I had a dining set delivered that was ordered through Amazon. There was a mix up, and it said it was out for delivery on the NSD website, but it didn't show up so I called. The operator told me that it was not out for delivery, but somehow their system gets automatically updated for Amazon orders. Regardless, she made sure the delivery was confirmed for the next day, in a 3-hour window. The delivery was on time, and the delivery men were very nice and respectful. The company should possibly try to work out whatever is going on with Amazon, but I don't really fault NSD with that. Amazon should be more transparent with the system. It would be better if we, the consumer, knew to directly contact NSD to confirm the delivery. read more

I order a shed through Lowes on 5/9/20. NSD got a hold of my package on 5/26/20. They have "attempted delivery" 3 times since and I still don't have my package. They refuse to call back customers and are non responsive to emails. Avoid using this service if you can. Zero stars is too generous. Delivery company came out with a delivery from a vendor but never knocked on my door or rang my doorbell. The rather large parcel was left on my driveway. We were home waiting for this delivery as it was a canceled order and should not have been delivered at all. After being on hold for 55 minutes I finally reach a representative, representative was extremely rude. The representative failed to hear my concern, kept cutting me off midsentence, and immediately hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Scheduled a delivery for 5/28/2020 between 10:30am and 2:30pm called at 4 to find out they forgot to put my order on the truck. Was told it would be delivered next day. After speaking to several people the next day I find out they aren't delivering it that day either and that I would receive a phone call with the next delivery. Never got a call but my tracking status changed to delivery on 5/1/2020. Checked it today and they changed it again to 5/2/2020 between 6 and 10 pm. Because they forgot to put my order on their truck I got penalized and extra 5 days and loss of time at work. NSD is a joke. read more

They dont respond for days to email, when they do it's once at 430am and then not again until that time the following day. I have waited on hold for over an hour on multiple days, left requests to be called back when it's my turn in the cue, and there is no live person to connect with. While the gentlemen that delivered were kind and courteous, they were incapable of delivering my treadmill to my front door because they weren't equipped with the correct equipment and man power. This is the very FIRST time I have dealt with this company (not by my choice). I am beyond displeased with this company and I will NEVER use them again. I ordered a set of bunk beds for my daughters birthday. I ordered it a month prior to her birthday. This is the only thing my daughter wanted during this "pandemic". I keep pretty close eye on my orders. NSD website stated it was out for delivery between such and such time. It's getting later, no package and absolutely no way to contact anyone. Their "chat" online does not work, they do not answer the phones, return calls, emails etc. I had to contact Amazon and they were finally able to talk to a "Brian" whom in which didn't help me. I stressed my frustration and explained this is my first time having to use their company. Nothing has been resolved, and now I have to wait 3 additional days bc Monday is a holiday. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! HORRIBLE customer service... they don't return calls as promised. Doesn't deserve one star! Home Depot gave me this company's contact information to pick up a damaged bathtub. I began calling Monday, May 22nd and was told I would receive a phone call that afternoon between 2:00 and 4:00. No one had called by Wednesday morning, so I called back. I was told during that call that I would receive a phone call within 24 hours. Again, no call. I called back again on Thursday and was told that I would receive a phone call within a few hours. No call. I called again on Friday morning- several times. I asked to speak to a supervisor during the first call. I was told Stacy was who I should talk to but she was in a meeting and that I could leave a voice mail. I did and no call back. I called back again and asked to speak to any warm body in the building that could find help for me. The representative told me that there was not one person in the building that I could speak to directly. I was then sent to the voicemail of Patrick Lynch, who I was told was Vice-President. I When I received no phone call from him, I called again and asked for the name of the company that would actually be doing the pick up. I was given the name but was told they couldn't share the contact information. I googled it, found the phone number and began calling them for help. After several contacts with that company, Professional Moving and Storage, Friday evening at 6:30 I had a pick-up scheduled. The tub was finally picked up on Tuesday, May 30th. I have yet to receive one phone call from ANYONE at Non-Stop Delivery. There is no doubt that if I had not taken the initiative to contact Professional Moving and Storage, I would still have the tub. I should also add that any phone call you make to Non-Stop Delivery will include a very long wait time. I estimate that I was probably on hold for 1.5 hours during my many phone calls. Additionally, the excuse I was given during several of my phone calls was that the delay was based on the fact that Non-Stop Delivery couldn't reach the contact agent for Professional Moving and Storage. I would find out later that they are in the same office building. If you have a customer that's been waiting a week for a call back, you would think a short walk in your building would be in order. I note that Mr. Lynch makes comments on the reviews on Yelp... please save your time in this case Mr. Lynch. I have yet to receive a call back from you after leaving a voicemail. Perhaps you should spend your time getting things in order in your office and perfecting customer service and you wouldn't have reviews like this to deal with. read more

