Find another company if you're considering this company or they are scheduled through a store you purchased from. The cabinet they were to deliver and unbox in my condo would not fit into elevator while boxed. I suggested they inbox downstairs instead. Unboxed it would have fit into the elevator. I offered to sign a waiver. They refused and left the box outside the elevator where it was exposed to the weather. They said they'd need to reschedule with 2 additional men to carry up the stairs. I tried to resolve by calling the 'contact' number which no one answered. Very long story but they never rescheduled. I found another delivery company who arrived when they said they would. They unboxed, brought into the condo and finished in under 30 minutes. Not sure why furniture stores continue to use this service. They have no professionalism, integrity or follow through.

Horrible company I have been waiting for a week for my package I have called 3 times and I get the run around saying tomorrow. We received a phone call on Sunday telling us that it would be tomorrow/Monday between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. here it is 4:00 p.m. and still nothing. I have read multiple reviews and I love all the negative ones this place should be out of business. read more

Ongoing issue. Have left multiple messages, have called multiple times. Tracking # 31079957. Item has been in terminal less than 3 hours away for over a week. Horrific ordeal. on Nonstop web shows item should have been delivered 3/22. I can't even get anyone to tell me anything. Customer service is terrible and they just try to pass the buck. read more

Non Stop Delivery is the worst-NEVER use them. My vanity was supposed to be delivered between July 3-12th. I have one bathroom in my house so it was important to get the bathroom done in the small window of time I had with my kids out of the house and my contracter. The vanity never showed up and I never was able to speak to an actual person at NSD. I sent three emails to customer service, did the online chat July 22nd and 23rd, went to Home Depot customer service who tried to contact them and was not successful, I called and waited for 45 minutes and finally chose the callback option which then sent me a generic reply that there would be an update in 48 hours-in 48 hours never heard anything. I finally called Home Depot customer service and they figured out that the vanity is indeed lost. They recommended cancelling and ordering another which I did. If NSD had just told me it was lost two weeks ago I could have ordered another and have my bathroom completed. Now my contractor is on vacation. I understand these things happen and a good customer service team could have straightened out this situation. The customer service at NSD is the worst I've encountered. Bottom line, never use them. read more

Although there was a slight hiccup in the beginning with my treadmill delivery that I ordered via Proform, the representative of the company was quick to correct the problem and was on top of my case until it got resolved to satisfaction. The delivery/assembly people (2 of them) were tremendous and did an exceptional job with delivering, assembling, testing and taking away all the package materials. Thanks for your help!! read more

Very poor service. I am one week past the estimated delivery date and still have no packages. I have sent several emails and received apologetic repsonses but still no packages! I have even offered to drive to the terminal and pick them up myself but have not received any info for the terminal. No phone number, no address. I have sent them my contact info 4 times! If order anything online again I am going to insist that the company I order from does not use this company or I am not ordering! read more

Worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. I don't have the time to sit here and go over all the incompetent mistakes they made. Just read all of the other negative reviews and they pretty much cover my experience. I've waited a month to get my cabinets I ordered from Home Depot. OMG. Where do I begin. I ordered a sofa set that was in its own a horrible experience. The vendor couldn't have picked a worse company to do the delivery. I called the vendor and they gave me the tracking number and telephone number for Non Stop Delivery or non delivery. NSD said they were waiting for the vendor to set up a pickup. When I viewed the history, the vendor had set up a pickup a week before I even called. When I told the NSD customer service agent, Louie, he said the vendor had not communicated that the shipment was ready. Meanwhile, the shipment had been ready three weeks before they setup the pickup. I knew this because the vendor had told me. Excuse me, but if the vendor schedule a pickup, isn't it safe to assume the shipment is ready? Today is 21 July, 2017. Louie told me my shipment would be picked up ASAP NTE this very day. Well, their offices are closed and my sofa's still haven't been picked up. read more

My order was sitting in the terminal since 2/15. Everytime i called NSD, i was advised the terminal would call me or an email would be send. Nobody called me! when i called on Monday 3/12 and spoke to a customer service representative named Adriana, she explained to me that there was a confusion with the terminal that they had assigned me with the wrong terminal and that she was going to work on my order.Adriana gave me her extension number and called me back the same day to schedule my delivery for the next day. Thanks to Adriana i received my order yesterday 3/13. if it were not for her, my order would probably still be at the terminal. Thank you Adriana! read more

I was asked by Pat to forward over the tracking number so that he could look into what has happened. I receive an email back saying they apologize and they are trying to find out where the shipment is. I find it amazing that this shipment was in the my town of Tullytown two days before the delivery date. Why didn't they call and ask to drop it off early? I only chose the date that I did because it was the earliest available. Later that afternoon the customer service writes back and says they found it and I should receive a call within a few minutes to schedule the delivery. I waited two hours and still nothing. I wrote the girl back and told them that I was going to report this item as lost or stolen by shipping company. Twenty minutes later, I get a call from some Philadelphia shipping company who said they want to deliver it the next day between 4 & 7 pm. Hello, in our shipping address it says M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. So they said fine, will 9 to 12 work? I told them that is fine. Well here we are again with no show again so I had to make the call to Amazon. Amazon refunded me the money and told me that if I order another they will ship it UPS freight or FedEx Freight. Thank you Amazon for taking care of your customer's unlike NSD Shipping! read more

Wow...seeing NSD overall rating of 1 1/2 stars, I now see why. I ordered door from HD, delivery was suppose to be today 2/17/20. Get call on Thurs.13th, it'll be delivered on Fri. 14th b/t 1-5pm. Wow, great couple days early....NOT! I call company on 14th @5:30pm. Oh, he's running late but he'll be there, 6pm still no show. I call and of course everyone went home. No courtesy call. So I call Monday 17th to get a time for delivery, now it's not until Tuesday 18th, and I had to call them! If I didn't call, I would have never known. So round and round I went w/ CSR, then a supervisor, Katelyn and then another supervisor, Robert. Who all told me the same thing, "we're sorry, but we don't have any deliveries in that area today." Excuse me, how about mine...!!! "It'll be Tues. 18th." So, now I lost time and money, and can't do anything about b/c I'm the little guy, who is only waiting for a door. They offered me to drive over an hour away to pick it up myself. I said if I had the vehicle, I would have picked it up at HD w/ free delivery. The response was ridiculous. Long story short, my opinion of this company is crap. And if I could give no stars I would have. I hope this is the last time I have to use this company and endure this horrible service. If you have to use a delivery company, I would suggest, in my opinion, to find someone else. And the other reviews I am reading, I can see I'm not the only one feeling this way. read more

Worst customer service for a delivery company. Text from the company indicates delivery today, yet the link provided by the text indicates delivery tomorrow. New text update says there's a problem with the delivery...unable to contact me. Funny - they had the number to provide the text...when I finally got someone on the phone, they verified they had the wrong number. Doesn't make any sense. I would feel bad for making an entry on a one-time-only experience, but this is a similar run around they gave us the last time they tried to make a delivery nearly 2 weeks ago. Repeat poor performance. You would have thought they would have corrected their business practices. We'll be sitting around our phone yet again tomorrow waiting for a call...we're not holding our breath. read more

What a headache - lack of communication, lack of consideration for people's time, making promises they cannot keep, poor phone etiquette, the list goes on and on. This is a company that you should do your 'utmost best' (see below) to avoid. I was first called on Monday June 12 to schedule a delivery of a desk I had ordered from Bed Bath and Beyond. The person who called me did not identify her name nor company - I only knew I was dealing with nonstop delivery because when I had tried to check tracking info on the Bed Bath & Beyond website, I was told I would receive more tracking information once the item arrived at the NSD center. (No more tracking info ever appeared.) It turns out, this conversation would set the tone for the (many) conversations I would have with NSD staffers over the next few days. I was supposed to have a delivery between 8 AM and 12 PM on Wednesday, June 14, and the driver was supposed to call 30 minutes before arrival. When 11:00 had come and gone, I called to confirm that the delivery was still going to happen that day. (I called the number that had called me on Monday, having been provided no contact info during that call or from Bed Bath and Beyond. Thank goodness for cell phones!) I was told by the person on the other end (who mumbled his introduction so that I did not catch his name nor company) that the delivery was still on. At noon, when I had no word from the driver, I called again, only to be told that the driver had a "mechanical failure" and couldn't deliver that morning. I concede, if a truck breaks down, there is nothing much the driver can do, but NSD SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME, rather than letting my ETA come and go with no word. I was assured by the person on the other end that they would do their "utmost best" to get the desk to me that afternoon. Again, my interlocutor mumbled his introduction so that I did not catch his name nor company. Are NSD employees trained to do this so that no one realizes they are working with NSD and no one leaves bad reviews? Nothing would surprise me at this point. Also, who uses the phrase "utmost best"? Later that afternoon, I still had no word from a driver. I called to ask whether I should still be expecting a delivery that day. I was told by 'Mark' that they had lost contact with the recovery truck, but that they could reschedule. "How about the 8-12 window tomorrow?" Mark asked. I agreed and was assured that they would make my delivery the first thing on Thursday morning. Thursday dawned. No word from a driver. 11 passed, 11:30 passed, 11:50 passed. I called. The 'utmost best' chap informed me that the driver had some delays with deliveries that happened before mine, which was quite confusing since Mark had promised that mine would be the first delivery on Thursday. Nevertheless, he assured me that they would do their 'utmost best' to get it to me that afternoon. I finally got a courtesy call at 2:07 and about 20 minutes later the driver finally showed up. To summarize, the company's drivers missed two delivery appointments with no word to me - I only found out what was going on by calling them and speaking to people who could not properly introduce themselves. I finally received my merchandise - over 24 hours after I was originally supposed to. read more

