday January 6, 2017 and that someone would call me to schedule the appointment in a little bit. When I asked why no had called to tell me, even after I contacted them at 4 pm, after waiting 6 hours for them to show up, the man raised his voice and yelled at me that he had already told me that it would be delivered the next day and that he was sorry and "What do you want me to say ma'am?". I have never in my life been treated so disrespectfully. As of 10:55 am this morning, I have not received a call to schedule delivery and when I contacted NSD at 9:07 am this morning, I was told that they couldn't get a hold of anyone to check on the order. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. I'm also very upset about how long it has taken for this delivery company to actually deliver my order. I placed my order 19 days ago and it has been sitting in Texas, 45 minutes from my house, for 16 days now. Really disappointed and frustrated, as they clearly don't seem to respect the time of their customers. UPDATE! A manager from NSD finally got a hold of someone and the delivery was confirmed as on a truck to be delivered today. It was just delivered at 6:25 pm 1/6/17. Delivery guys were great! Upping to 2 stars but only because the business manager responded quickly on Yelp and the delivery people were great! They still need to take a close look at why orders are sitting at the final line terminals for so long. read more

NSD deserves -5 stars. The absolute worst delivery company ever!!! I ordered 10 fence panels from Home Depot 5/9/18 and delivery was to be 5/24/18 coming from Tennessee to Washington state. Their tracking site showed it arriving at the "linehaul Terminal" on 5/15 and their local NSD terminal 5/18, both just a few miles from my home. On the afternoon of 5/24 after not receiving a call to setup delivery, I called customer service and sat on hold for 40 minutes before someone answered. They proceeded to tell me that their terminal rejected the delivery (I'm guessing it was destroyed in transit). I was also told they were having computer system issues and were unable to provide me with any further info. I sent a request for info from their website and they sent me an email stating the same thing on 5/29. I had also emailed their Extra Mile customer team and received no reply at all. That was the last I heard from them and today is 5/30/18. I emailed and called Home Deport customer service and strongly encouraged them to discontinued their partnership with NSD. read more

This is the worst shipping company I've ever had to deal with. We ordered cabinets through Home Depot for home delivery and this is the delivery company. They only brought 5 of our 17 cabinets, and all 5 were damaged. Home Depot customer service had us refuse delivery, which the delivery driver said was not allowed, but we did anyway. He said he would be back the following day with the remaining 12, and that was 13 days ago! Home Depot gets a different answer from this company every time they call, and finally today we find out they can only find 9 of the 12. They told Home Depot that they called us to set up delivery and we told them not to deliver because we weren't home- an absolute lie. They have lied repeatedly to Home Depot about this and even marked all 17 cabinets as "successfully delivered" in their system BEFORE they ever even got to our house to deliver the 5 they had on the truck. This has been an absolute nightmare. Do not use this company!!! read more

This has to be the worst shipping company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with!!! How they stay in business I have no idea. My item has been in their local terminal here for 3 days now. Since I purchased the item the delivery date has always been the 21st but the minute it arrived locally it was pushed out. Every other single shipping company would have it out and delivered the next day but not NSD (which should mean Non Stop Delays!!). I called them the day it got here locally because it showed the 24th not the 21st and also 12am to 4am who delivers at those hours? Never once out of 2 days calling did they ever pick up. By chance I was looking at the tracking info and saw they had a chat option so I did that and it sucks as bad as the company constantly disconnected from the agents. Had to repeat my story like 5 times. Said I needed to contact Amazon in order to pick it up myself at the local terminal. Problem is I didn't buy it from Amazon!!! So I called the company I purchased it from and they called NSD then ncalled me back to say that the local guys would call me today. Am I shocked that these jerks at NSD have never called, NO!!! I think all us customers should start a social media campaign to put this pathetic excuse of a company out of business!! Hep Pat the business manager are you getting tired of working for such a sucky company? I mean you must spend every single day having to respond to all the negative reviews that are posted her and at BBB!! I would find a better company to work for. read more

I purchased a 65inch TV through another company on 11/21/16. The vendor of the TV uses NSD for the delivery service for freight orders. NSD received the order on 11/29/16 it is now 12/20/16 and I still do not have my TV. I've been given the run around by this company. The latest is the TV arrived at the last terminal so my delivery can be scheduled and when I called I was told there was a mistake in the information on their website when checking the status of my order and the TV has not arrived. What's confusing to me is each order has a unique identifier called a tracking number so how could my package be scanned by a scanner stating it's at a specific location but when you call you are told it's not there. How can you lose a 65 inch TV? So now it's 5 days before Christmas and I still don't have my TV I ordered a month ago but I'm being told by the phone agent he can ASSURE me it's not lost or stolen. How is that possible when you don't even know where the TV is located. What's also frustrating with this company is they don't return your phone calls but you can get an IMMEDIATE response if you use Yelp. I would not recommend this company as a delivery service because of the POOR communication and because they lost or stole my TV. Update as of 12/20/2016 the COWARDS at this company updated the status when I check by the tracking number to stat "delivery exception occurred please email us at customercare@nonstopdelivery.com" and when I called they say my 65 inch TV was lost in transit. How is that possible when they picked the item up from the vendor. THEY STOLE MY TV AND WANT ME TO CONTACT THE COMPANY I PURCHASED THE TV FROM. They couldn't even pick up the phone to contact me. Fucking cowards and thieves. read more

I placed an order for a bathroom vanity from Home Depot website 5 weeks ago, to be delivered to the nearby store. I was given 3 delivery dates. I called Home Depot on the given date to check if my order reached the store but I was informed that it was not. After re-checking with NSD, they re-assured me that my order was delivered to the store indeed. They gave me the time of the delivery & the name of the person that signed for the package. Home Depot store was searching for my order for 2 days but couldn't find it. It was clear to me then, that the NSD simply lost my order. After calling them and confronting them, of course they were sticking to their story that my order reached the destination. After an hour long conversation w Home Depot & NSD I re-ordered the same item but this time to be delivered to my house. I was at first given Dec 9th delivery but it was moved again to Dec 14t. The order was actually delivered today. In my experience, when something as big as vanity is delivered to your house, you will get notified. Well, NSD did deliver my order however just left it by the front door of my bldg. I live in a Co-OP and there are regulations that I have to follow when it comes to deliveries. The driver didn't ring a bell, they didn't call, they didn;t email. THEY JUST LEFT IT THERE!!! . And I wouldn't even know if it wasn't my neighbor. Non Stop Delivery, I really hope you read these reviews: YOU ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND YOU SURE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR REPUTATION EITHER. SIMPLY: YOU ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST! You are giving Home Depot bad name. I have been given 2 different dates for delivery. Now I am being told they have no idea when my order will be processed for a delivery date from the Sacramento location. This was hands down the absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with, and after reading other customers responses it is abundantly clear to never, under any circumstances, work with NSD unless you want frustration, disrespect and deceit. I cannot advise strongly enough to NEVER work with them or their third party deliverers. I ordered a mattress and frame from DreamCloud (who uses NSD as their third party delivery company), and after the first few days of hearing nothing from NSD (even though I received my confirmation emails saying my items had been delivered) no one reached out. Similar to other clients, I was then passed around from phone call to phone call, only to be told different things by every single person. I still do not have my mattress, and they told me I need to call back tomorrow at 10:30am, because they do not get into the office until 10am. It is unfathomable that a company who is in the service business and whose only job is to receive and deliver packages, loose/misplaces/cannot keep track of an object the size of a car. On top of that, dealing with employees who are deceitful is unacceptable. Terrible, terrible, HORRIBLE company. After reading all of the other reviews, I would now like to callout ANY company that uses their services. After reading the reviews, why would ANYONE willingly engage in business with NSD? My next email will be to Yelp to create a category for 0 stars, so that this company can be appropriately rated!!!!!! read more

I never thought I would be writing another review about this company but they are the worse and it shows. I've had this same issue with this company as they have told me back in December 2016 when I ordered a 65in tv with a sound bar from purchasing power that my package was "lost in transit". I ordered a sectional couch through purchasing power on July 24, 2017. I got a call on 08/02/2017 about setting up a delivery for 08/03/2017 to my mothers house, I had my brother receive the package on 08/03/2017 and it was suppose to be 3 boxes for self assembly. I ordered a u-haul to move the packages to my new home. I finally opened the packaging today to come to find out that this was still 3 boxes but it was a king size bed frame. NSD tracking history for my order is telling me that my package was delivered today 08/04/2017 at 5:20 pm and I don't know where that could possibly be. Anything you order requiring freight I would check to see if they go through NSD as I have had not one but two experiences to show that they still can't get it right. I do thank Pat for resolving the issue involving my tv but this is ridiculous. read more

