This delivery company is a joke. They never showed up on the day they said they were delivering my patio furniture. I was on the phone for over an hour trying to reach someone at their company with zero luck. I sent an email to the address I found on here and received a response within an hour. They told me the same BS they seem to tell everyone, that their truck had "mechanical issues" but would be delivered to me the next day. The next day they just dropped off the 2 boxes out front, never rang the doorbell or knocked, and just left. They did that bc they knew if I answered I would have REFUSED the delivery. The boxes were severely damaged. Big gapping holes in the top, bottom and corners. I'm pretty sure pieces were missing bc I had to shove the parts back in the box. The boxes were beat to hell and ripped to shreds. Totally unacceptable. Wrote them another email bc, once again, nobody ever answers the phone there and, never received a response..SHOCKER. I sent them several pictures of the boxes. Called Home Depot, told them what happened and that I wanted the delivery company to pick the boxes back up. Told me they company has 5 days to get a hold of me to schedule a pick up date and then I would get my money back 3-5 days after that. Again, UNACCEPTABLE. I couldn't do an exchange bc this particular patio set, as well as 90% of their other sets, are out of stock and backordered. So not only am I out a patio set, I have to deal with these damaged boxes for a week or more til they pick them back up. This company is HORRIBLE. They should be put out of business period! I ordered a large shipment from home depot for my restaurant, and its THREE weeks late. That's not the worst part, the worst part is they tried to deliver my shipment, but this company gave them my wrong number and can't bring it for another WEEK??? .. Another 7 days that I have to put my business on hold. I not only spoke to multiple people on the phone, but I also have records of talking to three different people on their website giving them the correct number. So how did they guy dropping my order off have a number that didn't even resemble the one I gave to over 10 people? This may be the worst delivery experience of my lifetime. Not only was I rescheduled twice for a delivery, but the actual day of delivery (4 hour window of 1-5) they showed up almost two hours late. Then, when I said it would probably be best to back out of the driveway they completely ignored my advice and attempted a 13 point turn in my driveway and ended up tearing through the yard, ripping it to pieces. NSD is the 3rd party delivery company for large items that the company I purchased item from uses. This has been the worst experience with delivery I have ever had. NSD has not once since they received my item on 01/10/22 @ 9:16 am contacted me not even when they missed the date they set to make my delivery. They had a 12 hour delivery window for that date in which my husband took off from work and moved our furniture out of the way so they would have an easy delivery. I have tried every single day since 1/12/22 ( delivery day ) to contact someone at the company to no avail. I am disabled and my husband bought the bedframe with a new mattress for me because it was something I needed to combat some pain I live in. Instead we have been sleeping on our brand new mattress on the floor ( we are 52 & 57 ) not only has made my daily pain worse but the mattress purchased says will ruin by sleeping in it without frame. I have already notified the company who I purchased item from that I will no longer purchase any items that they must ship through NSD and will tell anyone I can how slow and completely uncommunicative they are with their customers. read more