NDS delivered order from Home Depot this morning 1/24/2018 sometime between 9:00am-10:00am. This was a bathtub & tub surround in separate boxes. The delivery men from NDS did not even ring the front door bell & left the boxes near the garage door & sidewalk. My wife and I were awake & did not notice that the delivery had been made & looked out the front window to see the boxes. We checked the door bell & it was working & sounded loudly. Each box had a label that asked for certain information & check boxes. Most important was the signature of the customer for delivery & signature of the delivery man. These were not signed by either parties. One of the check boxes was if we had been called 30 minutes prior to delivery. We did not receive the call & the night before from NDS headquarters said we would be notified before the delivery the next day. We opened the boxes with our contractor who would install said products in the bathroom. The bathtub was good & no damage, however the tub surround (3 piece) had severe damage to the back panel & one side was severely damaged & could not be used. We called Home Depot and they said to return both items . We are still working with NSD on the pickup & hope to get credit from Home Depot for the purchase price of the items. We paid a $100.00 price for delivery & will not pay for any charges from either company as we did not receive what we ordered in condition to install. Home Depot said both the tub & surround had to be returned. I do not know if the damage was done by NSD delivery services or not but they did not allow us to open & inspect before they left. This bathtub & surround came from California & was shipped to Wyoming, MI by a different delivery company & I assume that there were several different handling of the items during delivery from manufacture to our house. Needless to say , we are not happy. The bathtub & surround were good and what we expected before the damages to the surround in transit. read more

I have had a HORRIBLE experience with Non Stop Delivery myself. We ordered bathroom vanity cabinets late June 2014 online from Home Depot to be shipped via Non Stop Delivery to our home. We tracked the package to see it sitting on their delivery dock for over a week. We began calling and calling after our delivery date came and went (while my husband waited around all day for 2 days mind you). We left several voice mail messages since that's really your only option with that shipper. Never got a call back after 4 messages. Finally called Home Depot and asked them what was going on .. we needed these vanities! Apparently they were damaged and no one was going to tell us. I asked to cancel that order and reorder but this time I wanted to pick them up in the store to avoid this horrible shipper (I Googled them at that point and saw they had a terrible reputation). Well, the Home Depot rep made a mistake and didn't click the right box in my form (so I've been told) and they ended up getting routed to my home via NSD AGAIN! Great! Now they sat on their shipping dock very close to my house for another week after they received them. When we saw our delivery date, my husband stayed home and waited for them as you would for most deliveries. They backed up silently in my driveway, dropped our WOOD vanity (I say vanity because although we ordered 2, only 1 was actually delivered) without so much as a knock on the door or a ring at the bell .. just sneaked in and dropped them off the back of the truck. These boxes were marked fragile and were just dumped in my driveway. I live in Florida and it's summer .. it RAINS EVERY DAY! I called Home Depot immediately to tell them that despite the bill of lading saying all way delivered, only 1 vanity was dropped and I was missing the other. They said they are going to ship the other with another shipper that has a better reputation and to expect it in about a week. It is now Aug 12, 2014 and I only have the one vanity the other should arrive by Aug 20 (hopefully) .. I will NEVER purchase anything from Home Depot online again .. and I am going to rethink shopping in their store period. read more

I ordered a couch on April 20th off of amazon, and was told the couch would be delivered between April 25th-30th. I received an email that the couch had a scheduled delivery May 2nd. Not a big deal, just a couple more days. I took the afternoon off to be home for the delivery; it was scheduled between 2-6pm. Well, the couch was never delivered that day. When I went to track the package, it says it was delivered. I went outside to check, and there was nothing on the porch which is where I specified to have it dropped off, and there wasn't a signature required (even though I would have been home to provide one). I called NSD the next day, and they told me their information says that the couch was delivered, to which I told them it was not. They said they would contact the local terminal, and let me know the location of my couch in the next 24-48 hours...Well they did not. I then called again, only to be kept on hold for hours and was told the same thing. When I told them they already told me this, they said there was no more information they could provide me. I then live chatted them, where they told me they have sent an express request to the local terminal and that they would contact me by the end of the day today (May 6th). Needless to say, there is still no contact with me, and it is now 4 days after my scheduled delivery, which was already 2 days after what I was told it would be delivered. I am lost for what to do next because I am loosing over $300 on this couch if I never receive it. Please let me know if I can do anything to further contact about my delivery. I'm getting pretty annoyed and disappointed in this company. I never review companies, but this one is hands down one of the worst I have dealt with. If you have an option to pay and ship with another company...DO IT! read more

I'm from Venezuela and it is no secret to anyone that we are undergoing a major crisis, which has also affected our electric system due to the inefficiency of our government. This has reached a point where our cities are experiencing total blackouts for days and there are places that are only getting a couple a hours of electricity/day and that's it. I am talking of a tropical country, where is summer all year long (Yep, VERY hot)! Well, I ordered two of these generators to use them as power supply in case of emergencies or at least to keep our AC on at nights and the fridge running. I placed the orders on April 11th, and I even paid for the prime subscription hoping that I would get my generators sooner. The plan was to deliver them to Miami, from where they would be shipped off to Venezuela by air with another company. When placing the orders I noticed it said they would take 2 (business) days to ship and 4 days to arrive, and that I would get them by April 19th, or in the worst case, I would get them by April 23rd. April 19th came and orders statuses had not been updated, which I thought was weird (since it originally said they would be shipped off 2 days after placing the orders). April 23rd came and no change of status in the orders yet so I called Amazon and the reason they gave me is that the items were out of stock and they were waiting to have them in stock to ship them (which they did that same day). I understand that, but the fact that NOBODY had the decency of sending me an e-mail about this in case I wanted to cancel the orders and order them from somewhere else, was infuriating. Also, when I tried to cancel them they said that was not possible because the items had already been shipped at that point (the same day they originally were supposed to have them delivered to Miami). The gave me a new delivery date: April 29th. However on April 26th (last friday) I logged in to see the status of the orders and it said the generators where in Miami, so I called them to see if I could have them picked up instead of waiting for NSD to deliver them. They said that even if it was true that the items were at their Port in Miami, they would have to wait a couple days before delivery. So I let it go and waited until April 29th (the second alleged delivery date). I never received them so I called the delivery company (NSD) and they said the items have not even been received at their Port in Miami (even though their website said otherwise ?????), so they could not help me at all and their solution was basically to wait (I ordered these items on April 11th). Only yesterday (May 1st) I received ONLY one of the generators. I am still waiting for the other one to arrive in order to ship them both off to Venezuela so my family could have at least a good night sleep and prevent our food from going bad. I tried calling NSD and waited for them to pick up but nothing happened. Then I tried using the ''call me back option'' TWICE, leaving my phone number on their system and tracking number too, but I never got a call back from them. This whole situation has been a nightmare because I must return to my country and I need those generators to come with me. If I had known this would happen I would have never ordered from Westinghouse or used the NSD delivery service. Again I placed these orders on April 11th and spent $2000 on them. It is May 2nd and I am still waiting for my products. read more

Do not order from NordicTrack as they use NSD their carrier. NSD doesn't deliver as scheduled, does not communicate with customers, and will reschedule your delivery without confirming your availability. Customer service is a joke - long hold times without resolving the issues. I have been scheduled for CONFIRMED delivery twice - NSD did not show up. I still don't have the treadmill and will have to start paying for a product that I don't even have. Worst company and customer service I've ever experienced. Based on their reviews, treating customers this way is standard practice for NSD. Check the carrier before ordering large items and do not place the order if NSD is the carrier. I only gave them 1 star because negative stars weren't an option. Nordictrack needs to be held accountable for using such a poor carrier. I would rather have purchased another treadmill to save me from dealing with NSD. I hope this review serves as a warning to all who are considering a NordicTrack. Think again as you will be subjected to dealing with this unprofessional carrier. read more

