Do not place online order from Home Depot and/or use Non Stop Delivery, Inc. They are unprofessional and irresponsible. I ordered a bathtub from Home Depot and Home Depot used Non Stop Delivery, Inc for their shipping. My item was scheduled to deliver to my home on 8/07/2013, by Non Stop Delivery, Inc but it wasn't. I called in at the end of the day, they stated it will be delivered by the morning of 8/08/2013. I took a day off to stay home, waiting for the item. They call me at 8:15 on 8/08/2013 and told me my item will be delivered between 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm on 8/09/2013. I told them that my item was scheduled to deliver by 8/07/2013, and they responded that it was just an estimate delivery time. WORST EXPERIENCE ORDERING ONLINE EVER!! Ordered a patio table and chairs that were supposed to be dilevered on 6/6/14 and got pushed back to 6/7/14 between 12:00-4:00. No table and chairs. Contacted Home Depot that evening twice and no help! All they could say was it was on the truck and it was out for delivery. Sunday I called the number I could find for NSD and was put on hold so they could call the terminal.... The guy came back and said THEY FORGOT TO PUT MY PACKAGE ON THE TRUCK!! How is that when they told me it was on the truck the whole time!! Needless to say Monday 6/9/14 came around and was told it would be delivered on 6/10/14....because the truck for Monday was already full!! Wayfair.com uses these guys and I do not understand why they would go with them. They answer their phones, but never calls you back to follow-up with the situation like they had promised. From the sound of it, shipment is always delayed and never on time, and I couldn't agree more. Wayfair.com told me that they returned my calls and left voicemails, but given today's technology, it's hard to not see a missed call or voicemail for that matter. Lies! This is the worst delivery company I have ever used. NSD has been holding my package hostage at the local terminal going on 13 days and the best part is that the terminal is about 30 minutes from my location. Customer service is terrible. If you are lucky enough to contact anyone, the standard response is the the scheduler or manager is away from their desk and will contact you within the hour. This never happens. Zero stars should be an option. The most miserable excuse for a company I have ever come across in my life. Just read the rest of the reviews here, we are all having the same issues. Our delivery was supposed to originally occur Saturday July 17th. We get a call from the company during our delivery window that the drivers couldn't find our house despite being in a subdivision in Sterling that anyone with Google Maps can find. We were desperate to get a hold of them to find out what was going on but nothing on that Saturday, nothing on that Sunday, and tried all day that Monday. Finally we get a human on the phone and she tells us the driver couldn't find our house, but yet pulls up a photo sent by the driver of the front of our house! The delivery team simply didn't feel like delivering our product and drove past our house and claimed to the company that they couldn't find it. Zero accountability. This company is committing outright fraud at this point. I recommend to anyone dealing with this miserable excuse for a company to call the prime vendor and tell them to cancel your order because honestly it'll be amazing if you ever receive it. These people should be put of business and living on the streets for what they put their customers thru. And its not like we have a choice! I will never buy another product that has to go through NSD as the final mile carrier. My bathtub which was delivered to their final mile terminal was delivered to them on 12/28/2020. Then it was lost. The Nordic Track arrived at the same facility on 1/12/2021 and has been sitting there for a week. I called them last Friday 1/15/2021 and while I was on the phone with them scheduled the delivery for 1/19/2021. An hour later a representative called me telling me that they found the tub and it would be on the same truck as the Nordic Track. Called them on 1/19 as I hadn't received a call by the afternoon for the delivery. That agent told me that they never had a delivery scheduled as well as that they had not found my tub. Her name was Christine O. and she escalated it to the case worker for the Aztec, NM location Jessica. She told me that I would receive a call on Tuesday and that she would follow up with me the next day. Christine O. did in fact call on Wednesday to see if I had received a call. I had not. She got on the phone with Jessica at the Aztec terminal and told me Jessica would call me by the end of day and that I would in fact have my delivery by today (1/21) or tomorrow by the latest. It is 4:25pm and guess what still no call and no scheduled delivery. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. Over 7 hours on the phone and chat and still no resolution. Have emailed customercare and the service organization with no resolution. Filed a BBB complaint today as this company is a total joke! read more