I ordered a bed frame that was suppose to be delivered by this company. It shipped from the original location on July 7, 2017 in Southern California and arrived at the LineHaul Terminal in Sacramento, Ca on July 12, 2017. I live within 30 miles of just about any location in Sacramento. This website showed a estimated delivery to my house of July 17th. When I had not heard anything by July 17th of a actual scheduled delivery I contacted NSD. I was told the item was still at the linehaul terminal which was a check in point and would not be scheduled for delivery until it reached the Last Mile Terminal. The lady on the phone stated that would happen on July 18th and after that it would be a 48 hours processing time to call me to arrange delivery. However the item actually was transferred on July 20th and now the estimated delivery date shown July 24, 2017. On July 24th I contacted Purchasing Power to see what they could do to find out what was going on. The gentleman I talked to called NSD and was told that 1) 48 hours processing time does not mean 48 hours but 48 working hours which translates into 6 days and 2) that such deliveries could take up to between 3 - 6 weeks. Yesterday a man named Juan called me for an after delivery survey and when I told him I had not received the bed he said he was going to walk the warehouse and find out where the bed was. He called me back to tell me that he could not find the package. Today is August 4, 2017 and a young man came to my door to inform me that my item was delivered to his house on August 3, 2017 and the item he was waiting for which the tracking website shows as being delivered is no where to be found. I called NSD and spoke to a receptionist who will pass my message along and someone will be contacting me but has no idea when that will be. Purchasing Power needs to either find another delivery company or start holding this company responsible or they are going to end up losing the contract they have with the State of California Worker's Union, CSEA Local 1000. read more

I have NEVER had an issue like I have with NSD with any other company. I have been getting the run around for 2 months now. First order placed, I was bullied into a delivery date that was NOT convenient for someone to be present. After rearraigning schedules I was able to have someone present for the delivery. NSD lost my order that morning, and NEVER notified anyone. Instead, I had to call asking when they would be there since they had 10 mins until our window of delivery was up (1-3pm). That's when I was notified that they lost my order. I was told I would receive a call once it was tracked down. Every few days I would call back to check in and nothing. 3 weeks later, I called and I was advised to cancel my order and RE-ORDER! This was their mistake yet I needed to do their foot work. Finally close to a month after initial order I received my new order. When the product came in, it wasn't what I had expected. So rather then keeping it, I am planning to return it. THATS A JOKE. Both with the company I ordered them from, and NSD. I received an email 7/12 stating I would receive an phone call within 72 hrs to schedule a pick up. 5 days later I responded to the email, by mailing their customer service and was assured a manager would take over this case and contact me immediately. Well here we are 2 weeks later, and I have now received a second email stating I would be notified within 72 hours for a pick up date. Now try to call the 703 number listed in this email./ I have waited on hold for over an hour. I am beyond unstratified with this company. If anyone is getting a large delivery please make sure the company does not use NSD. If they do, shop somewhere else. read more

I placed an order for a very specifically sized washer from Home Depot on line on October 27. I was told to expect delivery between Nov. 12-14. I did not hear from NSD by the 13 so I called and told them that if it was not delivered on that day I would not be able to get it until Nov. 26th because of the holiday and my work schedule. The woman I spoke to assured me this would be "no problem". I looked on line Nov 25 to see the status of my delivery only to discover it was CANCELED. I called and was told I had received the answering service but someone would be in touch in the morning. Morning came and no call. I called and was told that the order had been canceled on the 21st by Home Depot. He reiterated this several times sighting Home Depot as the cause of the cancellation. I called Home Depot who assured me that if they had canceled they would have contacted me and given me back my money. She contacted the company and we spoke to the same person who lied through his teeth stating he NEVER told me it was Home Depot who canceled. I was livid. I could not believe he lied. This was all Sunday so I needed to wait until Monday to get it reinstated. Monday came and I ended up having to work but on my breaks made the most frustrating calls I have ever had to make. I was told it would be Wed or Thurs before I would be able to get the washer. I told them I would need to have it delivered by Tues. because of my work schedule. I called Tues. and was told that they didn't have a truck and it would be another 2 or 3 WEEKS!!!. I told them I would go to pick it up which I had to get permission to do. In the mean time I called around to Ollies stores and found a washer that would fit the space I have available. I called Home Depot and cancelled the order completely. I now have my washer from Ollies. It is a better washer and I paid less. I waited a month for a washer that I never got!!! read more

This company (NSD) is ridiculous, My package started out in my home state, in a different city less than 2 hours away, no one can explain to me why on earth it takes 2 weeks for it to be delivered, I've called customer service multiple times and tried chat, and the best response I've heard thus far is "I'll pass along your request to someone who will call you back" when I definitely thought I was speaking directly with the company, and even still no call back. No one has called to schedule delivery but their website says the est delivery date is tomorrow, although it's still showing as in transit. Chat was no help, I've been promised that someone will reach out to me to schedule delivery and it has to sit at some terminal for 24-48 hours, fine..... but still, no one can explain what the hold up is or why it's taking so long, even with a 2 hr drive and sitting for a day would be ok, but 2 weeks is just insane, especially with no type of explanation, but a lot of empty apologies. Thanks for nothing..... I would've driven to pick it up if the company I purchased through would allow it. read more

Home Depot needs to reconsider who they are using for their deliveries. On the website for Nonstop Delivery Inc, it says their basic delivery service places the item in the "first available dry area (eg patio, garage etc.)". I live in south Florida and on my driveway next to the garage is not a dry area. It rains everyday during the summer. I had opened the garage door, and the man was walking to his truck when I called to him. He acted like he couldn't hear me, got in his truck and started it. When I said Sir, we need to talk, he got out and said asked me what I needed. I said I was told the day before that my items would be placed in a dry area, and the driveway doesn't qualify as a dry area. He just shrugged and got back in the truck. I wanted him to move them about four feet into the garage, but he said no, he wasn't allowed to come in the house. Didn't ask him to come in the house. Just the garage. Of course, it rained within two hours of him being here. I have never been treated so poorly by a delivery person, and I have had a lot of deliveries to this house, as we have been renovating it. Luckily, the very kind irrigation man saw what happened and moved them into the garage for me, as my husband doesn't get home til late afternoon, and the items would have gotten wet. Not good for cardboard and wood. It is a sad commentary on how some people view their jobs, that your delivery person could not take 5 extra minutes and move the boxes to a sheltered area for a 65 year old woman. I sure hope that this is not the experience of most people. read more

**Update** On the day that I wrote this review, I noticed other reviewers received a response from a Pat@ Nonstopdelivery.com. I decided to reach out to Pat myself. Turns out, that was the right thing to do! Pat (Patrick Lynch) is apparently the VP of customer service at this company and made things happen right away! He replied to my email within minutes saying he would get his team on it. I received two calls that evening. The first stating a delivery would be setup and they would reach out to me. The second call was from the same person checking to see if the delivery was setup. When I said no, he let me know that in his records it was setup for 2 days out and even was able to give me a window of delivery. The next day I received an automated call confirming my delivery date and window. 20 minutes before delivery, the driver called to state he was 20 minutes out. I received my item...finally! And all because I reached out to Pat. If anyone is having trouble with this company, contact Pat for assistance. He made things happen! As a family of soon-to-be 6, we shop online often from multiple websites and companies. I have never had this kind of (terrible) experience with any kind of company. We ordered an entry door from Home Depot, as we have redone the flooring in our house and concluded water is leaking under the door. The simplest solution, or what we thought would be, was to replace the front door. I was a little taken back the first time we were lied to and now, we have been lied to multiple times, by multiple people, including a "supervisor". We have been told it had a new delivery date (because it was 11 days late), it takes 24-48 hours to update. Really? 2 days to update anything is absurd. This was the first clue. We have been told there is problem at the terminal and they are way behind (yet they don't work weekends or holidays). How far behind can you be then? We were told it is out for delivery to the last mile service and that will take 1-3 days to update (again multiple days to update a website) and the update has never happened--it still has the original date currently. We were told, it's not to the "last mile" delivery service so they can't set an appointment for delivery yet and even though its two hours away and weighs 400 lbs. we cannot pick it up ourselves. We speak to a "supervisor" who can literally tell you absolutely nothing about when it will be here or even where it is. Uses lots of what we deem "shipping catch phrases" to confuse you. Not sure how that's possible with computerized inventory. We were told it's not lost, they just don't know which truck it's on. So, you don't know where it is? I'm pretty sure that's what lost means. We have involved home depot multiple times.... they call the same 800 number we do and must wait in line (just like we do) to speak to the same lying reps (just like we do). Hilarious for a Home depot rep to come back on the phone line and say "we have 3 other people in front of us, shouldn't be much longer" How does Home depot not have a direct line to speak to someone in charge? Home Depot has been accommodating. Providing compensation, and refunding shipping...but I still don't have the door! I was willing to pay what I paid, I just want the door already! I can't finish my flooring until I replace it. In addition, there is nothing custom about our order it shipped 6 days after we ordered it. It has been sitting 2 hours from our house for almost three weeks, without any updates! We are well over a month from when we placed the order. We are paying credit card interest on a door we have yet to receive. We have received emails from Home depot to review a door we don't have, give feedback on a door we don't have. Today, the tracking number is unavailable at Home Depot's website and when I enter it direct on NSD's tracking feature, it shows no such order. Customer service said their website is down. But other reviews show that this is a bad sign... We will NEVER order anything from Home Depot again as this has completely soured our thoughts on Home Depot. They should be ashamed for using this company and the way they treat customers. As far as ordering anything large online, we will first check to see who the company uses as a shipper and will order elsewhere if the answer is NSD. BUYER BEWARE: NSD is a company full of liars and not-very-nice reps. You might not EVER receive what you are waiting for. read more