NEVER should you EVER deal with this company (or any business that uses them). When you call, you are reaching a call center, who can never get anyone at the terminal to answer the phone. In the meantime you are holding (15 minutes at a time). They tell you that no one at the terminal is answering, but they will call you back when they reach someone. No one has EVER returned my phone call. I called the company that I purchased the damaged item from, which was to be picked up by NSD, and even they weren't able to get in touch with them. Finally after a week and a half of my calling them every day (several times a day) a driver called me and said he was on the way. He asked me if he could carry the item by himself. Well....I think not...since it weighs 520lbs. and I know this because it's written on HIS paperwork! Why is he asking me? Unless he's the "Incredible Hulk" why would he come to pick it up by himself? MORONS!!! With all that being said, NSD is holding up a $2,000.00 credit I should be receiving from the company when the damaged item gets returned. It has been going on two weeks now, and the item still is sitting in my garage. Today I get some random email from NSD saying "Do you still need us to come and pick up your item?" DUH!!!! They don't even know if they've picked it up yet? And, of course I still want them to come and get it. I don't know how I'll ever get this resolved. How these jack asses stay in business is beyond me. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER deal with this poorly run company. Update to my original post from yesterday: As soon as I posted my negative review above, I received an email from a manager named Pat asking me to email him my order number. I AM DONE WITH THE EMAILING. I had decided I'd sooner drag my merchandise down the interstate by a rope to it's destination than keep dealing with these people. I called Home Depot and spoke with an amazing customer service rep, who, given all the BS I've been dealing with through NSD, was able to have a truck come from my local store and pick up the merchandise. Thank God for her, otherwise I'd still be dealing with these incompetents and their absurd way of doing business. And BTW, NSD.....you'll be receiving a bill from me for my time that you've wasted over the last two weeks, because dealing with you has become like a part time job. read more

ETA: Pat reached out to me to rectify this situation and he is taking care of the situation. Kudos to Pat for his exceptional customer service. I finally received my treadmill two days after speaking with Pat; overall 2.5/5 for NSD because there is still some major work to do. This has been the most stressful experience ever. I ordered a treadmill from NordicTrack at it arrived at the NSD terminal on Tuesday, March 28. I called to check on the status and I was advised by a customer service rep that I would be receiving a call by end of day or first thing Wednesday morning to schedule delivery (no later than 24 hours). Thursday, March 30 arrived and I still hadn't received a phone call. I've had discussed this with several (non)customer service reps and they stick to the script by telling me my treadmill is just sitting on the dock because they are trying to plan a route but I will get a call. I asked the last rep if he could tell me who he spoke with at the depot or provide me with an address where I could come pick the treadmill up (at this point I don't even care that I paid extra to have it sent to my home). He tells me it's company policy that I can't release the name of the individual and he can't release the location due to liability issues. He supposedly escalated this to the routing department and assured me that I would get a call in 24 hours from the person with no name. So my treadmill suffers and just sits on the dock until they come up with a route (trust me it's not that hard; find a 5 year old and they'll help you work a GPS if that's the problem). NordicTrack can't help because they show it was delivered to another freight company, NSD can't help because they lack a portion of common sense that most people actually possess; why haven't they called to schedule a date? If the treadmills lost, they need to tell me. If they don't know how to get to my house, they need to tell me because I can drive them there with my eyes closed. I was finally transferred to Stacy and advised that I would need to leave a message because she was away from her desk. I know I won't hear from Stacy regarding this and I also know I will never order from a company that works with NSD because this entire ordeal has been a complete nightmare. I wish I could give this company 0 stars because that is what they deserve. Needless to say, I will never order anything that ships through NSD again and I can't wait to cancel my current order because we all know I won't hear from them today. read more

After trying to schedule a delivery for a week, I spoke to someone on a Monday and scheduled it for a Fri between 10-2 and I get a phone call Thurs at 430 pm to set up a delivery date. It wasn't even set up. They put me on the schedule for Fri, but never showed and never called. I finally got a hold of someone at 230 and was told 'they wouldn't be delivering today, they would be there too late'. When I asked why, she said, 'I don't know'. I had to demand an answer and was finally told, 'Massachusetts has traffic'. They set it up for Sat between 8-12 and again never showed or called. I called at 12pm and after waiting on hold for 30 min, I was told the truck broke down. When I asked why I wasn't notified (no one had called me all day) and what that meant (another truck would be picking up the items? An ETA when someone would be arriving, etc.), I was told, I don't know until the driver checks in again. So I was left hanging. At 3pm I called back and was told, 'oh it's not being delivered today, the truck broke down' - I said no one called me to tell me / update me. Meanwhile, the supervisor I was dealing with at Buy Buy Baby (where I purchased the baby furniture) had just spoken with the same person I spoke with earlier in the day (at NSD) and he told her they had attempted delivery and I wasn't home! The blatant lies are unacceptable. So now it's 430 on Sat and I have wasted 2 full days, have no idea when my furniture is coming and am annoyed beyond belief. This company should be put out of business. Awful. read more

Review for delivery from Indianapolis Terminal: I am so thrilled to be an exception in this sea of negative reviews! In all honesty, I was expecting to leave one myself after some frustrating automated misinformation on our delivery date, chat agents who were unable to schedule or confirm my delivery, and several voice messages to customer service that were never returned. That's when I decided to check out the reviews here and, after seeing them, began preparing for the worst. However, once I finally received a confirmation notification of the correct date and specified time window, my anxiety levels abated as I was able to actually track the progress of the delivery truck and get real-time updates. But the bulk of credit has to be given to the delivery team for saving this review! I received a call from them approx. 20-30 minutes prior to their arrival. This team was professional and respectful in every way. They assisted with moving what we wanted to keep into our garage and then removed the remainder of old bedding that needed to be discarded to make room for our new bed, which arrived in perfect condition and was placed onto our bed frame with the utmost care. Thank you, Lance and Kyle! You guys are the reason for this 4-star review because the delivery part is ultimately the most important aspect of receiving an item, even when there are some hiccups on the administrative and communication end of things. read more

I wish I didn't have to give this company 1 star. Nordictrac scheduled a pickup of a treadmill with this company. I waited 2 weeks then called Nordic back because I never received a call to schedule the pickup. After calling back I received a call from a young man scheduling a date for pickup. He advised that I would receive a call the day before the pickup to schedule the time. Well the day before I did not hear anything by 3 pm so I called Nordic back and asked if they could contact the company to confirm the pickup. I was told that they were making calls at that time and I would hear back by 6 pm. The Nordic rep then gave me the CS number to call in case I didn't hear anything. At 5:48 pm I still had not heard from the company so I called. The NSD rep confirmed that the pickup would be the following day between 1-5 pm. I called on the day of pickup around 2:30 pm to confirm the pickup, only to be told that there was no scheduled pickup and I would have to schedule another day. At this point I was irate considering I had to move the treadmill outside for curbside pickup. I told the young lady that I was in no position to move the 200+ lb treadmill back inside and I need someone to pickup today as schedule. She put me on hold, in the middle of my sentence, (without notice) and left me on hold for 25 minutes. I called back on another phone to speak to a manager while still on hold with the young lady. The 'supposed' manager, trying to resolve the situation tell me that they may be able to pick the machine up but it would be later around 8 pm (but they can't confirm). He then asks if I would be avail the next day between a window of 10am - 2 pm. I explain that there should be no window but an exact pickup time considering they pickup did not happen when it should have only to be told that he would do the best he can. Worst experience ever with a company that specializes in delivery/pickups. I would never use this company for my personal deliver needs. Unfortunately, I have to use who Nordic selects. I ordered a glass door from Home Depot and paid the extra charge for it to be delivered to my home and then brought up to the room that it would be installed in. NSD Union City was given my cell phone number so they could text me when the item would arrive. It was clearly written on the manifest the instructions for the driver . Not only did the driver not text me before he delivered the item. He left the 500 pound crate in my driveway unattended and blocking anyway from my taking my car out of the driveway. When I called and asked NSD to have the driver come back they said it would take them a week before they could arrange to get the package brought upstairs. I had to deal for three hours with Home Depot to figure out a solution. Finally Home Depot sent someone to take it out of the crate and remove it from my driveway. They were not able to bring it upstairs for insurance reasons. I srill need to find someone to move it to the room. Worst experience. Home depot should not use this company. read more

