I have scheduled 5 delivery dates with NSD (No Show Delivery) and they have not shown up with my order either time. Try reaching someone in customer service and you'll be on hold for hours. I have spoken to several people at the company and keep getting the run around. I have missed 5 days of work due to their incompetence and still do not have my property. I asked them for the address and phone number of the local distribution center so I could go pick up my property and they refused to give me the information. Non Start Delivery. We ordered a patio set from Home Depot on April 12 that was supposed to be shipping in 10 days. It's almost June, and it still has not delivered. It has been sitting at the Non Stop Delivery Terminal in Northern Virginia for more than a week. Non Stop Delivery never sent us an update. We went online, saw it was supposed to be delivered today. They had mechanical issues and said it would be sometime next week. Home Depot even called them, and they wouldn't give them a real date. I ordered an outdoor patio set on Amazon. I expected delivery on May 28 as scheduled.It never arrived ,nor, did I receive any notification that it was delayed and when delivery would be rescheduled. According to the tracking information my furniture had been sitting at the carrier facility since May 20. I attempted to reach NSD by phone, by email, and chat all to no avail. I contacted Amazon customer service who then contacted NSD. I was told their delivery is backed up and I would be notified the day before delivery. I have to wonder who runs their logistics department I have read multiple reviews on yelp regarding NSD, none of which are good. I am seriously considering canceling my order and I have to wonder why Amazon would use a company so unreliable. My experience with Amazon is usually favorable, however, this time I have not been satisfied with Amazon and particularly, not with NSD. Update: Surprisingly, my furniture arrived. I got a text that said my delivery was arriving in 15 minutes. Thankfully, I was just a few blocks away. I told the driver I had expected a call, and he wasn't surprised that I didn't receive one. He was pleasant and placed the pallet where I asked. The furniture was packed well and was in good shape. I am pleased with my purchase. I am thanking God that I actually had a very pleasant experience with a great group of people from customer service reps to the delivery guys. if I could I would have tipped them well (no cash on hand) because they were Sweet as pie and totally awesome. I am happy to leave A5 star review. I had six cabinets delivered from Home Depot and apart from being an hour late which was due to a mechanical breakdown with their truck everything seems to have went smoothly. Wow. I don't think I've ever dealt with such an inept group of people. I've been waiting on the delivery of my shipment (a pellet stove) since March 8-9. I initially contacted NSD the week before my delivery was supposed to arrive to get an update as the tracking information had yet to be updated. The response I received was "everything is on track, you will get a call 24 - 48 hours before your shipment arrives". OK, sounds good. On March 7th, having not heard anything from the company, I contacted them again. This time I was told my order was delayed and would be delivered the following Monday, March 11th, and to expect a call in the next day or two to schedule the delivery. OK, not the end of the world, but at this point I am on my last day or two of fire wood for my current wood burning stove in Northern Montana, so I'm getting anxious. On Monday, March 11th, I had not heard from NSD so I contacted them again. This time they tell me, they do not know where the shipment is yet and it has not made it to their 'terminal warehouse' and they will give me a call as soon as it arrives. Now I am upset. I've been told for the last week everything is fine and its on its way now they are singing a completely different tune. I emailed the company to tell them that if I did not have a delivery date scheduled by Wednesday, March 13th, I would be canceling my order. Finally, I received a phone call from an actual customer service representative (this is the first time NSD made contact with me). I speak with this individual several times throughout the week of the 11th and on Thursday the 14th I am told I the shipment has arrived at the terminal station and I will be getting a call the 15th or 16th to schedule a delivery for Monday the 18th. No call comes. I called NSD again on Monday the 18th to inquire about the delivery. This time I am told the shipping manager at the terminal station has been sick since the 15th so that's why I haven't been called to schedule a delivery. Do all deliveries from this terminal station rest squarely on the shoulders of this one man? Have all other deliveries been sitting around, waiting to be scheduled, simply because one person is missing from the operation? For this sake of this (clearly) horribly run, joke of a company, I would hope not. Today, March 19th, I am at work, my wife is home with our 9 month old daughter burning old pallets and scrap wood to try and keep the house warm. They attempted delivery once and I was not home, knowing what I know now I should have ran home to meet them. Now trying to get someone to schedule my delivery is like pulling teeth. I have to sit on hold