So frustrated with the customer service! I ordered four items from Home Depot and the last item I am waiting on was picked up at the Home Depot warehouse by NSD. NSD provided a tracking number on the Home Depot website. When I went to track the updates for delivery, tracking number 14175544, it said tracking number cannot be found. After sending an e-mail to NSD, not being able to help, she suggested I call and talk to a rep. After trying off and on all day on May 6, leaving a call back number, I was never contacted. At 8 pm EST I tried again and finally got a rep, foreign, who was hard to understand. She could not find my order and suggested I contact Home Depot, which I did and the only tracking number she had from NSD was the same invalid tracking number I have. I can't understand why the rep from NSD couldn't look for my order by the delivery address! Right now, I have no idea where my package is! Not happy! One star is too much! read more

WOW!!!!!! The review's I have read about this company have answered all of my question's . I can't believe they are still in business! This company is a joke! If I have a choice I will never use them again. The supervisor Robert Hollis sent me a e-mail confirming we had talked and a pick up was scheduled. In his e-mail he instructed me to call him if I had not heard from the driver a half an hour before the pick up time. I did not hear from the driver and called him to find out what was going on. He told me he did not no who told me about the pick up time and that it wasn't going to be picked for 2 more day's. I had to refresh his memory that he told me and I had the e-mail to prove it. I forgot one thing this is the second time they were suppose to pick this item up and I was told the driver tried to call but got no answer. That didn't happen either. I can't believe Home Depot use's this Company. The owner of NSD must be real proud of the dog and pony show he has going on. I wish I could give no stars!! EDIT/UPDATE: Pat saw my issue posted here and reached out to help us. We had our delivery the next business day. (3 days because it was a Friday). Very happy that he saw our problem and helped get it resolved. Our item was delivered during the quoted delivery window today. The item was in perfect condition, and the delivery man was very nice. Thank you Pat. I am changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because although we did get our item, there was still a bit of trouble. I would give Pat five stars though. He definitely goes above and beyond for customers. Ordered through purchasing power, payroll deduct. I assumed the shipment would arrive UPS or FedEx as the other items we ordered from them had. After the item shipped and I saw that it was coming through Non Stop Delivery, I researched them and found mountains of complaints. I immediately got a sick feeling. The tracking on our order has not changed in a week. We are in Indiana, the item shipped from Illinois. That is our neighboring state. We have inquired three times and was first told it was at the last terminal and would be delivered on 9/6. It was not. Today we were told that it wasn't even at the last terminal yet, to give it another couple of days. They could not tell us where our item is, what truck it is on, or any basic information that a shipping company should have available on every package. I have read endless complaints that are exactly like our situation and people never got their merchandise. We are already being charged payments on an item that has not been delivered. I have been try to get a hold of NSD for a week through phone, chat and email. I have had a status of in transit to warehouse for over a week. I was supposed to have my delivery by today. It was a crib for my daughter and if I do not have it by tomorrow my daughter does not have a crib. I will have to go and buy another crib and I will be out $500. I wrote an email because that is how BSD stated was the best way to get a hold of someone. The response was "check tracking on website". I am unable to get a hold of a real human. Its absolutely unacceptable. If I had a real ETA from them or even just a actual human response I could have planned better. They should be ashamed of themselves. Ordered a refrigerator. The first one arrived damaged, looking like somebody took a sledgehammer to it, and they sat on the second one, completely uncommunicative and unresponsive. The "estimated delivery date" they give you is actually the date the item will arrive in their "last mile terminal" and they refuse to provide any information about actual delivery until they suddenly call you and tell you when they'll be there, with no alternative options. Ordered two vanities from homedepot and paid extra for THRESHOLD delivery. on the day of the delivery, they simply dropped off ONE of the vanities on my driveway blocking my car from going in and out of my garage. not sure where the other vanity is. when you track it online, it shows that BOTH have been