I received a delivery today from NSD Delivery Service the company I made a purchase from HomeDepot. I purchased 2 large kitchen cabinets 18x84x24 when I ordered these cabinets I paid for in home service when I asked the delivery people to bring inside he said no and left it on my sidewalk on the wet sidewalk at that. When I asked to see the paperwork the driver said NO and they just drove away. HomeDepot shame on you for using a company that has so many BAD Reviews and only has 1.5 Stars for a Rating. These cabinets cost around $700.00 and when I told the Driver I was not going to accept the delivery and they need to put it back on the truck they said NO and drove off. Placed an order through Hone Depot who shipped through NSD. item states it shipped quickly and was out for delivery sooner than expected. Tracking number from NSD stated "out for delivery" for three days until one day it states delivered but I did not receive the item. Couldn't get anyone from NSD to answer so i called Home Depot who magically was able to get in touch with someone who stated they had a system glitch and it would be delivered within 24 hours and I would be receiving a call. Never received a call and still have not received my package, a week later. No one from NSD answers the phone, their chat page doesn't work and no reply back from the email I sent. Their phone line states a rep will call you back but never does. Worst company and customer service ever. read more

Hands down the worst delivery experience I've ever had. Actually, I'm not even sure if I can call it a delivery experience considering it hasn't been delivered. The company won't even contact me to schedule. I've reached out through chat, via phone, and multiple emails including the infamous" extramile@hubgroup.com." Thanks to Brian Robeson for ignoring me and Stacy Harrold for sending me a canned answer. Brian actually told me on Monday that if I didn't have it scheduled by Wednesday to email him. Of course I didn't not get a scheduling call or text, I emailed him, no response. Emailed him again, no response. It's Friday :) My machine has been sitting in a terminal 15 minutes from my house for well over a week.... I was supposed to receive a call in the first 24-48 hours. To make it worse, my friend and I ordered the SAME machine on the SAME day at the SAME time, we even bundled them to get reduced shipping. Our machines followed the SAME route, arrived at the SAME terminal, on the SAME day. His package was scheduled and delivered a week ago. I can't even get a phone call. Moreover, I reached out to two different reps to just confirm they had my number correct on file in case it was my fault. Response to that? One rep ignored, one gave me the classic canned message: "Hello, We apologize for the delivery delays we are experiencing at this time and for any difficulty in reaching us. We are currently working with our local terminal to resolve the delays and have the orders scheduled as quickly as possible. Once we have a further update or more details, we will be in contact again to advise. We do again apologize for any inconvenience this has caused." I can't discourage anyone from using this company for ANYTHING enough. I think I may just cancel my order. Zero stars, hands down the worst experience. read more

AWFUL customer service. Terrible experience. They never called me to schedule my delivery and just scheduled it for a day and didn't let me know. I had to contact them and asked for a call back and they never called. so my husband rearranged his schedule and was able to make it home for the delivery window of 2p-6p that they gave us and they NEVER SHOWED UP! NSD advised they delivered my patio furniture on a Friday - my package was never received. When I contacted them about it they advised they would need to do a warehouse search and it could take up to 72 BUSINESS HOURS!!! Finally the driver shows up at 4:30 in the morning the following Tuesday. My large box of patio furniture completely fell off the truck while the driver was trying to unload it (They only sent one person for a 200lb box). Went to the wrong house at first and then thought it would be a good idea to drag it across the neighbors driveway and just leave it in my front yard nowhere near my garage or even my driveway. Package was left upside down and box was torn open. Very poor service from this company. I have attempted to make contact with anyone at NSD that could help with the current scenario but of course I get transferred numerous times as nobody can give me a solid answer or explanation. I highly recommend never utilizing this company. Very poor service from the start. read more

Avoid this company, NSD, like the plague. They are horrible, inept, unprofessional, unresponsive, and again just plain horrible. I ordered an item from Amazon and this company is for the last mile delivery and failed miserably. Trying to get a hold of a customer rep takes hours and then when you do they are arrogant and uncaring. If you have a large order from Amazon please check and ensure that NSD is not the last mile delivery. If so cancel your order immediately. I wasted 10 hours waiting for a delivery that never happened and then given lame excuses when I reach a agent - after waiting for over an hour. Expect very long wait times on the phone or chat and then a run-around you won't believe. Please heed my advice and avoid NSD. read more