for 20 minutes to speak with someone and EVERYTIME I finally reach someone I'm told that they have to email dispatch and someone will call me back, which they never do. I'm actually afraid that I will never get my items. This was probably the worst experience I've had when it has come to a delivery service. I ordered a sink from Home Depot that was said to arrive the 14 of April. When the day came no sink, due to the holiday weekend I understood a possibility in a delay I check my email and the day was changed to the 17th, when the 17th rolls around no package and no follow up email. I attempt to track my item only to find my tracking number was incorrect I follow up with Home Depot and get the correct number. I then call NSD and no one seems to know where my package is and get a different story from every person. I don't understand how their system works. I get a LOT of stuff delivered by NSD. When the order goes smooth then it's fine. But when it doesn't it is outrageously bad. I am currently in a situation where I had 5 separate orders coming my way - Each order is a single item, all the same item. On the Home Depot website, all 5 orders show the same tracking number. OK that's fine. On Sunday, only 4 showed up. They showed up to my neighbors. Trying to figure out which one is which so I can message Home Depot and let them know is impossible. They do not put the HD order number on the label and THEY DONT EVEN PUT THE SHIPPING NUMBER ON THE LABEL. How is that even possible?!?! The tracking number that I was given was not on any of the labels haha. I was able to figure out that this was the actual order by matching up a different number on the label that was also in the tracking info on the website. Here is the best part, it's Thursday night, these were delivered Sunday afternoon. There have been ZERO updates to the website when I track my package. It doesn't even say that they have been received by the carrier, that they are on a truck nothing. NOTHING. How is this even possible? So when I call HD customer service they say well I don't know because it looks like they haven't even shipped yet. It's a nightmare. I'm sure it will somehow work out but it is just so frustrating. Real time updates to tracking, having the TRACKING NUMBER PRINTED ON THE LABEL FOR GOD SAKE, and maybe putting the customer order number with the seller on the label would clear up every issue I have with them (besides the occasional missing package). read more

I received a tracking number and was set to receive my order on May 27th, that day came and saw the date changed to June 4th, then to June 1st, then back to June 4th. I sent an email to customer service and received a reply saying the terminal will call me for delivery. It shows the products reached the terminal in my city in Rochester NY and nothing after that. OK, so it looks like I am the only one giving these guys a decent review, but hey, they did a pretty good job...not perfect mind you, but nothing like the nightmares everyone else had. We ordered a patio table from Home Depot online and received an email with the delivery date using Nonstop Delivery with a four hour delivery window. I didn't want to sit home for up to four hours waiting for them so I called them and was on hold for 20 minutes. I asked the guy if I could get the number of the local office so I could call them and get an idea of where I was on the delivery schedule. He called them and was told that I was second or third on the schedule. The truck actually showed up ten minutes before the delivery window time. Put the box in our back yard for us and left. This service is amazing. There is no apparent relationship between what they tell you and what will happen. Seriously Home Depot needs to do something about these clowns. At this point, they don't answer the phone. You call, and the it tells you it has high call volume and tells you how many callers are ahead of you. When you get to one, it transfers you to voicemail, saying they are experiencing heavy call volume. I kid you not. When I spoke to Home Depot, one rep told me they had a very negative personal experience with them as well. There used to be a Live chat function on their website. It's gone. When I found out that NordicTrack used NSD for their shipping, I looked them up on Yelp. After reading all the horrible reviews, I was so worried that I almost cancelled my treadmill order but decided to take a chance and avoid a 10% restocking fee. I'm glad I did. The online data from NSD was updated regularly and kept me well informed. The phone calls to schedule the the delivery and assembly were great (I actually got two!). The scheduled delivery ended up being 4 days before the estimated delivery of 2 weeks). The driver called when en route and showed up in the time stated. The 300lb box was hauled up to my house and Oscar and his helper quickly went to work on the assembly. Everything was completed in about an hour! Definitely worth the extra cost for white glove service as it would have taken me 2-3 hours to do. Plus recycling all the cardboard and a wood pallet would be more time spent. I think the company has listened well to feedback and addressed poor delivery issue from the past. Good for them! read more