delivered with signature capture! both were not delivered and i never gave signature. i was never given the chance! reached out to NSD and the agent argued with me about threshold delivery. not sure why homedepot even do business with them. now, i cannot even use my car because this big heavy box is blocking it and i almost hurt my back trying to move it. called homedepot and they gave me around $600 in credit because of their F'up. and the agent admit that they are seeing a lot of issues with NSD. also told homedepot that we are not liable for any damages caused by rain and etc because the vanity that they delivered is sitting in the driveway. stay away from them. i will be taking further action if the vanity is damaged and/or becomes damaged and/or any and all related adverse effects from their Fup. lastly, look them up on BBB. Can I give them 0 stars? I ordered a patio dining set from Home Depot, it was shipped to a NSD terminal in Philadelphia. Last Friday, I got a call from a driver at 9:38 am in which he said the delivery would happen within 30 minutes from the call. The delivery was reported at 12:40 PM, and more importantly, the patio set was not delivered. I called NSD customer service at 9:50 PM on Friday night to see where it was, and I was told that I'd have to wait until Monday because the terminal was closed. I did not receive a call on Monday, or Tuesday, so I called again on Wednesday. The customer service rep said that the terminal did a dock check, and that it wasn't there, and they would send proof of delivery. They did not. I called Home Depot on Thursday to see if they could get anywhere with NSD, and they were again told that proof of delivery would be sent. It was not. I called Home Depot again today, and got the same result. So then I called NSD again today, and unfortunately, got the same answer, although this time the rep seemed to take more interest in helping me out than others have. However, I'm getting tired of waiting for "proof" of a delivery that I know didn't happen. If it did happen, why is it so difficult to prove? Also, I understand that "proof of delivery" consists of the driver merely confirming that they were at the delivery location, but not that the delivery was made. My neighbor, who is home at that time of day, confirmed that nothing was delivered. Still waiting for answers, and don't have the patio set that I've already paid $500 for, which I needed for a party that I'm having tomorrow. I did this for three days and each time I was told " Your package is at the terminal. However, the scheduler is not answering the phone. Can you call back later." If I could give negative stars, I would. NSD was contracted by Home Depot to pick up an oven that had broken and was being returned. They sent me two emails and a text requesting my 3 day availability for pickup. I answered by both methods, received a text back asking for a photo of the item, sent one, and received a text back stating I would receive a notification when my pickup was scheduled. Six days later, I called and emailed to get an update. You absolutely cannot get a person on the phone, but the recording informed me that I was still on the list to be notified when scheduled. Called again the next day and the recording informed me that my pickup had been cancelled. Emailed again to request a reschedule. (None of my emails were ever answered.) Called Home Depot (since I cannot get a person on the phone at NSD) and was informed that NSD cancelled the pickup because the "customer did not respond." Keep in mind that Home Depot has to receive this item from NSD before they will process my $2800+ refund. Fast forward through 4 more weeks (yes, weeks!) of this, and I finally took the oven back to a Home Depot store myself and refused to put it back on my truck. (It was an online order, so they didn't really want to keep it, but we got that worked out.) A few days later, NSD texts me to schedule a pickup. I informed them that after a month of trying to do just that, I had given up and taken it back to a Home Depot store and no longer had the item. You would think that would be the end of it, but no, here I am at 10:35pm on a Saturday night, 2 months after they were supposed to pick up the item, getting a text from NSD requesting my availability for a pickup. This is the absolute worst company. Never again Home Depot if I had known this is what it would be to use the 3rd party piece of crap company through you, I never would have placed my order. It has been a month since our order of cabniets and it has been sitting at the NSD warehouse for the last 2weeks saying weather delay. I live on the same place as the warehouse and the weather is just fine. I called, emailed and chatted with NSD and they are nonresponsive. We got put on hold at the call center got through once and all the other times got hung up on after holding for an hour. When we did speak to a person the one time we got through, they stick to a script and read off to us what