Awful! They don't return calls, they don't answer e-mails and they don't deliver your product! I will never order from Home Depot.com again because they use this shipper. It's been over 60 days I'm on my second order and still no bathroom vanity top. This company recently delivered an elliptical and set it up with no issues. I signed off on the install and then one of the deliverymen ruined my newly refinished wood floors by dragging the huge box full of trash across them. The guy was very apologetic and advised me he'd make the appropriate notes and told me how to make a claim. So I go through the process and they deny it twice claiming first no damage was present, but then after I proved their was damage they claimed they didn't cause it, even though he acknowledged doing so the day of delivery. Worst shipping company I ever experienced! I am not sure why would Home Depot ever contracted them to help ship their customer's orders and harm their own reputation! Ordered something very expensive at Home Depot, they have this NSD company ship it and it never came. Funny thing is that on the online tracker, it shows that the item transited to this place to the next, even reached my city and gave me an automated call saying when the item will be delivered on the scheduled date, but 1 week after the scheduled date, item is no where to be found and online tracker still state it is out for delivery, funny right? Then we contacted the NSD customer support email and the manager said that it was an error in their system and the item never arrived to them, yet they still show that the item was being transited and delivered. Went back to home depot and their customer support confirmed the situation to be true, and nice enough to issue a full refund, thank god! read more

Like MANY other reviews have said, NSD deserves less than ZERO stars, but their rating system won't allow it. Our paid in full patio furniture shipment from Home Depot is completely missing in action. .and so is customer service from NSD. When repeatedly attempting to get any kind of customer service, the automated system simply left us on hold then hung up on us after basically saying "we're too busy to deal with you". We then contacted Home Depot for resolution. By some miracle their representative was able to get through, only to be told the delivery is marked "complete" on their end, even though NSD's website STILL says "out for delivery-estimated delivery date May 17" (and it's now May 23rd). The Home Depot representative said the NSD representative was responding in a very "fishy" way to other questions she asked in an attempt to resolve the missing delivery. Based on all the extremely poor reviews left by other customers with very similar horror stories, we have contacted the police. Maybe they will get some resolution. I would NEVER recommend using NSD to anyone, ever...and run screaming from any company that uses their services. I sincerely hope NSD gets shutdown FAST! read more

I ordered a treadmill on Amazon. It's supposed to be delivered today 12/20/19 between 9AM-12PM. I took a day off so I could sign the delivery. I checked the tracking number and it's been out for delivery since 4:00AM. As of 12/21/19, the tracking hasn't been updated from "Out for delivery" and I haven't received any phone call from this shipping company. I called their customer service and I was put on hold for 20+ minutes until I finally hung up. I called Amazon. They were able to get a hold of a representative from NSD and was put on a three way phone call. Per the NSD representative, they don't know when my package will be delivered. According to their tracking number, it's been out for delivery? My order was supposed to be a Christmas gift but I don't even know if I will receive it before Christmas. If I don't get any update by tomorrow, I will just call Amazon and will try to cancel my order. Worst shipping company ever. read more

Ordered a vanity from Home Depot in October. Home Depot ships using NSD. A few weeks later, the wrong vanity gets dropped off - NSD had delivered mine to someone else. Order another vanity from Home Depot. Home Depot ships using NSD. A few weeks later, NSD drivers come with vanity and refuse to bring it into the house - say it's too heavy and won't fit up the stairs, though I have furniture just as large already upstairs. Next day, when owner of local NSD office is supposed to deliver, he calls instead and says vanity top is broken. Order a third vanity from Home Depot (yeah, I know, I'm a glutton for punishment) on 11/28. When I contact NSD via their chat today, I'm told no tracking info since 11/30. Contacted Home Depot to find out that the vanity has been sitting in the local NSD warehouse since 11/10 but no one bothered to contact me to arrange delivery. Absolutely will never order anything that is to be delivered by NSD again. read more

