After finally speaking with two reps yesterday we were hopeful that we might actually get our delivery. Both calls indicated the same delivery, first thing in the morning. We reminded both reps that if the truck was not going to deliver first thing that we would need to schedule another day. They committed to leaving the dock at 8a and were only 30 minutes away. So, again.....here we sit waiting for a call from their team with more empty promises and failed execution. Avoid NSD delivery at all costs!!!! They are the absolute worst company we have ever dealt with. And for that matter, avoid buying from all of the retailers that they service. In this case, Nordic Track. Under no circumstance do business with these people. Incompetent bunch of uncaring, unsympathetic liars... some of which are too stupid to read simple clocks to know what a delivery window of 4-8pm means. We were suppose to get our NordicTrack delivered between 4-8pm. Wife was home at 3:30 on the dot. Spoke to a neighbor in the front yard for a few minutes. Shortly after 4:20 she checks their website to see if there were any updates... It showed it was delivered at 4:17? She contacted the company to find out what was going on. Customer service said they attempted a delivery and no one was at home and they took a picture of our door? They said they would call back the next day to re-schedule a new delivery. I called them back and after being on hold for 10mins I spoke to a person who told me the time stamp on the photo was 3:27... That's 33 mins prior to the scheduled delivery window. But their website showed an attempted delivery at 4:17? Okay... we now know the Delivery team lies. Next I asked to speak to a supervisor... I sat on hold 5 mins, 43 seconds... Phone goes dead. I call back, this time I get Shauna (Asking for names now), she apologizes and again I am placed on hold for a Supervisor... 5 mins 53 seconds later she comes back on the phone to tell me she found a Supervisor, hold while I transfer to Kuran(?)... So nice to get transferred to voicemail - NOT!!! I call back again... I get Heather this time, again she apologizes and goes looking for a Supervisor... I'm on hold for 33 minutes and 15 seconds and she comes on and says James is on the phone and will call me back as soon as he finishes with his current customer... I call NordicTrack (Wyatt) to ask why I spent $199 for incompetent "white glove service" for a company that has employees to dumb to read a watch? They called NSD "Corporate" number and I was on the phone for 33 minutes waiting... NordicTrack came back on the phone and they explained that they spoke to Sebastian (NSD) and he told them he had just called and he had spoke to us and rescheduled tomorrow at 11:00 am? I told here that was a total lie, we were on the phone with NordicTrack and no one had called us? Okay now NordicTrack or Sebastian is lying? I asked if they could give me Sebastian's number... 703-964-9500... I again, I get Customer Service, another 10 minutes on hold... Gentleman comes on and I tell him I want to talk to Sebastian... He asks me to hold... Another 10 minutes, he comes back... Sebastian has left for the day!?! I again ask for a Supervisor... Get this... best part... Supervisors, now have left all the employees alone and have gone home for the day. I asked is it normal for a supervisor to lie to customers and say they will call after they finish with their current call? Response... "we have been busy today"? I asked do you normally have this many complaints that supervisors can't manage customer issues? Phone starts clicking and he starts asking me if I can hear him. I said yes, clicking stops and I said I didn't care if the owner of the company had to drive the truck, I wanted my delivery now! Again, phone starts clicking and his voice is broken... He apologizes again and tells me to call back tomorrow... I said thanks for nothing and hang up! I repeat myself... Incompetent bunch of uncaring, unsympathetic liars... some of which are too stupid to read simple clocks to know what a delivery window of 4-8pm means. Read the reviews... I was very hopeful when I received an email letting me know that my Nordic Track would be delivered the following day. I was disappointed that I could not choose a delivery window that was convenient for me. I was given a window of 9 am to 1 pm with an assurance that I would receive a phone call about 40 minutes prior to delivery. Imagine my surprise at hearing a banging on my front door at 8:10 am. Very rude guy tells me he tried to call me to tell me they were coming early. I direct him to where I would like the box left (literally 10 feet past the front door) and same rude guy says it's curb to front door only and can he put it in the garage. I decline and he begrudgingly agrees to bring it inside my home. He and another guy left the box on its side when it's clearly marked to keep the right side up. As I'm signing for the delivery he has the nerve to say that Nordic Track would charge $260 to assemble the equipment but he had time on Saturday to come by and do it for $160!!! No thanks and I would never recommend the company and have advised Nordic Track of the same. read more