One of the worst shipping experiences known to man. I ordered a tv from Purchasing Power on July7th. It shipped July 10th and as of July 21st 2017 I still have not received the television. I can see the tracking information and the representatives continue to lie about where the television is and when it will be delivered. I called again yesterday to check the status and once again they told me someone would call me tomorrow to schedule a delivery and I went to check the tracking on it and it says " customer requests storage" which is a bold face lie. I asked them if I could come pick it up myself and I was told no. I've called several times and requested a call back and not one time has anyone returned my calls. This company is an absolute joke. I ordered a treadmill in Mid June - I got an email from them July 5 that they broke the treadmill and I needed to get Amazon to ship another one. As always, Amazon was great and got another ordered for me immediately. It ships. I continue to check my tracking and and without notifying me they "schedule" delivery on July 15th and someone needs to be there in order to sign. So the day before, I take off work and sit at my house. The delivery windows comes and goes, I try to call and sit on hold for an hour every time before it ends up hanging up on me. The next day I call Amazon to find out what the deal is and they inform me that typically they will deliver the next day. Guess what - No delivery. I call Amazon again who says that they got a hold of them (not sure how) and they should be calling me within an hour - not to my surprise, no call. I call Amazon back on July 17 to see if I can just pick the stupid thing up instead of waiting on them, and they again said they got a hold of someone and they should be calling and letting me know where to pick it up in the next 48 hours. GUESS WHAT!? Still nothing. Let's just say I am unhappy customer who just wants the $2000 piece of equipment I ordered. Is that so difficult? read more

I have never dealt with a worse company. I ordered a treadmill from Amazon on June 24th. I chose the option where I would get a phone call prior to delivery and the delivery would require a signature since it was a larger purchase. I had never heard of NSD before, but on July 6th, when I had still heard nothing about my package, I tried to track my package and found out it was supposedly in California. According to NSD's tracking website, it traveled to California on June 25th and had not budged since! It said delivery was scheduled for July 8th at 2:00, so I waited to see if that would actually happen. It did not. I tried to call NSD and use their online chat option. None of my attempts to reach the company were ever successful, even when I used their option to receive a call back at their convenience they never called back. On July 9th, I called Amazon to see if they could help me. They also tried contacting NSD (on hold for 45 mins, someone named Erica answered and then quickly hung up on the Amazon Customer Service Representative). Amazon told me my package was actually still in Seattle and that they would re-ship it and put a note in my order that I did not wish to use NSD this time around. Unfortunately, the note was apparently missed, and NSD was once again my shipping company. My package was supposed to arrive on July 12th, according to NSD's tracking website, but I had no faith in that because the website also said it had not yet left Seattle (by this time it was July 11th). So, I called Amazon back. Once again, they tried to contact NSD and once again they were placed on a long hold and then disconnected. So, they allowed me to cancel my order and refunded my money. This morning, July 19th, with no phone call prior to delivery as there was supposed to be, my doorbell rings. It's the treadmill! The man delivering it was very kind--none of this was his fault. I politely refused delivery just as Amazon had instructed me to do if it ever showed up. I am so glad that my time of dealing with NSD has come to a close! From my research, it seems that I had an easy time compared to what others have been through with this company. They deliver big box items for Home Depot and some for Amazon. Please avoid them if you can. Request a different carrier when you can. Read their reviews and their BBB complaints. Dealing with NSD is a struggle you do not want in your life. read more

