So seeing the reviews of this delivery company are scary but I can see how they are true. I am currently in the middle of what almost everyone else had described. I'm south of DFW and have an order that was contracted to them by Amazon that was supposed to be delivered today between 11-2pm. It is past my window with no delivery or update. I have tried for over an hour to either get through to the customer service number and online chat. Neither have worked, the phoneline will eventually hang up on you and say they will call later. I have not received an update from the crew that is supposed to deliver either. I have been home all day waiting for this delivery as it requires a signature, I have a child that I need to go pickup from daycare and I'm trying to figure out what to do. If I leave and they come, it seems impossible to get someone on the phone. My husband is active duty so I'm the only one here and can't be in 2 places at once. I would appreciate better communication on the status of my order. The order is a bigger one but it's also for my husband. Is there a way to report all the issues to Amazon so that this company will not be used in the future? So many issues and complaints seem like more needs to be done. read more

Horrible customer service. I ordered a bbq grill and it was shipped via NDS. It took 6 weeks to deliver it from Ohio to Michigan. I tracked the package. It went from Ohio to Michigan to Kentucky to Florida to Massachusetts back to Michigan (it traveled more than me). I was told by the place I ordered it that NDS has it at their location in Michigan. I tried multiple times to get status and was told we will call you back with delivery. This went on for 4 weeks. The grill was less than 20 miles from my house and they wouldn't let me pick it up. I will NEVER use them or recommend them. Just bad service all the way around. read more