Bought a TV from Amazon, being fulfilled by another company. The vendor shipped with NSD on 2/26. I tracked the shipment from a pick-up somewhere near Seattle to a waypoint in Aurora, CO, about 30 minutes from my home. According to the tracking info provided, TV went from origin to Boise, ID, to Mirada,CA (wrong direction), to Salt Lake City, UT, to Aurora, arriving on 3/1. Delivery was due to me on 3/8. On 3/7 Amazon notified me that the shipment was "undeliverable"!! After it supposedly had been sitting for a week a 30 minute drive from my home??? Investigation discovered that my TV was "Lost" in Salt Lake City -never got to Colorado! This outfit should lose their DOT license (assuming they even have one!). Amazon was very helpful in making everything right, but I sure wouldn't ever use this shipping outfit. read more

This is my third experience using NSD. All three times have been less than stellar.  I originally ordered a patio door that showed up damaged from Home Depot. The first time, the driver didn't show up or call at ALL on the delievery date, I had to call and chat and fight to get in contact with someone to figure out when my door was coming. Finally was delivered the next day, by delivery people not wearing masks during a pandemic. Getting them to pick It up was another hassle. The replacement door was finally delivered yesterday, almost two hours after the end of the delivery window.  I only knew it was being delivered yesterday because I happened to check tracking and got an automated call at 7 PM the night before, I was not contacted to schedule a delivery appointment, and was not able to change it to a date/time that worked better for my schedule, NSD said that is not offered with basic service).  I also only got a 5 minute call ahead when they did finally show at almost 6 PM EST.  Oh, and did I mention I missed two half days as an essential worker? Luckily I was home when he the driver called.  NSD really needs to figure out a way to contact customers sooner if their drivers are running behind or if other issues arise, and provide better order tracking services. Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered from Amazon back in Sept. Delivery men brought a used, out of the box generator with a shredded cord sitting on top. Told them could not accept, was told "just call Amazon and they'll send a replacement".....which sounds like fraud to me. Called Amazon and they shipped a replacement which arrived in Burton, MI warehouse on 9/20/2021. It has been "scheduled," "out for delivery," and "rescheduled" multiple times. No communication other than to check the tracking site the following day. How many days must a customer wait for a delivery that never comes? It is now 10/28, and package was to be delivered, yet again, between 12 and 3 pm. No delivery again. No one answers the customer service phone, no one is available to chat, response to emails sent say "check the tracking site." Still waiting for my order. Delivery of my mattress and box spring (through JC Penny) was awesome and actually the service was quicker than promised! My husband and I were thoroughly satisfied and impressed, as we had previously had a terrible experience with another delivery company through a different retailer who actually strung us along for at least a month because they could never find our mattress and kept having to do "a dock check". I hesitate to even give one star. I have been dealing with NSD for 2 weeks now. Every time I call or chat nobody can give me a straight answer or even locate where my shipment is. No way it should take this long to move a flat screen TV from Tennessee to South Carolina but what really irks me is that they cannot locate it or give any kind of update or delivery estimate. After ordering an evaporative cooler from Home Depot online, it was delivered this morning TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! NSD delivered the evaporative cooler to my next door neighbor's! NSD placed this very large evaporative cooler IN FRONT OF my neighbor's garage door so he could not get his car out of his garage! I provided my correct address when ordering the evaporative cooler, the correct address was evidenced on my order receipt, and my address is very clearly evident from the street! When I spoke with Jewell (NSD supervisor) she told me the delivery people usually take a photograph of the delivered merchandise in front of the house where it is to be delivered. Ironically, the delivery drivers did not take any photographs of the delivery! I took photographs! read more