I have ordered freight delivery services several times in the past, and this company was used. I've never had an issue with their services, they have always been on time, or early, and very courteous. I understand that freight services are different than regular delivery, and everyone will experience a difference in service time, but I've always had positive experiences with this company, and I'm relieved when I see it is NSD that is selected to ship my freight products because I have a history with them; I trust their services and always find them reliable. The public will always be quick to review a bad experience, but I can't name the number of times I've had positive experiences with this company and didn't write a positive review for them. I will usually let poor customer service slide, but this company goes above and beyond to be absolutely atrocious! I placed an order through Amazon for a bed frame and it said we would be contacted for delivery by NSD. The tracking showed it was in the town of the final destination, but 4 days later, still no contact from them. Around day 5 we received a call but I couldn't get to my phone until the fourth ring and they hung up. Tried calling back immediately, but no answer. Three days later, no calls or msgs from them. I tried using their internet chat, but nobody would answer it. I tried emailing multiple times but got robot-response and never an answer from anyone. I called Amazon and had them add a second contact number, still no calls or texts from them but NSD had updated the Amazon delivery saying unable to contact us. After a week of failed attempts at contacting anyone at NSD via phone or email (hours on musical hold and leaving msgs for them to call me back), I contacted Amazon again. After many failed attempts by Amazon to contact them, they agreed to just cancel my order. I do not know how any business can survive with this lack of service, but I'm beginning to think they aren't really a business at all. For any future Amazon orders for me, I will immediately cancel order if I find out NSD is the carrier. Read the Better Business Bureau reports on NSD, they are not good and there are a lot of them recently. Who knew that Non Stop Delivery meant that they don't stop to deliver at all. Could be the worst delivery company I've ever dealt with. Home Depot used this carrier for an online order I made on Memorial Day weekend. I ordered two products - shipped separately. The first product (grill) was delivered a week late - after repeated calls to HD for updates on it's status. NSD's online tracker is not regularly updated, so the customer has no idea where it is and when it's due. The grill turned up on our driveway - upside down - with a shipping receipt instructing us to "be sure to inspect the product with the driver". Never saw the driver - or the truck. Zipped in the neighborhood lightening fast and ninja silent. Didn't even rouse the dog who barks when flies fart. Thankfully, the grill was in good condition. The patio furniture is an entirely different issue. Tracking on the website shows that it left the GA processing warehouse on 6/3, 6/4, and 6/5. So, unless they are shipping this a piece at a time - I'd assume the tracking is unreliable and not to be trusted. It's coming from Georgia to Virginia. 10 days by truck. I'm beginning to believe that NON STOP Delivery makes MULTIPLE STOPS along the way. HD customer service gave us a gift card for this problem. Nice enough. But still no sectional patio sofa. It's a huge inconvenience as my drunken neighbors have resorted to passing out on the patio table on my deck since the sectional is stuck in delivery hell. I eat off of that table. HD is now telling me that they have a new policy in place for handling NSD customer issues. NSD's tracking service is now offline AND they aren't returning calls to HD for updates. I see there are multiple complaints from other reviewers - who also ordered online from HD. If any of you actually receive your products - and if you are fast enough to catch the driver before he teleports away - ask him where my sofa is. read more

I have NEVER dealt with any company that is so incompetent. Ordered item from Amazon who uses this "company". I have been waiting over a month to have a chair delivered. NSD keeps telling me - after at least 15 phone calls in 3 days - they can't reach anyone at their warehouse. What company can't reach their own warehouse?? Updates on their website and phone systems states it will be delivered today (says that every day) but never comes. In addition, when you contact them by phone, you are on hold for at least 20 minutes to 30 minutes. Either they are completely understaffed or they have a lot of complaints. I spoke to several people who never followed through with their follow up calls. After reading other reviews, it appears I even spoke to the business manager who could reach the warehouse. I contacted Amazon who states the terminal will contact me at 9:30 today to reschedule. Ha!!! Cannot imagine this will happen. It appears I have to leave a rating.....it will be a one, but I would give them -100 if I could. NEVER EVER will I do business or recommend them to anyone!!! read more

Worst experience I've ever had. Ordered a lawn mower from Home Depot and these clowns ended up with the responsibility of delivering it. Still don't have it after weeks and countless calls. They have yet to contact me once. Have to wait on hold forever to talk to anyone, been hung up on and told conflicting stories on when they got it and when they may deliver it. Delivery days come and go with no contact. Nobody seems to care, they just tell you whatever it takes to get you off the phone. Conveniently never a manager around and after many requests, never a call back. They just keep telling me they need a few more days to "prepare" for delivery! Update: Finally got delivered the other day. Got a call from a different phone number, they claimed to be a third party calling on behalf of NSD and Home Depot. I was skeptical but it did show up, right at the end of the 4 hour window, without a call ahead like they promised. My wife was home and asked the driver about the call we were supposed to get, he said it was his managers job to do that. She asked a few questions and he was short with her and she mentioned bad reviews and issues with NSD and he chuckled and said he wasn't surprised! read more