I placed a order for a treadmill with Nordictrac for a treadmill in late January. I still have not received it. When I ordered it the claimed it would arrive in 10 to 14 days. They shipped it with Non Srop Delivery. It is March 6th and I still have not received it. Nordictack contracts with Non Stop Delivey foship there products. The first one that was shipped was apparent lost!!! So Nordictrac aparently shipped out another one. Still have not received it and no phone calls from the company to tell me when I will get it. My credit card was charged in late January. Very disappointed, I didn't think that companies did business this way, so if you order a product and this company is the shipper, don't expect to get the product or get a phone call from the company. January 29th- We ordered a vanity, 2 tops (with sinks attached), and a side splash. We had already gotten stuck dealing with this company in the past and the experience was awful. No one answers the phone, there is no scheduling of a delivery or communication, the items sits at their location for weeks before they attempt a delivery, and they will leave the items ANYWHERE! My prior experience involved an item that they took a month to deliver. I already bought a different item in another store by that time and called once to cancel delivery of the old order and again days later to verify that it had been cancelled. Then out of the blue about a week later they showed up to deliver the twice cancelled item. So, we already suspected that we would be dealing with incompetence when we were informed that this was the delivery service being used for this new order. February 12th- Part of the order was delivered. That was one vanity top and side splash. The delivery people tried to tell me that I also had a shelf coming??!? I clarified that no, I did not. I had another vanity top and a vanity cabinet coming. One of the delivery guys tried to convince me that the box that they just delivered containing the vanity top/sink in it was the vanity cabinet AND the top and sink - like an all in one box. I was dumbfounded at the ignorance and sarcastically said that if that was the whole vanity and top in that one box that it was the smallest I had ever seen and that they could take it back right now. He realized that it was just the top/sink when he slowly read the side of the box out loud. I doubted these guys finished High School. The driver had no idea how to drive that truck. Our driveway is on a small slope and there was snow. He should have backed in but they didn't. He almost took out my yard turning around and took off up the hill without his helper. My neighbor took the helper, on his quad, to find the driver and truck. February 16th- We want to know where our vanity and matching top, with sink, is. I call NSD and of course no one is answering the phones. I call HD and the Rep gets a hold of NSD and all they can tell her is that they have to check their dock for it. I am promised a return phone call... which never comes. February 18th- We call NSD again and a woman answers who is incredible rude. She has no answers for us, offers no apology, and it is very apparent that she is not willing to do anything with this situation other than to snottily say that it's not NSD's problem and that we will have to call HD and make a claim. We call HD and they get a hold of NSD. We are then informed that they have lost our items. We can see from tracking that it fell off radar once it hit Michigan. February 19th - Home Depot reorders our vanity and top w/ attached sink for us. During this entire time, there is no existing sink in our bathroom. March 4th - Our tracking information shows absolutely nothing and that no items have been shipped yet. Home Depot calls the shipper and states that she has no information for us either, other than that it is set to be delivered between March 1st and March 8th. March 5th (6AM) NSD tracking magically shows that it shipped out on Feb 26h and has been in a lengthy transit ever since.... just like the last time. I suspect that this shipment will just disappear as well. I am expecting to see the originally ordered 48" vanity with the matching top and sink, pop up on Craigslist or the likes. It is astounding how much Home Depot merchandise is being sold online. This company has the worst reputation for items being damaged, stolen, and not being delivered to an area that is proper to leave them in. No one answers the phones at this company most times. They are rude and classless and completely useless in customer service. Pat, you can go ahead and comment here to my post but no one is buying that you care, that you're sorry, or that anything will be done to make a difference...because you don't and you won't. Probably the majority of customers given a choice on the delivery company, absolutely would not choose yours. Your gestures of appearing to want to help by asking for a customer's order number or suggesting that they call you for further assistance are so transparently insincere that the only person you are fooling is yourself. AMAZING WHITE GLOVE SERVICE - MUST READ: The team delivering our appliance was the BLUE PA Team with Mo. Home Depot let me down SEVERELY because when I made my purchase online, I specifically bought it through them with the understanding (and verbal confirmation from them) that this would not only delivered, but installed as well. WELL, of course the delivery takes place and we come to find out that