I ordered 6 heavy duty shelving units for my business in two orders from Home Depot with free delivery. Within a day, Home Depot web-site indicated that they had shipped my shelving units and provided carrier (NSD) and tracking numbers. I have called NSD 6 times in a week and a half with each time a commitment that I would receive a call later that day scheduling the delivery. They never called back. I did see a tracking notice on the Home Depot web-site indicating that the orders were in Knoxville and that NSD had damaged one of the orders. The last stop before delivery is Knoxville. My order has been in Knoxville for over a week. My 6 calls to NSD included several phone numbers they could call in case they called in off-hours, but they have never tried to call. I will never order anything from Home Depot again that has to be delivered. Whatever department at Home Depot handles the contracting for delivery has got some big problems. With all these complaints one would think Home Depot would cancel their contract with NSD and find a delivery company with a good reputation. If I were in Home Depot management I would investigate the very likely probability that somebody in charge of contracting the delivery company is getting paid by NSD on the side. I will not be ordering from Home Depot or any other company that I discover uses NSD. If I could select zero stars for NSD I would! read more

****AVOID AT ALL COSTS***** Home Depot is using this company to pick up a patio set that I am returning. I was given a pick up date and was told I would receive a call a day or two prior with the time window for the pick-up. They never called. I called the day after the day I was told they'd arrive, they didn't offer any reason for the no-show and no apology. They just gave me a new date and told me they'd call the day before with the time window. Again, no call and no-show. I called again and explained what had happened. They assured me they'd show up the next day between 1p and 5p and call me 1/2 hour before arrival. I checked my tracking number on their website throughout the next morning and it showed a 1p-5p time for the pick-up. I checked again at 1:30p and the tracking number was suddenly not found. I called again. Again, no explanation and no apology. They said "We'll be there on Friday". I told them not to bother and called Home Depot to come get my return. not a good service....was called the day before delivery and told they would be there between 11 and 3....so made arrangements at work to be there, at 4:30 no word so I called them they said the driver was running behind and he was finishing a delivery then I was next, I asked why some one didn't call to let me know all I got was you are next....so waited..at 6:30 still nothing so I call again they inform he he is helping on a delivery in Frisco then he would be there, I informed them I have been waiting since 11 and now I was missing my sons football game that started at 6 and he was still an hour away from me. so we made arrangements to get it the next morning after taking off work and missing most of the football game I had to take off another whole day.....was anything offered...nope not even I'm sorry....poor customer service read more

This is quite possibly the worst shipping company on the planet. I have ordered a total of 7 doors from Jeld-Wen over the last 7 months. Each received additional packaging to prevent damage from Jeld-Wen. NSD was the delivery company Jeld-Wen used for every door. All 7 doors were hurricane impact rated exterior doors. I have never received any of those doors. Once the tracking number stated delivered, I called NSD each time. Every time the person on the phone said that the item was damaged in transit and would not be delivered. I wrote an email to NSD complaining after the 4th door was damaged. I received a call from NSD which was incomprehensible. The woman tried to blame Jeld-Wen saying that they must have damaged them before giving them to NSD. When I said that they were in NSD's possession for 2+ weeks every time, she said it was my fault because I should have requested additional packaging. When I stated that I did request additional packaging, she said another carrier must have damaged them even though they were the only listed carrier. The company sucks plain and simple. 7 orders, 7 damaged. read more

Absolutely the worst EVER! Do not order any large items from homedepot.com because you run the risk of dealing with Nonstop Delivery. I've had the same experience as everyone else who has reviewed - ordered from Home Depot and then couldn't get the items delivered because of this POS company. They've scheduled the delivery twice and still, no patio furniture. For the love of god Home Depot, get it together and dump this company! read more

I ordered a patio set from Home Depot and it was shipped NSD. It's been 14 days now and nothing. They've missed their delivery date, they don't answer emails or phones (I waited through 13 callers in front of me to get a VM, yet to be returned). They absolutely SUCK! read more

Unfortunately, Home Depot has a contract with this carrier. My shipment from Home Depot has been sitting in their local warehouse for 8 days now. When I called last Wednesday, I was told it would leave their facility on Thursday. When I called on the following Monday, they told me it would leave their facility on Tuesday. When I called today (Tuesday), I was told it would leave their facility next Monday. They are holding my shipment hostage and I have no idea when I will ever receive it. This is very poor servce and I won't buy from Home Depot again if I have to depend on this service for delivery. read more

I purchased an item from Home Depot that was shipped using Nonstop Delivery. I was given an estimated date of delivery. This came and went so I kept emailing the company to have the give me a new estimated day of delivery and to up date the tracking page. they never responded but the page was finally updated. Yesterday was the new date of delivery and the page said, "delivered" but then said "item not available". I called and was told they shipped the paperwork but NSD did not load the actual item onto the delivery truck so they are calling in "lost in transit". There was no remorse or apologies or further explanations. This is the worst delivery service and customer service I have ever encountered. I'm sure someone from the company is enjoying my item right now. I would encourage people to look carefully and if this company is being used, think again before purchasing read more

Astonishingly bad customer service. I ordered a patio set from Home Depot that took over a month and a half to get delivered. It shouldn't take anything that long to get anywhere in this country. The original timeline said 7-10 days which was continuously backed up. According to the online tracking, the set would get checked into a location and then sit for long periods of time. Obviously this company just waits for the truck to fill before moving to the next location. Which makes the name of the company pretty ironic. When I called HD, they referred me to Non Stop Delivery who couldn't have been more useless on the phone... if you can even get through to them. I called a total of five times but only spoke to someone once. The automated system seems great at first because it tells you how many callers are in front of you, but then each time I got to one caller in front of me, it would kick to a voicemail system instead. Which apparently no one ever checks. And as others have noted, the actual delivery process is ridiculous. They expect a signature but then give you almost no warning that they are in the neighborhood. Thankfully my wife is a teacher and was home, but for folks with traditional 9-5 jobs I have no idea how this could possibly be successful. This wouldn't have been so annoying, but I purchased this furniture for a BBQ I was planning and the set did not arrive in time. Apparently over a month lead time is no longer good enough. read more

I am in the exact same situation as everyone else with this NON delivery company. They could care less what customers think of them proven by the fact that there is not even a response to all of these complaints. Now we know why amazon is so successful. All I can say is that the head of Home Depot's online dept should be fired because that is who is ultimately responsible for this. They are well aware of what this company does and are still contracting with them. It is a shame because Home Depot has worked hard to turn around their service in their retail stores and this is very reminiscent of their old style of service. If anyone knows in advance that a retailer is using this company for delivery I would stay as far away from that retailer as possible. It is incredible in this day and age that non stop delivery is getting away with this, they need to be put out of business. read more

Wow! I really thought that the horrible reviews for this company had to be misguided or overreactions. Much to my chagrin, they are not! This is the worst, most disorganized freight carrier I've ever seen! Purchased a TV a week and a half ago and have been tracking it constantly. I am in St. Louis, so it never takes longer than 4 days to deliver freight. I'm in the business myself. When I found that my TV was at the local terminal last Friday, I called to see why I hadn't been contacted for a delivery appointment. I was told that it takes a long time to unload the trucks and to expect a follow up on Monday. No follow up! So I called again, and tracked online, only to find that my TV was now in Charlotte, NC!! I contacted them and got this response, "Whoops, there must be a problem here. We will check this out and get back to you by tomorrow morning." No call this morning either. Now I look online and my TV is in Nashville, TN! This thing has traveled more than I have in my whole life! I will be contacting Purchasing Power to let them know that the carrier they have selected are not up to par with industry standards. No reason anyone should pay for this kind of service. read more