Never have I had such a frustrating, fruitless and exasperating experience as I have just had with NSD (Non Sensical "Delivery"?). Ordered vanity & sink top from Home Depot on 9/13. Supposed to ship within 3 days, shipped 11 days later. Ok, frustrated at length of delay, maybe HD & shipper each had a hand in that. First delivery date - October 4, not exactly happy with that, but, again, cut them some slack. Then, lo and behold, delivery date of 9/28. Perfect for my plans....up until the morning of 9/28 that is, when it flipped to 10/6. I spend hours on the phone with HD, they allegedly contact shipper, they must be backed up HD tells me. How can the Not happy. 10/6 arrives, delivery date is still same, had arrived in shipper's location at 3:30am on 10/5, 69 miles from my house. Great, right? 10/6 comes and goes, more time on phone with HD. Did I speak with delivery service they ask? I said no, I have no means to contact them, did not know company name. ("non stop delivery" in lower case, was written on invoice, no indication it was trucker or contact number). HD said they contacted NSD & NSD will call before delivery. Problem, I would not be home from late 10/7 until late 10/10. Ok, says HD, NSD will call to arrange delivery date. 10/6, no contact, 10/7 no contact. Evening of 10/7 a RECORDED MSG tells me it will be delivered on 10/8. I call the number back, the order # I have does not on NSD system, as hey use a different number to ship orders. They try my town, my name, nothing, finally my addr, & say delivery can't be changed. I tell the HD csaid NSD would schedule a date better for me. "We don't do that," was the terse reply. I asked to speak with a manager. "There aren't any here," came the next terse reply. No managers, no supervisors I ask, there must be someone in authority. "Nope." "Someone must be able to take some action there, I say." Well, there apparently is an "'escalation agent" who I was eventually connected with. I go through the whole thing again. "That's right," he says. NSD was completely nonplussed that things had come to this point. NSD denies they will do "threshold delivery" (inside doorway, which I paid for), after several minutes of trying to get something positive accomplished, he says, "Well if there is nobody there, we cancel it." Cancel what, I ask? "The delivery." So, then they will reschedule with me right? "No, " and silence. Had to ask THREE times what cancellation meant. He said they send it back. Now I lost it. More hours with HD, then into 10/8, HD says on morning of 10/8 that NSD will deliver btwn 8am & 12pm, AND call my number 30min before delivery. Family member makes several visits to house to see if van comes (after all, they are supposed to cal 30min ahead of time). NSD finally tells HD they delivered at 2:09pm, WITHOUT ANY PRIOR CALL, and after hours of fruitless calls by HD to NSD to ascertain where the shipment was. read more

Wow! I have never in my life dealt with a company that is this incompetent and full of so many lies! I had a delivery scheduled for between noon and 3 pm today, and it is now 7:30 pm, the company stopped making deliveries an hour and a half ago and I still have not heard from the driver. After spending 25 minutes using online chat and demanding to speak with a human being, I was informed that NSD (who is a third party delivery service for Amazon) subcontracts all of the deliveries in my area. This was news to Amazon and I had multiple members of the Amazon Logistics leadership team confirm that they were unaware of this and it would be addressed as it is a violation of the terms of service between Amazon and NSD. Here is the "BEST" part because it was subcontracted to another company by NSD they have no way of tracking $1200 worth of merchandise and the subcontractor has it in his possession until Monday. No it's not delivered back to secure facility where it is safe from damage or theft! The subcontractor who isn't responsible enough to make a phone call and let me know he is running late has it in his personal possession. So, not only does this company offer deplorable customer service, but they also allow their subcontractors to do as they please with customer merchandise and see no issue with it. In my opinion, this is theft. After 3 pm today when my item was not delivered and was in the hands of a random stranger that NSD was not even able to communicate with, let alone track via GPS my personal property was in the hands of an incompetent stranger who was able to take it home and do as he pleased with it for a day and a half until they reopen on Monday morning. It is complete BS. I am glad that NSD doesn't care if their subs steal from clients. It just goes to show that the superior tracking that they have about on their website is a lie and NSD is a complete failure as a logistics company! Beware! Wish I could give no stars. Never was given an option for type of delivery so was shocked to find out what they were doing. Original shipment sat for 10 days, 30 miles from me. The only call was pre-recorded indicating they would left "in a dry spot" received less than 24 hrs before delivery and conveniently after the office is closed. $1800 in cabinets left on sidewalk, I don't think so. Luckily it was Saturday and I stayed home all day. Had to tip to get them in the front door, rushed to sign. 3 out of 5 cabinets completely destroyed. Scratches up both sides all the way up and down and hole through back of 3rd. Ding on 4th but in place that could be hidden. Over 2 weeks to come back and get them. Re-ordered. Paid