Home Depot filled out my order as a basic delivery which means a simple drop off. I was visibly upset and even though Mo and the team had absolutely no obligation to stay and help, they went ABOVE and BEYOND. Issue #1) their team was not paid to deliver the unit into my 2nd floor duplex unit (did Home Depot tell us this or specify? NOPE), but they agreed to do it anyway. Issue #2) The box wouldn't fit through the doorway. Mo unscrewed the hinges and temporarily took the door down. Issue #3) The unit box wouldn't fit through the hallway stairs to get it into the unit. Mo and his team unpacked the unit out of the box, got lifting straps and hand carried it up a flight of steep stairs. Issue #4) It was not communicated from Home Depot that the unit would have to be installed. Mo and his team took an additional 40 minutes out of his time to UNINSTALL the existing unit AND INSTALL the new unit... water lines and ALL. Even took the time to do extra inspection of the small washer parts needed to ensure sealed water lines because he has had years of experience in the field for this particular scope of work. Issue #5) The existing old unit needed to be taken out of the building in the same fashion the new one had to come up --- through that narrow hall and down the stairs. They did that. Issue #6) They didn't need to dump it for us BUT THEY DID. They did EVERYTHING and was SOOOO COURTEOUS and PATIENT the entire time. Not only that, but I was so irate with Home Depot and took my frustration out on them in the beginning and they always remained pleasant, calm, and friendly. They put the door back on properly and did FANTASTIC work. I can't believe my terrible luck with Home Depot, but my more-than-plentiful luck that I had the BLUE PA TEAM there to help rectify everything that was not their fault at all. The craziest thing is that I called Home Depot's customer service line and they couldn't even locate my ORDER! How is that even possible when the unit was obviously delivered and I had 5-6 email confirmations directly from Home Depot? Can't believe it... It was such a crazy morning.... I ordered a bathtub from amazon on 1/16/19 delivery was immediately set for 2/19/19. no call no show, called and rescheduled for 2/26/19, no call no show, now it is scheduled again and I have zero faith it will be delivered. The customer service is horrible and no one helps, they just put you on hold and leave you there. If you see this is the company delivering your items, cancel the order and find something else because as you can see from the many reviews this company will not deliver on time. I even received an email from the company saying my delivery was delayed due to weather or natural disaster none of which occurred. I never feel the need to leave reviews, but I have never been serviced by a more incompetent company. I had a scheduled delivery window from 9 AM to 12 PM, and the package was shown being in transit, but as soon as 12 PM hit, the package mysteriously vanished. After days of hassle, the package finally was listed as being returned to the NSD Terminal, but only after I said I no longer wanted the package. I was told I would be contacted by NSD as soon as this happened, but I was not. I then told Amazon I would be going ahead and continuing with the order, and they stated it was fine. When I messaged NSD about this issue, the package was soon listed as lost again. I have reason to believe someone at the local terminal is attempting to keep the package for themselves. I normally look for the good in all people and businesses but this has got to be the worst experience I have ever been through and I can't believe people still ship packages with this company. I have called a number of times and nobody can tell me where my package is. They said someone will call me in 24-48 hours and it's been a week. It appears that my package has been sitting somewhere 40 minutes from my house for 9 days now. My tracking information hasn't been updated for 10 days now and every time I call they tell me "it's in transit". It pains me to give NSD one star. I've never had such horrible customer service with a company that it has lead me to write my first review ever. My bathroom vanity arrived in their Pittsburgh area terminal on 5/19/20 and I still don't have it on 6/30/20. On 5/22 I got an automatic call saying it would be delivered on 5/23 and nobody ever showed up. I was home all day. Aside from the money I have tied up in this purchase, I have spent almost 8 hrs on hold and calls with Home Depot (who also couldn't get ahold of them or get a response for help) and more time calling and emailing NSD with promises that it would be escalated and "a manager would call me." I have emailed extramile@shipnsd.com multiple times so please don't respond asking me to do so. At one point, Marshall W. did respond telling me he would update me the following week, but then never did and stopped responding to my emails asking for follow up. He has my tracking number, phone and address so please don't tell me to email extramile@shipnsd.com again. I tried to cancel my order and do a new one to just ship it to the store directly, but the vanity is now out of stock so I can't get a replacement. What shipper holds onto somebody else's product for 6 weeks and refuses to respond to them or do their only job...deliver it? I will always be checking on who the third party shipper is for future purchases and will NOT order if it is NSD. read more

