After my review on the very same day the Extra Mile Supervisor called me to arrange the delivery of the items. They kept me in the loop for the delivery and this time it was done on the day it was rescheduled. Of course still items arrived late after my guests arrived. But I updated my starts from 1 star to 3 stars. I appreciate the effort of the Senior Customer Service Manager and the Extra Mile Supervisor. The delivery guy who came was the driver also. I ordered 10 cabinets shipping # 33446263 and it was being shipped by your company. Last week, 6 cabinets were delivered and when I called, no one knew where the rest was. It took 6 days and requesting to speak to a manager to find out it was in Kent wa. They said a manager should be calling me back on 30mins as of today. 6hrs later, I keep getting hung up on by your employees. This company is a DISGRACE and lack communication skills. When I asked what the business hours for my local warehouse were so I could set a delivery date the woman couldn't give me a straight answer. The first delivery they did for me the I had to help the two men get my package off of their truck and then they told me they didn't know how to set it up. Now I have no idea when I'll be receiving a mattress I ordered because when I call they tell me they get no answer from the San Antonio location. If you are using Non Stop Delivery, it's very likely because you have had no prior experience with them or that you made a purchase and the vendor decided to use them. This is the WORST company to deal with. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for someone to contact me to schedule a pick up (return) of a sofa purchased from Wayfair that is too large for my living room. I have ordered a smaller replacement but can't have it delivered because I don't have any room left in my living room. I have called 6 times and have had to wait on hold for up to 20 minutes to get through to a customer service agent that tells me that they will send my request over to dispatch and have driver(s) contact me to set up a pick up time. I haven't been contacted by anyone. I have sent several email messages to the customer service link but no response there either. I have wasted hours of time on the phone and just keep getting the runaround. I am paying interest on the sofa every day that I have it and my account now has 2 sofas charged to it until they receive my return. Home Depot uses this delivery company. My advice is don't order anything that may be shipped by NonStop. You have to decide if hours of frustration to locate your delivery is worth the few bucks you will save. Think carefully. It's pretty much 'NonStop' pain, buck passing and hold times. Their customer service is every inch as horrible as people on Yelp say it is. I ordered a large back yard play set from Home Depot. Home Depot contracted Non-Stop to deliver my order. That was over a month ago. NonStop has had a few thousand of my dollars sitting in their offices for 4 weeks and they claim they have no idea where it is. The item is the size of a large truck. Its enormous. And its 'lost'. Their support is rude, evasive, dismissive, takes any opportunity to blame others and has done everything in their power to make sure that we don't call back. With the exception of listening, helping or locating my delivery. I really wish that was sarcasm. After numerous calls from myself and the helpful folks at Home Depot they refuse to believe that they have my delivery. Home Depot sent me a copy of the receipt that NonStop generated when they received the shipment, signed and sealed Both myself and Home Depot have been told by NonStops customer that the reciept is 'faked'. Keep in mind that Home Depot regularly contracts with this company and has their own processes in place to ensure they know where their merchandise is going. After many hours on the phone Home Depot has finally talked someone into walking through the Denver warehouse to look for the package. Lets hope 'Patrick' is a better employee than virtually every single person employed at NonStop. It must be several square miles of warehouse since that simple request has taken several days. read more

I feel as though they strive to do every task involved in delivery wrong. They called me while I was at work so it went to voicemail to set up a delivery date. The person who left the message was inaudible and left very little info and even omitted the item and company they were working for in their message. I called the next morning and the woman who answered picked up with "hello." I was not sure I even had the right number at that point but I asked if they were the delivery company and got a Her: "yes......" Me: "Ok, I have a ladder I need delivered." Her: "We have a bunch of ladders" I'll spare the play by play but it was hardly professional. I told them tomorrow worked for my for my ladder to be delivered and they agreed to deliver it then. They brought it the same day as the call and left it out in the open and it was damaged on arrival to the point it could not be used. Now I had to set up a return for the item through home depot which was great, streamlined and pleasant. Now back to NSD.... I called them several times about the return to set up a time and they never got back to me. I called every few days for 2 weeks and every time the person answering the phone said they would let the person who needs to know know and that they would contact me directly. This never happened. Turns out they cancelled my return for some reason.... I still have the damaged ladder and am 330 in the hole. Just reopened the return with home depot moments ago so we will see.... In short, do not use this company if you can avoid it. read more