I have placed orders through purchasing power many of times. I have received all of my products in the time frame they provided from NSD. This purchase however has been a little different. I have the tracking number on my account and it shows when and where it is. It showed on my account that I would be receiving my order on 03/02. I was very excited as it normally takes longer to ship larger items. It did not show up. I figured that it could have been a truck issue or even that it was delayed due to having a lot of stops. However I get on my account the following day 03/03 to find that it was delivered. I thought well maybe they dropped it off. I went outside and no product. I was afraid that it was dropped off at the wrong address. So I called and spoke to a lady told her who I was ( I apologize that I don't recall her name) I explained my issue. She looked up my tracking number given to me on NSD site ( I took a screen shot as proof) asked if I was said person that signed for it I said no ( she didn't recall my name either makes us even lol ). I am not upset that it was not delivered as it showed on my account. However I am upset that she said I don't know where you got your information from. The tone in which she said it was implied that it was my fault. After she looked up the exact information I had. She repeated the times and also asked if I was said name that signed for it. How else was I to get this information in less it was provided? She gave me a new tracking number and said that I will get it sometime next week. I feel like the way they choose to word things could use a little polishing to provide better customer service. Minus today I have had no issues and everything has went as scheduled. The delivery service members have always been nice and have delivered my product in new condition. Tracking number provided on site 10717730. Second tracking number 13091733 provided over the phone. read more

HORRIBLE customer service!! If you can avoid using this company for delivering anything, trust me, do it!! I have been waiting for over a month for a mattress set that was ordered through US Mattress on 2/22/16.I was originally scheduled for delivery between 3/8 & 3/15/16. Still no mattress....UGGHH!! Every time I speak to someone in customer service, they tell me the same thing "it has been escalated to management." I'm a little tired of hearing it & have begun the dispute process through PayPal for a full refund. This company shouldn't even be in business with all the negative feedback they've received...the least they could do is try to improve what has been commented on. NEVER AGAIN will I go through this company!!!! read more

So pissed with these people. I am part of a purchasing club thru my union and reguarly purchase items from them. I have never had an issue with any of my items from the delivery time to the condition of the items up until now. I placed 2 orders for tvs on March 8th. I received the first one within a week no issues no problems. Unfortunately this company was responsible for the 2nd item and not only did it take up until March 21st to receive it but when I opened it the screen was shattered. The condition of the box made it apparent that there was no care taken in the handeling of such an item. Unfortunately I have to have the replacement shipped thru the same company so im crossing my fingers that the next go around will be different. The one star is for the nice gentleman that assisted me in their customer service department when i was trying to find out why does it take a week and a half to deliver from long island when I reside in lower manhattan... read more

- 5 stars, but I had to pick 1 star. EXCEPT: the men that actually delivered the item get + 5 stars. If you order from homedepot.com, have your item shipped to the store and arrange other delivery. This has been the absolute WORST, most inefficient delivery circus we've ever had to deal with. There is an overall 'I don't care' attitude. I ordered a complete (and HEAVY) front door unit for our remodel project from homedepot.com. It was estimated to arrive 'July 27 - Aug 3', which was the perfect window for delivery. I received an AUTOMATED call at 5:00pm on Friday, July 22nd that my delivery was coming between 1pm and 5pm on the 23rd. NOT the 'call to schedule' I'd expected. The delivery time was an issue because we were going to be at a family wedding during that time AND I'd paid for the upgraded delivery: "over a threshold" and 'into a garage or room of my choice'. I HAD to be home to OPEN the door. I called NSD immediately after getting the automated call and talked to Brian, who was very monotone in his caring. He called the Vancouver, WA location and found out that all agents had left for the day. DUH! It was after 5:00PM by that time. He said he'd send an email and for ME to call back in the morning. I called back at 9:15am and talked to John, who was much more courteous and willing to help. He called Vancouver and spoke to Giovanni. John told me that my delivery would be re-scheduled for Monday, and also gave me the direct number to the Vancouver, WA location. I called the Vancouver office myself. I spoke to Chris, who was aware of the call from John, but said that the item was "on the truck for delivery TODAY and was coming!" NO! Not acceptable! I needed it rescheduled for Monday, July 25. Didn't they JUST talk to John about rescheduling for Monday??? After telling Chris why we could NOT receive the delivery that day, he called his manager and the manager called the driver. NOW my door was scheduled for Monday, or so I thought. I even received a call from the driver a few minutes later, stating that he'd keep the door on the truck until Monday. FINALLY I got some customer service and cooperation, or so I thought. Then came Monday, July 25th and the tracking web page still said that it's 'out for delivery' (wait for it....) SATURDAY JULY 23! At 3PM on Monday, I called the Vancouver office AGAIN because I hadn't heard anything. I got Chris again who transferred me to Laurie, the scheduler. She was a bit snippy at first while I was telling her my story. "I don't work on Saturday but I do have your paperwork here and will schedule you for tomorrow." NEVERMIND that I wasted an ENTIRE day waiting on this inefficient group. I told her that the driver said on Saturday that he'd leave it on the truck for Monday delivery. She said that, no it was sitting on the loading dock, as she kept repeating that it was 'miscommunications' and she'd reschedule me. No, it isn't miscommunication, honey. It's called INEFFIECIENCY. She flat out didn't do her job and had no intention of rescheduling me UNTIL I called and complained. Her attitude changed when I said that I'd read horrible reviews on line about NSD, about delivery promises that weren't kept, items lost or stolen or worse, damaged and delivered anyway. I asked her if I really, truly was going to get my item on Tuesday and she said "Oh yes! For sure. I have you on the schedule for delivery between 1pm and 5pm tomorrow." Note that her tone was all sunshine and roses after I mentioned the 'horrible reviews'. At this point, the Vancouver office's system was also showing a 'basic' drop and go delivery. THAT IS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR! So, I called Home Depot and spoke with a customer service representative there. He called NSD and spoke with an NSD representative who supposedly sent an email to upgrade my shipping method to what I'd PAID for! On Tuesday, July 26th the tracking website had been updated with the correct type of delivery. By 4:20pm I still had not received ANY calls. Another call to Laurie at the Vancouver office forced the driver to call us. He gave us an 'estimated' delivery of 6:10pm! At 6:22pm, the driver called again to say he was '35 minutes out'. Far cry from 5pm! I realize there are traffic issues, but LAURIE should know to schedule around that in the Portland/Vancouver area. Again, inefficient, uncaring attitude. The door unit was FINALLY delivered on Tuesday, July 26, at 7pm. 2 FULL HOURS after the promised time! This kind of (non)service from NSD is 110% UNACCEPTABLE. THE VERY FIRST thing that NSD should do is have a LOCALLY BASED, LIVE agent call for scheduled delivery. I should not have had to spend time making or answering 9 different phone calls just to get my item delivered at a CONVENIENT time FOR ME. And if Mr. P. Lynch replies with a 'look into this' comment, forget it. He has enough complaints on the web to know how to fix this circus of a delivery company. read more

Ordered a rowing machine through Amazon, who chose this carrier for delivery. Package was from Seattle, to my location in rural TN. Delivery was scheduled 9 business days after the order. I thought that was reasonable and was ready to wait. I checked tracking after the weekend, and the package was shown to be in Memphis a full week before the scheduled deliver, 2 hours from my house. I called to see if an earlier delivery was possible and was told by NSD that the package was still between Dallas and Memphis, but once it was it would be at the Last Mile Carrier and I would be contacted for delivery. They confirmed that my original delivery date was still in good order. So, I decided to be patient and just wait for the order to come on the original date. Guess what, that date came and no delivery was made. I decided to get Amazon involved as the prior communication with NSD was not productive, and Amazon is the one who hired these guys. Amazon got in touch with them and apologized that the order was not in Memphis yet (a full week after my last call in which it was on its way to Memphis). They told me that the package was due to be delivered the following day. The following day, I was called by the carrier and told that my package didn't get to their dock in time for delivery, and that due to a holiday coming up, they wouldn't be able to deliver until that Friday. After making some rearrangements to my long weekend plans, I told them that it would be fine and that I would be waiting. Wed. afternoon I got a call from the carrier confirming that they would be delivering on Friday and for me to be there, this gave me some hope and I thought we were near the end of the road. So Friday came, and an hour after the appointment window passed, I got back on the phone with Amazon. They contacted the carrier and were told that it was never scheduled to be delivered that day! When I told the rep all that had transpired he contacted the carrier again and was told that a supervisor would be in touch with me in 24 hours. I doubted this since it was late Friday, but they explained that they had supervisors working on Saturdays and that they would be in touch. You got it, no call from the supervisor, so back on the phone with Amazon. They got in touch with the carrier, and the carrier tried passing this on a little longer telling them that a supervisor would be in touch with me on Monday. I asked him why I should believe that, based on all that had transpired during this shipment. I asked if the package was due to be delivered on Monday, he came back and said "Yes, it will be scheduled for delivery on Monday." I told him that wasn't my question, is it going to be "delivered" Monday or "scheduled for delivery" Monday, he went back to the carrier and confirmed it would be "scheduled for delivery", which means I was still going to be stuck in this process for some unknown period of time. I asked if I could go and pick it up, again only 2 hours away from me, he confirmed that I could and had to submit some "paperwork" to allow for this. I stayed on the form while he submitted whatever he needed to submit. I asked for the address of the terminal that I would be going to, and he told me the carrier was not allowed to release that to me! He said that I would get a call at 10am on Monday with the address, what? So, now I have to hit the road to Memphis, early in the morning, not sure which part of Memphis I should be heading to, and then wait until 10am for a call, which likely isn't going to happen, and I will have to hunt down the location from there. Keeping my fingers crossed that today is the last day of this ordeal, but I would never want to put a package on NSD with this kind of service. read more

