This company essentially stole medically-necessary equipment from a friend. First they set up delivery but were a no show twice. At one point they claimed they actually never received the item (even though they had set up delivery with my friend). After the next no show, the lied and said the customer refused the item because they didn't like the color. My friend asked or a copy of the signature slip they supposedly signed and never got it. Never use this company for delivery services they don't do deliver and if you have an issue, you can never get hold of a human. read more

Yelp review and BBB complaint posted by me Wednesday night, and the very next day NSD suddenly became a 5-star operation. Robert from NSD called me twice. Again, very pleasant and polite. Also received a call and a text from PDS, which is the actual shipping terminal. Pick-up was then scheduled for that Monday between 10 am - 2 pm. I received calls and texts that day. Arrived in window. 2 nice men, but 1 unable to physically lift the item, so my son had to help. Item returned to NordicTrack undamaged. So I'm extremely upset with this company. To start their communication with the customer is non existent, every time I've called them the don't answer an hour on the phone waiting for someone to answer the phone when you chose to have a call back it never happens, when you email them you get a computer generated response that say thanks for contacting NSD And that's it. I found out where my items are being held at in colorado springs I went there to pick them up and they refused to give them to me. If only zero stars were an option! I ordered cabinets through Home Depot. I never received any delivery window, just a notice that they were "out for delivery" all day yesterday. At 5:30 pm I called NSD; the person put me on hold, then claimed to have spoken to the dispatcher and they would be delivered by 6:00. They never came but after that, all calls simply went to an answering machine saying " leave a message." I've left several and have emailed as well. No response. This morning, two different Home Depot representatives & I have all called, emailed and spent more than two hours on hold. I am very disappointed with NSD's lack of communication. The company that I purchased my item from chose NSD for delivery. The estimated delivery day says today, July 19, 2019. I have been trying to contact the company all week and chatted twice. I was informed that I would be called to schedule delivery. No one has contacted me yet. The tracking says that the item has been at the delivery location for a whole week, but no one bothered to get my delivery scheduled and my item will not be delivered today. If I had known that I could have picked it up from the location myself! Update: I just received a call to schedule delivery for Monday. At least now I know how to plan for the delivery. read more

I'm typically a patient person, but my experience with NSD has been completely ridiculous. I ordered a $900 tv stand through home depot that is being delivered by NSD. I was given an estimated delivery window of 12-4 on July 14th. In fact, they called me to tell me it would be delivered then. I waited around all day no one showed up. So half a day wasted at this point. I called customer service and stayed on the line so long that the company hung up on me and told me a customer service rep would call me back. It's now 2:00 on July 15th and no one has called me back, my almost thousand dollar package is still missing, and my delivery date has not been updated. Horrible! The customer help line is a joke. No one answers. No one calls back. No one on the online chat knows where my package is. I ordered on Amazon on Feb 18 and was forced to selected the delivery date for a threshold delivery. The earliest date was March 9, which I selected. According to the NSD tracking info my package arrived in TN from WA on Feb 26 and yet on March 9 no delivery. All I get is a notification from Amazon that NSD attempted to contact me (THEY DID NOT- No Missed Calls, No Voicemails, No emails). I have no idea when (or if) I will ever get my swingset I ordered for my son's 2nd birthday. I am beyond frustrated. Only after searching and finding who owns NSD and placing a call with them did I finally receive a call. And that lovely lady informed me she has no idea where my package is because no one at the terminal is answering the phone at 3:45CST. Fingers crossed she is able to get someone to answer the flippin' phone in the morning and find my swing set. Don't bother calling their number. I had a Nordic Track incline trainer delivered and paid the extra fee for set up and delivery to the room of my choice. The delivery drivers damaged my wooden stairs, my wall as well as the door frame and door to the room where the incline trainer was placed. I called during the delivery to explain my concerns and was told to text a video. I did that as well as discussing with the drivers before they left. I followed up asking how I submit a claim the same day as delivery. I followed up again yesterday asking how I submit a claim and still have received no response. I understand that you may need time to figure this out but ignoring my requests is not a good way to handle this situation. read more

Let me begin with a few positive comments: customer service staff (on the phone and online chat) did their best to help me and, on the day of pick-up, the men in the truck called me about 30 minutes prior to pick-up, as promised. That said there appear to be communication problems between Home Depot and NSD as well as logistics/operational issues at NSD - at least as it related to my order. On June 25th, while in Ketchum, Idaho, I called Home Depot to schedule a pick up for an item (refrigerator) I was returning and was told it would take up to 5 business days. I was also told that NSD would call me prior to pick up. The fridge was only picked up July 10th! In between I found out that NSD only registered the order on July 1st. I don't know if this a function of Home Depot not communicating immediately to NSD and/or overpromising on their part. I also had to contact NSD 4 or 5 times (via online chat and phone calls) before my order was finally picked up on July 10th. During some of the calls with NSD customer service I was told to expect a call within the next 12 to 24 hours but that did not materialize until my last call. read more