I ordered a grill via Amazon Prime. This company was the shipping company. The grill was ordered May 8th, for delivery on May 20th. According to Amazon's tracking, it was shipped, from the west coast, on Thursday, May 14th. It arrived in Durham NC (my area) on Wednesday, May 20th. It has rescheduled to be delivered May 26th. I was needing this grill for the Memorial Day holiday weekend and 39th wedding anniversary. Silly me, thinking I had adequate time. After spending over 3 plus hours on the phone, waiting for customer service(?), it will not be delivered until after the weekend. I've even asked if I could pick up the item at their Durham warehouse and that was refused. I will update after the delivery(?) on 5/26. read more

This company is AWFUL to work with. They delivered a sliding back door to my home on Saturday, May 19 and just left it on the front porch. No phone call to say they were delivering it. I was told it was not going to be delivered until June 15, 2018. According to their tracking today, May 21, 2018, the item is still scheduled to be delivered on June 15. They left the door blocking my front door along with my neighbor's front door as well. I was not home and luckily my neighbor was able to call me and to get help to move the door out of the way of the front doors. The door was just covered in plastic wrap - no box, no carton, no protective covering. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this company. I called customer service and they said they couldn't really do anything about it. No restitution for bad delivery, for time to get people to move it inside the house, nothing. If I could leave a lesser rating, I would. This is without a doubt the worst shipment I've ever received... and to be frank, I technically didn't even receive it. It was delivered to the wrong address, and someone across town showed up at my doorstep to notify me that it was blocking their garage. The woman said it arrived on a pallet, and that the packaging was basically destroyed. So, I traveled across town, and inspected it with my own eyes, and the packaging was in fact destroyed. What was once a box, held together by straps, was now just a flap of cardboard laid over the top. I got the help of a friend to load the contents of the package into a borrowed vehicle, which amounted to about 200lbs worth of various parts (probably 50 in total). Then had to unload it. Additionally, I needed to make arrangements for the pallet to be removed as well. This all occurred at about 7:30pm, in pitch black, as it normally is in January. The item I ordered was a total gym, and there were pieces missing, no doubt a direct result of this poor excuse of a shipping company. The manufacturer of the product was gracious enough to send me the missing parts, free of charge, but I still have to wait for them. Luckily for me, they'll be sent by a more reputable carrier, and probably won't be left in shambles on someone else's property. Oddly enough, the tracking information says they were supposed to call me 30 minutes prior to arrival as a courtesy. This would have likely alleviated some issue, but it still would have arrived a wreck. Thanks for literally nothing, as no part of this job was actually completed correctly. read more

I ordered a treadmill and NSD delivered and assembled it. They called ahead and arrived within the 30 minutes, as the call said they would. They arrived at my house before their scheduled window which was perfect as I didn't have to drive home from work to meet them. They assembled the treadmill quickly, demonstrated that all buttons and mechanics worked and cleaned up very nicely. The 3 gentlemen that came were nice and respectful. Can't ask for much more from my side of things, they did a great job! A small thing about scheduling: It appears you have to decline your original scheduled appointment in order to receive additional delivery days/times, but I made the original day/time work. Given that they arrived early it didn't matter much anyway, but just a very small issue I noticed during the process. It doesn't change my thoughts on the job performed though! read more

