We placed an order at Home Depot. NSD called me on Tuesday, December 4 for a delivery Wednesday the 5th. I called the morning of the 5th to see if I could get a time frame for delivery as they deliver to the curb and some of our order was too heavy for me to bring in on my own. They said 11 am to 3 pm. At 3:30 I called again, they were "stuck in traffic" and it would be closer to 6:45. They never came that day. When I called the next morning, I was told that they would not be coming until the 12th as all of our order was not in. The order was basically dumped in my driveway on the 6th! They need help with their communication skills or lack of communication. read more

They have wasted so much of my time and missed work 3 days. I was first told they only deliver to my city on Thursday's. Then it was changed to only on Tuesday's. This company is so screwy, they can't even get their lies straight. I kept getting told multiple times I would get white glove delivery, which is where they unpackage my item and get rid of the packaging. The absolutely refused to do so. This is without a doubt one of the worst companies I have ever encountered. They could never deliver my Home Depot purchases at a reasonable time, they can't be reached on the phone and when they are reached, they provide miserable customer service. On the day I finally got a delivery scheduled, they said they would deliver in a four hour window. They didn't. Then they gave me a set time and didn't hit that either. Finally, when the item didn't come, I got their actual customer, Home Depot, on the line with me and they still weren't able to make the delivery. Similar review as others here. I scheduled an earlier ship date from Amazon so that the package will arrive on time......it won't. It was supposed to arrive between 6am - 6pm on a Friday. By 8pm on Friday, I knew it wouldn't arrive. I called and did several chat messages with reps. When the package physically arrives at their local terminal, they are supposed to communicate with customer at that point. I received no communication, basically left wondering where package was. So at this point, I will have to wait until Tuesday (Monday is holiday) hoping someone will call me back. At that point, I will be given a next available date to actually expect the package. This is a gap that NSD/Amazon need to fix. Customer is expecting date X, when actually it is date X + Z. Z is minimized by customer doing all the work to track down when package arrived and ensure that customer service follows up with local dispatch. Very disjointed.... read more

Horrible company!!! I had a scheduled delivery through Amazon and unfortunately this was the delivery company. The delivery needed to be signed for and I picked out a time slot where someone would be home. The evening before, they changed the delivery window. I called and explained that no one would be home during that time and the response was "We won't be in your area at that time. What do you want us to do about it?" For a company called Non-Stop, it sure as hell takes a lot more stops to get to its destination. Left the facility on the 20th, granted I did not have a choice in the company that delivered my package but I'm still waiting on it to arrive from Texas that should have taken a day from Flower Mound to San Diego. I inquire about it and I just get it's on its way they will call you when its at their facility. I understand things take time but this is a little ridiculous. I hate writing bad reviews and rarely write them but this company sucks. My couch was supposed to be delivered Friday 7/2 between 3-6pm. When I noticed that it wasn't out for delivery, I contacted the company I bought it from. They contacted NSD and put me through; where I spoke with a rude customer service agent who told both of us that there was never a delivery scheduled despite us both looking at the date and time it was scheduled. I was then told that I had to wait 1-2 business days to get it scheduled for delivery and that they would call me. When I asked if I could just pick it up she told me no and that the seller would have to reach out to do that and it could take longer. Four days later and I still never received a call. So I tried to call back, that was a joke their phone lines are non existent. So finally after emailing I got an email back saying I would get a call in ANOTHER 2-3 business days to schedule my delivery. They also said someone called me which they didn't and I have the call log to prove it. I told them this is unacceptable as I was supposed to get my couch 4 days ago. I still have yet to hear anything back. This is the most unprofessional delivery company I've worked with. And I understand we're just coming out of a pandemic but the least you could do is communicate with each other and the selling company. BEWARE - I rated it 1 star because yelp doesn't let you reply unless you give it a star. Yelp poor form. As far as NSD - HORRIBLE. Home Depot purchase - I received my order confirmation. They had my wrong town on the email. I sent an email back an email with the correct town on it. I did not hear back. In trying to track my package - it indicates it would arrive July 