for white glove, again pre-recorded msg left after the office closed saying would be left "in dry spot." Over 2 hours on phone to get delivery method changed to white glove as paid for. Was supposed to be delivered between 2-6 yesterday and never showed. Have place 3 calls trying to find out where they are and when delivery will be. It's 11AM...no answers. All along Home Depot keeps saying how much trouble they have with this company, but continues to use them. This doesn't even mention all the issues I've had with Home Depot. I purchased a mattress on line . We got rid of our old bed assuming the new one was on its way. The mattress, in fact, was not going to be delivered for a week and we had no bed. I got in touch with NSD's delivery area and spoke to Mo . I expressed my concern about really needing a bed sooner than scheduled. Mo worked to see that our bed would be able to fit on his truck right away to get the mattress to us in one day. You don't get personal service like that very often. NonstopDelivery, Inc. (NSD) has been utilized by Home Depot to make deliveries to my home twice. And both deliveries have been appalling. The first delivery (5/20/22) was of a table which came in two boxes; two boxes that were thrown on top of a bush in front of my home, blocking the garage, and partially open. There was more than an enough space to place the boxes on the porch. The second delivery (5/24/22) was of another table; this box was thrown on the ground in front of the garage on the wet driveway; it's been raining all morning. The recording for the business states the delivery will be placed in a dry location; the front porch is dry with nothing on it. I even asked the gentleman delivering the box to place it on the porch, and he walked away. The recording for the business also states that the driver will call 30 minutes prior to delivery; that did not happen on either occasion. I have requested the items to be returned and received an email from NSD stating they have been trying to get in contact with me to schedule a pickup, which is a downright falsehood. I work from home with my phone next to me - no telephone call(s). I've even called NSD twice to schedule a pickup, and received the same recording "someone will give you a return call shortly" - still hasn't happened. Worst delivery AND customer service ever. Ordered on the 7th. At the time, I was told NSD would contact me within 5 days with tracking and an ETA of delivery. No contact. I spoke with the vendor who didn't know anything about how NSD works and couldn't provide any information. Okay. On the 14th I get an email from NSD saying shipped, had a tracking number showing In Transit. ETA showed 9-13...on the 14th. So, I start a chat with NSD for updated info. What a joke. Was told they hadn't received my order...why does it show in transit? Why provide an ETA then? They couldn't (or wouldn't explain). A week goes by, I'm a glutton for punishment, so I start a new chat. It's been showing In Transit at the same location for a week (2 updates). I was told several things: what an ETA is (it expired before I got the tracking number dude, do you?) and that it's the vendor's fault they don't have it and to contact them. So I did. They, of course, said that NSD did indeed have it. That day the tracking updated to say it was one state over. Still the other side of the country. And obviously NSD did have it and lied, putting blame on the vendor. Why do major companies use this poor excuse of a delivery service? I will be asking them. Given how the reviews for the actual delivery portion goes, I am going to hope to see my order around Christmas. Terrible. I give No Stars, This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, I have been waiting for a package for 7 days now that's 40 miles from my home. When calling in to get information, I've been hung up on more than 10 times. Ive been lied to 7 times stating The computer is down, yet they still can pull my information up with my tracking number. If you need something delivered, it would be faster and more reliable if you walked it to the destination. I received a call on Sunday to confirm my delivery for Monday (the following day). Needless to say, the delivery never showed up. I called them every single day that week and guess what...? No information available from customer service other than it was at the local distribution center, but they cant give me the phone, the email or address. So far the worse carrier I've used. Something so simple turning in to a pain in the !!!! Order a package. Made it from Oregon to Colorado in 2 days. Landed at NSD terminal and has sat for four days within 20 miles from delivery destination with no plan to deliver. I contacted them and no solution. I asked if I could just pick it up and was told that I need to have approval. So I call for approval and not they are saying another to days to say yes. All of this was through me contacting them. I would review zero star if it was possible. This is the worst shipping company in the history. They have tried to deliver one furniture for Home Depot for us for over five months now, four attempts and never found our house. They claim our address is non delivarble. We have an official address on a remote location where all cell network providers don't work. Still all other delivery companies have managed to found our house, except