I have gotten several deliveries over the years from NSD. Online, over the phone and delivery folks...no problems and very polite. Good job. I am getting another delivery next week and had to upgrade to white glove service- so far, no problems. I'll update my post after my delivery. If history is any indication, all should go well. Home Depot DESPERATELY NEEDS TO CONTRACT WITH A DIFFERENT TRANSFER/DELIVERY COMPANY!!! I ordered a bathroom vanity last summer (2020) and it was never delivered. It arrived at the Birmingham NSD terminal and was "lost". Item was out of stock and could not be reordered UNTIL I finally received an in stock email this May and reordered thinking that I surely wouldn't have the same experience, WRONG!!! My bathroom vanity arrived at the Birmingham NSD terminal on 6/14/21 and was expected to be delivered on 6/25/21. Never received delivery so I contacted Home Depot and they opened a case. Couldn't get anyone by phone at NSD and received an automated message saying I would receive a return call, never happened. Sent a message via their website and received a reply that someone would contact me, never happened either. Miraculously, received a voicemail the evening of 6/29/21 stating I was scheduled for delivery on 6/30/21 and would receive a call from the driver 30 mins before, never happened nor did delivery. NSD tracking shows delivery scheduled 6/29/21 and 6/30/21, automated system stated delivery scheduled 6/30/21 between 9:30 AM-1:30 PM. Contacted Home Depot and they were able to speak to someone at the Birmingham NSD terminal and were told my item cannot be located and they asked that I give them until 7/7/21 before declaring my item "lost in transit". In this day and age, how can a large delivery be lost exactly the same way TWICE one year apart??!! It doesn't take a genius to figure out that my item(s) have been STOLEN TWICE by someone employed by NSD Birmingham. I will be calling the police department to report theft of this year's missing item! And the icing on the cake is that the item is once again out of stock at Home Depot, so I can't reorder. read more

We are upgrading our current backyard gazebo with a more weather tolerant one we found online at homedepot.com. We placed the order for this item on June 5th and according to all tracking reports it shipped on the 8th. I followed the tracking closely each day... it said it would be here Friday June 16th. Then I check to see if it is out for delivery and to my surprise it now said Monday the 19th. I called NSD to find out what was going on and at that point all they could do was to tell me it just got to the local terminal 2 hours prior and they had not yet put it on a truck for next day delivery yet. Friday comes and nothing... I called them again and they were near beligerent on the phone with me as said what I had to say. They then told me it would definitely be on a truck for Monday. Monday came and nothing again. I called home Depot directly to explain the issue. They were nothing short of amazing in expectations in trying to resolve this. They credited back the freight shipping charge and we thought all would be good as they called them (NSD) to have them release it to the local home depot and have an associate of the store go get it and deliver it to me personally. Nope... they didn't want to abide by that idea at all, which they should have because it would have voided them from having to do anything else. So the home Depot rep calls them again to verify that my order was going to be delivered on Wednesday the 21st. (It was even in all NSD notes for delivery today) and it was supposed to have been between 8 and 12... NOPE!! So back and forth between home depot and NSD it has been escalated to a case file now. All in all home depot gave me 3 different credits back to my original purchasing CC. So today like all the other times I call NSD and even home depot called them... no one that I talked to could get a dispatcher on the phone at the local terminal??? Absolutely ridiculous the way they treat their customers (not by choice either). They lie when they say they'll call back, they pretend they have no idea what is going on, and I even caught one of the NSD reps in a lie she tried to play out on me. NSD is a horrible horrible shipping company and home depot needs to drop them like the trash that they are. This was supposed to be my father's day present so I can spend time outside with my wife and kids as a lot of my medications prohibit me from getting to much direct sunlight. I am in no way disappointed in home depot and will shop in their store but never again online. Yelp requires I give them at least one star and in truth they don't even deserve that, or even a half, or part; more like none! So once the local subcontractor (Crosstown delivery) was finally alerted that there was a pickup, everything went like it should from the start- I was contacted yesterday by a very nice lady who gave me a window of time today and told me someone would be in touch with me today. This morning I received a call 35 minutes before the window began and the truck was here at the beginning of the time window. The delivery driver was competent, professional, and pleasant. NSD just needs to work out their internal issues- once their guy was here I had a 5 star experience. read more

I ordered a desk from Amazon on 2/1/2020. Item shipped on 2/3/2020 and arrived in my city on 2/4/2020. Delivery was scheduled for 2/7/2020 and these guys show up at the very last minute only to be told that they don't have my package on their truck. The main delivery guy was acting very nervous and I thought he was just uneasy about losing a customer's package. After receiving a phone call this morning from Krystyna Adams (a company employee) and reading many reviews in this delivery company, I believe my package has been stolen by someone within the company. Krystyna said they are having trouble locating my package and that it may have been delivered to the wrong house. How do you deliver a package that size to a wrong house?! I don't know about this company, but other delivery services have to scan packages to match up the customer name and address on the package to the address it's being delivered at. Also, their scanner will tell them how many packages are being delivered at that time. There is something seriously shady going on with this delivery company!! read more