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. My item was supposed to be delivered February 29th - the tracking says out for delivery since then. Finally on March 4th I started tracking it down, only to get completely blown off and fed a line of excuses why they have not been able to deliver yet. I finally scheduled delivery for this Saturday, which will make my item 7 days over due, with no contact from the company, no calls, no emails, no nothing before I finally figured out their phone number (I had to call 4 others first since this was an order through Lowes). If I could put zero stars I would. I ordered a couch from Amazon over two weeks ago set the delivery day to Saturday from 9-12. No call no show. Called the 888 number and they were of no help 2 hrs after the delivery time. Called Monday and they said they would only speak to my husband (I don't have a husband). I put my SO on the phone, he set the delivery date to today another no call no show after I took off work and lost pay. Called them and they wouldn't answer the phone after an hour long hold. Called amazon had it canceled and now I have to wait until they confirm the paperwork for the return for my refund. This company really needs to get their "stuff" together. This company really is a joke. Impossible to contact for a delivery. They keep you on hold for half an hour and then recording says they will call you back at the number you called from and of course they never call back. I tried this 3 times and had the same result. I ordered a sofa and loveseat from Amazon a month ago. The love seat arrived as scheduled but no sofa. The delivery guys knew nothing about the sofa and offered no help. Tried calling and could not reach anybody. The tracking information showed the sofa was at their warehouse an hour from our property but had not moved in a week. Amazon could not seem to get any more information. They said the sofa was most likely lost and ordered a replacement. Finally they have found the sofa and scheduled a delivery that does not work for me and cannot give me an alternate delivery date until the day before. They say they need a signature so looks I will have to drive 4 hours round trip to finally get my sofa. Not sure why a company like Amazon would contract with such a courier service. read more

I'll start by saying the customer service representatives on the phone have all been very friendly and seemed helpful. But nothing concrete has actually be done to solve my issue. Like many others, I ordered a vanity from Home Depot, and NSD was scheduled to deliver it. Long story short, it was delivered to the wrong house. I have reached out to the Home Depot and NSD many times now to get the vanity off of a stranger's front porch and into my garage, and I have no indication that this issue will be resolved anytime soon. NSD, this is the driver's fault, and no one else's, and you need to schedule an extra couple stops to your delivery schedule for today so that this gets fixed. Oh, I also never received any calls to schedule the delivery or to say the truck was on its way. Had I been contacted before the vanity got dropped off, we might have been able to avoid this issue or fix it right away. read more

I took the day off work (Lost money) package was supposed to be delivered between 12 and 3 pm. I was supposed to get a 30 minute courtesy call. No call was received and no package was delivered. I was home the entire day for nothing. contacted customer service no one answered and was hung up on. Then when on the chat to figure out where my package was once again waited forever and no one came on. tried again a few hours later on chat. got an agent who told me she didn't know what happened and she would have to contact me back....didn't take down any of my info and ended the chat. Extremely upset and still have no idea where my package is. Also, its below freezing temperatures and the product is temperature sensitive. If it was left on a truck outside somewhere and froze it will probably have to be replaced. Couldn't have had a worse experience and still don't have my delivery or any answers as to when or where it is. Looks like I'm not the only one! I had ordered a Frameless Glass shower doors from Amazon on Feb 8th 2022. Unfortunately, Amazon used NSD carriers. According to my initial purchase order date, it was supposed to arrive on 2/23 as it read in the Amazon website. I had someone wait the entire day on 2/23 but never arrived. Then the date changed to the next day and according to Amazon's tracking, it was already in my town waiting for home delivery. I called NSD several times on 2/24 (again I had someone waiting by the door a second day) well this unprofessional carrier company never picked up the phone, but