Delivery of two tables was scheduled for today 10-2. When I hadn't heard anything by 1:30, I called NSD and was told the delivery was en route. At 3:30 I get a call from NSD saying that they made an error, and the delivery has to be rescheduled for tomorrow. When I asked to speak to a manager, they said he's in a meeting. How am I going to be compensated for wasting a day's leave from work??!! P.S. I was told that I would receive a call by 7 PM confirming rescheduling of the delivery and a time window. By 8 PM still no call. I called and now the computer screen is telling the customer service rep that the delivery was not made because I had failed to answer their call today when the delivery arrived!! I then gave them the name and extension of the person I spoke with and now delivery is supposedly rescheduled for tomorrow. I hate posting bad reviews but I can't pass this one up. I have a return that was initiated on March 30, 2021. The standard initiation email came through and I called the number and it said someone would be in touch in 3-5 business days. No one had reached out so I sent an email to an employee April 7 who responded she marked it as urgent and I would receive a call in 24-48 hours. No call. I email the same employee again April 12 and no response. I email extramile@shipnsd.com April 14 and again, no response. I called twice April 12 to the customer care line, which no one EVER picks up the phone. Request a call back twice. Still no call back. The chat function has been down for weeks (I had a return through NSD back in February as well and used the chat at that time). From reading the other reviews I see I am not the only one with an issue. I even tried searching for a direct email to someone else in the company before I posted this but I could not find anything. I've exhausted all options. I have money sitting in limbo for weeks now because this company can't answer an email or pick up the phone. I don't even know where to start. First I was given the wrong tracking number. Then on the day of my delivery no one showed up! I got on the chat and was told they were coming but running late. Still no one showed up nor did I get my 30 min courtesy call. So I went to get back on the chat, waited 20 mins and no one ever got on. So I ended the chat and called. Was on hold 25 mins and no one ever answered. So the next day i got back on chat and was told due to the storms no deliveries were being scheduled or delivered. There's no storms within 100 miles of where my package is and where it is being delivered! Was told the "running late" bit was false information and that someone would call to reschedule. I ordered a very expensive item online at the Home Depot on 12/29/2021. I chose to have it delivered rather than pick it up at the store because it was fairly large and heavy. The expected delivery date was 1/4/2022, that date came and went. Then all of a sudden on 1/6/2022 I got a notification that my package was delivered at 4:15AM. I went outside and checked all around my property, no package. I reviewed my surveillance camera footage from that date and previous dates to see when and where it was delivered. No delivery attempt was ever made. I immediately contacted NSD and they claimed they would initiate a dock search. Several days go by with no response so I contacted them again. They said that if it was delivered, they would be able to provide proof of delivery and they were still awaiting an update from the terminal. Two weeks later, they say oh you need to contact Home Depot and ask for a refund or reship. I contact Home Depot who says sorry, tough luck, NSD marked it as delivered, file a claim with your credit card company. I am so frustrated with this continuous run around I've been getting from both NSD and Home Depot. Oh and let me not forget to mention that NSD lost a package of mine before and when I contacted them they had a photo of the delivery, but it wasn't my house they delivered it to! I ordered a couch through Amazon and selected a certain date and time for delivery. I had a sneaking suspicion that the amazon date would be wrong, so I reached out to Amazon who put me in touch with NSD directly. I contacted NSD prior to the date of delivery to confirm the delivery date and they confirmed for the date and time I originally selected. Turns out, they subcontract the delivery to a local company who totally f---s everything up. NSD confirmed delivery for the scheduled date and time, and this secondary company that they outsource to is f---ed up. read more