THE most incompetent delivery company I have seen in 25 years of dealing with freight carriers. It has taken TWO WEEKS and FOUR missed appointments to get a couch delivered. The corporate headquarters tells us one thing and the local terminal kept telling us no delivery scheduled. They do mot return phone calls and are VERY unpredictable and unpreffesional. Placed an order on 12/29/17 that shipped with NSD on 1/3/18 it is now sitting 45 minutes away and NDS says they won't deliver until 1/22/18. This company's shipping is a joke. The company we ordered the tv from has shipped it twwith NDS two times now and both times it was broken. If this package shows up I am hoping it will be in good condition. 1-23-18 - I was guaranteed by NSD my item would be delivered today between 1 and 430 pm. I ordered a refrigerator from Home Depot online 5/22 the order said it would arrive between 6/4 and 6/11. I receive a robo call today the order will arrive tomorrow 5/29. I called the company to explain this item was supposed to arrive in June and I did not make any arrangements, they tell me they have a next day policy, they will leave the refrigerator in the front outside the building and I should contact Home Depot to reschedule, first of all what next day are they talking about? So I ordered a NordickTrac bike back in November. It was shipped out a few days after the order was place. It went to NSD a town away and there is where it stayed for almost 3 weeks before I was able to get through and schedule a time for it to be delivered. The guy that called to schedule was rude and basically told me they were coming and to be home before he hung up. So I took the time off from work and stayed home. They no called/ no showed. Not one phone call.. even the next day! Nothing. So I started calling NSD national line and it hung up on me every time saying someone would call, I think I called about 10 times in the week after they didn't show up and never got a call back. The next week I tried the Chat and was able to get through after an hour. I was informed that they had scheduled me a drop off the next day, good thing I decided to chat, because they never called to let me know they were coming and I would not have been home! The time was between 10-2pm. So I took more time off work, and stayed home. No calls and at 2pm, no bike. They showed up at 4pm and claimed they didn't have my phone number, but it was on the form they had me sign. I will never order anything that has to go through NSD again. I wish Staples had given us the option to work with a different delivery company. I received an email saying the desk we ordered would be delivered in 10-14 business days. It has now been 20 days, and no desk has arrived. My building has specific rules for furniture delivery, which I've relayed to FIVE different NDS agents, all of whom have ignored me. Each time I explain our delivery rules to them, they sound surprised, so NSD agents are clearly not communicating with each other or writing any of your instructions down (and yes, I paid for the supposed "white glove delivery" service.) If you have any sort of special delivery instructions, avoid this company like the plague. They don't listen, and don't care. ***UPDATE:*** over the past week, NSD has made four (FOUR!) "attempts" to deliver this desk and has failed every single time. Once they came outside of the hours we instructed them to deliver, once they claimed their truck was too big to fit into our loading dock (a normal sized loading dock, so I'm curious as to how big this truck could have possibly been?) on one occasion they failed to confirm their delivery time, and on the last, after having me wait TWO AND A HALF hours late at my office on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, they never bothered to show at all (I called their warehouse multiple times during those two and a half hours, each time I was assured that it was out for delivery. I guess the driver skipped me because he wanted to start his Memorial Day weekend early? Funny, so did I, but alas.) In the end, I had to cancel this order, and Staples lost a sale due to NSD's failure to do their job. I would strongly advise any company considering working with NSD to look elsewhere. There are many 4 star rated delivery companies in the D.C. area. I'm sure NDS is cheaper to work with (or I certainly hope they're cheap to work with, given the poor, poor quality of service they provide), but working with a company that's too cheap to actually deliver is just stepping over dollars to pick up pennies. read more

I've been in logistics for many years and have never seen such poor customer service. From their chat reps who never follow through, to their phone reps, (worthless), to their email (crickets). Their tracking info is all over the place, usually making no sense. I finally received my shipment, beat to hell, and bruised, but I was happy to end this and get out of this mess. From start to finish a debacle. Beware. What you have here is a broker, with no trucks, little or no company assets, who broker with other carriers, anyone evidently, and place themselves in the middle to skim what they can from the top. read more

This is a rotten company with the worst service. Per their own tracking I was supposed to receive a shipment from Amazon on 5-19-2021 between 8am - 8pm. I waited all day for my shipment to arrive, which it did not. Now today their tracking shows out for delivery again between 7am - 7pm. I have called them numerous times, to no avail to find out what is going on. There is literally no customer service response to calls. I then called Amazon and they were able to make contact with NSD, and they were told that NSD would now deliver the shipment tomorrow 5-21-2021. If the shipment was on their truck and out for delivery yesterday, why wouldn't they deliver it today? I waited around all day yesterday because this is a fairly valuable item and it is raining and snowing here and it can't be left unattended and outside. I will do my best in the future to make sure and not do any business whatsoever with this substandard company. I will even go so far as to say I will pay more money elsewhere to make sure that NSD does not get any of my business! read more