We ordered special order doors from HomeDepot. Waited a long time for the doors. I received an email how do I rate the doors. I never received the doors. I called HomeDepot finally found out the driver tried to deliver the doors. The person who answered the door said they did not order any doors. So the doors were sent back to the vendor. No one was at our house to turn down the doors the driver was at the wrong address. No one called me when the doors were rejected. Their driver for NSD had previously been to our house three times delivering doors. Their driver had been there just recently for all those deliveries. I have asked why didn't the driver double check what house he was at and why didn't he call me when the doors were rejected. I can not get any answers from HomeDepot I am only told by them they are waiting to hear from NSD. I have emailed NSD about this but did not get a response. I have to reorder the doors and wait again. I have no assurance the driver will take them to the correct house or will even call me before he delivers them or would call me if they are rejected because the driver is at the wrong house. I never received a phone call or an email from NSD that they had tried to deliver the doors but were rejected. I only knew the doors were in because I received the review to rate the actual doors. read more

- 5 stars, but I had to pick 1 star. EXCEPT: the men that actually delivered the item get + 5 stars. If you order from homedepot.com, have your item shipped to the store and arrange other delivery. This has been the absolute WORST, most inefficient delivery circus we've ever had to deal with. There is an overall 'I don't care' attitude. I ordered a complete (and HEAVY) front door unit for our remodel project from homedepot.com. It was estimated to arrive 'July 27 - Aug 3', which was the perfect window for delivery. I received an AUTOMATED call at 5:00pm on Friday, July 22nd that my delivery was coming between 1pm and 5pm on the 23rd. NOT the 'call to schedule' I'd expected. The delivery time was an issue because we were going to be at a family wedding during that time AND I'd paid for the upgraded delivery: "over a threshold" and 'into a garage or room of my choice'. I HAD to be home to OPEN the door. I called NSD immediately after getting the automated call and talked to Brian, who was very monotone in his caring. He called the Vancouver, WA location and found out that all agents had left for the day. DUH! It was after 5:00PM by that time. He said he'd send an email and for ME to call back in the morning. I called back at 9:15am and talked to John, who was much more courteous and willing to help. He called Vancouver and spoke to Giovanni. John told me that my delivery would be re-scheduled for Monday, and also gave me the direct number to the Vancouver, WA location. I called the Vancouver office myself. I spoke to Chris, who was aware of the call from John, but said that the item was "on the truck for delivery TODAY and was coming!" NO! Not acceptable! I needed it rescheduled for Monday, July 25. Didn't they JUST talk to John about rescheduling for Monday??? After telling Chris why we could NOT receive the delivery that day, he called his manager and the manager called the driver. NOW my door was scheduled for Monday, or so I thought. I even received a call from the driver a few minutes later, stating that he'd keep the door on the truck until Monday. FINALLY I got some customer service and cooperation, or so I thought. Then came Monday, July 25th and the tracking web page still said that it's 'out for delivery' (wait for it....) SATURDAY JULY 23! At 3PM on Monday, I called the Vancouver office AGAIN because I hadn't heard anything. I got Chris again who transferred me to Laurie, the scheduler. She was a bit snippy at first while I was telling her my story. "I don't work on Saturday but I do have your paperwork here and will schedule you for tomorrow." NEVERMIND that I wasted an ENTIRE day waiting on this inefficient group. I told her that the driver said on Saturday that he'd leave it on the truck for Monday delivery. She said that, no it was sitting on the loading dock, as she kept repeating that it was 'miscommunications' and she'd reschedule me. No, it isn't miscommunication, honey. It's called INEFFIECIENCY. She flat out didn't do her job and had no intention of rescheduling me UNTIL I called and complained. Her attitude changed when I said that I'd read horrible reviews on line about NSD, about delivery promises that weren't kept, items lost or stolen or worse, damaged and delivered anyway. I asked her if I really, truly was going to get my item on Tuesday and she said "Oh yes! For sure. I have you on the schedule for delivery between 1pm and 5pm tomorrow." Note that her tone was all sunshine and roses after I mentioned the 'horrible reviews'. At this point, the Vancouver office's system was also showing a 'basic' drop and go delivery. THAT IS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR! So, I called Home Depot and spoke with a customer service representative there. He called NSD and spoke with an NSD representative who supposedly sent an email to upgrade my shipping method to what I'd PAID for! On Tuesday, July 26th the tracking website had been updated with the correct type of delivery. By 4:20pm I still had not received ANY calls. Another call to Laurie at the Vancouver office forced the driver to call us. He gave us an 'estimated' delivery of 6:10pm! At 6:22pm, the driver called again to say he was '35 minutes out'. Far cry from 5pm! I realize there are traffic issues, but LAURIE should know to schedule around that in the Portland/Vancouver area. Again, inefficient, uncaring attitude. The door unit was FINALLY delivered on Tuesday, July 26, at 7pm. 2 FULL HOURS after the promised time! This kind of (non)service from NSD is 110% UNACCEPTABLE. THE VERY FIRST thing that NSD should do is have a LOCALLY BASED, LIVE agent call for scheduled delivery. I should not have had to spend time making or answering 9 different phone calls just to get my item delivered at a CONVENIENT time FOR ME. And if Mr. P. Lynch replies with a 'look into this' comment, forget it. He has enough complaints on the web to know how to fix this circus of a delivery company. read more

Ordered a rowing machine through Amazon, who chose this carrier for delivery. Package was from Seattle, to my location in rural TN. Delivery was scheduled 9 business days after the order. I thought that was reasonable and was ready to wait. I checked tracking after the weekend, and the package was shown to be in Memphis a full week before the scheduled deliver, 2 hours from my house. I called to see if an earlier delivery was possible and was told by NSD that the package was still between Dallas and Memphis, but once it was it would be at the Last Mile Carrier and I would be contacted for delivery. They confirmed that my original delivery date was still in good order. So, I decided to be patient and just wait for the order to come on the original date. Guess what, that date came and no delivery was made. I decided to get Amazon involved as the prior communication with NSD was not productive, and Amazon is the one who hired these guys. Amazon got in touch with them and apologized that the order was not in Memphis yet (a full week after my last call in which it was on its way to Memphis). They told me that the package was due to be delivered the following day. The following day, I was called by the carrier and told that my package didn't get to their dock in time for delivery, and that due to a holiday coming up, they wouldn't be able to deliver until that Friday. After making some rearrangements to my long weekend plans, I told them that it would be fine and that I would be waiting. Wed. afternoon I got a call from the carrier confirming that they would be delivering on Friday and for me to be there, this gave me some hope and I thought we were near the end of the road. So Friday came, and an hour after the appointment window passed, I got back on the phone with Amazon. They contacted the carrier and were told that it was never scheduled to be delivered that day! When I told the rep all that had transpired he contacted the carrier again and was told that a supervisor would be in touch with me in 24 hours. I doubted this since it was late Friday, but they explained that they had supervisors working on Saturdays and that they would be in touch. You got it, no call from the supervisor, so back on the phone with Amazon. They got in touch with the carrier, and the carrier tried passing this on a little longer telling them that a supervisor would be in touch with me on Monday. I asked him why I should believe that, based on all that had transpired during this shipment. I asked if the package was due to be delivered on Monday, he came back and said "Yes, it will be scheduled for delivery on Monday." I told him that wasn't my question, is it going to be "delivered" Monday or "scheduled for delivery" Monday, he went back to the carrier and confirmed it would be "scheduled for delivery", which means I was still going to be stuck in this process for some unknown period of time. I asked if I could go and pick it up, again only 2 hours away from me, he confirmed that I could and had to submit some "paperwork" to allow for this. I stayed on the form while he submitted whatever he needed to submit. I asked for the address of the terminal that I would be going to, and he told me the carrier was not allowed to release that to me! He said that I would get a call at 10am on Monday with the address, what? So, now I have to hit the road to Memphis, early in the morning, not sure which part of Memphis I should be heading to, and then wait until 10am for a call, which likely isn't going to happen, and I will have to hunt down the location from there. Keeping my fingers crossed that today is the last day of this ordeal, but I would never want to put a package on NSD with this kind of service. read more