I was very disappointed at the level of professionalism the drivers (2) displayed. First, one of the drivers called me to let me know he was outside of my home. This was at 12 noon. The scheduled time was between 3-7pm. I let the driver know I was not home and the time that was allotted for me. He tells me he knows of no time and if I want my item then he needs to deliver it at that time (12 noon) or I can reschedule for another delivery date. He then hung up the phone. I was in shock at this type of treatment. I called the driver back and further reminded him that I was suppose to receive a call 30 minutes before arrive, my allotted time and that I was contacting his manager. He then tells me he will be back in 3 hours. When he arrived he had a very poor attitude. VERY unacceptable. We are still in COVID and I asked him to please put shoe covers on. I have it already provided for the drivers. He then started to fuss about how was he suppose to bring the equipment in and put those over his feet. I simply told him to figure it out because his muddy shoes were NOT coming into my home. It has been raining severely that day. The two men proceeded to come in and assemble the equipment. I told him specifically where I wanted it to get. He decided not to put it where I requested him, left it and said he was done. I would not recommend this company. We paid $199 for white glove service of a couch. They showed up 3 days late unannounced, in the rain with my couch in the back of a pickup. Had no tools to install the legs and borrowed my drill. Really? It was painfully horrible. read more

Like many others, my experience with this company is the worst ever. I wish they have a negative star as well. I will call the vendor, Build.com, and persuade them to avoid this company. My experience was so negative that the vendor's image will get hurt. Conway delivered my cooktop within two days covering 400 miles. It took NSD six days to cover the remaining 10 miles. SIX DAYS! They have only ONE phone # for the entire US operation (which is NOT an 800-number, by the way), and I once had 19 callers ahead of me. When my vendor called them, it was so jammed that he couldn't even get to the computer message. When the local delivery guys finally came, they were on a Ryder's RENTAL TRUCK. It makes me believe that they rent a truck once a week regardless of the delivery schedule. They didn't call me 30 minutes before as it was promised, or they didn't set a four-hour window as promised for the "White Glove Service." When I mentioned these services, the driver laughed, since he wasn't told anything about it. This company simply doesn't care about the customer and doesn't fulfill the contract. Companies like this should not be used by any conscientious vendors, and we should tell THEM not to use this company. Otherwise, they will keep operating. read more

With all of the low reviews, I was very nervous having these people deliver my new t.v. What a pleasant surprise when they were competent, polite, helpful and respectful. The only reason that they didn't get 5stars was that I had to wait an extra day because they don't deliver every day in all areas. Other than that everything went great. Thank you! read more

2/11 update - Upgrading from 1 to 2 stars. I was quickly contacted once my bad yelp review was published and my pick up was promptly scheduled. I received a 30 minute call ahead of the pickup and the men were on time and professional. I even received a follow up email from customer service to make sure all had gone well. I do not think I would have received this level of service had I not posted the original review. The overall scheduling process (customer service / local dispatcher) needs work but once leadership was made aware of my situation appropriate action was taken for resolution. I would still be very reluctant to use this company in the future. Original Post - BEWARE! This has been the most frustrating customer service experience I have ever dealt with. I have called at least 6 times since 1/26 to try to schedule a pickup and still have no idea if or when they are coming. I called last week and was told I would receive a call back to schedule my pickup, that never happened so I called again later in the week and was told they will not be in my area this week but they would schedule a pickup with me this week. I have called 4 times this week and each call resulted in the runaround, let me call the local terminal, oh he's finalizing his schedule and will call you back today etc.. Still I have not received a single call from ANYONE at NonStop Delivery. My latest call resulted in them telling me that again this week they will not be in my area but maybe next week. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told all managers had left for the day and I could be transferred to voicemail and someone would call me back. We had a dresser that was supposed to be delivered by NSD. The first order we had was in November of 2021. The status showed "out for delivery" for a couple of weeks, so I called to find out the status. Not sure what happened - but it appears it was lost and our order was closed assuming it was delivered. Another dresser was ordered in January 2022. Finally, it was shipped to NSD to be delivered on Jan 21. Status showed "out for delivery" on the 24 - but no call or delivery - so I called. The People at NSD were very polite once you get in touch with someone (waiting on hold sometimes and hour). However, the Terminal performing the delivery never gave any updates. We never got any calls back when promised. I had to call every day (sometimes twice) to be the squeaky wheel. I was promised escalations each time. Finally, on Jan 31st we got the call that it was going to be delivered- and it actually was. We were told that day that this particular Terminal was no longer to be utilized. read more