Wish I could give a negative 10 review. Non Stop Delivery- yeah, cause the pieces of garbage never deliver it. They should be called UED- Un Ending Delivery. I ordered a shed on Amazon. Since it was a large item (~150 lbs), it needed a 3rd party company to deliver it. At check out, I was able to select the day and time. This was 2 weeks ago.I could have had it delivered on Wednesday, but since I needed to sign for the delivery, I chose Saturday. I received a call from this shipping company on Thursday of that week, telling me that they would not be able to deliver it on Saturday... um...what? Why? That's your job. Your job is to deliver items- that's your ONLY job. Does FedEx or UPS or even USPS do this? No. So I told them my availability for the following week as I HAVE A JOB. That didn't seem to work for the person I was speaking to. So then I asked if I needed to have a signature for it to be delivered. She said no. So I told her that they could leave it on the other side of my garage, near my sidewalk, right in front of my fence, this way I could have an easier time getting it into my yard and behind my fence. Ok no problem. She scheduled it for Wednesday of the following week. I received a call on Tuesday from "Non Stop Delivery" AKA 'Un-Ending Delivery' telling me now that Wednesday would not work again. I said ok great well Thursday would work because I will most likely be home because of school cancellation due to the cold. She told me no that their drivers were not going to be delivering Wednesday, Thursday or Friday of that week. Ahhhh...OK??? So when does FedEx, UPS, USPS not deliver because of cold??? I had ordered several other items from Amazon during that time and Amazon, FedEx and UPS, including USPS all delivered ALL of my packages, while this "company" did not. She scheduled it for Monday and I confirmed with her where it would be delivered again. I arrived home at 4:14 PM and no package. I waited until 5pm and called the company to see when my package would be delivered. The man I spoke to put me on hold after spending 5 minutes trying to find my order. He came back and said that he called the driver and he didn't answer and that he left him a voicemail with my number to call me when he was arrivingto deliver my package. No package, no phone call. I called them Tuesday morning at work to find out again what was going on. the woman I spoke to said, yeah the driver never turned in his slip to show it was delivered. I said well that's because it was NOT delivered. then she said, when would you like it delivered.I said TODAY. She said well we can't because it is not on the truck. So I questioned her becuase none of this made sense to me. If the guy didn't give you a slip, how do you know where the package is? She said , Oh it's in the warehouse. I said that doesn't make sense to me. She said no worries, my package would be delivered now on Wednesday. I confirmed again where they would deliver it. Wednesday they called, said the package was delivered ON MONDAY. No it was not. After finding out about my 8 cameras she changed tune. I called Amazon, NSD was to call me within 3 hours, no call. I called A back that evening, they called again and couldn't reach anyone. I received no phone call today from this company. I called A again today and they called NSD again and no one was there @ 4:32 PM. Today on A it said my pack was delivered on Monday- beyond livid. NSD told A that was a mistake. I asked to have a refund from A and they deal with getting the package back to them. A has always been great to me. This company is beyond vile. They should be sued and shut down. I am not done with this. Once I get a few other things in life in place, I will come after them. Under no circumstance should any company or person use this service. Look at the other reviews. They should spend the rest of their life in litigation and paying everyone back. Beyond sick. I wanted to write more of what happened but I ran out of space.... Vile, sick company. Awful delivery service. Our first vanity we ordered from Home Depot sat in a warehouse for weeks until Home Depot tracked it down for us. We paid $125 to have it delivered to the room of our choice. The delivery people could not do this, and the vanity came damaged so we refused it. Replacement vanity also came damaged, so we refused this as well. Only they marked it as delivered so Home Depot will not refund the money, since NSD never returned the vanity to Home Depot. Third vanity came intact, only they did not notify us they were delivering it and dropped it in front of our garage, blocking my car in. The vanity weighed over 400lbs, so we had to call a moving company to move it for us. We stupidly ordered a second vanity from Home Depot, this one came with the marble top cracked in the middle and the mirror completely shattered. We also had a bathtub shipped with this order, I watched the delivery person drop the tub off the skid, luckily that was not damaged. I'd give 0 stars if I could. read more

I had to cancel my Nordictrack because NSD states they only received 1 of 2 boxes. I called Nordictrack and they stated that NSD signed for 2 boxes. I called NSD and they said Yes, someone signed for 2 boxes but there was only 1 box. WTF??? I am pissed at BOTH companies. 1. I should not be the middle man. 2. No one sent me an email confirmation on anything(no one wants to accept blame). My 1st & 2nd conversation dealt with each NSD rep fishing for information from me... The 2nd time, I told him there should be notes on the computer. He replied, no notes on your delivery. Ok, you are just taking my info and restating what I told you the other rep said. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. NSD has to do better. I'm confused on how you have contracts with companies like Home Depot & NordicTrack. That 1 star is only given because they actually pick up the phone. UPDATE on the WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER - Today was the 4th scheduled delivery for my package, I was told between 1-5p. At 4:30p, I contacted the company requesting an update on the status of my package, and was told the driver is about 2 hours behind schedule, so it should be closer to 7p before my package is delivered. Nobody called me, again. My package is being delivered to a business that closes at 5p. If my package isn't here by 7p, I'm going to assume it has been stolen and contact the authorities. There are certain companies that just don't deserve to be in business; they are that terrible at what they do. NSD tops this list. They can't be reached by phone and they don't call you back. They have twice shown my order as "Delivered" using their website tracking, but it has not been delivered. Now, the tracking information has disappeared and it just says invalid tracking. I finally did receive a call from them that they tried to deliver to my home but their truck was too large for my street. Aren't they supposed to be a "last mile" home delivery service? You would think delivering to homes would not be an issue. Not only that, we have had some of the largest delivery trucks, dump trucks, etc. on our street, so I know for a fact anything smaller than a tractor-trailer could make this delivery. So, rather than allow me to pick up the item or NSD just renting a pickup truck to deliver the item, I was told they were arranging to get a smaller delivery truck from their Southern California terminal to drive 5 hours to the East Bay in Northern California to deliver the item. It's comedic, I know. Two weeks later when I spoke to them they said they weren't sending a truck up to Northern California, but rather shipping my item to a different regional terminal who would then complete delivery. My item has been in their possession, less than 15 miles from my home for over 3 weeks now. And, of course Home Depot is no help, claiming that it was "Delivered" three weeks ago. Ultimately, I decided to dispute the order with my credit card as I doubt I will ever see this item delivered to my home. Home Depot and others: STOP USING NSD! Oh, P.S. the only reason they deserve one star versus zero (which, I realize, Yelp doesn't allow) is that when you do somehow manage to speak to someone in customer service they are quite friendly and somewhat helpful. The worst shipping company. I placed an order with Home Depot and it was shipped within two days. I received a shipping notification on 4/4/18 saying it was going to be delivered on 4/13/18. In two days the order moved from Miami to Richmond. For the next week it sat in Richmond with no updates on the tracking number. After four phone calls and two emails, my order remains in Richmond. I was told by the last customer service representative that the delay was due to inclement weather. I am still waiting for a response to both of my emails including one of which was to a supervisor of customer service. Needless to say, my order is not getting to me anytime soon and I now have an unhappy customer waiting for me to finish the work at their home. read more

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. Had to re-schedule our delivery today. NSD was supposed to deliver our front door today (8' high x 6' wide 353 lbs). The "shipping company" sent 1 man to deliver the door. After the driver called to let me know that he was 15 minutes away from my house on a Tuesday at 2:00 pm I let him know that I would leave work and be home in 30 minutes to help him unload the door. I left work and was 3/4 of the way home when I received a phone call that he did not want to go down my driveway because it was covered in snow and did not want to get stuck. Although it was highly unlikely that he would get stuck (my wife drives a Buick Encore and has no issues with the driveway) I let him know that I understood and I would be there in 10 minutes and we could load the door into the back of my pickup truck and I would take it down the driveway. He proceeded to tell me that he had already left and was on his way to his next delivery. Not only did I pay $100 for shipping but also left work to try and help the delivery driver with his job. I hope that the company that I ordered the door from will take this into consideration and look into hiring a different shipping service or invest in some of their own trucks to try and improve on their customer service. I have had concrete trucks, box trucks, flat beds, and tri-axles deliver to my residence and there was never an issue until NSD. Worst shipping company out there and customer service is non-existent. I would give -5 stars to this company if possible. I took the day off on the day my delivery was scheduled. The email I received said someone had to be home for delivery. They were a complete no call, no show. When I called all they could say is the office was closed and they couldn't get an update. Today I received a call from them at 11:00am saying they would be delivering in 2 hours. I've been home waiting since then. It's 5:30pm. When I called an hour ago all they had to say was "sorry" and it was out for