I ordered a closet door from home depot. On the "delivery" day I was unable to find my package which is odd because this thing should be at least 80 inches tall and a foot or so wide. When i called to see what the deal was the person i spoke to was rude and told me it was delivered to my "screened in front porch". The problem with that is, I dont have a screened front porch. I then contacted home depot who then contacted nsd and they got the same response. Home depot ended up giving ne my money back. I never got my closet door. read more

Received some chairs from the team of Walls, Derrick and Jesus. Very nice men and very careful with the chairs. Some of our delivery was not on the truck and Walls got right on the phone to see what the problem was. Definitely not their fault as the entire delivery was not on the loading dock for delivery. read more

Post Script: NSD is a shipper for Amazon. They should not be. They were the shipper for a Ping Ping Table we ordered. I posted on Yelp about a week after the package was supposed to arrive. NSD Customer Service emailed me and said they would help. They never did. They had the package for 18 days at their terminal in Aurora, CO and refused to deliver the package because they had no other deliveries near our place. I finally had to cancel the order and get the table from a reputable company. That company delivered in one day. I choose to believe their customer service is impotent, not evil. I have filed a complaint with Amazon Logistics. NSD rates two stars on Yelp. They are highly over-rated in my experience. If NSD is your shipper on large Amazon items, after it is late, don't believe the repeated promises they will deliver in 24-48 hours. The terminal operator holds all the power to decide if you get your package, not Customer Service. Amazon gave me a full credit and recommended I buy it elsewhere out of fear that NSD would again be my shipper. Wow. Now, Amazon needs to stop using NSD Shipping. read more

Pleasantly surprised with the service I received after reading these reviews. I received an automated message to confirm my scheduled delivery the same day that NSD received the elliptical that I ordered from HSN. I used the chat feature on the website to confirm the delivery date and window (I also called just to be sure). On the delivery date I received my courtesy call, though the drivers didn't arrive until an hour later. The drivers brought the (very heavy) box containing my elliptical into my garage. I think they were technically supposed to bring it into my house and I haven't yet opened the box, but overall this was a hassle-free delivery. read more

Wow - if I could give NSD less than a one star I would. This is hands down the worst delivery service I have EVER experienced! We ordered 2 Norditrack bikes from Amazon - they shipped the bikes out to NSD on 4/20, they scanned in to NSD Marina on 4/22 and delivery was guaranteed for Friday, 4/24 - seemed perfect. However, with no call, no contact whatsoever - they just didn't show up on Friday. At midnight Friday night, Amazon updated that NSD was delayed until Monday, 4/27. Waited all day, all night (oh, BTW their delivery window was 12am - 11:59pm) Monday - no bikes. Tried calling multiple numbers (provided by Amazon and doing my own research) that just disconnected when I called OR rang through, put me on automated hold... and disconnected 20 minutes later! I finally got someone to pick up today, 4/28 (the bikes arrived at NSD 6 days ago now), to be told only one bike had arrived and Amazon dictated they had to wait for the second bike. I informed the person on the phone that I could see via tracking that BOTH bikes had been scanned into their Marina facility. She put me on hold for another 10 minutes, came back and said they had, indeed, received both bikes, but one was damaged (By the way, Amazon had no knowledge of any damaged bike being returned from NSD). Then, the person tells me that they had to wait for the replacement bike before making delivery on the first bike and the SOONEST they would deliver is MAY 5th!!!!! Even though the bikes (apparently they now have the replacement) were scanned into NSD Marina (and we live in Marina), she indicated the nearest delivery facility is Union City. Then, when I asked for a sooner delivery date (admittedly, I was quite upset by the lack in consistency and them not letting me know the delivery was delayed), she got mad at me and HUNG UP! Bottom line NSD: 1) is hard to get ahold of 2) is consistently incommunicative regarding not making delivery dates 3) is inconsistent in status and location of products... and 4) has unprofessional customer service. If there is one company I would NOT use again (I will also write to Amazon regarding my experience with their vendor), it is NSD. Terrible company! read more