I had a pretty decent experience with the company. I ordered an exercise bike from Nordictrack and non stop delivery is who they use, so they delivered my bike yesterday, which was the 21st. Four business days after they received it. That's pretty good. I did call their VA location after Nordictrack gave me the phone number, I asked for shipping and the guy told me it would be delivered on Wednesday, and it was. Now he also told me they would call me a day ahead of time to give me a window, which they didn't, but the delivery guy did call me on the way to my house to deliver the bike. Set up didn't take long, the guys were in and out quickly and every thing went smoothly. I didn't give five stars because they didn't call me the day before to give me a window like they said they would. Nonetheless, based on all the reviews I've seen, I thought they did pretty well and I wanted to give a review about the good they do as well. This shipping service 'company' has clearly got some issues. I had just finished chatting with two separate customer service representatives and was appalled by their discourtesy. I was trying to get an update on the status of my package and both of them seemed disturbed by the fact that I asked for their help. It was scheduled for delivery 9/16, and after squeezing out as much information as I could from one of their Customer Service Representatives, the only information I was given was that ESTES, another shipping company is in possession of my package. I am extremely displeased by how little information was provided and that they placed the onus on me to locate my package. I am still waiting in a call-line to hear from NSD about my package, and am preeminently disgruntled just by reading other customer reviews. This is absurd. *UPDATE* The package arrived at the 'Last Mile Terminal' and the scheduled delivery date had automatically changed to 5AM-8AM the following week. I am still having trouble obtaining any assistance trying to reschedule or obtain any information on my packages' whereabouts. read more

NSD is the most incompetent company I've ever had to interact with. My package arrived at their final terminal on a Thursday. Tuesday morning I contacted them about scheduling the delivery. I heard nothing. I contacted again Wednesday morning and was told they would contact me that day. I heard nothing. I contacted again Thursday morning saying that I would hear something that day. Next thing I know, my neighbor down the street comes over and says he received my package. It was a large package, too heavy for me to move. I try calling NSD, I can't get through to them. I then contact Home Depot (who I bought the item from). They tell me that NSD is refusing to redeliver the package to the correct address. A local person from Home Depot has to come and move it. It ridiculous. NSD did not schedule the delivery with me like they were suppose to. They did not call 30 minutes prior to delivery like they were suppose to. They didn't deliver to the correct house! delivered my package on 8/20/20 to the wrong address 50 minutes away. this is my 5th time calling. every time I call I am promised someone will call back, and they never do. The first time I called they said they were already aware they delivered to the wrong address and the man who received my package has been in touch to return it. every other time I have called since, they have no idea I've ever called before. they essentially stole my $1000 generator. Terrible service. My item has been at their local warehouse since 16th. Finally changed to out for delivery and was supposed to deliver last night between 6 & 10 p.m. No delivery. No calls from the company. Try calling them. On hold over an hour. Called 3 times and was on hold so long the call was disconnected. Finally after 4 he's got a call from the corporate. Now being told truck broke down and can't deliver until tomorrow. Can't give time. Truck with today's deliveries has already left. Will deliver between 9 and 1 tomorrow. Those deliveries that are late from yesterday should have had priority for today....they should have made other arrangements or rented truck for deliveries yesterday....the local company should have called to schedule and to advise of any issues especially since the website was not updated. When I finally received a call from corporate they refused to give me a contact number for the local terminal or people that will be making my delivery if they ever do. read more

NSD is so bad at what they do that they have adopted the practice of sending out a standard email stating THEIR attempts to contact YOU were unsuccessful and direction to their automated phone system that wastes your time with information inputs that they don't use, just so you can be placed on eternal hold until their system schedules a callback....which you may not get. In my case, they failed repeatedly on every front for almost a MONTH (so far)....taking so long caused Home Depot to cancel the return, who thankfully reached out to me....unlike NSD. For all of NSD's failings, I felt blamed by NSD after I was interrogated by their customer service regarding communucation misses. When the interrogation failed, they then blatantly and unprofessionally blamed Home Depot. I will continue business with Home Depot, but I nor my business will not be doing any business with Home Depot that requires shipping until they contract a different delivery scheduling service. I have graciously given NSD one star only because two of the many CS reps I had to speak with over the last month were ok at their job. P.S. This sad saga ain't over yet folks...been a MONTH and this large 2-pallet return is still sitting in my yard. Might get a truck here tomorrow or the day after tomorrow according to NSD customer service....we'll see. read more