This company is like a broken record, according to all of the reviews that I have read. I am just one of many who have experienced the exact same treatment. I ordered a Sealy adjustable bed frame from Mattress Warehouse. Unfortunately, Sealy ships through this company. I really didn't care about the white glove BS and just want my bed frame. I received notice by email on November 30th, that my order was shipped to a local warehouse. I looked at their tracking page and saw that it was shipped from Kansas and was sitting in NSD local warehouse in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on November 29th. NSD tracking page also stated that I would be receiving my shipment between December 2nd - 6th. Well needless to say, that the 6th came and went and nothing. NO communication, NO phone call, NO email! I started trying to communicate with NSD through their online chat and also by calling their customer service number, which is on their tracking website page. When trying to communicate through chat, NOBODY answers their chat! Sat online for several different hours, on a daily basis with absolutely NOBODY answering their chat. It would eventually error out and then I would restart, just to have the same thing happen again. Also, every day, I would call their number listed on their website (1-833-744-7673). AGAIN, NOBODY ANSWERS this phone!!! I opted for their call back the first few attempts, which of course nobody calls you back! I then decided to stay on the line waiting for someone to answer. What a surprise!... After about 15-20 minutes, their phone system forces you to accept a callback and HANGS UP ON YOU!!! This is complete BS! At first, I was wondering if this company was even in business, until I started reading the reviews I found all over the internet! I can't believe they are still in business! I am glad, because I want my damn bed frame! So to end this, I want to say that I did finally get someone to answer their chat yesterday (December 15th). A rep by the name of Ciera actually chatted with me. They supposedly set up a delivery for me on December20th, between 10am-2pm. I was assured that this would be reflected on their tracking page, to show my delivery was scheduled for this day and time. Another shock... today I checked again and nothing has changed. My tracking still shows that my delivery has "Not Yet Scheduled". So again, I get tried their chat and I actually was able to get someone to answer today, by the name of Lucky. (LMAO... I thought that was very ironic!) Lucky informed me that should be getting a phone call to set up my shipping day. I told Lucky that Ciera set it up yesterday. Lucky said that I still needed to get a phone call before it was set up and that they would stay on top of it for me. Then before I could ask any further questions, Luck abruptly ended the chat! I am beyond pissed. So as of right now, I have no idea if my bed frame will show up or not. After reading all of the reviews on here, I did take a minute to send an email to the email shown on some of the recent reviews. ExtraMile@hubgroup.com I am just getting done writing this review and I did receive an answer back already, from a gentleman by the name of Brian Roberson with this company. He informed me that of course my local hub is closed right now and won't be opened until December 19th, but that he has requested that they schedule me for the 20th. I guess time will tell if I actually get the merchandise that I paid for, over 6 weeks ago. I will post an update so others will know how this works out. Obviously this company needs more people like Brian, to stay on top of this company's shipping tactics. Just some communication goes a long way! read more

I wouldn't even leave 1 start but Yelp doesn't give that option. Home Depot - You are losing my business by using Non-Stop Delivery - EVERY experience I have had with them has been beyond horrible. I am headed to Lowes and people NEVER order Home Depot Online if this company has to deliver to you! Last Week - We have a vanity bathroom top delivered. They said it would be delivered on Tuesday. It wasn't delivered until Wednesday. In the pouring rain, without a call, left in our driveway in a clearly DAMAGED box. I go through the entire process with HD to have it picked up again by Non-Stop Delivery to be returned. I call the company multiple times and leave Stephanie a message to call me back to have it picked up. I am finally scheduled by Chris who quotes me Friday 9AM-1PM and driver will call when on his way. Chris tells me we have to be home for pickup to sign off on the package because they have had customers try and return empty boxes. So great! My husband has to take off 1/2 a day of work to wait for a pickup of a delivery from a company that delivered the damaged product to begin with. So he waits - and no one shows by 1PM. I call and Chris says he just spoke to the driver and he will be there by 1:30.STILL no SHOW by 2PM. I call again - oh Chris isn't available now to speak....its now 2:30 and a sweet girl name Maria is trying to help with no clue as to what has transpired all day. She looks in her system and she says it shows the driver picked up the box from your home (quoted address) at 9:02 AM. NOPE- your driver is lying to you. She is confused and tries to get ahold of the branch manager Eugene without luck...then the driver tells her his location and he will call us right after we hang up because she doesn't understand his location in relation to us (because she isn't local to the area- I believe in NJ she was).....Driver NEVER calls! So my husband now has to call off of work the ENTIRE day (by the way non-stop - he is a hourly medic so he lost an entire day of pay THANK YOU VERY MUCH). Now I call Home Depot because this is not the 1st issue (ill elaborate more on that below) I have had with NONSTOP HORRIBLE SERVICE. While I am on with Home depot for 56 minutes as they try and reach NONSTOP DELIVERY the poor customer service agent is apologizing because she keeps asking for a manager to speak with at NONSTOP and they are HANGING UP ON HER. Now Home Depot is trying to have a local store just pick it up for us - during this time at 4:30 PM!!!!! My husband hears beep beep beep ---- the truck and driver LOUIE (I was told his name earlier in the day) is backing out of our driveway and has picked up the vanity..........Oh but get this! He never had us sign for pickup....the whole reason my husband had to take off work and be home. So then I talk to Nonstop delivery corporate and they tell me they won't accept the product without my signature.....so that means the NONSTOP DELIVERY DRIVER LOUIE FORGED MY SIGNATURE on top of all the other lies about arrival time and putting in his system he picked it up at 9:02 AM. And all Nonstop Corporate can say is SORRY....ha SORRY. Glad you are getting paid for the F-ed up pickup while we lost a days pay. YEAR AGO - ANOTHER HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I will leave another review/explanation on how they did the same types of things THEN broke our garage door during delivery and ripped the siding. read more

11/13/2017 Home Depot assigned NSD to pick up a small appliance from me as a return. The appliance had arrived with damage I could only discover after unpacking it. This item had also been delivered to me by NSD. A week after the pick up order was initiated, and after a call from me to Home Depot to inquire as to why NSD had not yet contacted me, I received a call from NSD late one night. For three days this same person called by voice phone and text message numerous times but never arranged for an actual pick up time. The communications were always some very weird and incoherent rambling about things completely irrelevant to my pick up order, and would only say my item would be picked up. After escalating my concern to Home Depot on the evening of the third day, this person shows up on the next morning. A NSD receipt is prepared for me and the item is loaded onto his truck (which is not an NSD truck). On the morning of the very next business day, the NSD online tracking system does not reflect "Picked up", but rather "Exception Occurred". After seeing many other reviews on the internet encountering the same outcome, it's clear to me that "Exception Occurred" is just their way of informing you that your item has mysteriously disappeared. As I've now found an astounding number of similar complaints online at various websites that date back a number of years, it's obvious that the management of this company is not serious about fixing anything. When NSD refers to their "terminals", they are in fact not properties or vehicles owned by NSD, and neither are they operated by employees of NSD. They are other businesses that are part of NSD's "partnering program". So NSD has little/no control over what these independent businesses actually do with your merchandise they're handling. When NSD's Gainesville, FL, so-called "terminal" picked up my item, it was actually picked up by a privately owned Gainesville, FL, business -- a "partner". So when you have NSD involved in shipping merchandise to/from you, be aware that it's actually a hidden company behind the scenes that's in cahoots with NSD doing the actual work, and you have little/no protection from whatever intentions that independent business may have in handling your merchandise. NSD however, is there for these partners for shielding them from outside scrutiny, and even perhaps the law and legal consequences when people's merchandise goes missing while in their possession. NSD will make all kinds of sincere and sweet sounding promises to you, and then renege on them, just as their VP has done to me. Use this company at your own peril! Update 11/15/2017: As stated above, my item was picked up by an NSD partner which is a privately owned business, on Friday, 11/10/2017. On Monday morning, 11/13/2017, NSD tracking information showed "Exception Occurred", and not "Picked up" as it should have been. On Tuesday, 11/14/2017, all NSD tracking for my return/pickup order disappeared completely from their website as though the order never existed. On Wednesday, 11/15/2017, NSD tracking for my order is back online! However, it reflects a [erroneous] pick up date as 11/14/2017. So at least my item has now been found, and should finally be on its way back to Home Depot. This is inarguably NOT the kind of progression of a shipment that one would normally experience through a reputable company. read more