This company was contracted by NordicTrack to deliver a treadmill a month ago, and I am still waiting.... Every communication I have had with NSD, from the moment they became involved, has been frustrating, confusing, and unhelpful. I cannot imagine a more disorganized or inept delivery service, and it boggles my mind that a company like NordicTrack would maintain a partnership with NSD--a partnership that cannot help but tarnish the N.T. brand and drive away customers. Here are some highlights: 1) We were supposed to be contacted in advance to schedule a delivery window. That did not happen. Instead, I was called the night before to let me know the delivery would take place the next day. Okay, so I rearranged my life to be present for the delivery. 2) The next day, we received a call in the morning to let us know that the delivery truck had broken down, so we would not be getting the delivery. We would be contacted to reschedule. 3) Fast forward to the next day, no phone call from NSD. We had to call in to check on the delivery. No one knew what was going on with the delivery, and the specific person who was managing the delivery was out to lunch. Apparently, they don't know about taking notes or writing things down. 4) Three days later, after several attempts, we finally reached the right person, at which point we discovered that... the treadmill had been LOST somehow. They could not locate it. What's worse, no one thought to call me to let me know what was happening. I mentioned how the truck had broken down, so perhaps the treadmill had not been uploaded. "Oh, okay. Yes, we should check that." Hello? 5) A few days later, after more phone calls, they found our treadmill and scheduled a delivery. Once again, rearranged my life to be present. 5) The treadmill arrived, and it was damaged. Had to place a new order, for which I'm still waiting. They scratched multiple pieces of my elliptical, then when sent an e-mail complaining, the employees said that the pieces were scratched out of the box... If I were delivering something damaged, I would point it out to the customer, so that I wouldn't be blamed. They obviously had no clue how to assemble an elliptical, or at least follow directions, as the upper arms were so lose that I couldn't use the machine, until the company I bought it from sent someone to replace the scratched parts and finish the assembly. I have been working with Home Depot since March 2021 to have an item picked up from my porch and returned to Home Depot. I have spoken to HD on SEVERAL occasions and they have assured me the item would be picked up or scheduled for pick up by NSD. Drivers have come but the item remains. 4 months of waiting to be scheduled and refunded for this item due to NSD's lack of follow through. I am appalled by the apparent disregard and lack of customer support by NSD. I am desperate to get in contact with ANYONE who can get this item picked up and delivered back to HD. I understand COVID impacted some things but there is absolutely NO excuse for this. There have been multiple times where even a HD customer support rep couldn't get an NSD manager on the phone. Please never ever use this company. I have spoken to HD and there is nothing they can do but continue to push my request thru to NSD for them to schedule a pick up. I have spent thousands of dollars over the past several months with the company... I had a family member purchase a dresser off of my registry for me, which is the last large item I need before my baby comes and the only item I've been waiting on. I got an email with a confirmation number that wouldn't connect to the website of NSD tracking and then if you went straight to the website it would not find the order. I waited until the 13th to start calling them to check on the order, at which time I was told my item was in transit and would be expected btw the 13th and the 23rd. I called a few days later and was told it was still in transit but was emailed another order number to look up the order on nsdshipping. When I went on their website it said my original shipping date was the 12th thru the 16th. When I scrolled down it state in transit, but underneath there it said an exception occurred and to click to chat with a customer service representative. One person told me it was in transit, another that it might be damaged. I couldn't get a straight answer and could never get thru via telephone. After a few more days of calling BBBaby and being told the same thing that my order was in transit, I noticed on the website under the history it showed that this "exception" occurred on the 8th. It's now the 26th... so finally after calling it and losing it on their call center staff today I was told that the order was "lost" in transit and no one was able to give me an answer as to why no one reached out to me since the 8th and why I was being told every phone call that my order was in transit when it was actually lost before the very first phone call I made to check on it. I had to request a new dresser which takes 3-4 weeks... and oh let me mention I can't get any compensation for the first dresser outside of the replacement until the new dresser comes... where does that make any sense? Then the person with bed bath and beyond transport company who I talked to today said he would call me right back with a new confirmation of replacement and verified my email 3 times.... I called back several hours later, asked for the transport department, just for the woman to tell me she could see my order was in transit and then when she corrected herself because it is actually not, she said that the gentleman I spoke to sent it to the email of the purchaser... again, if it's on