We purchased furniture through Purchasing Power. This company uses NSD to ship. When the freight gets to the location, it contracts out to a third courier. In our case, this is Cavilier Courier Logistics in Midland Tx. We have purchased large freight items in the past, and this was the shipping process used. We have NEVER had a bad experience with either company. I do not know the exact issue between Home Depot and NSD, hopefully a solution can be made soon. As far as we are concerned, we are extremely happy with the customer service. They delivered, on time, called a day ahead to scedule, set up the furniture where and how we wanted it. Very friendly! I was in the hospital when the Costco order arrived via Triple O Movers (follow up communications by Nonstop Delivery). The items were heavy and one of the movers was a smaller woman. They had no moving straps etc. Once in the house they set the boxes on the new wood floor and scooted them to the bedroom. My wife was exhausted from taking care of me and was anxious to get back to the hospital. They handed her the invoice and told her to sign it indicating the product was delivered in good condition. Who could possibly know this without having used the equipment or having time to examine it. Anyway, the equipment appears to be okay. They didn't tell us to check the house! After they were gone and I returned the next day, we began to see scratches on the floor and a bent porch light they purposely did not mention hitting. I called twice and was told Ken would call me. Of course Ken was not a communicator and instead hid behind his phone line. I called Costco who contacted the manufacturer who contacted the movers. A week later I got a call and was told they would "research" this problem Today I got a letter with the invoice, a copy of which was not left with us, They say we signed the delivery slip so they are not doing anything. We are not finished. In any event, this is not the path taken by a reputable vendor. I passed my thoughts to Costco and the manufacturer. This was a Colorado Springs Delivery. At this date they are retracing their decision. I will get back. read more

This company received my adjustable bed on Monday morning. I emailed their customer service address to inquire as to when I can expect delivery but never received a response. I called three times only to have them tell me "someone will call you". On the fourth call, I insisted on getting a phone number for the local dispatcher in the Orange County, CA area. I called and spoke to a person named Sean who made it clear that he could care less about how long they have had my product, and informed me I will get my product either Monday or Tuesday. When I told him I had already made four calls and I was very frustrated, he said "are you done?" Now, I have to wonder, for those of us who have jobs, if we can't sit home on a Monday or Tuesday waiting around for them, how many more weeks will it take before they get around to my area for their next delivery? What I found most outrageous is their bragging on their own web site about their exceptional customer service and consistent communication. Consistent communication - seriously? They have yet to respond to my email or follow up on my four phone inquiries. This is just another company that loves to brag about how great they are but when it comes right down to it, they are just another mediocre service provider whose employees have a bad attitude and could care less about providing the exceptional customer service experience they brag about. If I had known it would be this difficult to get my package, I would have arranged for a local moving company to help me carry it up the stairs. After all, I'm paying them $325 to carry a box up a flight of stairs, and they can't even be courteous and responsive in doing so. read more

Worse delivery company ever! When I checked my tracking information, My fridge had arrived in South Bend on a Wednesday and had a ETA for Friday delivery. I called 4 times to find out if they was going to deliver, each time I spoke with a agent, no one knew when it was coming. On the final call at 6pm (after I have been home waiting all day!) I was told Monday. So Monday rolls around, I see I have not received a call all day, I call again, and then I am told Tuesday. I would give this company a minus * if possible. I ordered three closet doors from Home Depot and paid $165 delivery fee as they could not be delivered to the store. The morning of delivery Home Depot texted me to say the driver would be here between noon and 4:00 pm. About 2:30 the driver called me to verify the address and to say he would be at my home in approximately 30 minutes. I kept checking as I did not want to miss him. My garage is closer to the street than my front door and easier access also. About 3:20 I opened the garage door again to find that the doors had been left on my door step. The driver did not ring the bell or knock on the door. These are heavy doors and I cannot carry them because of a back injury. I phoned the driver and asked him why he didn't ring the bell. He said he didn't have to and hung up on me. When I spoke to Dave at NSD, he pretty much said the same thing. That was their policy. In other words, too bad lady. He did pretend as if he was going to get the driver's story. As if the driver would admit to being a disrespectful lout. Unprofessional, disrespectful, discourteous. Home Depot, find another carrier. This outfit doesn't know the meaning of service. read more