5th. I called Home Depot wherein I remained on the phone for 40 minutes they indicated they were waiting for NSD to answer their phones. She finally got back on the phone and said NSD is closed today. The customer service rep who answered said the package was delivered on July 2. It was not. They also said they were closed today so, basically no response. Although, she said I would receive a call back in 24 hours. How could she have talked with someone if NSD was closed today. NSD - Did not answer their phones as I waited on hold for 45 minutes. God only knows where my package is and if the person they delivered it to brought it into their home set it up and are using it. NSD is HORRIBLE . Contracted by Home Depot to deliver a new sink - left Hagerstown, MD July 1, 2011 and went 2700 miles to Tracy, CA and got there July 9. Must have sprouted legs because it took 4 days to go 167 miles to Orland, CA and IT IS STILL THERE!!! Estimated delivery date July 18, 2011 (that's today and I am not getting it today). The BS I get from NonStop Delivery is that is not in their hands but the line shipper but when they get it in Red Bluff, CA (30 miles) they will get it to me in 1-3 days.....I actually have no idea when it will get to me which is only 154 miles from Orland. on May 8, I ordered a Weber Grill using American Express Shopping from HOME DEPOT. Then received an email showing NONSTOPDELIVERY.COM as the shipper with a Tracking number. The shipment moved quickly from origin to my town arriving monday May 14... scheduled for delivery May 16. On May 17 I had not received the shipment and called NSD... they said delivery had been rescheduled to Wednesday May 24. IT IS SITTING IN THEIR WAREHOUSE FOR TEN DAYS BEFORE THEY WILL DELIVER IT !!!!!! Unacceptable by ANY customer service standard. There home office has a sweet lady handling my calls... Zero stars. Looks like I am having the exact same issues as others are having. I ordered a patio set June 1. Was to be delivered by June 16. When I look up tracking information it states that my set has been sitting in my town for the last 8 days. Yesterday and today it states that it was out for delivery. But I have yet to see it. I have contacted Home Depot 3 times and each time they 'email' the company asking that they get in touch with me. I have not received any contact from NSD. I received a phone call from Josh from NonStopDelivery's customer service. He said that the he had read my post on Yelp, and assured me that he would handle my concerns. Not twenty minutes later I received a phone call from the local warehouse and was informed that they had located my item and that they would delivery it on Thursday the 30th. I was impressed with NonStopDelivery's customer service. Non Stop emailed and called to confirm that 2 cabinets that were ordered from Home Depot would be here April !0 between 3:30 and 7:30 pm. My son in law drove 21/2 hours friday evening to install the cabinets. It is now 9:55 am on April 13th ad still no cabinets. I have called Non Stop customer service twice and Home Depot Customer Service. Two hours later still no call back. Range and dishwasher delivered error free with a great delivery agent NonStop Delivery was the carrier of record and as info, their delivering agent in NW Arkansas was excellent. They called me Monday afternoon to set up a time for delivery on Tuesday. Since the house is close to nothing they offered me either the first stop or the last stop of the day. I asked if they would be agreeable to 7 AM delivery (it takes close to an hour to get there). They called me again at 6:05 AM to let me know that they were on the way and I confirmed I would arrive before 0700. They were waiting for me at the top of the hill and followed me to the house. They had the dishwasher unloaded by 7 AM and the range a few minutes later. They were friendly and professional and they quickly unpacked the shipping material and took that with them; they had no problems getting either item up the stairs without damage. So super annoyed with this company. First of all i ordered furniture that was delivered by this company last year and my furniture arrived damaged and i sent it back. Then i order new furniture this year and lucky me, same delivery company. Now this time around.... i ordered a sectional through purchasing power on 11/28 which arrived at terminal in tampa on 12/13. I was promised this would be delivered before 12/25. I have been calling the company for days, wait times are ALWAYS over 40mins. After being frustrated on hold i sent an email to nonstop with order number requesting a call back on 12/16. No response as of yet. It is 12/18 and its still sitting at the terminal in tampa and no one has called to schedule. I called purchasing power and the rep said she would call nonstop and get info and call me back.... four hours later... nothing. So, I called nonstop and of course the local warehouse or whatever is closed so i have to wait until monday and i have to call and check back with them because obviously no one from this company or purchasing power knows how to call or email a customer back. I spoke with Devin of Nonstop Delivery who was awesome at resolving whatever