delivery. The complete lack of customer communication and lack of consideration for customers is inexcusable. NO ONE should use this company and if I ever order something again and learn that is to be delivered by them, I will cancel my order. I have been dealing with NonStop Delivery since November 2016, it is January 10, 2017 and I still don't have the item they were suppose to deliver. They have scheduled dates twice and not delivered and the second time They did not bother to call and say the delivery would not be made. This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with.The first time they scheduled I took off work to be available for the delivery, they canceled during the four hour window they requested. The second time I paid my niece to stay at my home for the five hour window they requested they did not call or deliver the item. My rating for this company is -10. They assured me they could deliver the next day but I have to work and my hours are not flexible so I said the only way I could make it work is if they showed up right at 12. They said they notified the team and would try. Not only did I get a 15 minutes heads up text but they were right on time - right at 12!! I was so relieved and happy! The blue team was great. They were very friendly, fast and efficient. Also were very informative and knew what they were doing. They were also respectful to my house, didn't scratch or dent any walls or floors. I was contacted by an Employee at NSD on 1/2/19 advising me that my delivery would be made today 1/3/19 between the hours of 1-3:00pm. I took the day off work to be here. I ordered a fireplace from Home Depot for my wife for Christmas. The estimated arrival date was supposed to be December 19th and which I took a day off of work. It never showed up so I looked at my tracking. Tracking says it was delivered on the 15th then my tracking says appointment scheduled December 17th keep in mind I'm looking this up on the 22nd and I never talk to nobody about no appointment or appointment scheduled or none of this and never received the fireplace have home security surveillance nobody showed up for delivery I've tried to call 15-minute weights every time before somebody answer and get hung up on right after they pick up the phone over and over again 6 wasted hours plus a day off of work they lied to me and said that they had confirmation pictures then the next person said it's impossible there is no confirmation pictures homedepot.com called them out on it they do not take confirmation pictures I never even got an email text message nothing saying your order delivered now they're telling me I got to wait till the New Year's Steven find out what's going on can't get my money back nothing Home Depot their self says sounds like somebody from NSD stole the fireplace and took it home. well the company that me and my husband ordered through uses NSD, if we order from them again i will request and pay extra for them to use a different company. Trying to get in touch with someone is almost impossible, i reached out per their chat system and both times ironically got Louie both times. he was not helpful at all. my items have been in illinois for three days and when i reached all i was told it should there but it takes three days to be scanned in. i am not a happy camper. I will tell anyone who ask to use anybody else. you would probably be better renting your own truck and going to pick it up yourself Update: so I heard from the manager, and I still have no more info than when i made my first complaint. I am so frustrated with this company. I guess the BBB should be notified as well on how they do business or the lack thereof. Sacramento Terminal. I ordered my vanity top from Homedepot.com on May 26th. I was sent an email that my vanity top would be delivered on June 13th. When I didn't get my product I checked the status again and it said delivery date unavailable. How does it go from in route to date unavailable??? Home Depot has called NSD and I have called NSD multiple times. They say they will call me for scheduling and nobody ever calls. I'm still waiting on my vanity top and it's June 26th. They first told me when they have other deliveries in my area it will be delivered. I call BS as I live in an area that is a common delivery zip. Even the Vendor of the sink says I should have received it. NSD's website says "At NSD, your customer's delivery experience is our highest priority". They are full of it. They don't pride themselves on customer service at all!! Because of them I will never order online from HomeDepot again and I will make sure none of my business owner friends use them for deliveries. Worst service ever. My TV was stolen somewhere from the hub in Sacramento to my dads house "the address they swear the 65" TV was delivered to. My dad was the only person home all day & didn't leave. I called after 12 noon because TV was to be delivered between 8am & 10am. I was told there was a delay. After 6pm I was told the TV was delivered at 8:21am, signed by a female. Which in fact no TV was delivered. So either the driver delivered to incorrect address or the driver let the TV go from the delivery truck directly to another vehicle