I've updated my review, because I did receive my item today. PatL from NSD, who responded to my original review, was most helpful in getting my item delivered to me. The delivery was made exactly when it was scheduled (this time), and the driver could not have been more polite and apologetic for the original problems. If today had been my only experience with NSD, I would have given it five stars, because today was definitely a five star experience. read more

I have not even received my delivery but at this point they cannot do anything else to raise the star rating. I was told that my nordictrack would be here on Saturday between 2-6pm. No one called or showed up. I tried calling the office and no one was there. I then emailed customer service who didn't apologize for the fact they were a no show but said dispatch would call me. THEN, I contacted them again later that day after i didn't receive a call (meanwhile I can see that my treadmill has been at the warehouse since 9/21), and the lady tells me that they will call me and says sorry there was a miscommunication. After reading the horrible reviews of the delivery services used by icon fitness, i decided i would try to do my best to expedite getting my new exercise machine scheduled for delivery and then delivered on time. Well, NSD has had my item for 24 hours and i cannot even get my delivery scheduled. Scheduling a delivery should be a five minute undertaking for an actual delivery company. I mean, this is their only job. Delivering things. Why can they not schedule my delivery? I waited on hold to speak with a supervisor (for close to an hour) after being told that the local terminal would call me in 1-2 business days to schedule delivery because of some unknown reason. This is unacceptable to me. So i waited for the supervisor. The supervisor was unable to get a hold of the terminal. I was told again that they will call me to schedule the delivery, but with no actual time frame. Basically, when they feel like it. I was also told by brian, the supervisor, that nsd delivers all items within 1-3 business days of their receipt of the item. WHAT? I cannot even get them to SCHEDULE the delivery within 1-3 business day, much less actually get them to DELIVER my property. Needless to say, i am NOT a happy camper right now. So there you have it. In an age where everyone shops online and gets everything delivered, the shady delivery companies can't seem to figure it out and do their job in a timely fashion. Update-they did call me to schedule my delivery for Tuesday. So my persistence must have paid off. I will update again if there are any issues with delivery. read more

Very poor, haven't received my shipment yet, it was supposed to be here yesterday. Contacted NSD customer service this morning after the no-show yesterday. The CSR tried contact the local hub where my shipment was sitting, and she was unable to contact anyone, said she would e-mail dispatcher and have them contact me asap. No call. I contact NSD again this time CSR gets dispatcher to call me, she says she tried to call me yesterday except I was home all day yesterday waiting for them to deliver, I can see all calls in phone history. Nobody at NSD tried to contact me. It took 8 days for them to ship a chair from LA to SF and now it will be next Tuesday before they will be able to deliver it. I can't believe this company is still in business, I know logistics and this is really poor. read more

If there was another option I would have taken it. The delivery guys were nice enough, the delivery time frame was a large window but I understand that too. Once our item was delivered we realized it wasn't even what we ordered. The drivers immediately took it back. Then the process started over again. They weren't able to make a special trip and complete the delivery on the scheduled day. The next day wasn't possible with such a vague time frame, so we opted for two days later. When I spoke with someone and asked for the earliest time frame on that day, the response was "you're asking us to move you to the front of the list"? My delivery was scheduled two days ago, why wouldn't I ALREADY be at the front of that list??? I expected it to be redelivered that same day, not two days later with all this grief. We had a NordicTrack delivered through NSD. Received confirmation that it would be delivered on a Monday from 7-9am. At 9:45 my husband got a text stating the truck had broken down and they would contact us shortly to let us know when they were on their way. No problem, we understand things happen. My husband waited ALL day for someone to let him know something about the delivery, never heard anything and tracking still said it was out for delivery. We texted the number back, called NSD multiple times requesting a call back, tried to chat online and also emailed just trying to get an update. Not one person ever answered, could not get a hold of anyone. Tried Tuesday morning at 7:30am, requested a call back. Eventually I got in touch via online chat. I explained the situation and she said the distribution center was closed and they would have to contact us directly to reschedule. Hours later, they texted my husband with a new delivery time for the following day, Wednesday. At 9:57PM that night I finally received my call back, a full 14 1/2 hours later! Couldn't understand a word she said, not because of accent but because of food or something in her mouth and a bad connection. Wednesday, the drivers showed up an hour early with only a 20 min early notice. One guy was on a personal call while bringing my delivery inside and the only thing they other guy said was "sign here" then rattled something off about setting it up. Worst customer service ever. Same story as the others I guess. Ordered a shed from Amazon and scheduled delivery for 12/13 between 12-3. No one showed or called. Contacted NSD two times over the next three days and was told that they couldn't get a hold of the local office but that someone would call me back in 2-3 hours to reschedule. No one ever called. Contacted NSD again today a third time through their chat and the gentleman told me someone would call me within 2-3 hours--I told him that I had done this already and no one ever called. Then he told me directly after someone would contact me within 24-48 hours. I wanted to clarify this, but he gave me a smiley face and closed the chat on me. LOL. Update: Robert (an NSD supervisor referenced in the previous review) called me personally this morning. He apologized for the missing tablet, and stated that the NSD team checked the warehouse to ascertain if the tablet was perhaps delivered in a separate package. They could not find a separate package for the NordicTrack tablet. I thanked Robert for his time and efforts in trying to assist me in this matter. It was truly appreciated that he again reached out to me. I contacted NordicTrack, and NordicTrack has assured me that they will be sending me a new tablet and upgraded the shipping of the tablet to UPS blue (2nd day air delivery).I expect to receive the tablet within the next week and a half, after NordicTrack programs their new tablet shipment (programming takes several days) that they just received. read more