This company is like a broken record, according to all of the reviews that I have read. I am just one of many who have experienced the exact same treatment. I ordered a Sealy adjustable bed frame from Mattress Warehouse. Unfortunately, Sealy ships through this company. I really didn't care about the white glove BS and just want my bed frame. I received notice by email on November 30th, that my order was shipped to a local warehouse. I looked at their tracking page and saw that it was shipped from Kansas and was sitting in NSD local warehouse in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on November 29th. NSD tracking page also stated that I would be receiving my shipment between December 2nd - 6th. Well needless to say, that the 6th came and went and nothing. NO communication, NO phone call, NO email! I started trying to communicate with NSD through their online chat and also by calling their customer service number, which is on their tracking website page. When trying to communicate through chat, NOBODY answers their chat! Sat online for several different hours, on a daily basis with absolutely NOBODY answering their chat. It would eventually error out and then I would restart, just to have the same thing happen again. Also, every day, I would call their number listed on their website (1-833-744-7673). AGAIN, NOBODY ANSWERS this phone!!! I opted for their call back the first few attempts, which of course nobody calls you back! I then decided to stay on the line waiting for someone to answer. What a surprise!... After about 15-20 minutes, their phone system forces you to accept a callback and HANGS UP ON YOU!!! This is complete BS! At first, I was wondering if this company was even in business, until I started reading the reviews I found all over the internet! I can't believe they are still in business! I am glad, because I want my damn bed frame! So to end this, I want to say that I did finally get someone to answer their chat yesterday (December 15th). A rep by the name of Ciera actually chatted with me. They supposedly set up a delivery for me on December20th, between 10am-2pm. I was assured that this would be reflected on their tracking page, to show my delivery was scheduled for this day and time. Another shock... today I checked again and nothing has changed. My tracking still shows that my delivery has "Not Yet Scheduled". So again, I get tried their chat and I actually was able to get someone to answer today, by the name of Lucky. (LMAO... I thought that was very ironic!) Lucky informed me that should be getting a phone call to set up my shipping day. I told Lucky that Ciera set it up yesterday. Lucky said that I still needed to get a phone call before it was set up and that they would stay on top of it for me. Then before I could ask any further questions, Luck abruptly ended the chat! I am beyond pissed. So as of right now, I have no idea if my bed frame will show up or not. After reading all of the reviews on here, I did take a minute to send an email to the email shown on some of the recent reviews. ExtraMile@hubgroup.com I am just getting done writing this review and I did receive an answer back already, from a gentleman by the name of Brian Roberson with this company. He informed me that of course my local hub is closed right now and won't be opened until December 19th, but that he has requested that they schedule me for the 20th. I guess time will tell if I actually get the merchandise that I paid for, over 6 weeks ago. I will post an update so others will know how this works out. Obviously this company needs more people like Brian, to stay on top of this company's shipping tactics. Just some communication goes a long way! read more

I wouldn't even leave 1 start but Yelp doesn't give that option. Home Depot - You are losing my business by using Non-Stop Delivery - EVERY experience I have had with them has been beyond horrible. I am headed to Lowes and people NEVER order Home Depot Online if this company has to deliver to you! Last Week - We have a vanity bathroom top delivered. They said it would be delivered on Tuesday. It wasn't delivered until Wednesday. In the pouring rain, without a call, left in our driveway in a clearly DAMAGED box. I go through the entire process with HD to have it picked up again by Non-Stop Delivery to be returned. I call the company multiple times and leave Stephanie a message to call me back to have it picked up. I am finally scheduled by Chris who quotes me Friday 9AM-1PM and driver will call when on his way. Chris tells me we have to be home for pickup to sign off on the package because they have had customers try and return empty boxes. So great! My husband has to take off 1/2 a day of work to wait for a pickup of a delivery from a company that delivered the damaged product to begin with. So he waits - and no one shows by 1PM. I call and Chris says he just spoke to the driver and he will be there by 1:30.STILL no SHOW by 2PM. I call again - oh Chris isn't available now to speak....its now 2:30 and a sweet girl name Maria is trying to help with no clue as to what has transpired all day. She looks in her system and she says it shows the driver picked up the box from your home (quoted address) at 9:02 AM. NOPE- your driver is lying to you. She is confused and tries to get ahold of the branch manager Eugene without luck...then the driver tells her his location and he will call us right after we hang up because she doesn't understand his location in relation to us (because she isn't local to the area- I believe in NJ she was).....Driver NEVER calls! So my husband now has to call off of work the ENTIRE day (by the way non-stop - he is a hourly medic so he lost an entire day of pay THANK YOU VERY MUCH). Now I call Home Depot because this is not the 1st issue (ill elaborate more on that below) I have had with NONSTOP HORRIBLE SERVICE. While I am on with Home depot for 56 minutes as they try and reach NONSTOP DELIVERY the poor customer service agent is apologizing because she keeps asking for a manager to speak with at NONSTOP and they are HANGING UP ON HER. Now Home Depot is trying to have a local store just pick it up for us - during this time at 4:30 PM!!!!! My husband hears beep beep beep ---- the truck and driver LOUIE (I was told his name earlier in the day) is backing out of our driveway and has picked up the vanity..........Oh but get this! He never had us sign for pickup....the whole reason my husband had to take off work and be home. So then I talk to Nonstop delivery corporate and they tell me they won't accept the product without my signature.....so that means the NONSTOP DELIVERY DRIVER LOUIE FORGED MY SIGNATURE on top of all the other lies about arrival time and putting in his system he picked it up at 9:02 AM. And all Nonstop Corporate can say is SORRY....ha SORRY. Glad you are getting paid for the F-ed up pickup while we lost a days pay. YEAR AGO - ANOTHER HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I will leave another review/explanation on how they did the same types of things THEN broke our garage door during delivery and ripped the siding. read more

11/13/2017 Home Depot assigned NSD to pick up a small appliance from me as a return. The appliance had arrived with damage I could only discover after unpacking it. This item had also been delivered to me by NSD. A week after the pick up order was initiated, and after a call from me to Home Depot to inquire as to why NSD had not yet contacted me, I received a call from NSD late one night. For three days this same person called by voice phone and text message numerous times but never arranged for an actual pick up time. The communications were always some very weird and incoherent rambling about things completely irrelevant to my pick up order, and would only say my item would be picked up. After escalating my concern to Home Depot on the evening of the third day, this person shows up on the next morning. A NSD receipt is prepared for me and the item is loaded onto his truck (which is not an NSD truck). On the morning of the very next business day, the NSD online tracking system does not reflect "Picked up", but rather "Exception Occurred". After seeing many other reviews on the internet encountering the same outcome, it's clear to me that "Exception Occurred" is just their way of informing you that your item has mysteriously disappeared. As I've now found an astounding number of similar complaints online at various websites that date back a number of years, it's obvious that the management of this company is not serious about fixing anything. When NSD refers to their "terminals", they are in fact not properties or vehicles owned by NSD, and neither are they operated by employees of NSD. They are other businesses that are part of NSD's "partnering program". So NSD has little/no control over what these independent businesses actually do with your merchandise they're handling. When NSD's Gainesville, FL, so-called "terminal" picked up my item, it was actually picked up by a privately owned Gainesville, FL, business -- a "partner". So when you have NSD involved in shipping merchandise to/from you, be aware that it's actually a hidden company behind the scenes that's in cahoots with NSD doing the actual work, and you have little/no protection from whatever intentions that independent business may have in handling your merchandise. NSD however, is there for these partners for shielding them from outside scrutiny, and even perhaps the law and legal consequences when people's merchandise goes missing while in their possession. NSD will make all kinds of sincere and sweet sounding promises to you, and then renege on them, just as their VP has done to me. Use this company at your own peril! Update 11/15/2017: As stated above, my item was picked up by an NSD partner which is a privately owned business, on Friday, 11/10/2017. On Monday morning, 11/13/2017, NSD tracking information showed "Exception Occurred", and not "Picked up" as it should have been. On Tuesday, 11/14/2017, all NSD tracking for my return/pickup order disappeared completely from their website as though the order never existed. On Wednesday, 11/15/2017, NSD tracking for my order is back online! However, it reflects a [erroneous] pick up date as 11/14/2017. So at least my item has now been found, and should finally be on its way back to Home Depot. This is inarguably NOT the kind of progression of a shipment that one would normally experience through a reputable company. read more