because it didn't go into my house. I filed a police report, they weren't happy about that at all. Thank goodness the company I purchased from helped get a replacement but that doesn't mean the person who stole my TV or NSD shouldn't be held responsible. They aren't wanting to help me or get company I purchased from with the police report evidence. I thought Estes was a joke of a company but NSD takes the cake. Our package was "shipped" all over the country: From Washington to Texas to California then back to Texas then to Tucson AZ then "arrived" at the carrier facility (in a 100 person town in southern AZ?, then delivered (only it wasn't, there is nothing in this town but a truck stop and a post office). Right after it supposedly made it to Tucson there was a delay in delivery due to "mechanical issues with aircraft or truck movement" which is an excuse we see every time something large is shipped to our location (regardless of company). Basically it is their way of saying, "We'll bring your package when it is convenient for us." After a battle with the company over the phone, they assured us it would arrive the next day. Well the next day comes and at 5:00 PM we are informed that the truck had mechanical issues about an hour from our location. So we get back on the phone with the company only to find out that it was a lie and that the truck was still in Tucson and hadn't left. "It will be there for sure tomorrow.", they tell us again. Well tomorrow is here and we still have no idea when our package will be here or even if it is really on its way or if they are buying time. Absolutely horrible experience with a company that lies and deceives. I will never understand how these shipping companies stay in business with the ethics and morals they display every time we have to deal with them. EDIT: The package did finally arrive in horrible condition. One side of the package was completely ripped off and re-wrapped in plastic wrap, the other side was opened and taped back up with packing tape and there were rips and holes throughout the package. I understand that this was a large item (a treadmill) but I have gotten similar size packages from UPS Freight that looked like they were brought straight from the store. A funny side note: there actually was an Estes shipping label half-attached to the box. Estes and NSD are cut from the same cloth. Top this off with the standard reply to the review from the company stating they want to help that is only there to make others who read this review feel like the company actually cares (which they don't; they responded to the review within minutes but still haven't responded to my email.) I will ask my vendors who they ship with moving forward and if they reply with NSD then I will take my business elsewhere. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE! I placed an online order for a mini fridge from Home Depot on 8/1/17. Estimated deliver was 8/8/17. I left msg on NSD voice mail on 8/9/17. I did not receive a call back! on 8/10/17 I tracked the order and it said that NSD was unable to contact the customer and could not deliver it. I received another message on 8/11 which said that NSD was unable to contact the customer and couldn't deliver this shipment. I spent 30 minutes on the phone will a VERY RUDE customer service person from NSD. I told her that the deadline for delivery was 8/11/2017. She said that they could not do it. I spent 40 minutes on the phone with Home Depot and ordered a new fridge that I will pick up in PA. I asked her to cancel this order. today 8/14 I received a txt from NSD 972-370- 5113 saying that the package had been delivered. I went online today and found that it has NOT been delivered. I called and spoke with RAAB at NSD. He said the package had NOT been delivered. I told him to cancel the delivery. I received a phone call at 10:50 am from 215-632-2600 saying that the package would be delivered tomorrow. So I called home Depot and spent another 30 minutes on the phone trying to CANCEL this order. No more online orders from Home Depot. Go Amazon! read more

Wow, wish I had read the other reviews before ordering my item from Home Depot for home delivery. NSD missed two scheduled deliveries and never informed me directly of any of the delays (I had to call Home Depot to see why the deliveries were missed) - this is incredibly inconsiderate of my time and horrible customer service. I understand delivery delays can happen but the fact that this happened for two scheduled deliveries and there was absolutely no communication from NSD to me about the delays is inexcusable. This terrible experience with NSD led me to go ahead and cancel my order with Home Depot since I can not depend on my item being delivered any time soon which is truly disappointing as I really liked the product I had purchased from Home Depot. I am now going to purchase my second choice product (from a competitor) for the sole reason that the item is in stock at the store and I can have it at my house today so project can be completed on time. I do not recommend the use of this delivery company and have also informed Home Depot of how they lost my money due to my experience with this company. read more