We ordered a Nordic Track, which weighed in at about 350 lbs. The communication advising us when the equipment left the warehouse and when it actually arrived at the location where it was supposed to be delivered from to my home and this is where communication stopped. When I knew that the equipment was in the area, I was curious of where in the delivery process the equipment was at and to my surprise the notes on the site indicated that we were notified, and they spoke to me mind you, to set up a delivery date an time, which in fact never happened. I called Nordic Track and explained to them my findings, and they confirmed what NSD advised to Nordic Track. At the end of the day, we corrected this and a date and time was set. I also requested to be contacted when the driver was en route, for which again, never occurred by NSD. If it was not for my son being able to accepted the equipment, they probably would have dropped it off in the driveway for all I know. The one positive thing that I must give the drivers for is the physical handling of this very heavy piece of equipment. I know that they are just doing their job, but they are also humans and for this I give them great credit for what they do. read more

What started out as a good experience turned sour quickly. Originally my delivery was scheduled for 11/22/2021. There was a hiccup during shipping to their terminal that might have caused a delay but luckily it was going to arrive at my house same day just later in the day. However the day of delivery they were a no show and no call. So reached out to them this morning since I didn't get any information at all. They rescheduled for next Monday, however I was expecting the delivery for Thanksgiving. The customer support rep reached out to the terminal to try and get an earlier delivery but they were told there would be no more deliveries this week due to Thanksgiving. I will give them props on trying to make things happen but the lack of communication as well as them just not showing up has put me in a bind now. I'll make it work but others beware that you might not get your delivery on time and if not you won't be notified. Very poor experience with no recourse to "make it right". read more

( i am the landlord, lol) it was a note i left instructions on the door to leave the cabinets on the porch! the driver was just too lazy to get out of his truck and walk 20 steps to read the note ! they gave me delivery dates changing them over and over. one excuse after another some of them so ridiculous it would be funny if it hadn't delayed my kitchen remodel and cost me a thousand dollars month rent from a tenant ! then they sent someone out to take a picture of my front door, ( but didn't leave the cabinets !) ?? - i sent this email to the mgr of home depot; "whoever took the picture of the front door removed the note first that i taped to the door for the driver. then after the pic they put the note back on the door. i found the note back on the door with the tape loose. someone is lying. if they can manage to take a picture, i fail to see why they cant put 3 cabinets on the porch? why all the games and subterfuge? why not just deliver the cabinets????? this entire thing is ridiculous beyond words ! if nsd can not read a map or an address why is home depot using them? i will no longer torture myself by shopping at home depot. it is one thing after another shopping there. the big $$ i was spending on these 2 remodels there? gone. no more. i just cant take the abuse any more. im going to lowe's.