YEAR AGO - ANOTHER HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! .....CONTINUED. We had ordered a double glass door for our deck from Home Depot. Guess who delivered it- DAMAGED. TWICE. Yup, NONSTOP DELIVERY. And don't be fooled and let them tell you it was Home Depot's problem. The packaging was opened and damaged - if at a minimum, NONSTOP should have contacted HD upon receipt and never delivered it...but they didn't have to because it happened by Nonstop. (also have plenty of pictures of the damaged products too). First on 8/18 they were scheduled to pick up the door that was delivered damage - I took off work the entire day and they never showed. I had spoken with Sierra and Carmen at NONSTOP for that scheduling and day. They kept transferring me to a voicemail to leave a message and they had no explanation.......... So then on 8/31 when the NONSTOP drivers "FRANK and RAPHAEL' come to DELIVER my new replacement door - they indicated they were also there to pickup the damaged one (the one they were supposed to pickup on 8/18 and I don't get refunded until it makes its way back to Home Depot). My mom and husband were at the house. They first put the new delivery in one bay of our garage. They then attempted to take the old damaged door to put on their truck and actually RIPPED and TORE the framing/siding off our garage. Due to the size of the door and my husband and mom in the background area they didn't realize what had happened until FRANK AND RAPHAEL(their supervisor LANCE) FROM NONSTOP DELIVERY are back at our garage with a drill attempting to DRILL SCREWS into the previously unblemished garage door siding. They stopped them immediately and the drivers acted as if they had an English barrier they didn't understand. They took pictures and I immediately called Home Depot to report. GUESS WHAT - over a YEAR LATER and our garage door is NOT FIXED and wont function. It doesn't stop there- I have been back and forth with Nonstop Corporate/claims department over this. I talked to Datipayeva, Derissa who refused to give me her supervisor SHEWNS contact information (said he wont authorize it), then to Mike L in claims. They want ME to get a couple quotes for damage and send to them.....so I try one local business and they stand me up when I take the afternoon off. So I tell Mike from Nonstop to send THEIR adjuster out to my property to review the damage (as if the pictures weren't enough) Best part about this - their claims department had record the PICKUP of the damaged door was on 8/18 (the initially scheduled day) and not 8/31 - when they probably DOUBLE DIPPED from HOME DEPOT and picked up and delivered all in one shot to make more money for themselves while standing me up and me missing work all day on 8/18. Horrible, morally wrong, irresponsible, lying company sure they probably subcontract their work- and corporate tells me "I cant tell you how tough it is to find a good delivery group up in New England" -----well not my problem So you know its bad - but you continue and don't take responsibility? After this last incident I am now getting a lawyer for the damage and not wasting anymore time doing it myself. read more

I ordered a Zero Turn lawn mower from Home Depot. I got a tracking number from NSD who I had never heard of before. So, I looked for reviews for NSD and ended up here. After reading several of the reviews I was convinced that this was going to be a big disaster. But I'm happy to report it was exactly the opposite for me. I ordered the ZT mower on Saturday afternoon and got shipping confirmation with a tracking number on Monday (two days later.) The ZT came from Atlanta GA to Owosso MI on Thursday, less than a week after ordering it! NSD called the night before and told me it would be delivered the next day. I went online just after that call and the tracking said it would be delivered between 12PM and 4PM the next day. The driver came to my house early (10:30 AM). The truck was a new Mercedes straight truck with a lift gate. He had thoughtfully put the steel pallet the ZT was strapped onto over a wooden pallet so that he could move it with his pallet jack. He set the ZT on the lift gate and pulled his pallet jack back into the box of the truck, then lowered the ZT. We used a hand cart, he provided, and pulled and slid the ZT (with the wooden pallet still underneath the steel pallet) off the lift gate. He then raised the lift gate and pulled forward a few feet. Then he put his pallet jack on the lift gate and lowered if to my driveway. He forked the wooden pallet underneath the ZT and moved to where I wanted it and used the pallet jack to lift one end of the steel pallet and we slid the wooden pallet out from underneath it and he lowered the steel pallet to the ground. He was friendly, helpful, and had thought this through. The steel pallet was too low to put a pallet jack under so he had improvised a smart way to make it work. I was very impressed with his professionalism and couldn't be happier with the whole delivery. To get here that quickly it almost had to be non-stop delivery! There was a huge plastic bag covering the ZT inside a steel frame that was built around the steel pallet to protect the ZT mower. The packaging was amazing and even the plastic bag covering everything was clean and untouched. So why only 4 stars? I wish I could give something like 4.5. I didn't get a call a half hour before delivery and the delivery window was to be between 12PM and 4PM but it came at 10:30. If I had not been at home but had waited at work for that pre-delivery call I'd have not been present for the delivery and am pretty sure it would have been left it an area that I'd rather not have had it left in. And maybe it would have been left on that wooden pallet which would I could have worked out with my floor jack. But what if someone didn't have a floor jack? After thinking about it some more I decided to go with 5 stars but leave the 4 star comments in the body of my review. You get to see what I'm thinking but at the same time I was very satisfied with the service I received. While I consider 4 stars to be good, I also think it would be unfair based on how it went for me not to go with 5. read more

I ordered a home backup generator from Home Depot. I was very concerned when I found out that it would be delivered by NSD due to the overwhelming number of bad reviews and horror stories. This generator is very expensive and difficult to get as I was on a waiting list. I had just gone through a bad experience ordering a furnace online, and the vendor had to make three attempts to get me a furnace that had not experienced heavy shipping damage, so I was prepared for the same bad experience with this generator. Much to my delight, the unit arrived perfectly intact with absolutely no shipping damage whatsoever. When the truck arrived, I stood on the street behind the truck and looked inside expecting the worst, but there was a box securely strapped down to an undamaged pallet. The side of the box that I could see had no damage. As the driver brought the box out and lowered the lift gate to the street I inspected all sides of the box expecting to find damage. Except for a couple of minor scuffs, every side and the top was in perfect condition. The driver asked me where I would like it dropped and he rolled it up my driveway and deposited it in the garage. The driver was polite and well mannered. I gave him a tip. I apprehensively opened the box still expecting to find dents in the engine cover, the muffler, the gas tank, or broken switches like so many other reviews showed. Nothing. Everything was in perfect condition. I added oil and gas, and the generator started on the first crank and ran flawlessly. This was in the Albany New York area. I don't know if NSD has regional problems, but this delivery went well, especially in light of the previous furnace delivery from a different company and the many 1-star reviews I saw nationally on NSD. Not sure if I just got lucky, or if they run a better operation here. Delivery was also within the window of 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM - they arrived at 3:30PM. So not only was the delivery window reasonable, but they met it. They also called me the night before to inform me of the delivery the next day. Based on my experience with other shipments, most of them strongly negative, I would actually use NSD again if given a choice. The only negative is that they did NOT call ahead 30 minutes as they said that they would. They did not call at all. I live 15 minutes from work and was planning to come home immediately upon receiving their call, but instead left early since the delivery window was in the afternoon. If the delivery window had been in the morning, I would not have been home for delivery and would have missed it since they never called. So 1 star off for that. That leaves a 4-star rating. Would have been 5 if they had called ahead like they said they would. read more

I have been in manufacturing and logistics for 30 years, and NSD is by far the most inept trucking company I've ever dealt with. I ordered 2 refrigerators from Home Depot on August 24, 2019. I got an email update from Home Depot on August 27, 2019 saying the order had shipped, and would deliver on September 9. Between August 27 and September 9 I checked NSD's site several times and it always said "Shipping Soon" Figuring this was just a glitch in their tracking software, September 9 came and went and I still had no refrigerators or update. I reached out to NSD and they told me that Home Depot had not released the order. I called Home Depot, who reached out directly to the Distributor of the refrigerators (Danby) and confirmed NSD had picked them up on August 26, 2019. Home Depot contacted NSD and NSD assured them I would receive an update "shortly". The next day, I still had no update. I reached out to NSD who AGAIN told me Home Depot had not released the order, even though Home Depot gave them the name and contact of the person at Danby who shipped it. At this point, i called Home Depot directly. They stayed on the phone with me while they contacted NSD and NSD told Home Depot they had not yet released the order. Home Depot then contacted the vendor again, got the BOL and sent to NSD. NSD stated they would initiate a "dock search".... (in other words they lost it) and that I would have an update shortly. Well another day went by and here i am today reaching out to NSD again. Had to tell my entire story to a 4th agent, because apparently they don't track customer communications. I again sent the BOL directly to NSD who proceeded to tell me "OK, we have opened an investigation and you will hear from us in 24-48 hours. As ridiculous as this sounded i asked why the investigation hadn't been opened yesterday after presenting them with proof that they picked it up with one of their trucks and it is somewhere in their system. Agent said she didn't know. By far the most frustrating company and customer service I've ever dealt with. Home Depot has been awesome, and have offered to give me $150 if I order another set and cancel this order. While i would like to take them up on that offer, the order will likely end up with the wonderfully incompetent folks at NSD and I will likely never see them. Stay away from NSD......... read more