By 8:45 pm I called NSD and the guy on the phone said he will get a local agent to calm me by 10 pm. Never happened... I tried the website chat feature and the said redeliver 12/16 between 8 am - 8 pm.... no show... I emailed and received an email back quickly stating redeliver 12/17 between 12 pm - 4 pm.. no show... I called and the gal was very friendly but could not figure out what the issue is and said she would escalate the issue. It's been a bit rough trying to have someone around that long and that many days got a delivery. Not even sure I'm getting the delivery. I work in logistics and this would be unacceptable. Fifth and final update. My riding mower was delivered this evening, finally. There was no 30 minute "courtesy call" as expected. The delivery guys just showed up in rented Enterprise truck, left it behind my garage doors, and hurried off. They did tell me on the way out that the hold up was because it had sent it to a different and incorrect warehouse. It had to be shipped to them, again, in order for them to get it to me. I don't understand the logistics behind such errors, not in today's digitally connected world, but their excuse seemed the most likely of everything which was told to me. It begs the question as to why they don't simply communicate the truth to customers. I also don't quite know why tracking support does not have all the correct information. Had the realities been told to me either through the website or an email, I would not have had to take three days off to wait for this. I don't measure a company by how they perform when things go right as much as I do in how they perform when things go wrong and my review reflects as much. Clearly NSD has a lot of opportunity for growth in that. Right now I am just glad my order is in my possession and not theirs. My advice to others who are experiencing issues with their own deliveries: hold them accountable and make sure whoever sold the item(s) stays involved as well. Sad, but sometimes it takes pressure to get things to move in your favor. read more

Update - 4/23 I looked at the tracking page again Monday morning and it said the item was Out for Delivery, but throughout the day the appointment window changed from 10:15AM - 2:15PM to 11:45AM - 3:45PM and then finally 2:15PM - 6:15PM. I planted myself outside the building at 11:40AM just in case. At 2:45PM we get an automated call saying the truck was 10 mins away. And around 3PM the truck pulls up. The two guys were very professional and spent a lot of effort getting the fridge to the room we needed it in. We ran into some trouble getting it out of its packaging but the guys were committed to getting the job done. So despite being a week late the fridge was delivered fairly uneventfully. Whatever Sean Hicks was able to do to move things along seems to have worked. I still think the company needs better communications both internally and with the customer though. read more

I am very disappointed with this company. I had a very large purchase being delivered from Amazon through NSD. I scheduled a specific delivery date through NSD for the delivery as I needed to be home for it. I took off work to be home, and it never showed. I called NSD, they said they didn't have anything on my order and no information on it even though it shows up on their website under my tracking number. I called Amazon and they told me that they are showing also that NSD does have it. After several days of watching the shipment tracking on NSD's website I called them again to reschedule a delivery day. I waited a long time to have someone call me back which is fine. I understand they are busy. The phone connection on her end though was really bad. I would have hung up and tried again but I was waiting a very long time to speak to someone and didn't have time to wait again. She informed me NSD doesn't have any info on my tracking. I can see with my own eyes on their site it's in transit with an update as early as yesterday. She refused to help me beyond telling me to call Amazon. She talked down to me like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. Bad day maybe? If both Amazon and I can see that the product is in shipment /transit mode through NSD, then why can't NSD see it? Not sure where the disconnect is, but clearly this woman has NO customer service skills. Extremely rude and didn't want to help...only pass me off as someone who didn't know what they were talking about. I refuse to talk to people who are like this. Then in my case try to get a delivery (not my choice),and when it does not arrive deal with the customer CARE department to be given the run around. All I can say is the Scheduled delivery date came, 11/30/20 - 5pm, and the day passed without so much as the arrival of this chair or a phone call from NSD. IT WAS A BLEEPING NO SHOW for the delivery of my $1599 "iRest Massage Chair Recliner, Full Body Massage Chair for Home Living Room with Yoga Stretch, SL Track, Bluetooth Speaker, Zero Gravity, Thai Foot Massage (Brown)"!!! To say I'm furious beyond comprehension is an understatement. I've read hundreds of customers review about this underwhelming service by NSD even a testimony by one lady who stated NSD left her item at the edge of a busy road unattended. However I was like, well I can manage moving a 183lb or more package with my dolly. NEVER did I imagine that I'd be treated with a freaking NO SHOW NO CALL! I contacted Amazon who then reached a NSD Rep. The rep told Amazon it was damaged and undeliverable. Yet, the automated NSD Tracker advised my chair was delivered on November 23, 2020 when in-fact it had not! So, where is my $1599 massage chair?!!! THIS COMPANY IS EXTREMELY SHADY. UPDATE: 12/02/20 No resolve for me. Finger pointing, an apology and a promise to improve policy and communications from management. I rarely post a negative reviews as everyone is entitled to make a mistake or have an off day but when the poor service continues I feel obligated to let others know what to expect. We purchased a piece of furniture that was scheduled for delivery by NSD. We received a call from the delivery driver saying they would be at our house within 20-25 minutes so they were obviously close. Five hours later no show and no call. We called NSD who said the truck broke down and we should expect a call from the local terminal later in the day about delivery. Five hours still no word so back on the phone with NSD. We are told it is noted as a service failure and someone from the local terminal would call us on the next working day at 9:00 am. Again, no call. It is now five days after the initial delivery day and still no idea when our furniture is to be delivered. The on-line tracking tool still shows the scheduled delivery date as the original date five days ago. What makes this worse is that I had help arranged for the original delivery day to carry the furniture upstairs, now with the delay I don't have that help. Terrible Service!!! read more