If you ever encounter them, don't just walk away, run and avoid like the plague! All the horror stories on here are true. Had ordered a big bathtub from amazon prime but was unfortunate enough to have this company be the delivery carrier. Was supposed to be delivered on 6/22/18 but that day came and went and no one contacted me. I called and was told the delivery was delayed because the trucks had issues and needed to be fixed. Was told it would be delivered on the next business day and someone will contact me. So I had my plumber come out again and we wait and wait and no bathtub or call. Had to pay the plumber twice now for delivery no show. So I called and was told they still had truck issues but it would get to me in the next day or two. Next day I got a message my tub was lost in transit. So I called and then was told it was lost but good news, they found it and it will be delivered in the next 48 hours. Deadline came and no call. So I called again and they said the item never made it on any truck so they're not sure how it was found but they don't have anything for me and to contact amazon regarding my order. So their story keeps changing every time I call. I emailed Pat Lynch and the extra mile team asking for assistance and received no response. They've lost my tub and I am having to wait out another 2 weeks while I order a new one. So much for customer service. Seems like this company does this frequently to customers -- lose their products and fails to communicate/respond. The worst company ever! Interesting the comment from Pat Lynch below. The tracking showed the item was received at their terminal around 6/18/18 -- 30 minutes from final delivery destination. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had with any company. They dropped a delivery at a house we are building that we are not currently occupying with 10 minutes notice. I never received any documentation or communication that it would be delivered on a Saturday. When the delivery guy arrived he told me I would have to sign for the package and I told him I live elsewhere and thus would not be able to sign so just return the items and I would work directly with Home Depot to reorder the materials which was over $4000.00. I asked him to please not drop the material outside my home because I had no ability to A. Move the items into my home because the floors were being installed and B. To please not leave the material outside as we live in downtown Minneapolis and are in a current state of unrest across the city. I didn't feel safe leaving $4000.00 worth of material outside my house with nowhere to leave it. Low and behold, Home Depot attempted to contact NSD and they said they had no choice but to leave it despite my strong objections. I then was connected to NSD and the customer service rep based out of Virginia, named Richard, said he couldn't help me pick up the material because the delivery terminal was closed on Saturdays. A little confused because how did they drop off my material on a Saturday if they're closed? I went on the website and it showed they were open 9-7 and the material was dropped at my house around 3pm. Unfortunately this company will be liable for a drop I didn't approve, i recorded the conversation between myself and the delivery driver where he agreed not to drop the material and did. I recorded the conversation with Richard who lied to me, and I went over to my house this morning and low and behold, all of the material is gone from outside my new house just as I expected. I will be forced now to get a lawyer and sue this company for the missing material and the damages. Very very unfortunate situation and I caution anyone ordering ANYTHING from Home Depot with a delivery from NSD- DONT DO IT, horrible awful customer service and not worth your time and ESPECIALLY your Money!!! Unbelievable that this company is even in business. Ordered a treadmill from Nordictrack on January 11, according to NT it was processing for shipping by January 14 and according to NSD website, in transit to them on Jan. 22. It arrived in Grand Rapids MI on Jan 24. Great, everything working on time at this point! Apparently on January 29th and again on January 30th it was "Out for Delivery". Not one single call from NSD to let us know it was in the area on either day. My husband or I could have easily been here either day if we had notice. Not even a note on the door that they were here and would attempt to redeliver. Fast forward to around Feb. 4th. We finally decided that this was taking longer than average and contacted Nordictrack. They reached out to NSD and we received a call from them (NSD) several days later saying our delivery was delayed by weather. Ok, we can live with this, surely we'll have something within a week. Waiting patiently. Around Feb. 13th I started online chatting with NSD and received excuse after excuse and multiple "I'll accelerate this to my manager and have this resolved". Still no calls, nothing! Finally Feb. 20th my husband is pretty angry, we're paying for a treadmill we've still not received. He called NSD and unfortunately had to get angry with the poor girl on the phone. He pointed out that on both Jan. 29 and 30 they were in our area and failed to even attempt to contact or make delivery. She promised us our delivery would happen on February 21st between 1-5 pm EST. Well, at least they managed that. Showed up at 4:45 PM. No call to let us know they were on the way. Where is that "courtesy call" NSD? We were both home at the time, but seriously, it would have been nice if the company had carried through with even that one simple thing. People trust you with large and often expensive purchases. Work on your customer skills, it will go a long way for you. I was so excited to finally be getting a new treadmill but NSD and their handling of our purchase totally ruined it. Truly a disappointing experience. I feel this is in part because the local shipping terminal is in Grand Rapids, MI, 4 hours from where we live, and they simply couldn't be bothered or it wasn't profitable to drive back up here. However, that would have been a non-issue if they simply would have done what they were supposed to do on Jan. 29 or 30, called us!! Ordered something off of Amazon using "Prime" shipping and for some reason they picked this junk company to ship it through. It's been almost 2 weeks for something that was 2 day shipping. We have tried calling numerous times, the first time I was on hold for 27 minutes and never even got to speak to someone. The FOURTH time I finally spoke to someone and was assured that I would get a follow up call from them the following day, that was 4 days ago still nothing. I have been waiting for a delivery for some time now. Checked into my future office location today and my furniture was there! I've been on the phone with NSD several times and told they were waiting for my furniture to arrive. I called them to tell them the furniture was there and they told me they had no record of that. I assured them I was LOOKING at my furniture as we spoke. Asked to schedule the installation and was told they COULD NOT schedule installation until they received the furniture. I have spent countless hours on the phone with Home Depot over the past weeks, as I never received the corner piece to my outdoor sectional. My delivery receipt had four items on it. I received four items, but one was a table that wasn't mine. Non stop delivery apparently uses a local moving company to deliver the items. Non stop delivery didn't answer my emails and when I tried calling, an automated voice said all reps were busy and hung up the phone. This local moving company called me to come get the table that isn't mine and informed me that they never received the corner piece. The moving company suggested that I "stay on top of it" meaning NSD does this all the time. I still don't have my corner piece. Today Home Depot transferred me to NSD after I asked them not to. I was in no way rude to the rep, though I may have been justified if I was, and she refused to answer any of my questions and hung up the phone. This company is absolutely ridiculous. I want to never purchase from Home Depot again if they continue to use this company. I've been charged for my item that I can't even use. read more