we could already see on the website and then promised our order would go out next day Nope nothing was ever delivered. Email was just a computer generated response and live chat the guy Robert was rude and just kept sending me my own information back to myself with Home Depot's customer service number telling me it is their problem. Ordered a large item from Home Depot. Called Home Depot at the end of the day the item was supposed to be delivered after not hearing anything. They told me that the item might be delivered the next day but their information showed it was at the last terminal and has been there for 4 days. I looked up the status at NSD myself and saw the same thing Hone Depot did but decided to contact NSD. Fortunately, I was able to speak to someone but unfortunately they were worse than useless. They told me that they are looking for my item in their warehouse and will deliver it "when they find it." I don't where this company gets the idea that this is an acceptable answer. If someone spent several thousand dollars on an order and was expecting it to be delivered by a certain date and the only reason it has t been delivered is because their employees don't know where it is in their warehouse and they Williamsville get to it when they get to it is a very bad way to do business. My TV has been at the San Antonio Terminal SInce April 5th, I was told it would arrive at my home on the 13th. It did not arrive on the 13th. The tracking states they tried to call me on the 12th. My phone record shows no such occurance. I never recieved a call on that day. I called on Monday the 16th and was told by there customer service it would arrive tommorow between 1300 and 1700. It did not arrive. I called and was told driver was running behind. 1800 and 1900 no TV. I called today the 18th. Was told it would be here today between 1300 and 1700. I have recieved email and a phone call stating it would arrive today from a employee named Hicks. Ill wait and see. I did email extra mile and the gentleman Pat. I'm writing this review out of utter frustration. I cannot get anyone in this company to do anything except promise to get back to me and then.....nothing. I am waiting on a delivery from Home Depot which was initially supposed to come on the 13th. No word. Then tracking was updated to expect delivery on the 17th. Again no word. I've spoken to 2 customer service representatives who promised to get back to me but didn't. Let me correct that....Armani did in fact call back after a couple hours to let me know she was still trying to get me info but the person she needed to speak to was in a meeting. She promised she would keep at it. 2 days later and I have not heard back from her. I also emailed their customer service and received a response from Sean, the "Extra Mile Supervisor ". He promised that he would have the delivery scheduled within 24 hours. The 24 hours has come and gone and still nothing. I have also been in contact with Home Depot twice. First time I was simply given the number to call NonStop myself. Today the person actually called them herself but could not get any information for me. She said the supervisor would be working on it and would call me directly. Ha. I won't hold my breath. What I can't understand is, with all the many years worth of negative feedback (a search produced all kinds of unhappy reviews dating back at least 6 years) why would Home Depot continue to use this company? Do they care at all that their customers are unhappy because of a delivery company they use? There's got to be a better choice out there. I will certainly never order anything from Home Depot again if it needs to be delivered. 04/13/2018 It's almost 11pm and I just finished talking to a Home Depot Resolution Rep. They told me they talked to a NonStopDelivery rep and they will be talking to their driver or whatever about the delivery and now I have to wait till Monday and keep me guessing to see where my stuff even is. Home Depot website says my stuff was going to be delivered today the 13th, but when I called them to see where my stuff was, the Home Depot rep was kind enough to talk to NonStopDelievery. We found out they supposedly delivered my $2,000 flooring, the 6th!. NonStopDelivery website says the flooring was delivered at a "curbside" which we don't even have a curbside at our house. We have a surveillance camera and nobody came that day. This is ridiculous. I really hope this flooring wasn't lost because not only did my plans on installing it this weekend got ruined, but now I have to fight with the bank to get my money back in case they don't deliver my stuff. The absolute worst service I have ever seen! First, out of the blue, they text you around 3:30 PM to tell you that you have a delivery coming the next day and you have until 6PM to confirm or it will be cancelled. Who, with a job, can take off work to sit home for a 4 hour delivery window at the last minute. So I try to call them to schedule a delivery date, I'm not sure why they have a phone it's never answered! I get on their website and use the chat feature and schedule a specific day, take a day off work and wait...it never shows. I get back on their chat they're not sure why it didn't ship, tracking on the website said it was out for delivery, I schedule another date, today. I check the tracking on their website today and it does not show it is out for delivery, back to the chat the customer service (tongue in cheek) person confirms it is not coming today and reschedules for Monday, the third work day I have to be home. I would not trust this company to deliver garbage to the dump!! If there was a way to give 1/4 star I would and that's only because the chat staff try's to be helpful. read more