I need. He reassured me that he would make sure that someone would give me a call and deliver the next day. Needless to say regardless of how much I wanted to be upset about everything, I could not had a better ending experience with anyone else. The delivery drivers were awesome and on time. They set the fridge up including the water dispenser. I wish I can remember their names so that I can give them the total praise of following through. On 3/14/16, I ordered a treadmill from Nordic Track, with delivery expectations of 2 weeks. On 3/18/16, I received notice that my order had shipped via NSD. I check the NSD website and had an expected delivery of 3/28/16. On 3/24/16, per the NSD website, the order had arrived at the local Kernersville, NC terminal. I did not receive any communication about scheduling a delivery by 3/29/16, so I called NSD customer service and scheduled delivery for 3/31/16 between 2 and 6 pm. The order did not arrive on 3/31 and no communication was received about a delayed delivery. I called NSD again on 4/1/16 to let them know the order did not arrive and was informed that they would contact the terminal once it opened at 10am. I called again on 4/4/16 as I had not heard back from anyone at NSD and was informed that my request had been escalated to the logistics manager at the terminal. On 4/6/16 around noon, I called AGAIN because no one had contacted me and was told I would receive a call back within the hour after someone had talked to the terminal. By 4:30 on 4/6/16, I had yet to hear from anyone so I called AGAIN and asked to speak to a supervisor. That supervisor was unavailable and was to return my call as soon as possible. I have tried 4 times to call the supervisor back after missing the call with no success. On 4/7/16, I contacted Nordic Track directly to try and resolve the issue and they have escalated it once again. However, I'm sure this will do no good. The terminal in Kernersville, NC is unresponsive. It is unacceptable to ignore repeated requests for updates on a delivery order that has now been sitting at the terminal (and more importantly PAID FOR) for 2 weeks. I will NEVER have anything sent through NSD again. read more

I have to say this company has quite redeemed itself. They have been on top of this order since my review on the 11th. My order was delivered yesterday. The men were very courteous and worked incredibly hard well into the the evening to get everything assembled to my satisfaction. The driver ends up driving past my area to get to Staten Island and say he'll.be at my house by 7pm. Still waiting on my order seems to be a common theme here...I was originally told my delivery was scheduled for 9/8 and when asking for a status update on 9/9 was told that my delivery still had not even been received at their terminal and they could not locate my order which was now under a different tracking number that Home Depot did not know about. About 2 hours later I spoke to a different customer service rep who told me my order was now en route to their terminal and they would contact me when it arrived to schedule a delivery. Never received a call on 9/9, and when I called again on 9/10 they told me they were closed this weekend and the best they could do is send an e-mail and get back to me on Monday. I ordered treadmill through Norditrack, it was the worst experience I had ,Tracking number showed it was delivered to them 10 days ago, but they could not find the product , every time I call the answer will check with manager and call you back but no response at all. I ordered a large item from Lowe's, it shipped to NSD for delivery. Several days after the expected delivery date on the tracking site had passed, I started the painful process of calling for help. I sat on hold for over 4 hours and never did get in touch with anyone. I tried again the next day, same result. I tried selecting the option for them to call me back, no call came back. I tried again the next day, no call came back. I emailed and did not get a reply. I did get through to someone with the chat function on the web site, they call the local terminal and no one answered so they told me to keep waiting. They did manage to get the delivery scheduled (after it sat at the terminal for 9 days) but the delivery did not show up when scheduled. Tracking says it's "out for delivery." I've now chatted with 3 different reps over 3 days, and I don't feel there is any help coming for my problem. I've asked for the phone number to the terminal so I can call myself, they won't give it to me. I've asked to speak with a supervisor (via chat since the phone has not ever got me to anyone) and they gave me the customer service number that I've been trying for over 20 days now with no luck. If Lowe's keeps using this shipping company I won't order again. read more