my registry, coming to my house, and purchased for me, why do you guys keep reaching out to the purchaser? I would give Zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service and the lack of ability to get in touch with someone for help/have some manner of control over the delivery is actually painful to deal with. My family ordered a large, heavy product and the delivery was scheduled to be dropped off "by August 31." We obviously assumed that the delivery would be well into the last week of August, so we planned a short vacation, only to receive a lackluster automated text message stating that the order would arrive on, surprised surprise, one of the days we were on vacation. Through the message, the only response available is "STOP" to stop receiving any kind of messages. There is no way to get in touch with a rep, control whether or not the order is delivered on a certain date, or anything else. The "confirm" webpage gives hardly any information, and apparently pressing the confirm button doesn't ACTUALLY do anything since the order is still arriving anyway. We tried for an hour last night to get in touch with someone, and though we were not able to, we ended up on a tracking page stating that the order would arrive TOMORROW, which would have worked fine considering we'd be heading back. We assumed everything was fine again and that the text message was wrong. In reality, the website and phone service were both incorrect and the order is arriving this morning. Our only option is to drive all the way back to have it delivered inside. Thanks for your absolute shit customer service and incredible lack of good business services. Absolutely disappointing that any major company would choose NSD for their delivery services, but I guess good help is hard to find these days. I give them 0 starts if it was an option. I made an order from Nordic Track on 11/24/2021 for an S22i stationary bike. On 12/01/2021 it was handed off to NSD to make the final delivery. They were supposed to call me using the information gathered during the sales process of the bike which included billing information, phone number, shipping address and email address. On Monday December 20th I contacted NSD and they said they didn't have my phone number or a way to get ahold of me so my delivery was just sitting in their warehouse. I gave them my updated phone number and they said they would call me. That still hasn't happened and my $1,600 bike is still sitting in their shipping terminal. The bikes original location was only 40 miles north of my home, got shipped 40 miles south of my home and went right past my house and place of business. I'm going to be filing an FTC complaint as both Nordic Track and NSD have both failed to get back to me in a timely manner and no longer respond to emails. - O and ive been on hold for nearly 2 hours trying to get help. It was supposed to be a gift for my wife. What a joke - Ill never use either company again. read more

I ordered an elliptical via P*****m.com on 11/26/2021 - I kept track of the order, however, during the process I did have to change my contact number - so, I made it a priority to inform P*****m.com of my new contact number so that they may relay the information to the delivery company. Furthermore, as I am tracking the package, I see that a delivery date and scheduled window had already been selected - I had no conflict with the date or time, so I assumed the delivery would continue as scheduled. But no, I was mistaken, because apparently NSD did not get my updated contact information after all. Long story short, my item was supposed to be delivered on 12/11/2021 between 1-5pm, but it was not - the order was marked as out for delivery on 12/11/2021 @ 1:01pm and then was marked as delivered at 1:02pm - after numerous failed phone call attempts to NSD and numerous phone calls to P*****m.com (where I was told something different every time I called and was ultimately told I'd get a call on 12/22/2021 to schedule the deliver for 12/23/2021), I finally decided to request a refund on the evening of 12/22/2021 because I was not called by NSD to schedule the delivery time. 12/23/2021 comes around, I am at work, and I receive a call from NSD stating they were outside my home to deliver the equipment. At that point, I kindly let them know that I spoke with P*****m.com the evening prior and requested a refund - I told them to return the equipment. Now having no more faith in the P*****m.com or NSD, I decided to contact my bank and file a dispute because I felt like I was being scammed and I had endured enough. I was provided a provisional credit from my bank the following day and I ran over to Best Buy, where I was able to find the same machine at $100 less than where I had originally purchased online. I have ordered several other items using Best Buy and I have not had a single complaint regarding their great service. Confusion about the delivery date made me have serious concerns about when or if my merchandise would be delivered but NSD actually delivered my order BEFORE the actual delivery date. NSD expressed a sincere understanding