a recording offered a call back (they never did) Finally called Amazon, who got a hold of this guy Robert from NSD, who told me that the doors are in Virginia and it would be delivered on 3/5 in North Carolina, and there is nothing that can be done, then I asked him for his manager, who supposedly would call me later in the day, guess what, he/she never did!!!. Now I have to cancel the installer and wait another month because his calendar is full. Shame on this company, but mostly shame on Amazon for using them after knowingly using this horrible carrier. Update: I left a negative review on Thursday and only then was able to get in touch with someone at NSD, after calling several times that day. As of today we have made zero progress, the man I spoke with Thursday told me they reached out to the local terminal and driver but were unable to reach them. Here we are now Monday and they are still unable to contact the driver or terminal. Shouldn't a company be able to get in touch with THEIR EMPLOYEES? No contact with an employee for over 4 days I'd be worried they were ok. I have 24-7 cameras on my house and I will be filing a police report tomorrow stating (shortly a conversation with my lawyer to follow) NSD has STOLEN my item seeing as my cameras prove there was no delivery - they told Home Depot they made last Tuesday. I had to contact my credit card company in hopes of a refund and repurchase my couch now paying for this item TWICE and not RECIEVING even ONE. It's a couch. How does a shipping company loose a COUCH. Customer service seems to try to put out fires but not proactively search for a solution, my COUCH (large item) has now been missing a full week and no one working there is communicating with even each other to resolve this. Fell off the truck special is what I believe has come of my package. It's 2019 every other form of shipping has fluid contact and instant updates on packages however NSD has no idea where two 4ft sections of a sectional couch ended up. My husband and I needed a new tv (due to life with a toddler) and bought one brought Purchasing Power... that was on the 31st of March. It took 4 days for NSD to receive the order (pretty standard), but for the past 5 business days the status on our order hasn't changed except saying it's at some terminal only God knows where. Chat service people are basically telling me what's on the screen and can't give me an estimated delivery date. Usually those are generated once the company receives the product and then you as the customer can plan accordingly. Guess we'll have to stay at home forever to avoid missing the delivery of a tv that may or may not be in route to us. read more

This Delivery company gets 0 stars from me. They called me at 4:25 pm on 2/18. They said the GPS had taken them to a strange location. I told them that I lived on a military base and that all of that information should have been in the notes as this was the 2nd attempt to purchase and deliver this NordicTrack Rower. The first attempt was as horrific as this one. The driver then proceeds to tell me that they were on the base and asked me what type of identification they needed in order to get on the base. This information had also been communicated numerous times When I told the drive what documents were required to get on base he told me that the other rider did not have the proper documents and would not be able to get on base. I told him to leave that person at the visitors center and continue on to deliver my product, because we'd been waiting for it for months. The driver told me he would not be able to do that. The driver was going to take the product back AGAIN, and try to have it redelivered AGAIN, and I told him NO! My husband had taken the day off work and just happen to be home. I asked him to meet the driver at the visitors center and have the driver follow him back to the house with the package. I paid $230 extra for the 'White Glove' Deliver set up service. When my husband got to the visitors center, the driver refused to bring the package to the house and set it up. My husband asked if he could at least use their hand truck to pull the package to the house, because it wouldn't fit into our car. The driver said NO. He said they were on a schedule, that they had other, deliveries to make, and left the package in the visitors center. My husband had to drive to U-Haul, pay for a truck and a hand truck, go back to the visitors center - by this time, it was well after 5:00 pm the visitors center closed (they were kind enough to wait for my husband to get back from U-Haul), there were 2 gentlemen in front of the visitors center that offered to help my husband put the package onto the truck, he then drove the package less that 1/4 of a mile ti our house, pulled the package off the truck, and pulled the package into the house. I keep getting messages from NordicTrack stating that my package has been delivered, and how was my experience. I'm extremely disappointed that such a top notch company like NordicTrack doesn't do a better job of vetting their 3rd party delivery vendors. Unfortunately, my fight isn't over. I still have to get my NordicTrack Rower put together. I paid $230 for this service. The drivers said they'd send