NSD. We called the several times in advance and gave them instructions how to find the place, nothing helped. They also lie about calling us before delivery, when it has not happened. We have lost about 8000 dollars in expenses due to this order that NSD never could deliver. It impacted on our house building schedule and we have had to extend building permission, reschedule workers, make two out of state flights etc.etc. it also very hard to reach them. They auto reply only on emails, chat hasn't worked past 5 months and it takes days to reach them by phone. Terrible delivery service. Our item got delayed by one day - that happens. We get it. then the item was supposed to arrive between 11 and 2 on Thursday. I arranged for someone to be home all day. Then the item got pushed back to between 2 and 4. Then a third time between 4 and 7. I immediately called NSD and informed them that this time frame wouldn't work and to please deliver the item on Friday. My wife works nights and we had dinner plans. I said If it can't be delivered before 5:30pm to deliver the next day. The dispatcher (after a 40 minute hold) promised me this would occur. If you ever order something and it says you have to use this company to ship it go ahead and do yourself a favor and save the excruciating headache and cancel it right away because they SUCK! We ordered a table 2 weeks ago from Bed Bath and Beyond and it has been sitting at a NSD warehouse 20 miles from our apartment for 5 days now. I have called multiple times and have been given the run around and have been told that they will be calling me back to "schedule a delivery".... long story short we are now told that we won't get a call until Monday to schedule and that will mark 9 days of sitting 20 miles away in a warehouse. I was holding back from giving NSD a negative review, I have had several failed attempts to contact the NSD team and I see that many customers have success when they write a review. I had a treadmill delivered on the 16th of April. I could not believe my eyes. The delivery men wheeled their dolly over my carpet up the stairs with this huge box. Scraping the entire wall in the process as they were navigating the bend of the stairs. The assembly was so poor and the treadmill damaged that Nordictrack had to send a replacement treadmill. Again delivered by NSD as they are the company servicing our area. NSD has to make good the damage to the my property, but the phone system asks you to enter your tracking number and after that the message says someone will call back. Can you believe this! since the 16th of April. Hopefully the team will read this review and honor their pledge 'Customer Experience is everything to us. We do an exceptional job of getting back to every customer who has an issue' NSD you have to fix the damage that your team has caused. I am awaiting the delivery of a treadmill. I have attached a copy of the transit record. I chatted with customer service on the 4th to resolve this issue because no one had attempted to contact me to schedule delivery. The person I chatted with ensured that my cell phone number would be used and they would follow up to schedule delivery. As you can see, on May 7th they again noted no contact with customer. This time I called customer service-4 times and they kept me on hold and would state a recorded message about no need to hold they would call back before 10 pm EST. I received a phone call at 9:59 EST from customer service. The gentleman said the contact number they had for me was not the same number I was calling from. He changed the contact number and said they would contact me tomorrow to schedule delivery. No contact occurred. On Monday, May 11th, I chatted with a Christine B. about this. She attempted to contact the NSD Terminal with no success. She emailed them with the information. Our chat ended with her telling me to call the same number I had previously called or to email NSD to get delivery scheduled. She also asked me to leave a review about the customer service-when I copied and pasted the link into a new browser, my browser with the chat cleared, losing the email address for NSD. I am so very frustrated with this process. I signed up for text messages to alert me about delivery but have received no texts. After reading the reviews on this site I can understand why others are frustrated too. I just want my treadmill to be delivered and in good condition. read more

Save your time and ship with a better company! We had a call from the NSD on Friday, 9/8/17, arranging for our new bed to be delivered between the hours of 10am-4pm on Thurs, 9/14/17. We were told we needed to be present, since the company is also setting up the bed for us, so my husband took the day off from work. 4pm came and went with no call from NSD. After looking their number up on google, we called to see what was going on. We cannot take time from work to wait for a delivery THAT NEVER COMES!!! We were given the run around. No answers, no explanations or knowledge, other than our bed would not be delivered today. We were told that we would "hear back from them within 24 hours to resolve the issue and set up a new delivery." Are you kidding me? So in the meantime, no bed for us. Fun! 24 hours puts us to Friday around 5pm, so chances are that this will not be fixed before the weekend. We will be pushing for a refund. This company is a joke. read more