of my concern and kept me informed of the status all the way up to when they were on the way. I have contacted NSD by chat and by phone at least four times since then and they still just keep telling me that someone will contact me to reschedule the delivery. JP UPDATE: After my bad review of Non Stop Delivery on Saturday, I was contacted first thing Monday morning by someone at their corporate office. He apologized for all the hassle I went through and promised that he would make sure my treadmill was delivered within 24-48 hours. I received a call from someone later that day to tell my i was scheduled for delivery Tuesday between 1 and 5. Tuesday around 1:45 I received a call telling me they would be at my house with 15 min. The delivery drivers showed up as they said they would, assembled the treadmill and placed it exactly where I wanted it. Once NSD got their act together it was great. Wow...like other recent comments, I'm waiting on a Nordictrack piece of equipment that was purchased as a Christmas gift. I bought this back on black Friday. I received an email December 2 saying my item arrived to this local facility and that I will receive a call within two days to schedule delivery. It is now the 18th and no call. I received the exact same email 4 days ago, even though they already sent this saying the item was delivered back on the 2nd, but again, still no call. To make matters worse, I cannot reach anyone at this company to save my life. No replies to emails and no one to answer the phone or call back. I have contacted Nordictack themselves several times and they can't seem to help either. I told one person if they can't contact this company and ensure delivery within the next few days, then I will be canceling my order and ordering from a company who can deliver...the customer service rep literally just asked if I would like to go ahead and be transferred to their returns/refund line!!No...I would like for you guys to ensure the company you are sending my equipment to gets it to me. The most I have gotten Nordictrack to do so far, is send the company an electronic form which they say should get them to contact me within 2 days...it's now been 4 days since that. I'm at a loss and do not see this item being delivered in time for Christmas. I'm about to contact the Better Business Bureau and KPRC Spencer Solves it, who delves into and handles these types of consumer issues/fraud. The item arrived at NSD Alcoa TN terminal 2 days which is a hour and 30 minutes from my house so I'm thinking there's a good chance that it will be delivered on the 10th as it originally was, fast forward 2 days later and the item is still sitting at their terminal in Alcoa, I've tried for a day and a half to contact someone via phone and chat both because I would drive to their terminal myself and pick it up but still no one has answered or called me back,,, people spend good money and definitely deserve better service. These must be the biggest morons on the planet!! HomeDepot uses these guys for delivery, if it can be called that. They seem to have transported my bathtub clear across the US in a week, only to let it sit and marinate in their local truck yard for another week. Then the driver shows up, no pallet jack for a 350Lb iron tab, and worse NO TUB!! He promised me to be back the next day with the goods.... again nothing. Finally, I managed to contact NSD through HomeDepot (no direct customer line) and they informed me (after a 10 minute hold) that "I did not want the tub this week"! Really?? (The trucker that showed up was clearly a sub-contractor for them and had no clue which way was up.) Dear HomeDepot, I realize that these guys must be the cheapest... but seriously, you guys do large volume, so there must be a better trucking company somewhere that would want your business... maybe a company that actually delivers. Ordered 9 windows from home depot for my second-floor addition. I was given a delivery date of December 1. It was postponed to the 8th, they never showed.. I was called on the 9th with my delivery window, which NSD scheduled for the 10th. I stayed home all day waiting for them on the 10th, they didn't show up. I call home depot because calling NSD directly is impossible, they literally hang up calls. They told home depot they had truck issues, yea right... That very same day on the 11th, they listed my order as delivered, even though nobody showed up. If it was anything else aside from windows I would be patient, however, my home is wide open to the elements. You give a promised date, you keep it. My home is getting weather damaged solely because of these guys and I will hold them liable for it. Shame on home depot for even using them. On multiple occasions i was told they would call back. DO NOT TRUST THEM when they say this. They will never call you back and it's a tactic to waste your time. I used these guys back in March last year to have a brand new Nordic Track treadmill delivered and set up in my house. This is one of the larger industrial models and no way was I going to be able to get it through my door alone so I opted for the "white glove" service.... well worth it!!! They came on time and had that thing out of the box and set up ready to go in less than 45 minutes. That would have taken me hours. They took away all the trash, said have a nice day, gave me some papers to sign and I was "off and running"... haha. Wish I used the treadmill more but I can say the delivery from this company was smooth. read more