The may have been the worst delivery service I have had. I had two separate deliveries through them (I was not the one who selected the company, obviously). The service was so bad, it needs to be broken down into categories: 1 - Delivery. They have never made a delivery window yet. In each case, we were delayed significantly. Both times, I ended up giving them an entire day, because a 10am to 2pm window ended up as a 9pm delivery. 2 - Organization. They don't seem to have any idea where your items are. In one case, our item made it to San Jose, then spent a week there as they made no effort to determine where it was going next. 3 - Communication. I have had a lot of phone calls with them. I had to call every time. Out of dozens of calls, they may have called me once. Otherwise, I have had to track them down. Also, you can barely understand them, they mumble a lot. No one at this company seems to want to actually convey information to a customer - probably because the only information is that the delivery won't be coming. 4 - Rudeness. They actually rank fairly high on this one. They have rudeness down pat. When they screw up, they don't apologize. When you call them on their bad service, they tell they did not really do a bad job. 5 - Management. I have never been able to reach a manager. I am not entirely sure they have any. I was told that one senior person was tracking my second order but, since nothing actually happened, I think that manager might have been fictitious. The most impressive part was that, after screwing up a delivery on a Wednesday, they went ahead and messed up a delivery on Friday. Again, no apology. Oh, and they did not call to tell me. I had to call them to find this out. In fact, they still have not finished the second delivery. I may never get it. We'll see. read more

NOT GOOD! Bad experience so far. Please look into another delivery service option. I've been in contact with Non Stop Delivery for the past 3 weeks to schedule a pickup 3 weeks out. Unfortunately, they cannot schedule a time until a day before they actually want to come! So customers are left hanging in the dark wondering if they're actually coming. It all depends if its convenient for them and whether you're delivery / pick up is in-route for that day. Otherwise, they're not coming - and don't try leaving a message or think they'll call you to schedule. I waited for a phone call yesterday, and I got nothing. How can customers manage our own schedules?! The dispatch office and the customer call centers are not the same place, so coordination between the two is horrible. Word for word...the EXACT SAME THING happened. I agree...if you find that you've purchased something online that uses NSD (ironic in its name alone) call and cancel the order IMMEDIATELY. Lesson learned here folks. ALWAYS make sure you know who your carrier is and if it's NSD, don't order. We have called the company we ordered our shipment from, and cancelled the order for a full reimbursement. It's not worth having to deal with these shennanigans. read more

I ordered a table and chairs set through Amazon. Unfortunately NSD was chosen as the shipping company. They didn't deliver on the scheduled date. Amazon Customer Service was fantastic. They called and emailed NSD multiple times. NSD was very slow to respond and promised with each call from Amazon that they would call me directly that day. This went on for days and they never called. Each day Amazon contacted them again and still no delivery or callback. I tried to reach them directly and found that was impossible because they require a tracking number to even get through to them. Since Amazon had my delivery listed as "running late", the tracking number was no longer available to me. So, here I sit, out well over a thousand dollars with no kitchen table to show for it. Worst of all we had our infant granddaughter pass away during this time and all our relatives, stopping by to mourn with us,had no place to sit and eat. This company is a complete disgrace! Called multiple times and requested someone give me a call to give me an hour notice of when it will arrive so I can be there. Constant changes to delivery date, bad customer service, i have had drop products, i actually had them