An update. I contacted Sean (shicks@nonstopdelivery.com) via email and he was helpful in getting the local terminal to finally deliver my goods HOWEVER they lost one of the items!! And no wonder, the "special equipment" they needed to deliver (which was an old beat up, rusty delivery truck without a back door - yes, really - had no back door only a flip up lift gate) arrived and my items were thrown in the back of this truck and most likely one came out during the delivery. The contracted truck driver said he had 24 items (listed on the Bill of Lading) when he left the local terminal but only 23 when he arrived at my location. So not only was the delivery two weeks late but now I'm short and have to wait for another three weeks to get a replacement. This is a horrible company!!! read more

Worst delivery experience I have ever encountered. Ordered large item off of amazon. They changed the delivery date 3 times and the item didn't even arrive in the box, it was completely torn. Item was damaged. They had removed my required signature from the order. Luckily I was home to deny it and he took it back otherwise I would have been stuck with it. Amazon ordered me another one. It shipped from Washington to Florida (minor damage already reported in FL) and now it's on the way back across the country to me in CA) it was supposed to be delivered tomorrow and they changed the date with less than 24 hrs notice to 3 days out .The item is already in my city. I called because I took the day off to sign for this thing and they said the signature isn't even required on it ,when i have emails and it shows req. sign on amazon as well. They don't even call to schedule a time they just change it themselves. And they can't assure me that They'll require a signature when my order clearly says it does! read more

I'm not one to post angry reviews on yelp but I'm already frustrated and it's only my first day of trying to get my package. Package scheduled to be delivered this morning 9am-12pm, I called NSD because based on their shipping info it didn't look like it was going to get here in time. However, I received no courtesy call to tell me it wasn't coming on time after I had already taken the morning off work to be home for this. Then, NSD claims the package from amazon hasn't gotten to them, while Amazon claims it was given to them 5 days ago. No one can tell me where this package is or when it will come, which is ridiculous considering I have to be home for the delivery. I'm fine with the package being late especially with COVID, but losing a couch and not being able to tell me where it is and when it will get there is absurd. I'll update this review if the package manages to make it safely, but in the future I'll be avoiding any deliveries from NSD. read more

Absolutely horrible!! My package has showed as "out for delivery" since Monday; it's Friday and I have called every day since Tuesday only to be informed that "it's on the truck and out for delivery" EVERY. DAY. THIS. WEEK. And now It's Friday afternoon, I need the package YESTERDAY, and I'm suddenly informed that it won't be delivered until MONDAY!!! I was also placed on hold after for over an hour only to be hung up on without ever speaking to anyone on Thursday. I didn't receive a call back from them until today AFTER I called ONCE AGAIN, TWICE and contacted them online. Now I'm told they can't get in touch with the dispatch terminal and are not allowed to give me the contact information for the dispatch terminal and that "we will have them contact you as soon as possible." The WORST delivery company experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend against this company- not efficient, do not keep up with packages as they say they do, and they do not care about the customer experience at all. read more

I purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot. Nonstopdelivery was chosen as their delivery service. I called Nonstopdelivery when I realized they were just going to drop it off at my front door, that I require a signature where I live in a community and was afraid it could be stolen. Nonstop told me I could upgrade for a signature to be required but could not tell me the cost. I called Home Depot and a Supv got it upgraded for me. Next day, I see that my dishwasher was being delivered between 1-5. I left work early and sat around for 4hrs...no delivery. I called at 530, they could not get ahold of the driver, but told me they have a call in to him to find time he will be here. 630, no call or delivery. I recalled, same answers...cannot contact delivery driver & his office is closed. 730 I call Home Depot. They also got the same answers, and was told it could be delivered late at night, that driver will just drop it off. I explained it was upgraded to a signiture, but Nonstop said driver was just going to drop off. So I told Home Depot to cancel my order. For all I know, I could be waiting around all night for a delivery, and the driver is home asleep in bed. My husband drove for a major delivery service for years. He always made courteousy calls to his clients, or his office did, if he was delayed. And his office always knew where he was at all times...GPS, Cell Phones...Nonstop's excuses are absurd. If you order an appliance from Home Depot, or any other appliance store, make sure they are not using Nonstop to deliver it... read more