someone back on Monday.I wonder if they realized Monday is a holiday or if they just saying I'd what they needed to say to be on their way? My guess is the ladder, and NordicTrack thinks the product has been put together. I also need to get my money back for having to rent a U-Haul and Hand truck to get the package to my house. NonStop Delivery (NSD) is bad news. On Sept .23 we ordered from Home Depot a refrigerator. It was delivered by UPS on Sept 29. UPS delivered halfway up the path to our rental unit where we intended to install it. But it was damaged -- the door dented sufficiently that it did not open and close properly. Note we live in a house uphill from the street; there are 13 steps up from the level of the street, then about a 50-foot slanting path, then 11 steps, and another 15 or so feet of path to the deck. We phoned Home Depot and they agreed that we could return it and they would pick it up. For picking it up they employed NSD. No one committed to the date of pickup. On Oct 4 an NSD driver messaged us that they would be in the neighbourhood the next day and would pick it up and would phone or text us before they picked it up. They did not phone or text us and did not pick it up In the meantime, on Oct 5 we ordered another refrigerator from Lowe's, who employed NSD to deliver it. Although they sent an email with a "track order" feature, no date appeared. NSD's webpage said their policy was to text or phone before delivering and that they would deliver to the "first available dry area". They never contacted us, but on Oct 9 one of us happened to hear a noise on the street and hastened downstairs but the NSD truck was speeding away, having left the refrigerator sitting in the middle of the sidewalk. Dumping something on the sidewalk is not delivery. The men working on our rental unit carried it upstairs and discovered that it too was damaged but only a slight dent in the door which didn't look bad or prevent function, so we agreed to keep it. Lowe's gave us a 10% discount. It is now October 15. The first damaged refrigerator is still standing on our front path. We haven't heard anything from NSD since Oct 4. read more

This company is the worse. I don't understand why anyone would do business with them. I have read alot of the reviews and they are the same thing that is happening to us. My item was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago and never came. Then it changed to the next day between 12pm to 3pm. And nothing. Then my wife spent at least 2 hours on the phone with their customer service. Which is the worse I have ever dealt with in my life. To finally be told that it will be delivered today between 9am and 12pm. It is now 11am. So my wife called them to make sure. To be told now it's not gonna be delivered until Tuesday. And that just cant happen. By their tracking number it's claiming it's in the town we live in. But when we talked to them they claim that is wrong. It's no where near us. What kind of business are they running. My wife told them they have until 5pm to delivered it today or we are canceling the order. But I know now anytime I order anything off the internet I will make sure that this company will not be doing the delivery. I will never do business with them. Well here's a great update. Spent all day Friday on the phone and got nothing but rude people and hung up on. Finally called amazon and they called NSD and was told it would be delivered on Tuesday between 9am and 12pm. Well today is Tuesday and we called at 9am and was told it was on the truck for delivery. It is now 12:30pm. And we are on the phone with them. I ordered a tent through amazon with an arrival date of 11FEB. This was perfect for our camping trip scheduled for the Valentine's 4-day weekend. That day came and went and the tracking stated it was at the El Paso NSD terminal not far from where I lived. It had a delivery date of 18 FEB even though it had gotten to El Paso on 10FEB. First I tried to fix the issue with Amazon but they don't seem to communicate well with the freight provider they use. The NSD customer service line was useless and the lady didn't seem to care on the phone. The only thing that turned this around was the outstanding customer service I received from Robert, one of the supervisors. I found the email on Yelp and he contacted me the next morning and I just received my tent. It's still late but I appreciated the company taking the time to get it here as soon as I had an issue with the delivery date. read more

I was very pleasantly surprised that I received great service from them. I was worried about a few challenges with white glove delivery of two adjustable beds, but they were great. They called me as promised before arrival, came when they said they would, were respectful of both the beds and my property, AND the two guys were exceptionally courteous and professional. BUYER BEWARE - If you are purchasing something bigger than a bread-box from Home Depot (or any other vendor), ask who will perform the last-mile delivery to you - If it is Non-Stop Delivery (NSD), STOP - don't buy it. Bought a gun safe from Home Depot. NSD delivered it with no call-ahead, and looked like they had beat the safe up with a sledgehammer. Driver was in too much of a hurry to let me inspect before he sped off. I immediately called HD and requested a return. I received a "Request Registered" email from NSD, and then zero contact from NSD for the next 4 weeks despite repeated (daily) attempted calls and emails to their "Customer Support". Ended up getting a friend to come over with his trailer and help me load up a 600 lb. safe and we took it back to the local Home Depot store ourselves. Never again. NSD should not be allowed to continue business, and shame on the sellers that contract with this worthless bunch of douchebags. read more