Paid over $1,000.00 for a Westinghouse generator on Amazon on 09/09/21, was to be delivered within the week. Finally received on 9/22 after it was sitting somewhere in our small home town since 9/14. Contacted Amazon about this and was told that their delivery truck had broken down and they would issue a $50 Amazon credit because of the delay. Based on other reviews it sounds exactly like I thought it would, they update the tracking/shipping status to show that the item is actually in your town and just sitting there FOR DAYS!!! This part totally infuriated me and I'm sure many others. After speaking with Amazon, they stated that it would be delivered by 9/23, which it technically was. In my email and tracking notification from Amazon it stated that I would be contacted by phone or text 30 min before delivery. I was Never contacted in any way before actual delivery and the item wasn't even signed for. They just dumped it and left an oil leaking/damaged/ 1 wheeled Westinghouse generator leaking all over the place. On the Westinghouse website it clearly shows that this generator should be a full Box and may even have additional packaging or a pallet attached to the bottom. What I got was a barely covered "half packaged" generator, I'm sure the other wheel was lost somewhere in shipping or maybe the generator was being used by this company at one of the warehouses where they were storing it and then they turned it on its Side to start leaking everywhere. Worst delivery company that I have ever had for a delivery. I can't believe Amazon continues to use them. I did contact Amazon about this delivery and sent the same photos and they offered a 30% discount if I kept the item and tried fixing it or we could just return for a refund or get a replacement. I think these are acceptable options but I don't think I would order any more heavy, high ticket items from them if they continue to use delivery companies like this. They didn't guarantee that this company would not be delivering a replacement to me, so I might just purchase from a local Big Box store for piece of mind. I feel like Amazon is cutting a lot of corners lately, I've been a prime member for years and the service isn't any better that's for sure! The USPS transfers from Amazon instead of UPS have been bad enough for the smaller items. read more

This company is garbage. I'm yet another hugely disgusted Home Depot/NSD customer. Home Depot will not refund MY money until NSD has the delivered order back in their possession. NSD will not schedule a pick up, no matter how many times they have been contacted by myself or the 11 Home Depot support reps and local managers who have reached out to them on my behalf. For the past week+ I have wasted MANY HOURS on hold, being hung up on, and sending emails. NSD repeatedly changed delivery dates, did not communicate at all before delivering, and after leaving thousands of dollars of kitchen cabinets at the curb and lying in the grass right before a SEVERE STORM, they patently ignore every attempt to schedule a pick up for the items they ruined with their negligence and unbelievably bad service! (The delivery person told me they couldn't put the cabinets where they were supposed to be put because they were "heavy". ) The day after the downpour delivery, I got a call from a stranger in the next town saying she had one of my cabinets and would drop it off. My husband and I both took a week off of work to prep the kitchen and install the new cabinets (we waited until after the third NSD delay - that should have been a safe bet, right? - nope, they were still delivered two days late!) so now we're washing dishes in the bathtub. I cannot buy replacement cabinets until I get my refund and it seems like NSD wants to keep it that way; an incredibly unprofessional business that I will actively be avoiding in the future. UPDATE 06-30-2022: I had already emailed my tracking number to extramile@hubgroup.com BEFORE I posted this review. I re-sent again after seeing the comment from Pat L.. I have now received a reply with eight return tracking numbers and an excuse that the local terminal is "having significant delays" and also will not answer the phone when hubgroup calls them either. Stacey Harrold has put in a "priority request" with the terminal. This "priority request" will make a total of five for this order - if anyone from NSD can be believed. 2ND UPDATE 06-30-2022: The cabinets were picked up by, and returned to, a local Home Depot after another 3 hours on the phone with HD support. I hope to never have dealings with NSD again. read more

NSD responded to this review shortly after I wrote it. In the original review, I faulted the tracking method... Anyone who's ever ordered on line is used to seeing progress of the shipment as it makes it's way from one xfer point to another. According to NSD, the shipment was picked up at each xfer point in their software but it wasn't making it to the database that drives the website that the customer uses. It sounds like a glitch. Yesterday, I got a call from the delivery company telling me the unit was on the truck for delivery this morning. I was the 2nd drop. I expected 10am - 12pm. The driver called me this morning at 8:30 to tell me they would be 20 minutes. They arrived on time. They unpacked the unit outside the door. We discussed how best to get it into the bedroom without damaging anything--this is a big, heavy unit. There were 2 men. Both brought it in and put it together. They said it would take about an hour. It took just under an hour. Afterwards, they went through all the functions/features to test them in front of me. They all worked properly. While this was going on, the other man was removing the packing materials from the front of the house. Except for the glitch with tracking--which I wouldn't have known had I not been used to checking tracking numbers halfway through a delivery cycle, everything happened exactly as a customer would expect it to happen. I see from so many complaints here on Yelp that you'd come away with the impression this one of the world's worst companies. But if that were the case, they wouldn't have contracts with some of the biggest vendors in the country. Every now and then sh.. just happens. It's a credit to NSD that they monitor this site. Every company, no matter how careful they are, makes mistakes and sh... just has a way of happening no matter how how hard you try or how good your process is. Good companies develop ways to catch these things and great companies not only catch them, but do whatever it takes to make it right. Fortunately, in my case, we didn't have to go that far. The process worked. The 5 star assessment is based on the fact that the delivery was earlier than expected and was done exactly as expected. read more

I ordered a desk from 1StopBedrooms in December. After a 3 month wait, the delivery was to be scheduled. On March 9th, I received a text from NSD stating that the delivery would be arriving between 3:30 p.m. & 7:30 p.m. on March 10th. At 2:29 p.m. on March 10th I receive a text that the delivery will be arriving in 45 minutes. My job is 35 minutes from my home. I figure I can still get home before the delivery arrives so I leave work immediately. At 3:00 p.m., I receive a notification from my security cameras that the delivery truck is in front of my house. At this point, I am 5 minutes from home. I call the number in the text message only to be sent to voicemail. By the time I arrive home at 3:35, the truck is gone. After numerous calls and absolutely no help, I finally speak to someone who tells me another delivery attempt will be made and I will receive a call to schedule. I never received a call, just another text at 5 p.m. on March 12th stating that delivery has been scheduled between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. on March 13th. I take the afternoon off of work to ensure that i would be at home this time. The delivery truck arrives around 2 p.m. The box the desk was in is torn apart and the desk has major scratches and gouges all over it. One side of the desk is even broken apart from the top of the desk. I immediately refuse the desk only to find out that I must accept the damaged desk in order to start the claims process to get it replaced by 1StopBedrooms. The delivery (3rd attempt) of the damaged desk was made two days later (another half day off work). On May 1st, the replacement desk was delivered with the same pitiful communication methods. This time the desk less damaged....only a couple of small scratches, but at this point I am not going through this ordeal again. So we accept the desk. We paid for white glove service to have the desk assembled for us. We told the delivery drivers where we wanted the desk placed before they assembled it. They proceeded to assemble it backwards and when they re-positioned the desk, they left significant scratches in our hardwood floors. Needless to say, this was an awful experience, never to be repeated again! read more

Sept 19th 2019, ordered 2 heavy (196 lb ea) Power recliners from Amazon. Tracking info showed NSD as the shipper and they were coming out of California to be delivered to Florida on Oct 3. I never had any experience with NSD so I googled them. Wow I read all these negative reviews here on yelp, had me concerned. Then it occurred to me, consumers are going to post reviews on their shiny new Do-Dads but are they likely to post a review on the delivery service?? I've had maybe thousand or more items shipped to me, I've posted reviews on many of those items BUT I've never posted a review on the shipping companies that got them here. So I would think the only reviews shippers are likely to receive are from those whom had bad experiences. Anyway I kept tracking the shipment, it seemed to be moving along ahead of schedule. On Sept 24th I received an automated call that stated I had a shipment arriving on Sept 25th between 12 and 6pm. The message did not identify what was coming but that something was. So I checked Amazon again for the tracking and there I saw the chairs were to be delivered now on the 25th 12-6pm. 9/25 @ about noonThe truck pulled up, backed into my driveway and a courteous driver started to unload. I had not ordered or payed for inside delivery so I did not expect it, nor did the driver offer it. I gave him a hand unloading them, I think he was capable of doing it himself with concerted effort but helping him gave me a better chance to examine the condition of the cartons, plus am I really going to stand watching when its obvious that it was a task that would better preformed by two, ....not me. The cartons were in good condition with one small puncture. I noted the puncture on the receipt and signed, the driver thanked me, took a picture of the cartons in the garage and of the puncture and then left. Once up in the house and unpacked the power recliners were not damaged in any way. So NSD did a great job shipping two very heavy and bulky power reclines, all the way across the country with no damage, had a courteous driver deliver and they arrived 5 days ahead of schedule. Good job NSD. read more