A vanity/sink combo ordered through Home Depot was shipped via NSD. From day one it was a frustrating experience. When you order a 200 lb vanity/sink and you have no idea when it might arrive, it's pretty hard to plan. The date kept changing from such extremes as Aug 17th to July 31st to Aug 4th. After several days of no new updates to the tracking system online, and over a week of Aug 4th listed as delivery date, I called on July 31 in the morning to confirm the delivery date, as I would be out of town for the weekend. They assured me that the website updated tracking and that I would get a phone call before delivery. That same evening suddenly the date changed to the 1st and a bunch of updates for several dates that previously had not appeared were there. I called but nobody answered so had to use the chat, despite the hours being within those of operation as listed. I was told that I could not change delivery date, so my only option was to cancel. I cancelled via Chat and have screenshots to show that I was assured cancelation. I woke up on the 1st to see the delivery in route. I called to clarify why it had not been cancelled, was given an explanation about how it was too late (why did the employee proceed with the plan the night before if it was too late?), but reassured not to worry because I could refuse delivery when they called with the 30 minute warning. The window for delivery was 2-6 pm. Before noon a neighbor texted me to tell me that the vanity had been left on the steps outside the condo. No phone call, no chance to refuse delivery, now I have a 200 lb vanity to move indoors into storage. Despite acknowledging the lack of protocol followed by the driver and the mistake on their part for agreeing to a cancelation the night before, NSD told me that they had no responsibility to pick the item back up or arrange for any kind of return. What exactly are you accountable for then? I had to drive back from hours away unexpectedly to find someone that I could pay $50 to move the vanity into storage, something I had made arrangements to do on the 4th as scheduled. read more

Purchase my product from OSH (Orchard Supply Hardward) and they had used NSD as the delivery company. At 12:30pm on the 12th Sept I'd recieved a message from a person name Jasmine direct phone number (562) 229-3616... so within 2-3 minutes I'd rang her back, but it went to voicemail so I'd left her a message. Left her another message at 4:30 as I didn't her back. Another message on the 13th, 14th and 15th. Finally got through to her on Friday the 15th after leaving her 2 messages. Then I had to ring up NSD 1 (800) 956-7212 number to request a complaint as this Jasmine person was not willing to help me arrange my delivery because I had confronted her of her lack of interest and ability to perform her job by simply returning my calls to arrange a delivery date but instead giving me her lame excuse that she's been in meetings for the past 4 days! I have also contact my OSH local store and had provide them with my feedback on my very disappointing and very frustrating experience with her service. read more

I ordered a gift for my child's birthday and had issues with the delivery and needed to call NSD. I initially wanted to write a bad review, especially after the constant delay in scheduling my delivery, to which caused my issue to be sent up to someone higher to fix it. I was transferred to a guy named Sabastin who was super nice although I had an attitude (sorry) :) He was able to get my delivery scheduled within 2 hours! He also called to follow up like he promised on the delivery date to which I was pleased to let him know it was successfully delivered! This is an update to a review I posted previously. I received a response from a member of the NSD team and was able to get the information for the local delivery service. Apparently they are a smaller service and did not have the ability to deliver my item since it was so large, so I went and picked it up. My advice is if you have issues getting your stuff delivered, request the local delivery information and coordinate through them for either delivery or pick up from their location. NSD responded rather quickly to my review and I appreciate that. I wish they would've given me the local delivery company information sooner, but that could of just been ignorance on my part for not knowing these were separate companies. We had a vanity to pick up and return to Home Depot. They contracted with Nonstop to pick up the item but the driver from Nonstop never showed up during the 4 hour time window. The driver did not call us either and when we called the company at the end of the 4 hours, they claimed they had no way to contact the driver. So now it is our word against the driver's who claims he showed up and no one was there. Who knows what the driver was doing as he has no accountability. Who ever heard of a company not being able to contact their drivers! Very poor management. Use someone else. read more

i would steer cleer of nsd. they have irresponsible delivery people they delivered my new kitchen cabinets and left them in my front yard, mind you its been raining here all day. didnt bother to knock or anything so my wife could let them in. i get home and discover them completely soaked, and with other damage. to top it off, this is the SECOND cabinet because nsd destroyed the 1st one. it never even made it to my house. very incompetent to say the least read more