This company NSD IS A COMPLETE DISASTER. NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DELIVER. Customer service does not ever answer phones and if you get a person through the resolution department if the company you ordered from, they hang up on you. The company delivered a multi box order. My husband asked delivery guys if they could put boxes in garage. They totally ignored him. Asked a second time they said they couldn't take over threshold. Fine, so after they left my husband proceeded to put in to garage. upon bringing them in one box was totally ripped open another one which had a compressor for ac unit in looked like it had been swiped with hi-low. nuts fell from box. Okay. A few things. I've worked for a company that does a similar job to this one. First off, my delivery took a month to get to it's destination. Second, the first scheduled delivery, I received a text that said that the driver forgot my order and we would have to reschedule. Third, i asked specifically to have a courtesy call and have it their by 3pm. They said no problem. I received a call the day before delivery and they said it would be there between 3pm-6pm. I asked why my request was not met and she rudely told me that I specifically asked for after 3pm. Which a simple look at the text would prove that wrong. Now upon delivery, I did not receive a courtesy call. I get home from work and bring the boxes inside and there are footprints on the box. The company I work for does not tolerate that and is a huge red flag from any shipping company. Extremely dissatisfied in the service. read more

Single worst experience of my life and I've given birth twice. If you get these people is your shipper cancel your order because it's not coming anyway. My experience with NSD has been terrible. I received an email stating they had received my delivery and if someone did not reach out to me in two business days to schedule delivery to reach out to them. Well I tried to reach out to someone at NSD with no luck. I emailed, I called their contact number, and I also tried using their chat through their website. Its been two weeks! If they would of emailed me or contacted me that they were backed up and would be getting to my order as soon as they could I would be understanding. It is unacceptable to do this to your customers. There are no words to describe the worthlessness of this company. If you attempt to call, their system hangs up on you after about 15 minutes stating, "we will call you back when it's your turn." They have yet to call back. They do not respond to emails. Their online "Chat" option gives you an error. They committed to delivering our product Saturday between 6:00-9:00 am. we received multiple emails in the days prior reminding us of this delivery time. They were a no call, no show. I'm in Sarasota, Fl and twice now we've had deliveries from Home Depot come via NSD and its AWFUL. They do not arrive when it says online, its impossible to get a hold of anyone. You have to call Home Depot first, then they call NSD and usually return w/ no information, then I'm told NSD will call me about when the delivery is coming and nothing. So a few days later call the NSD number and they don't know what is going on either. Why can't we just call the local NSD center to get answers! I ordered patio furniture from Home Depot, cancelled the order, was given my return/cancellation number and was told that NSD had been contacted not to deliver the patio set and we were good to go. Next day the patio set in my driveway. I called Home Depot, they called NSD and NSD was closed so I had to call the next morning. Called again, Home Depot gave me the NSD number and my pick up tracking number. I called NSD and gave him my tracking number, he then put me on a long hold to contact the NSD people near me I guess and when he came back to me he told me they hadn't gotten the return tracking yet. I begged for their direct number but he wouldn't give it to me, so now I have to wait for a call from them to come pick up what they were told not to deliver. AWFUL! Mr. Lynch, This was a HORRIBLE experience with regards to your company and costumer service.  I would NEVER recommend anyone to use NSD as a delivery service. While the experience with the delivery of the item associated to tracking number 35030657 was pretty good, it was not the only item that I expected to be delivered using NSD as the service.  The item I ordered which was expected to be delivered via NSD under tracking number 35002859 was never delivered.  I expected this item to be delivered on two separate occasions which NEVER happened.  The first time was 23 Dec, and my wife was home the entire day.  I received an obscure text and phone call regarding the delivery but found out that the delivery was cancelled because no one was able to contact me.  Unfortunately, I work in the Nay and I am not allowed to take my cell phone with we due to security reasons, but someone was home the entire day.  I tried to call and email the costumer service per the website and was never either called or emailed a response.  I received a notice that the item would be delivered on 27 Dec which I confirmed.  I stayed home the entire day and never received a phone cal, text, or email indicating that the item would not be delivered which it was not delivered.  I used the tracking number to look up the status of the delivery and showed the status that it would be delivered on the 27th well after the date.  The only thing that changed is that the website showed that the item is at the website.  I contacted the manufacture to assist in contacting NSD and they were also not able to get any results in contacting NSD costumer service.  After no change or any communication from NSD, I again contacted the manufacture for the item on 3 January to cancel the item and get a full refund for the item which they understood my predicament and grant my request for a full refund. This was a HORRIBLE experience with regards to your company and costumer service.  I would NEVER recommend Anyone to use NSD as a delivery service. Paul Hogue read more