YEAR AGO - ANOTHER HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! .....CONTINUED. We had ordered a double glass door for our deck from Home Depot. Guess who delivered it- DAMAGED. TWICE. Yup, NONSTOP DELIVERY. And don't be fooled and let them tell you it was Home Depot's problem. The packaging was opened and damaged - if at a minimum, NONSTOP should have contacted HD upon receipt and never delivered it...but they didn't have to because it happened by Nonstop. (also have plenty of pictures of the damaged products too). First on 8/18 they were scheduled to pick up the door that was delivered damage - I took off work the entire day and they never showed. I had spoken with Sierra and Carmen at NONSTOP for that scheduling and day. They kept transferring me to a voicemail to leave a message and they had no explanation.......... So then on 8/31 when the NONSTOP drivers "FRANK and RAPHAEL' come to DELIVER my new replacement door - they indicated they were also there to pickup the damaged one (the one they were supposed to pickup on 8/18 and I don't get refunded until it makes its way back to Home Depot). My mom and husband were at the house. They first put the new delivery in one bay of our garage. They then attempted to take the old damaged door to put on their truck and actually RIPPED and TORE the framing/siding off our garage. Due to the size of the door and my husband and mom in the background area they didn't realize what had happened until FRANK AND RAPHAEL(their supervisor LANCE) FROM NONSTOP DELIVERY are back at our garage with a drill attempting to DRILL SCREWS into the previously unblemished garage door siding. They stopped them immediately and the drivers acted as if they had an English barrier they didn't understand. They took pictures and I immediately called Home Depot to report. GUESS WHAT - over a YEAR LATER and our garage door is NOT FIXED and wont function. It doesn't stop there- I have been back and forth with Nonstop Corporate/claims department over this. I talked to Datipayeva, Derissa who refused to give me her supervisor SHEWNS contact information (said he wont authorize it), then to Mike L in claims. They want ME to get a couple quotes for damage and send to them.....so I try one local business and they stand me up when I take the afternoon off. So I tell Mike from Nonstop to send THEIR adjuster out to my property to review the damage (as if the pictures weren't enough) Best part about this - their claims department had record the PICKUP of the damaged door was on 8/18 (the initially scheduled day) and not 8/31 - when they probably DOUBLE DIPPED from HOME DEPOT and picked up and delivered all in one shot to make more money for themselves while standing me up and me missing work all day on 8/18. Horrible, morally wrong, irresponsible, lying company sure they probably subcontract their work- and corporate tells me "I cant tell you how tough it is to find a good delivery group up in New England" -----well not my problem So you know its bad - but you continue and don't take responsibility? After this last incident I am now getting a lawyer for the damage and not wasting anymore time doing it myself. read more

I ordered a Zero Turn lawn mower from Home Depot. I got a tracking number from NSD who I had never heard of before. So, I looked for reviews for NSD and ended up here. After reading several of the reviews I was convinced that this was going to be a big disaster. But I'm happy to report it was exactly the opposite for me. I ordered the ZT mower on Saturday afternoon and got shipping confirmation with a tracking number on Monday (two days later.) The ZT came from Atlanta GA to Owosso MI on Thursday, less than a week after ordering it! NSD called the night before and told me it would be delivered the next day. I went online just after that call and the tracking said it would be delivered between 12PM and 4PM the next day. The driver came to my house early (10:30 AM). The truck was a new Mercedes straight truck with a lift gate. He had thoughtfully put the steel pallet the ZT was strapped onto over a wooden pallet so that he could move it with his pallet jack. He set the ZT on the lift gate and pulled his pallet jack back into the box of the truck, then lowered the ZT. We used a hand cart, he provided, and pulled and slid the ZT (with the wooden pallet still underneath the steel pallet) off the lift gate. He then raised the lift gate and pulled forward a few feet. Then he put his pallet jack on the lift gate and lowered if to my driveway. He forked the wooden pallet underneath the ZT and moved to where I wanted it and used the pallet jack to lift one end of the steel pallet and we slid the wooden pallet out from underneath it and he lowered the steel pallet to the ground. He was friendly, helpful, and had thought this through. The steel pallet was too low to put a pallet jack under so he had improvised a smart way to make it work. I was very impressed with his professionalism and couldn't be happier with the whole delivery. To get here that quickly it almost had to be non-stop delivery! There was a huge plastic bag covering the ZT inside a steel frame that was built around the steel pallet to protect the ZT mower. The packaging was amazing and even the plastic bag covering everything was clean and untouched. So why only 4 stars? I wish I could give something like 4.5. I didn't get a call a half hour before delivery and the delivery window was to be between 12PM and 4PM but it came at 10:30. If I had not been at home but had waited at work for that pre-delivery call I'd have not been present for the delivery and am pretty sure it would have been left it an area that I'd rather not have had it left in. And maybe it would have been left on that wooden pallet which would I could have worked out with my floor jack. But what if someone didn't have a floor jack? After thinking about it some more I decided to go with 5 stars but leave the 4 star comments in the body of my review. You get to see what I'm thinking but at the same time I was very satisfied with the service I received. While I consider 4 stars to be good, I also think it would be unfair based on how it went for me not to go with 5. read more

I ordered a home backup generator from Home Depot. I was very concerned when I found out that it would be delivered by NSD due to the overwhelming number of bad reviews and horror stories. This generator is very expensive and difficult to get as I was on a waiting list. I had just gone through a bad experience ordering a furnace online, and the vendor had to make three attempts to get me a furnace that had not experienced heavy shipping damage, so I was prepared for the same bad experience with this generator. Much to my delight, the unit arrived perfectly intact with absolutely no shipping damage whatsoever. When the truck arrived, I stood on the street behind the truck and looked inside expecting the worst, but there was a box securely strapped down to an undamaged pallet. The side of the box that I could see had no damage. As the driver brought the box out and lowered the lift gate to the street I inspected all sides of the box expecting to find damage. Except for a couple of minor scuffs, every side and the top was in perfect condition. The driver asked me where I would like it dropped and he rolled it up my driveway and deposited it in the garage. The driver was polite and well mannered. I gave him a tip. I apprehensively opened the box still expecting to find dents in the engine cover, the muffler, the gas tank, or broken switches like so many other reviews showed. Nothing. Everything was in perfect condition. I added oil and gas, and the generator started on the first crank and ran flawlessly. This was in the Albany New York area. I don't know if NSD has regional problems, but this delivery went well, especially in light of the previous furnace delivery from a different company and the many 1-star reviews I saw nationally on NSD. Not sure if I just got lucky, or if they run a better operation here. Delivery was also within the window of 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM - they arrived at 3:30PM. So not only was the delivery window reasonable, but they met it. They also called me the night before to inform me of the delivery the next day. Based on my experience with other shipments, most of them strongly negative, I would actually use NSD again if given a choice. The only negative is that they did NOT call ahead 30 minutes as they said that they would. They did not call at all. I live 15 minutes from work and was planning to come home immediately upon receiving their call, but instead left early since the delivery window was in the afternoon. If the delivery window had been in the morning, I would not have been home for delivery and would have missed it since they never called. So 1 star off for that. That leaves a 4-star rating. Would have been 5 if they had called ahead like they said they would. read more

I have been in manufacturing and logistics for 30 years, and NSD is by far the most inept trucking company I've ever dealt with. I ordered 2 refrigerators from Home Depot on August 24, 2019. I got an email update from Home Depot on August 27, 2019 saying the order had shipped, and would deliver on September 9. Between August 27 and September 9 I checked NSD's site several times and it always said "Shipping Soon" Figuring this was just a glitch in their tracking software, September 9 came and went and I still had no refrigerators or update. I reached out to NSD and they told me that Home Depot had not released the order. I called Home Depot, who reached out directly to the Distributor of the refrigerators (Danby) and confirmed NSD had picked them up on August 26, 2019. Home Depot contacted NSD and NSD assured them I would receive an update "shortly". The next day, I still had no update. I reached out to NSD who AGAIN told me Home Depot had not released the order, even though Home Depot gave them the name and contact of the person at Danby who shipped it. At this point, i called Home Depot directly. They stayed on the phone with me while they contacted NSD and NSD told Home Depot they had not yet released the order. Home Depot then contacted the vendor again, got the BOL and sent to NSD. NSD stated they would initiate a "dock search".... (in other words they lost it) and that I would have an update shortly. Well another day went by and here i am today reaching out to NSD again. Had to tell my entire story to a 4th agent, because apparently they don't track customer communications. I again sent the BOL directly to NSD who proceeded to tell me "OK, we have opened an investigation and you will hear from us in 24-48 hours. As ridiculous as this sounded i asked why the investigation hadn't been opened yesterday after presenting them with proof that they picked it up with one of their trucks and it is somewhere in their system. Agent said she didn't know. By far the most frustrating company and customer service I've ever dealt with. Home Depot has been awesome, and have offered to give me $150 if I order another set and cancel this order. While i would like to take them up on that offer, the order will likely end up with the wonderfully incompetent folks at NSD and I will likely never see them. Stay away from NSD......... read more