Ordered a bed from Amazon as part of our move from the East Coast home to Texas. Timed the ordering and delivery to arrive a few days after we were scheduled to arrive ... all good, right? Bed to be delivered last Friday. Nothing. Monday - started calling the company's customer service 'hotline' to do a track/trace to find out when the bed would arrive. Note: You call, enter the shipping number and delivery zipcode, then go into a cyberspace hold pattern for five minutes before getting a "we'll call you back" option. First try: Someone did call and leave a voicemail that said, "try us again." Second try on Tuesday: Someone DID call us back to tell us that the online tracking wasn't correct -- our bed had not been received in their system yet (keeping in mind that the system showed pickup in WA and transit to Indiana (well East of our West Texas home). He promised to callback the next day to make sure we were being taken care of (still waiting for that callback). Today/Wednesday: The system shows the bed as delivered ... and have tried everything to get through to the company. Several times through the phone queue, once through their customer service form, and once to the direct customer service email address. IF I had only read the numerous one-star Yelp reviews, then I could have .... well, nothing - since the choice of shippers is Amazon's and not mine. Still waiting for some type of contact to resolve this mess - - - while sleeping on the floor. (((Totally concur with the earlier review that said we consumers should band together to get Amazon to STOP using this carrier --- simply based on the sheer number of agonizingly horrific customer service as reported here.))) Company - if you are listening...all I want is to know where my shipment is////you would already know that if you check your customer service phone queue, useless online form, or your direct email. And, remove the "Chat with Us!" link on your webpage... because that doesn't work either. read more

And still haven't heard from anyone at the company directly to see how they can improve their service. Sad. Hi Marshall, Below is the email that I sent to NordicTrack and Icon Fitness. Our experience with NSD has been consistently unsatisfactory over the course of FIVE (5) deliveries. I'm a business owner and I would not tolerate the level of service provided if it was my company. Also, I responded to a request for review and below is the response I received from NSD employee Brian Roberson. John Ballis SEAL Team 2 (Ret) 512-632-0526 jjballis@gmail.com ----------- Reply above this line. Brian Roberson commented: Thank you for your inquiry. I apologize for the experience that you had with your delivery. Please advise us if any additional issues arise concerning the product. Have a great day ! NSD Customer Care Team _____________________________________________________________________________ Please see the email below from SHIPNSD.COM. Once again NSD did NOT contact me to schedule a delivery date and time. I never received a call to schedule and, as usual, NSD does not answer their phone. I received a phone call at 7:37 AM this morning informing me that the driver would be at my home within 30 minutes. As usual, I had no time to get home to be there and the driver left a $1600 piece of equipment on my front porch. The box was clearly marked "Fragile", "Sensitive Electronics", Handle with Care" and "This end Up" and the driver left it standing on end out on the front porch when it was supposed to be place inside my garage to keep it out of the weather and from possibly being stolen. I haven't opened the box yet to see if there is any damage to the product, however, I will this weekend and I'll let NordicTrack / ICON Fitness know. EVERY SINGLE DELIVER EXPERIENCE (FIVE) WITH NSD has been the same. If I was NordicTrack / ICON Fitness, I'd look for and alternate delivery company. _______________________________________________________________________________ read more

I ordered a glass shower enclosure from Home Depot 3/3/2020. About a thousand bucks. Imagine my concern after reading many reviews here when I found out NSD was the freight carrier. As a retired supply chain director/manager (30 yrs) I am familiar with many logistics companies. NSD was not on my radar. More concern. Plus, the freight consisted of fragile glass weighing over 300 lbs. That requires lift gate equipment on the truck. Delivery was pegged as far out as 3/12. So here's the outcome. I received a voicemail evening of 3/8 advising the delivery would be 3/9 and I need not be present. Freight arrived Monday 3/9, that's early by the way, and entirely intact. It was 2 palletized triple wall corrugated boxes (marked No Double-stack) placed (as promised) in the closest covered location which was excellent because it rained overnight. Clearly nothing had been stacked on top. So, bottom line is NSD delivered heavy fragile freight early using the proper equipment and staged it as needed for the bargain cost of $99. It was handled properly. Folks, you can't beat that. I'd use NSD again in a heartbeat. Only 2 things to criticize and they are important. One - other reviewers said the tracking didn't work. True. I checked my order every day from time of shipment and NEVER did my order appear in the NSD tracking program. That's not good. Two, the delivery paperwork stated 2 falsehoods - first one was I waived a 30 minute pre-delivery telephone call. I never did that. The second was I "accepted" delivery. Legally that has implications if there was any freight damage. I NEVER "accepted" delivery. Accepting delivery can waive one's right to file a damage claim. Paperwork not sighed by the recipient should NEVER be marked "accepted" and doing so raises potential issues with filing damage claims. Poor procedural policy deserving review. Nonetheless, these were not significant enough to downgrade my rating. Very well done. read more

Used NSD's online chat to determine the location and status of my delivery of a 60" TV. NSD's website indicate the package was picked up in Pennsylvania on March 14, but no tracking information has been updated to this day, now March 23. The individual on the online chat stated the package was currently in Iowa City, which is not far from the delivery destination as of March 21. I checked the NSD website again, and still not tracking update. Again, I used the online chat feature on March 23 (oddly enough, the name was the same as the first time) and she indicated she could not provide any updated information as she was not sure where it was. When I returned home from work, I called NSD at the number located at the Iowa City terminal. I spoke to a friendly representative named Paulie I believe, and he checked the status. He indicated that it is at that terminal however it wasn't scanned in. I acknowledged his response and indicated I will return a call next week to NSD if I have not heard anything. But now the worry has set in. How can a large-boxed item such as a TV not be scanned and/or checked in upon arrival? Aren't there policies and procedures set in place to prevent that? Giving a 3-star rating for now, will update if necessary as the time progresses. * * * * * Update As stated, I would update the review once the item was delivered. Pat was extremely helpful in obtaining my package location information as well as addressing all other concerns I had. My item was delivered to my work by to employees who were very professional and helpful. The item arrived in perfect working order and has exceeded my expectations. It is no secret that most people are a bit too impatient when ordering online (myself included) and with other major carriers tracking information to each city it stops at, we probably get a bit spoiled. But overall, I am very happy with this experience and my item. Thanks again! read more

Original review 12/3/2020: No call, no show three times in a row. They had my order at a local center for two weeks and they just keep re-scheduling every time they don't show up. No one answers their 1-800 number, chat agents are a joke. The only thing they can do is to tell you it will arrive on the date shown in tracking, except it never does. Rude, useless customer service; total waste of time. Wish I wasn't stuck with them as Home Depot's shipper of choice. Update 12/5/2020: After repeated assurances that I will get my order on 12/5, NSD delivered only one and not two vanities. The guys on the truck know nothing, the number at the local company's warehouse sub-sub-contracted for delivery goes to voicemail, Marshall from customer service who got in touch with me (at least thank you for that!) will update on Monday. So that's 3 no shows and half the order so far. They also delivered outside of the window they specified and without a call ahead to let us know that they were coming. The box arrived with a dent on the side and damaged foam on the inside; fortunately, it appears (so far, without a full unwrap), that the vanity itself is ok and that's the only saving grace. Update: 12/7/2020: Nothing but crickets from NSD. I contacted Home Depot, who reached out to NSD, who told Home Depot that they are "searching the warehouse" for the missing vanity (because a 42-inch bathroom vanity with marble top shipped together with another 42-inch vanity is obviously easily misplaced). They need 48 hours "to conduct the search" and Home Depot tells me that NSD will be calling me on Thursday. I will be waiting by the phone holding my breath. Summary so far: three no shows, half the order missing on the fourth delivery, nothing useful from customer service. = read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. I placed an order from Home Depot. The item was a larger power tool and was shipped via NSD. Like everyone else, my item says it was delivered but it never was. I tried calling NSD but no answer so I got on chat support. They were no help at all. They claim they have no idea where the truck is and that they have no way of getting in touch with the driver. How many people are going to have to complain before Home Depot stops using this horrible company? I've spent just under $40k (flooring, installation, bathroom supplies, lumber, etc) last year from home depot because I remodel houses. Moving forward, I will never buy from them again. This is a small foot print and wont hurt them but I can't support Home Depot anymore. Home Depot uses NSD because they give them the lowest freight costs but at the expense of their customers. So rather than Home Depot having to pay a bit more, they cut costs but that gives us consumers a massive issue which they're aware of. I called a Home Depot support rep and chatted with them and they said they were aware of the issues with NSD and the amount of complaints they get and they apologized that I was dealing with it. So they do recognize this issue but they don't change it and then they provide limited support to correct it. So what happens now? Whose going to make this right? Home Depot tells me to file a claim with NSD and NSD chat says to contact Home Depot. I would advise anyone who is looking to order from Home Depot online DONT DO IT. Just go pick it up in store otherwise, theres a good chance you wont get it. If you cant get it in store, go find it somewhere else. It isn't worth it. Ill give NSD the option to make this right and if they do, I will update this review. read more