Most unprofessional, unresponsive company I have ever dealt with. Rather than spell out my experience I'll just echo what basically ever other review here says. Your product with arrive at the local terminal and sit there indefinitely. The local terminal doesn't pick up the phone. The folks at the national office will tell you whatever they think will get you off the phone. Product goes out for delivery multiple times but never shows up. I ended up cancelling my order with bed, bath, and beyond. Absolute nightmare to deal with. I wish zero stars was an option. One star is too generous. read more

I had an order to be delivered last month just for it be lost when it arrived in my city. Had a replacement sent and it too has been lost. You can never get them to contact you I have had to always call and get the run-around of we will investigate and contact you deal. Two orders in a month and a half both lost as soon as it arrives in my city and the last mile terminal can never be contacted even by their own customer service personnel. FedEx delivered to NSD's local terminal in Union City over a month ago. Haven't heard anything. Called their national number. Tried to track my order (option 2) but they never called me back. Left an email... nothing. Finally this morning, the phone system just hangs up on me after playing a couple seconds on music after I pressed "2" for tracking order. Eventually was able reach someone on their online chat app. Started looking up my NSD tracking number and the app ends/resets on me. Tried again... finally got my nsd tracking number. Rep online can't reach local terminal but won't give me local number/contact so I can't do anything else. It's been sitting in NSDs hands for a month now. I've now missed my final inspection 2x because of this delay and I don't even have any idea when it will finally get here. Wow... just.. wow... read more

NSD has delivered the treadmill within the time frame and date that I scheduled. After much frustration, the situation has been rectified. After speaking with Sean Hicks, a non stop delivery supervisor, the problem was resolved. The delivery crew was friendly and promptly delivered and assembled the treadmill as per the delivery package I purchased. One of the delivery team members even went over the features with me and tightened up some screws after I showed him something was loose. It was unfortunate that I had to go through the debacle on the original promised delivery day. Being late for work and not being informed by NSD that they were no longer coming was frustrating. read more

My package should have arrived on June 3, 2020, I received no call from the driver saying they are 30 mins away or even waiting at the gate . After a day or two with no call or anyone answering the phone I looked through my call log and called the number I scheduled the delivery with, I was told my package was not able to be delivered because I live on a military base and the drivers couldn't get on. (To gain access a background is conducted entering). On June 4th or 5th I was told I should be getting my package on June 10th because they only come to Key West on Wednesday. The morning of June 10, 2020 I called to make sure the driver call before they come this time since the didn't the first time. I was informed they wouldn't be coming today (June 10, 2020) even though the tracking said "out for delivery" after I let the NSD Rep know the status on the tracker and she changed it. I was then told they will call me to schedule another delivery but it's not promised the delivery will me made next week. ( Again she said they only come to Key West on Wednesday) Since I'm living of a military base I tried to inform her of the steps that needs to be taken to access the base but she over talked me not listening to what I was saying and I found it extremely rude I was just trying to let her know so the driver will know what needs to be done when they arrive. tracking number: 32453416 After all that I would like to point out I all communication was made by me making calls to the number I schedule the delivery with and no one picking up the phone number that's used on the website or email I was sent. read more