Paid over $1,000.00 for a Westinghouse generator on Amazon on 09/09/21, was to be delivered within the week. Finally received on 9/22 after it was sitting somewhere in our small home town since 9/14. Contacted Amazon about this and was told that their delivery truck had broken down and they would issue a $50 Amazon credit because of the delay. Based on other reviews it sounds exactly like I thought it would, they update the tracking/shipping status to show that the item is actually in your town and just sitting there FOR DAYS!!! This part totally infuriated me and I'm sure many others. After speaking with Amazon, they stated that it would be delivered by 9/23, which it technically was. In my email and tracking notification from Amazon it stated that I would be contacted by phone or text 30 min before delivery. I was Never contacted in any way before actual delivery and the item wasn't even signed for. They just dumped it and left an oil leaking/damaged/ 1 wheeled Westinghouse generator leaking all over the place. On the Westinghouse website it clearly shows that this generator should be a full Box and may even have additional packaging or a pallet attached to the bottom. What I got was a barely covered "half packaged" generator, I'm sure the other wheel was lost somewhere in shipping or maybe the generator was being used by this company at one of the warehouses where they were storing it and then they turned it on its Side to start leaking everywhere. Worst delivery company that I have ever had for a delivery. I can't believe Amazon continues to use them. I did contact Amazon about this delivery and sent the same photos and they offered a 30% discount if I kept the item and tried fixing it or we could just return for a refund or get a replacement. I think these are acceptable options but I don't think I would order any more heavy, high ticket items from them if they continue to use delivery companies like this. They didn't guarantee that this company would not be delivering a replacement to me, so I might just purchase from a local Big Box store for piece of mind. I feel like Amazon is cutting a lot of corners lately, I've been a prime member for years and the service isn't any better that's for sure! The USPS transfers from Amazon instead of UPS have been bad enough for the smaller items. read more

This company is garbage. I'm yet another hugely disgusted Home Depot/NSD customer. Home Depot will not refund MY money until NSD has the delivered order back in their possession. NSD will not schedule a pick up, no matter how many times they have been contacted by myself or the 11 Home Depot support reps and local managers who have reached out to them on my behalf. For the past week+ I have wasted MANY HOURS on hold, being hung up on, and sending emails. NSD repeatedly changed delivery dates, did not communicate at all before delivering, and after leaving thousands of dollars of kitchen cabinets at the curb and lying in the grass right before a SEVERE STORM, they patently ignore every attempt to schedule a pick up for the items they ruined with their negligence and unbelievably bad service! (The delivery person told me they couldn't put the cabinets where they were supposed to be put because they were "heavy". ) The day after the downpour delivery, I got a call from a stranger in the next town saying she had one of my cabinets and would drop it off. My husband and I both took a week off of work to prep the kitchen and install the new cabinets (we waited until after the third NSD delay - that should have been a safe bet, right? - nope, they were still delivered two days late!) so now we're washing dishes in the bathtub. I cannot buy replacement cabinets until I get my refund and it seems like NSD wants to keep it that way; an incredibly unprofessional business that I will actively be avoiding in the future. UPDATE 06-30-2022: I had already emailed my tracking number to extramile@hubgroup.com BEFORE I posted this review. I re-sent again after seeing the comment from Pat L.. I have now received a reply with eight return tracking numbers and an excuse that the local terminal is "having significant delays" and also will not answer the phone when hubgroup calls them either. Stacey Harrold has put in a "priority request" with the terminal. This "priority request" will make a total of five for this order - if anyone from NSD can be believed. 2ND UPDATE 06-30-2022: The cabinets were picked up by, and returned to, a local Home Depot after another 3 hours on the phone with HD support. I hope to never have dealings with NSD again. read more

NSD responded to this review shortly after I wrote it. In the original review, I faulted the tracking method... Anyone who's ever ordered on line is used to seeing progress of the shipment as it makes it's way from one xfer point to another. According to NSD, the shipment was picked up at each xfer point in their software but it wasn't making it to the database that drives the website that the customer uses. It sounds like a glitch. Yesterday, I got a call from the delivery company telling me the unit was on the truck for delivery this morning. I was the 2nd drop. I expected 10am - 12pm. The driver called me this morning at 8:30 to tell me they would be 20 minutes. They arrived on time. They unpacked the unit outside the door. We discussed how best to get it into the bedroom without damaging anything--this is a big, heavy unit. There were 2 men. Both brought it in and put it together. They said it would take about an hour. It took just under an hour. Afterwards, they went through all the functions/features to test them in front of me. They all worked properly. While this was going on, the other man was removing the packing materials from the front of the house. Except for the glitch with tracking--which I wouldn't have known had I not been used to checking tracking numbers halfway through a delivery cycle, everything happened exactly as a customer would expect it to happen. I see from so many complaints here on Yelp that you'd come away with the impression this one of the world's worst companies. But if that were the case, they wouldn't have contracts with some of the biggest vendors in the country. Every now and then sh.. just happens. It's a credit to NSD that they monitor this site. Every company, no matter how careful they are, makes mistakes and sh... just has a way of happening no matter how how hard you try or how good your process is. Good companies develop ways to catch these things and great companies not only catch them, but do whatever it takes to make it right. Fortunately, in my case, we didn't have to go that far. The process worked. The 5 star assessment is based on the fact that the delivery was earlier than expected and was done exactly as expected. read more

I ordered a desk from 1StopBedrooms in December. After a 3 month wait, the delivery was to be scheduled. On March 9th, I received a text from NSD stating that the delivery would be arriving between 3:30 p.m. & 7:30 p.m. on March 10th. At 2:29 p.m. on March 10th I receive a text that the delivery will be arriving in 45 minutes. My job is 35 minutes from my home. I figure I can still get home before the delivery arrives so I leave work immediately. At 3:00 p.m., I receive a notification from my security cameras that the delivery truck is in front of my house. At this point, I am 5 minutes from home. I call the number in the text message only to be sent to voicemail. By the time I arrive home at 3:35, the truck is gone. After numerous calls and absolutely no help, I finally speak to someone who tells me another delivery attempt will be made and I will receive a call to schedule. I never received a call, just another text at 5 p.m. on March 12th stating that delivery has been scheduled between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. on March 13th. I take the afternoon off of work to ensure that i would be at home this time. The delivery truck arrives around 2 p.m. The box the desk was in is torn apart and the desk has major scratches and gouges all over it. One side of the desk is even broken apart from the top of the desk. I immediately refuse the desk only to find out that I must accept the damaged desk in order to start the claims process to get it replaced by 1StopBedrooms. The delivery (3rd attempt) of the damaged desk was made two days later (another half day off work). On May 1st, the replacement desk was delivered with the same pitiful communication methods. This time the desk less damaged....only a couple of small scratches, but at this point I am not going through this ordeal again. So we accept the desk. We paid for white glove service to have the desk assembled for us. We told the delivery drivers where we wanted the desk placed before they assembled it. They proceeded to assemble it backwards and when they re-positioned the desk, they left significant scratches in our hardwood floors. Needless to say, this was an awful experience, never to be repeated again! read more

Sept 19th 2019, ordered 2 heavy (196 lb ea) Power recliners from Amazon. Tracking info showed NSD as the shipper and they were coming out of California to be delivered to Florida on Oct 3. I never had any experience with NSD so I googled them. Wow I read all these negative reviews here on yelp, had me concerned. Then it occurred to me, consumers are going to post reviews on their shiny new Do-Dads but are they likely to post a review on the delivery service?? I've had maybe thousand or more items shipped to me, I've posted reviews on many of those items BUT I've never posted a review on the shipping companies that got them here. So I would think the only reviews shippers are likely to receive are from those whom had bad experiences. Anyway I kept tracking the shipment, it seemed to be moving along ahead of schedule. On Sept 24th I received an automated call that stated I had a shipment arriving on Sept 25th between 12 and 6pm. The message did not identify what was coming but that something was. So I checked Amazon again for the tracking and there I saw the chairs were to be delivered now on the 25th 12-6pm. 9/25 @ about noonThe truck pulled up, backed into my driveway and a courteous driver started to unload. I had not ordered or payed for inside delivery so I did not expect it, nor did the driver offer it. I gave him a hand unloading them, I think he was capable of doing it himself with concerted effort but helping him gave me a better chance to examine the condition of the cartons, plus am I really going to stand watching when its obvious that it was a task that would better preformed by two, ....not me. The cartons were in good condition with one small puncture. I noted the puncture on the receipt and signed, the driver thanked me, took a picture of the cartons in the garage and of the puncture and then left. Once up in the house and unpacked the power recliners were not damaged in any way. So NSD did a great job shipping two very heavy and bulky power reclines, all the way across the country with no damage, had a courteous driver deliver and they arrived 5 days ahead of schedule. Good job NSD. read more