ship me the wrong product and send mine to another city. I will never use there service and in fact have reached out today to my primary shipper, that any shipment sent using NSD will be refused. The item was delivered the next morning (although we did not receive the 30-min ahead of time courtesy call we were supposed to). I had a manager even follow up with me after the delivery to ensure that I was happy. They have an automated system call you the day before and give you a time span. If that time span doesn't work for you, they don't care. Even if you tell them you will not be home, they still show up at that time. It took over 2 weeks to get my package delivered because their customer support is AWFUL. I wish I could actually give them a rating of zero, to match the level of service I have received from them. If I hadn't made my purchase through the Home Depot site I would have thought I had been scammed by a fake non-existent company because not one person has called me back from NSD about my missing delivery. I ordered an outdoor couch from the Home Depot. I was pleasantly surprised when I checked their site and it said my order was due to be delivered earlier than expected. Then the status changed to delivered and I still hadn't received anything. I called NSD several times, never getting an actual person, but rather having their recording indicate they would call me back when a rep was available. After one of the initial attempts someone did call back almost 8 hours later, but they simply confirmed my order had been delivered, described to me where it had been delivered, which clearly wasn't my address, and indicated they would submit a ticket to have the local branch call me. I waited patiently the 24-48 hours that they indicated it would take for someone to contact me and no one ever did. So I started calling them again daily, only to have their recording end the call indicating someone would contact me. To date no one has returned any of my additional calls after more than two weeks of attempts. Absolutely infuriating considering we are talking about a rather expensive item here, over $600. Thankfully the Home Depot refunded me my money. But somewhere someone, albeit an NSD employee, is enjoying a free couch! read more

I ordered a new TV from amazon knowing that the TV would get to my house prior to spring break. The day that I was supposed to get it they called saying that the delivery would be delayed for two weeks. They gave no reasoning and I ended up canceling the order. Update 3/23 Well two days after my review, the package has left my house. After weeks of aggravation and countless hours on the phone Pat from NSD stepped in and made it right. I'm giving him the five star rating. Without his intervention I know it would still be here. Here's a thought, when someone tells their customer service that multiple calls have been made with no results and the frustration is clearly evident, why not just direct people to Pat and his team. It would never escalate to a bad review on the internet, more than likely I would have made an effort to give praise instead. Again, thank you Pat and your team. HomeDepot .com used NonStop Delivery to ship a Kohler toilet to me. It was supposed to arrive at my home in 5 to 10 business days. It was ordered on 2/26/12, shipped out on 2/27/12, arrived in California on 3/03/12, and had not arrived as of today (3/16/12). According to NonStop's online tracking form, the toilet has been at a NonStop terminal less than one hour from my home for the past 13 days. The original estimated arrival date (per NonStop's online tracking form) was 3/12. That was changed to 3/16 without explanation, and then today (the afternoon of 3/16), a notation appeared in the tracking data that said the delivery had been "rescheduled". A NonStop customer service rep told a Home Depot customer service rep this morning that she would call me directly today. When she had not called by C.O.B. today, I called Home Depot customer service again, who again spoke with NonStop and were told that the toilet had actually arrived damaged to my local NonStop terminal days earlier. Mysteriously, the NonStop tracking form shows the toilet as "out for delivery" this morning, and there is other tracking info entered before that, as if the toilet still existed. Home Depot is reshipping a toilet using a different company. "Free shipping" is of no value if the item arrives damaged, late, or does not arrive at all. Edited on 4/6 to add: I will leave a separate review for Home Depot, but wanted to note that Home Depot used Estes to ship the second replacement toilet, and although it did arrive, it was also damaged. (It was a Kohler Devonshire one-piece toilet and was not packaged sufficiently for transit ... there was no packaging material at all between the box and the bottom of the toilet.) HomeDepot have shipped a third toilet, and it appears they are again using NonStop. I will update this review when (if!) it arrives. read more