Now I've been told my shipment has been "escalated", I have received no update about where my items are or when they are coming. Do not use this service. I have been waiting for a piece of fitness equipment for almost 2 weeks. I contacted the merchant and they provided the routing number and told me the item had been delivered to NSD on January 11th. As of Friday, January 18th I had still not heard from NSD regarding a delivery date. I called for a third time and spoke with someone there and she said "I don't know what to tell you" and hung up. The worst. I ordered a house warming gift for my son-in-law on May 8th, 2018. The package arrived in NSD's Richmond terminal on the 17th of May. Received notification that package was going to be delivered on the 22nd of May. Package never arrived. I called NSD that evening. I was told that I would receive a call from the terminal the following day to schedule a delivery. Next day comes and goes and no phone call. 2nd call - 23 May, (customer service ) no one is answering phone at terminal, we will send Email to remind terminal to call and schedule delivery. Again no call. 3rd call -24 May, ask to speak to supervisor. Supervisor try's to call terminal no answer again, lol. Supervisor asked if she could call me back, today before 1pm and she would have something for me. Supervisor call back before 1pm and tells me that she received an email from terminal and that they would call me before 5pm today. Its now 5:40pm and guess what no phone call. I called again and waiting for a call back now. Not sure how this company stays in business, or why any other company would want to use them. I ordered a 65in tv from Amazon that was scheduled for delivery on 01/12 from 9-12. I called Amazon at 10:45 because my status never changed to show my package was in transit. The Amazon rep reached out to this company. The rep for this company was super nice but she informed me that the package shows it was delivered a day before but there was no signature and since the 12th was a Saturday there was no one to investigate the warehouse. I refunded the tv immediately and was offered a compensation from Amazon. luckily my new order is with a different delivery company that has already updated me via e-mail and text about my shipping status. They scheduled a delivery for the 16th between 8-12. I had to miss a day of work so I could be home. At 2 I called them and was told that they couldn't locate the package in time to put it on the truck. I was told that they would find out the current status and call me back. I never received that call. I tried calling every day, but nobody answered. I left messages and sent emails and didn't get a response until the following Friday. I explained how dissatisfied I was, and gave them until Tuesday to deliver. Tuesday night I received an email telling me they scheduled it for Friday. I'm not taking another day off so they can not ship it again. I read through some of the other reviews and see a pattern. Poor service and customer support until someone writes a bad review. Save yourself some time and a lot of aggravation by not using NSD or ordering from a company that does. read more

I ordered a treadmill from NordicTrack on 4/13. Package arrived at NSD Terminal in Newport News on 4/20 at 9am. I gave them the 3 days and I did not receive a call. I then call them...5 different times and each time i get the same "let me call that terminal." and shocking...no one answers at the terminal. At one point I was told it was sent to Richmond. Then I was told it is at Newport News. Between reaching out to NSD and NordicTrack its been almost 10 times. I'm currently on hold with NordicTrack right now as I type this. It has been 12 days now and still no package. No phone call. No ETA. And the package is literally 30 minutes away from me. This is the most ridiculous case of customer service; lack thereof. NordicTrack upheld there part and NSD severely dropped the ball and it's a shame that this is a reflection of a poor business partnership with a well known brand. read more

I will never buy a product that ships through NSD ever again. I ordered NordicTrack, a very expensive piece of work out equipment, that was to be delivered through NSD. NSD never called to schedule my delivery like they were supposed to. Instead, they scheduled a delivery without consulting me or telling me--I had to call and get the information from their computer system. After the package sat at their facility that is 20 minutes from my house for over a week, the delivery day finally came. I stayed home from work and made sure to be available. They no call no showed. I have spent hours on the phone and on hold this week trying to work with them. I was finally told that the very expensive package was "accidentally left off of the truck" even though it was being tracked as out for delivery. Clearly they are incompetent and cannot be trusted with expensive items. They also said that someone would call me in 24 hours to set up a delivery for this week. No one ever called. I've called dozens of times and can't get any answers. Then the computer system tells me they scheduled my delivery for a week and a half later without ever consulting me to see if I'm home. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life. I will be filing complaints against them with every consumer protection agency I can find. read more