Ordered a bed from Amazon as part of our move from the East Coast home to Texas. Timed the ordering and delivery to arrive a few days after we were scheduled to arrive ... all good, right? Bed to be delivered last Friday. Nothing. Monday - started calling the company's customer service 'hotline' to do a track/trace to find out when the bed would arrive. Note: You call, enter the shipping number and delivery zipcode, then go into a cyberspace hold pattern for five minutes before getting a "we'll call you back" option. First try: Someone did call and leave a voicemail that said, "try us again." Second try on Tuesday: Someone DID call us back to tell us that the online tracking wasn't correct -- our bed had not been received in their system yet (keeping in mind that the system showed pickup in WA and transit to Indiana (well East of our West Texas home). He promised to callback the next day to make sure we were being taken care of (still waiting for that callback). Today/Wednesday: The system shows the bed as delivered ... and have tried everything to get through to the company. Several times through the phone queue, once through their customer service form, and once to the direct customer service email address. IF I had only read the numerous one-star Yelp reviews, then I could have .... well, nothing - since the choice of shippers is Amazon's and not mine. Still waiting for some type of contact to resolve this mess - - - while sleeping on the floor. (((Totally concur with the earlier review that said we consumers should band together to get Amazon to STOP using this carrier --- simply based on the sheer number of agonizingly horrific customer service as reported here.))) Company - if you are listening...all I want is to know where my shipment is////you would already know that if you check your customer service phone queue, useless online form, or your direct email. And, remove the "Chat with Us!" link on your webpage... because that doesn't work either. read more

And still haven't heard from anyone at the company directly to see how they can improve their service. Sad. Hi Marshall, Below is the email that I sent to NordicTrack and Icon Fitness. Our experience with NSD has been consistently unsatisfactory over the course of FIVE (5) deliveries. I'm a business owner and I would not tolerate the level of service provided if it was my company. Also, I responded to a request for review and below is the response I received from NSD employee Brian Roberson. John Ballis SEAL Team 2 (Ret) 512-632-0526 jjballis@gmail.com ----------- Reply above this line. Brian Roberson commented: Thank you for your inquiry. I apologize for the experience that you had with your delivery. Please advise us if any additional issues arise concerning the product. Have a great day ! NSD Customer Care Team _____________________________________________________________________________ Please see the email below from SHIPNSD.COM. Once again NSD did NOT contact me to schedule a delivery date and time. I never received a call to schedule and, as usual, NSD does not answer their phone. I received a phone call at 7:37 AM this morning informing me that the driver would be at my home within 30 minutes. As usual, I had no time to get home to be there and the driver left a $1600 piece of equipment on my front porch. The box was clearly marked "Fragile", "Sensitive Electronics", Handle with Care" and "This end Up" and the driver left it standing on end out on the front porch when it was supposed to be place inside my garage to keep it out of the weather and from possibly being stolen. I haven't opened the box yet to see if there is any damage to the product, however, I will this weekend and I'll let NordicTrack / ICON Fitness know. EVERY SINGLE DELIVER EXPERIENCE (FIVE) WITH NSD has been the same. If I was NordicTrack / ICON Fitness, I'd look for and alternate delivery company. _______________________________________________________________________________ read more

I ordered a glass shower enclosure from Home Depot 3/3/2020. About a thousand bucks. Imagine my concern after reading many reviews here when I found out NSD was the freight carrier. As a retired supply chain director/manager (30 yrs) I am familiar with many logistics companies. NSD was not on my radar. More concern. Plus, the freight consisted of fragile glass weighing over 300 lbs. That requires lift gate equipment on the truck. Delivery was pegged as far out as 3/12. So here's the outcome. I received a voicemail evening of 3/8 advising the delivery would be 3/9 and I need not be present. Freight arrived Monday 3/9, that's early by the way, and entirely intact. It was 2 palletized triple wall corrugated boxes (marked No Double-stack) placed (as promised) in the closest covered location which was excellent because it rained overnight. Clearly nothing had been stacked on top. So, bottom line is NSD delivered heavy fragile freight early using the proper equipment and staged it as needed for the bargain cost of $99. It was handled properly. Folks, you can't beat that. I'd use NSD again in a heartbeat. Only 2 things to criticize and they are important. One - other reviewers said the tracking didn't work. True. I checked my order every day from time of shipment and NEVER did my order appear in the NSD tracking program. That's not good. Two, the delivery paperwork stated 2 falsehoods - first one was I waived a 30 minute pre-delivery telephone call. I never did that. The second was I "accepted" delivery. Legally that has implications if there was any freight damage. I NEVER "accepted" delivery. Accepting delivery can waive one's right to file a damage claim. Paperwork not sighed by the recipient should NEVER be marked "accepted" and doing so raises potential issues with filing damage claims. Poor procedural policy deserving review. Nonetheless, these were not significant enough to downgrade my rating. Very well done. read more

Used NSD's online chat to determine the location and status of my delivery of a 60" TV. NSD's website indicate the package was picked up in Pennsylvania on March 14, but no tracking information has been updated to this day, now March 23. The individual on the online chat stated the package was currently in Iowa City, which is not far from the delivery destination as of March 21. I checked the NSD website again, and still not tracking update. Again, I used the online chat feature on March 23 (oddly enough, the name was the same as the first time) and she indicated she could not provide any updated information as she was not sure where it was. When I returned home from work, I called NSD at the number located at the Iowa City terminal. I spoke to a friendly representative named Paulie I believe, and he checked the status. He indicated that it is at that terminal however it wasn't scanned in. I acknowledged his response and indicated I will return a call next week to NSD if I have not heard anything. But now the worry has set in. How can a large-boxed item such as a TV not be scanned and/or checked in upon arrival? Aren't there policies and procedures set in place to prevent that? Giving a 3-star rating for now, will update if necessary as the time progresses. * * * * * Update As stated, I would update the review once the item was delivered. Pat was extremely helpful in obtaining my package location information as well as addressing all other concerns I had. My item was delivered to my work by to employees who were very professional and helpful. The item arrived in perfect working order and has exceeded my expectations. It is no secret that most people are a bit too impatient when ordering online (myself included) and with other major carriers tracking information to each city it stops at, we probably get a bit spoiled. But overall, I am very happy with this experience and my item. Thanks again! read more

Original review 12/3/2020: No call, no show three times in a row. They had my order at a local center for two weeks and they just keep re-scheduling every time they don't show up. No one answers their 1-800 number, chat agents are a joke. The only thing they can do is to tell you it will arrive on the date shown in tracking, except it never does. Rude, useless customer service; total waste of time. Wish I wasn't stuck with them as Home Depot's shipper of choice. Update 12/5/2020: After repeated assurances that I will get my order on 12/5, NSD delivered only one and not two vanities. The guys on the truck know nothing, the number at the local company's warehouse sub-sub-contracted for delivery goes to voicemail, Marshall from customer service who got in touch with me (at least thank you for that!) will update on Monday. So that's 3 no shows and half the order so far. They also delivered outside of the window they specified and without a call ahead to let us know that they were coming. The box arrived with a dent on the side and damaged foam on the inside; fortunately, it appears (so far, without a full unwrap), that the vanity itself is ok and that's the only saving grace. Update: 12/7/2020: Nothing but crickets from NSD. I contacted Home Depot, who reached out to NSD, who told Home Depot that they are "searching the warehouse" for the missing vanity (because a 42-inch bathroom vanity with marble top shipped together with another 42-inch vanity is obviously easily misplaced). They need 48 hours "to conduct the search" and Home Depot tells me that NSD will be calling me on Thursday. I will be waiting by the phone holding my breath. Summary so far: three no shows, half the order missing on the fourth delivery, nothing useful from customer service. = read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. I placed an order from Home Depot. The item was a larger power tool and was shipped via NSD. Like everyone else, my item says it was delivered but it never was. I tried calling NSD but no answer so I got on chat support. They were no help at all. They claim they have no idea where the truck is and that they have no way of getting in touch with the driver. How many people are going to have to complain before Home Depot stops using this horrible company? I've spent just under $40k (flooring, installation, bathroom supplies, lumber, etc) last year from home depot because I remodel houses. Moving forward, I will never buy from them again. This is a small foot print and wont hurt them but I can't support Home Depot anymore. Home Depot uses NSD because they give them the lowest freight costs but at the expense of their customers. So rather than Home Depot having to pay a bit more, they cut costs but that gives us consumers a massive issue which they're aware of. I called a Home Depot support rep and chatted with them and they said they were aware of the issues with NSD and the amount of complaints they get and they apologized that I was dealing with it. So they do recognize this issue but they don't change it and then they provide limited support to correct it. So what happens now? Whose going to make this right? Home Depot tells me to file a claim with NSD and NSD chat says to contact Home Depot. I would advise anyone who is looking to order from Home Depot online DONT DO IT. Just go pick it up in store otherwise, theres a good chance you wont get it. If you cant get it in store, go find it somewhere else. It isn't worth it. Ill give NSD the option to make this right and if they do, I will update this review. read more