If I could give them a ZERO start review I would. I ordered a recliner from Buy Buy Baby and this company has been a headache from day zero. Their lying antics and lack of professionalism is absurd. First they told Buy Buy Baby they tried to contact me on two different days to schedule my delivery, I never got a call or email from this company and all of my contact data was correct. I got an email from buy buy baby saying that if I didn't call them to resolve this my recliner would be returned to the manufacturer and I would lose my shipping cost (99 dollars). I tried contacting this company 6 times, I was never able to get to a person even waiting 15 minutes on the line. I left callback messages three times and never got a call back from them. I was finally able to schedule a delivery by calling Buy Buy Baby and having them connect me through to this company. Low and behold, delivery day comes, I take an unpaid day off from work, expecting this company to show up on the scheduled time between 10am-2pm. I called buy buy baby at 1:50 because there hadn't been any contact from the company, they called NSD and NSD said they were trying to contact the driver to no success but would call me when they did. 3pm, no call from NSD, call Buy Buy Baby again, again, no update from NSD. 4pm comes, nothing yet, call Buy Buy Baby they say they can't get through to NSD but to wait and they'll call me back. 6pm, no call from anyone still. I find a chat with us on NSD tracking site, and i am finally able to get through to someone who now proceeds to tell me the truck broke down at 4:15pm and they couldn't deliver my item. Excuse me? My delivery appointment was from 10am-2pm, your truck breaks down after this appointment, it's been two hours an NO ONE from your company calls me to let me know this happened? The person goes on to tell me they thought they had called every body. Again, more calling lies from this company. I ask for a call from a manager ASAP, and what do you know? Finally my phone rings from this company. No good though, all they can say is we'll reschedule your delivery, I ask them to deliver on a Saturday or after 5pm so I don't have to take another unpaid day off. What do you think? No we cannot do any of those options. Why would they work with customers they have screwed over time and time again? So I have two options now, return the merchandise and lose 99 dollars or sign a waiver for them to leave my item unattended at the door (even though I have paid 99 for white glove delivery). Buy buy baby proceeds to contact me yesterday saying the company tried to contact me to sign the waiver , AGAIN LIES, and weren't able to, so they send me the waiver instead. I read through it and it says they're not responsible for any damages done to the delivery if I sign the waiver. Well, reading these reviews I proceed to tell Buy Buy Baby I will not sign the waiver as I don't trust this company at all. Well, I now have another delivery date for Thursday 10am-2pm, my husband is now taking an unpaid day off from work to wait for this delivery. I honestly hope the delivery happens or else we will have to fight this in court. Dealing with this so called company has been only but headache and stress. Unfortunately enough for Buy Buy Baby I will never order anything from them that needs special delivery if they choose such low reputable, lying companies to partner with for delivery needs. I have never had any of these issues with wayfair, Nebraska furniture Mart, or any other company I have needed in room deliveries for.