I'm glad I didn't use this company to set up ANY shipping. I understand we are dealing with an epidemic currently, but the lack of customer service is almost unbearable. I purchased a mattress from WAYFAIR, and had to set up a return. Wayfair uses this company to ship heavy items through (so does Home depot) I have contacted them for over 3 weeks. They email me saying " I have put in a request, someone will get in contact with you." I am basically waiting on them to give me a phone call with a time slot to pick up item. Meanwhile I am awaiting the money for this return, but I cant get my money back because they haven't even scheduled my pick up. I have contacted pat lynch and the email he has provided to other yelp reviewers. I do logistics for a major tractor company selling parts and doing LTL, BOL, and International shipments. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with on shipping. Hopefully they can get this resolved, I will definitely be on the look out for any other company that uses this service to transport ANY of my items. Run Away if you hear the name! read more

One star is too many. If you place an order and find out that NSD has been contracted for delivery, cancel your order and buy the product elsewhere. One week after the order was scheduled to arrive, I started doing research about this company and realized we would never get the item. According to NSD's tracking information, the item was in the Concord, NH warehouse, but also according to NSD's website, there is no warehouse in Concord, NH. My wife called NSD customer service and after being on hold for 20 minutes, the call disconnected. This happened twice. The third time a rep answered and said he would email the Concord, NH warehouse and get it delivered ASAP. The next day my wife got an email from NSD apologizing for the delay and that we would get a delivery notification prior to delivery. Today, my wife got a notification that a delivery was attempted, but no one answered the delivery notification call. My wife was home all day. No call and no delivery was attempted at the house. My wife then attempted to call NSD 3 separate times and was on hold 30 minutes each time, and each time the call disconnected. She then called Amazon and after they attempted to contact NSD to no avail, they initiated a return and refund. Thankfully Amazon cares and hopefully they end their contract with NSD sooner rather than later. Absolutely horrible customer service on the part of NSD. Avoid at all costs. read more

I will not order from Home Depot online again if they continue to use this service. I have 3 tracking numbers. They delivered one of the items but closed out the wrong order. I have been calling for a week now. Tracking shows my items were here in Tucson at the last mile terminal on wed 18th of June. Then on the 19th it was sent to New Mexico. Was told by rep they just made a mistake. Now it shows my items arrived in Tucson again on the 24th. So I call today and was told they just received them. I said the tracking shows they were there yesterday morning and he says well they just checked them in today. If that's true then why did they update tracking yesterday? And now I am told they will call tomorrow to set up a delivery for Friday or early next week!!!!!! What takes so long to set up a delivery????? I will be more than happy to go get them myself at the terminal!!! Never again. I am also putting this out on my Facebook page to let everyone I know not to use this service. The other components were delivered by fed ex and ups and they all arrived a week or more ago!!! Really???? What's your problem nsd???????? I give - 5 stars but I had to put 1 to post review. Ok update on my delivery. I give 5 stars to Pat and Sean. After i posted this review, i (thanks to Sean) received my items within 3 hours of my post. This has been the worst experience ever with a shipping company. I call and it just kicks me off after 15 minutes on hold and says they will call me back. The guy calls back tells me they have my package in my city at their terminal, whatever that means. They will call me in 24 to 48 hours to " schedule delivery" meanwhile their website indicates that it is already scheduled. 3 business days and a weekend later I call again. Kicked off for a call back yet again. The guy calls back puts me on hold for 6 minutes then disconnects me. Amazon contacts them, the amazon rep says they have indicated they will call me by 5pm today. Here we are 5:23 after its been sitting at their " terminal" for 6 days. No call. So I call back and I am now waiting for them to call so I can cancel the order because I have had enough of the complete lack of customer service. They should be embarassed to be in business and amazon should cut them off from handling their freight. read more