I was given an estimated delivery date of Dec 19th on the 6th of Dec. My order arrived at the local terminal (25 minutes away from my home) on the 19th @ 3:11am. It then updated the estimated delivery date to the 21st. This seemed reasonable but when the 21st came and went, we started calling for an update. All we got was they would call us 24 hours before delivery. I am even willing to drive there and pick up my order but they said the place we ordered from would not allow that. My order has been sitting at the terminal for 4 days now and that is the most frustrating part. This is our third bad experience with this company and I was really hoping things would be better this time around. Unfortunately we don't have a choice in who the seller uses as a courier other than to stop using the seller. I will once again inform the seller of our most recent experience and remind them of our past experience. read more

It is companies like this that should make it possible to give negative stars as a rating. My package has been in transit since March 21st, and has been sitting in their terminal 15 minutes from my house since April 6. As of this review it has been shipping for 36 days. Our delivery appointment was schedule for yesterday 8-12, no call, no show. Called them at 12:30 after wasting my whole morning, and they rescheduled my delivery for 2-6 pm. Again, no call, no show. After 2 phone calls to "management" of the company, I still do not have a definitive answer when or if my package will arrive, as I am supposed to receive a call at 3 pm today setting up another 4 hour window. If you ever buy something and find out NSD is shipping your order, cancel the order as soon as possible. I am amazed that companies like this remain in business. I even considered refusing the shipment, but have zero confidence that the shipment would even make it back to the manufacturer. WORST FREIGHT COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!! read more

I order a package through Amazon. A delivery date and time were scheduled. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, Dec 17th from 4-8:00 pm. A 30 minute courtesy call was suppose to be made, I received no call but still waited 4 hours for the package because it said it was out for delivery. When it did not arrive yesterday evening, I attempted to contact the company but was not able to reach anyone through "chat." Today, after work, I check my tracking information to see if my package was delivered. (I assumed it would have been left on my porch if I wasn't home because my tracking information stated it would be placed in a dry place.) When I checked it said delivery was attempted and to contact the company. Now, my information doesn't say it would be left in a dry area, now it says deliver into home entry (which was not what I selected when I placed the order.) I am still unable to reach the company! I have been waiting on "chat" and on hold on the phone for an hour now and have not been able to reach anyone on either. I have also emailed the email address provided. As I have been waiting on hold, I came across this page while I was looking to see if this is even a legitimate company. I noticed some people have left a review and received a reply. My item was shipped and apparently on its way beginning Dec 6th 2016. I checked the online status and it arrived in CA Dec 12th. The issues: A rep from NSD told me delivery would be Dec 14th at the latest. That did not happen. My item has been in Sacramento for the past 4 days, I live in Sacramento, my item still hasn't been delivered, and no one has called to schedule the delivery. read more

This was the worst delivery I have ever experienced. Given the current conditions with COVID, I spoke with NDS regarding delivery, twice actually, and they said they would deliver the item just through the threshold but not within the center of the house like to a specific room. I specifically asked if they deliver the item down the external/outside stairs to our basement door and prop'd up so it could be slid through the doorway. The response was YES and they just wouldn't deliver within a house because all services were automatically downgraded. That was perfect for me so they wouldn't need to really step into the house and it also meant I didn't need to arrange other people here to assist me in getting the item into my house. On day of delivery, they arrived 3 hours early than the scheduled delivery window and said it was curb drop off only. I told them that's not what the people said on the multiple calls I had with them. I finally got them to deliver the item to my basement landing after a lengthy convo but basically they would only slide it down my basement stairs. They basically let it slide down the stairs and sprinted away from my house leaving me completely stranded. I have never been so frustrated with a delivery company who doesn't explain the process and follow through as was discussed on the phone. I would recommend NO ONE use them if they can't convey the information correctly. read more