Horrible Horrible.... ordered a wooden double vanity from Home Depot - this morning I tracked it and said delivery tomorrow. The representative from Home Depot called NSD and they said they are loading on a truck and would be delivered today... said i would get a 30 minute call ahead, the tracking information on this website also said I would get a 30 min call ahead. This would not have been such a problem if it wasn't pouring raining out - and its WOOD - and stamped all over the box was to keep dry. They did NOT call and dumped it in driveway. I left work early because I was afraid it would be just left in the rain and it was!! Either the delivery people can't read or just lazy! Never knocked on the door or called 30 min before arrival like they claim is their policy. Now my 300 lb. $900 package will have to sit outside in the rain for 2 days until I get home, and yes she was home at the time of delivery. I called them at 9:30am today to see when they would be here so I wouldn't have to sit around all day waiting... the agent told me they couldn't get in contact with the terminal and that they sent an email for the terminal to contact me. 3 hours later still no response. I contacted them again, and she said she finally got in contact with them and that it would be delivered next Wednesday... how the hell does it go from 12-30-16 to 1-04-16? If I could give them a zero stars I would because this company is useless, frustrating, and the representatives are rude and unhelpful. This company is TERRIBLE! Do not use them! Wayfair used this company to pick up my return. First of all, NSD never called me to schedule a pickup. According to Wayfair, NSD will call within 2-3 business days to arrange a pick-up appointment. I needed to call them for a pick up appointment. Each time I called I waited at least 15 minutes to talk to a customer service representative. When I called them to schedule a pick-up appointment, the representative scheduled the pick up on Wednesday. She said that they would call a day ahead (Tuesday) let me know the pickup window. When Tuesday came around, no one called me (again!). I needed to call the office and wait 15 minutes to talk to a customer service representative again. They informed that the pick up on Wednesday was never scheduled and that the delivery men only come to my area on Tuesdays!!! There is some serious internal communication problems within the company. After talking to multiple NSD representatives, a NSD manager and Wayfair case management for 2 hours, I get a pickup scheduled for the next day, Thursday, between 9am and 1pm. I made sure to follow up with NSD on Thursday to make sure the delivery men were on their way. When I called the first time at 12:30 the representative told me that the delivery men were running late but they are coming. When I called the second time at 2:30 the representative said that the pick up is not scheduled. I asked to talk to the manager and he told me that the pick up is scheduled and that the delivery men were going to call me in a few minutes because they were right around the corner to pick up my mattress!! HA, what a lie! The delivery men never called me or picked up the mattress! Afterwards, I spoke to Wayfair, they said that since NSD did not pick up the mattress during those 2 scheduled days I should just throw it out or donate it. By the way, Wayfair informed me that on their system NSD had recorded that they could not get in touch with me. HA, another lie! Impossible I have been glued to my phone for the last 2 days and I have double checked the phone number with NSD and Wayfair. Also, I received no voicemails. The manager I had been speaking with on Wednesday and Thursday reviewed this case and admitted this was extremely unprofessional and apologized. He said that it was protocol for the terminal to have communicated with me (the customer). Which they failed to do and falsely documented that they did. This is the most horrible company I have ever dealt with. Thank you Wayfair for letting me throw out the mattress rather than dealing with NSD another day!! Update: The delivery driver called me randomly in the middle of the night to pick up the mattress. After having spoken with NSD manager at 6PM who told he had no idea what was going on with this pick-up and wayfair teld me to forget about dealing with NSD. This delivery man comes out of the blue. At 8:30PM, he calls me and tells me he is right outside my door! CRAZY! He did not call me earlier to let me know he would be coming around 830PM. No, he calls me right when he is at my door! At 8:30PM I am ready for bed time not for a stranger to move a mattress.