This company never contacted me about my delivered. It was supposed to be delivered the 23 of December. With no phone or email, it did not show up. The website is nos stating it won't be delivered until the 18 January although their website says it has been out for delivery from my city since the 8th of December. No one answers their phone, the wait time for the chat service is over 2 hours. Their call back service does not work, after 17 minutes of waiting it kicks you off of waiting line for the phone. Well, tomorrow is the last of of the two week delivery window. After a communication with NSD, I was promised the delivery would come tomorrow morning. I called to find out what time I could expect it. No Surprise!! It isn't scheduled!!! The "personal" extension that I was given by the person who called after they saw my first yelp review, seemed to be bogus-- it kept kicking my call back to the automated system. I ordered a 11' Solera Slide topper from Amazon who used NSD as the courier for this item. The order was made on 4/23 and the scheduled delivery was for 5/7 between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. NSD requires that someone is home to accept the package so I left work early so I was sure to be at home. Please note that I did check tracking prior to leaving work and it showed that the package had shown up at a warehouse in Kent, (very close to my town), at 1:45pm. The package was a no show with no text, e-mail, or phone call from NSD to let me know I was sitting at home waiting for no reason. Impossible to get anywhere with them over the weekend so tried again on Monday. Was told via e-mail that I would receive a 48hr notification prior to delivery, (I assume this was so I could make arrangements to be at home). Monday night at 10:13pm I was sent a e-mail from NSD stating the package would arrive between 8:00am and 12:00pm Tuesday! I spent Tuesday morning trying to get in touch with somebody from NSD to let them know I would not be there since I was at work. No responses except for a text message at around 8:30 stating the package was about 15 minutes out. Thankfully I was able to call my wife who was home and could accept the package. When I arrived home later that day I found a package that was severely damaged and then shrink wrapped in a attempt to hide the damage. The contents of the package were also damaged - not just scratched but damaged enough to be unusable!. Amazon handled the problem. Will never order a large item from Amazon that will be shipped by NSD again. read more

NSD invited me to contact them by email. I did. Do you think they responded? Of course not. NSD was supposed to deliver my shipment today between 3-7pm EST and I even had to schedule that yesterday with them. Well here we are almost 9pm and no delivery. Tried to call the shipper in Doral, FL and they answered and said they are closed. This has been ridiculous as our shipment has been sitting in their warehouse since 4/27. We had to call the company we ordered from to try to get them to take action. I would never recommend this shipper and am surprised a company like NordicTrack would utilize them. I am supposed to wait for them to contact me to set up a date for them to pickup the package. They never get in contact with me and whenever I try to talk to a person I can not get through. Absolutely TERRIBLE. First delivery showed up damaged and I refused the order. No problem. They then return two days later with the EXACT same damaged item. They actively tried to hide the damaged side and lied repeatedly stating it was brand new. They flat out refused to take it back when I stated it was the same one and damaged. Also their team do NOT wear masks when delivering. I have called their offices and was left on hold for well over 45 minutes. Their chat bot is a joke. I was told that once again they couldn't and wouldn't do anything AFTER YOUR TEAM STATED "if there's a problem call our company." What an absolute joke. If you have an order scheduled with them CANCEL IT, before you have to deal with their complete and total lack of customer service. They are HORRIBLE. Seriously use any other service. read more

I ordered a bed from Amazon and was supposed to be delivered on a date and time I scheduled. On that day, they randomly changed the delivery to 2 days later.