NSD has now lost TWO vanities ordered through Home Depot. NSD is the carrier that works with Home Depot so I had no choice in carrier. The first vanity was ordered in September and was lost in transit. The second vanity was ordered in October (after the delivery date for the first one passed and no one could locate it) and it too is lost. I actually called another company (Build.com) to verify that they do NOT use NSD as one of their carriers. Thankfully, they don't. But if ordering a large item, I think it is worth a call to customer service to confirm that they are NOT your carrier. We are 6 weeks behind a bathroom remodel because of this awful company that we were forced to work with. Good luck to anyone stuck using them. read more

NSD is the WORST shipping company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They do not even deserve a 1 star rating. We ordered a vanity from Home Depot and was given the delivery appointment date of June 15th, 2019. NSD changed that date to June 18th, between 10 and 2 and told me HD didn't tell them when to deliver. It never came. I contacted them via CHAT and they said it was out for delivery and would receive before 8 PM. Did not arrive. Chatted the next morning of the 19th, they said, yes mam, it's out for delivery. If not there by 1 PM, contact us. At 12:30, we received a text from driver that we were their next stop and would soon be here. Never showed. At 4:30 PM I chatted again and ask where they were because according to my delivery scale, it showed it had been taken back to terminal. Indeed it had and the representative said it would be Monday, the 24th before they could "try" to deliver it. I told them that was unacceptable and I asked for a call from supervisor who did call and said he had tried to reach his delivery guys but they wouldn't answer the phone. Robert, the supervisor, asked if we could drive 70 miles and pick it up from their terminal ourselves. Now, what delivery service does that?! He then said he would see what he could find out and ask me if he could call me back this morning. Never called. I contacted NSD via CHAT and they refused to chat with me. Ignored me totally. I contacted Home Depot and they admit they are getting no where with them either. After hours on the phone, they only got excuses and maybes. My contractor and plumber cannot finish this project until this is delivered. It is a terrible mess and shows how unprofessional NSD is. I will watch in the future for who is delivering my product and will not use anyone who uses NSD. Terrible, terrible, unprofessional company! read more

Edited to add: Robert from NSD did call me back and apologize for the delivery issues. He has promised that the item will be delivered tomorrow morning. He also provided me his contact info, I am hopeful that it will get there on time for our event this weekend! This company should NOT be in business. They know nothing about service in the slightest. They lie, give you the run around, keep you on hold for 30 minuets to talk to someone then put you through to leave a voicemail, which never gets a return call. I have attempted to call back over and over and only twice have reached someone. The first person I spoke with I advised them that the delivery was showing on a truck scheduled for delivery 6/13 between 4-8 am, which we had someone at home at that time and the item never showed up. This "customer care representative" (I use this term lightly because they could care less) she advised me the product was on the truck and would be delivered 6/13 between 4-8 pm and that the website was showing am and should be showing pm. Ok so we waited, on the porch between 4-8 pm for the delivery, nobody ever showed up. on 6/14 at 5 am the status still reflected delivery 6/13 between 4-8 am. So I once again called, went through a number of cycles on hold and being forced to leave a voicemail, which never received a call back. I also sent an email without a reply or call back. I finally reach a representative between 10:28 - 10:42 am, who told me they needed to call the local terminal, She then put me on hold and called the local terminal, she then advised me the scheduler for said terminal had stepped out and they would return my call in 30 minutes. At 10:59 am the status suddenly changed to delivery attempted and that the package is back at the terminal. Excuse me, when exactly did you attempt to deliver my package? The delivery instructions indicate Deliver to first available "dry" area (e.g. patio, garage, etc.) - 30-minute courtesy pre-call while en route - No signature required. If you attempted to deliver the item should have been left on my DRY PORCH. Also we were on said porch when the first representative advised the item would be delivered on 6/13. Convenient that the status changed within minutes of my call to check on the status. AND the person on the phone who promised she would call me back never called me even though I have that cell phone on me at all times as it is required for my job. Now I have called back 3 times over the past 2 hours only to over and over again be sent to leave a voicemail and no one person answering nor calling me back. I have worked in the customer service industry, as a leader for a large portion of this, for 20+ years. You have ONE JOB - deliver packages and clearly from the reviews and continues reports to the BBB, you can't get this correct. This company needs extensive training for it's staff on service and meeting service level agreements between the companies it serves and the customers. read more