Worst delivery experience ever. If I could select a negative star, I would. Unfortunately, Home Depot uses them, so I am going to stop ordering white gloves delivery to Home depot. Sorry guys, but you have to be careful with the selection of your contractors. So, I ordered a grill online. Non Stop Delivery never updated their tracking system so after 2 weeks with non change, I contacted Home depot. My packages were there and HD told me that they will call me to make an appointment, they called 3 days later. They do not deliver on Saturday, which is very surprising. So I took a 1/2 day off this Friday, they never came, they never called. I phoned again HD and I was told that i was rescheduled on Monday! Services companies do not understand that most people work on weekdays, this is why we pay to have a call to make an appointment at a time and day that are convenient for the CUSTOMER. Home depot did all they can, but now, I am told that I will receive an email with the confirmation of the day of the delivery. If this does not match the day I selected (in 10 days because I travel for my work), I will cancel my order. read more

This is by far the worst delivery company operating within the United States!! What a nightmare! We ordered patio furniture from Home Depot and we still haven't received it. You can never get through to somebody on the phone and when you do, they're completely useless!! I spoke with Brian this afternoon and he was absolutely useless! The driver lied and said he attempted delivery, yet I took the day off and no one came to my house. Brian couldn't reschedule the delivery, he couldn't tell me why the driver didn't call when he supposedly "attempted" delivery, and he couldn't put me through to local warehouse so I could talk directly to them. This company is awful. I would seriously consider ordering items that are delivered though Non Stop Delivery. I will never use this service again. read more

Ordered a patio dining set as a house warming gift for my cousin. They called to schedule delivery but never showed. I placed my order on 6/26/2014, I have called more than a dozen times and it still hasn't been delivered. It's now August. I am trying to get a refund because this thing is never going to show and this delivery company doesn't care that they are just holding onto a gift. read more

NSD was responsible for the "white glove delivery" of our Nordic Track equipment. I was informed (via email from Nordic Track) that I would receive a phone call to schedule my delivery. NSD called and left me a message on 12/2/21 at 2:21 pm telling me, not asking me, that my delivery would occur the next morning on 12/3/21 between 7-10 a.m. I work at a hospital and don't get cell reception so I didn't receive the voicemail until arriving home from work that night. Giving less than 24 hours notice doesn't seem appropriate, especially if you're not given the opportunity to confirm or deny the requested delivery time. I immediately called and left a message (no one answered the phone when I called) telling them the delivery would need to be rescheduled, but I did not receive a call back. The delivery showed up the next morning at 8:30 am. Luckily, my husband was still home to receive it, but was late to work because of it. If I'm paying such a large fee for "white glove service", I would expect notification of scheduling, as promised and for there to be follow up when a customer expresses that a delivery needs to be rescheduled due to work conflicts. Overall, I didn't have the choice about using their service, but if I did, I would not again and I am upset I had to pay so much extra for their service. read more

Do not use this company. They will not schedule your pickup and will not return emails or phone calls. They have now set the phone system to refuse any calls from my cell phone and if I use another line and enter my tracking number the system disconnects the call. If I enter a fake tracking number it goes through. Robert Hollis will also respond to you in here to make the company look good and then do nothing when you actually email them. I wish you could leave negative reviews. read more

Ordered a bathroom vanity through Home Depot on April 18th was supposed to be delivered April 30th then got postponed till May 6th no surprise it wasn't delivered and now they are saying it will be delivered on May 8th. Did not receive a phone call or any notice regarding the delay. I had to call Home Depot multiple times to get information because nonstop delivery does not update their tracking (last time I got an update was on April 26th saying it was in transit) if I would have known how long it would have taken I would have just picked it up from the store. read more