Update to my one star Review. I finally received my vanity one day after I posted this review. I also did receive phone calls apologizing for this company's extremely poor communication and lack of follow up. I truly hope they will enact procedures that wont put anyone else through this kind of crap because it was absolutely ridiculous. My vanity was delivered by one man on a truck with a mechanical lift dolly, it did not have to be this hard. The company has called me to let me know they are working to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I surely hope so but only time will tell. This company is so irresponsible! First they were going to delivery my treadmill on June 30, then out of nowhere, change the date to July 7. They never arrived!!! And the next they put in the sistem that was delivered on July 7!!! I almost fainted... I called them and they said that they need to investigate to see where is the treadmill. That is going to be 3 more days because that's how long it takes. The only nice thing there were the agents in the customer service, they were nice. Can I give 0 stars? DO NOT use NSD for any furniture delivery. I was slated to receive a rocker from Buy Buy Baby between 12-4 PM. As of 4:30 PM had no call and no chair. After calling BBB (who could also not get a hold of the carrier), I finally decided to leave my house. At 4:52 PM as I was driving out of my neighborhood I saw them pull in, I turned around and went home. We spent $99 on white glove delivery for this item as I'm 33 weeks pregnant and can't assemble a chair myself. When the gentleman arrived, he was covered in dirty hands and clothes (mind you we purchased a white chair), and said he did not have the tools for a white glove delivery because his boss "didn't tell him it was a white glove delivery service". When he and the other man brought in the box, they scuffed up our ceilings and couldn't communicate how to get the box over our railings. They opened the box and left the chair disassembled. Upon leaving, they made me sign for the delivery and then he got mad at ME because I was frustrated then said "hey, I just work here". This company is practically impossible to get ahold of. You sit on hold for 15 minutes, then you're told to provide a call back number. They don't call. You try to start a chat support session but there's no one available. Your shipment hasn't been updated in 7 days and should have been delivered yesterday, but it never showed up and the company won't respond to you. It's impossible to reach anyone in upper management because they hide it from any public access. Home Depot tells you to contact Home Depot, and just provides a link to the HD website.... I ordered a shed through Bed Bath and Beyond on August 25, 2018. It was marked shipped with N S D on August 27, 2018. It arrived at the West Sacramento NSD terminal September 7, 2018. On September 11, 2018 I contacted BBB about when I will receive my delivery. I was told it should be soon. September 17, 2018 I again contacted both nsd and bbb. Was told it was scheduled for September 19, 2018 1-5. It did not arrive and no calls. Contacted nsd again and was told they only deliver in my area on Wednesday. Ok, set up for 1-5 again. No delivery, no contact. Received a call from nsd on Friday September 21, 2018 stating it would be delivered on September 22,2018 1-5. I had to be out of town that weekend so I hired someone, $100, to stay at my home Saturday to sign for shed. No delivery, no call. I had also had hired a handyman to assemble the shed Sunday, while I was away. He showed up and no shed, I'm out $250 for his time. I have so far wasted three weeks of my time waiting for delivery and waiting for call backs. I still don't have the shed or a delivery date and it's September 28, 2018. read more

To say that I was less than thrilled when I figured out my package was being delivered by this company instead of Fedex or UPS would be an understatement. It started out by saying my package would be delivered on December 7th, which I was fine with...3 weeks away at the time but whatever. So I watch the tracking and see my package get to the Denver area, 90 miles away from where I live on November 24th and to my surprise I get a call from NSD on November 25th to schedule my packaged to be delivered on November 27th between 7 am - 10 am. My initial thought was this company is great, look how fast this is happening...should have known something was up. Lucky me, I get to set my alarm and wake up early on the biggest shopping day of the year to wait for my package to arrive. 8 am - nothing 9 am - nothing 10 am - nothing...so I jump online and use the live chat presented by NSD itself...by the way...what a joke. I finally get connected to someone and ask when my package is going to arrive as I have been sitting around all day while my family wants to go shopping for this dang package. She replies "I asked the terminal to call you" and ends the chat. 12:00 now...nothing. So I get back online to the chat and oh goodie, I get the same exact person. She tells me she is going to call the terminal and does...she can't get through as they have her on hold so she tells me she requested them to call me and hangs up. Just amazing work done there, thank you so much. Would have better luck with my dead grandma calling me. Anyways, I call the main office and am informed that, they are so sorry, they shouldn't have scheduled the package to be delivered to me yet. BUT I can call Amazon and have them fill out a carrier request form and I can go pick up my package. I call Amazon, get them to fill out the carrier request form and they even call the terminal to make sure they received the request form, Amazon customer service gets back on the line and states, they said that they received the form but it will take 3 days to process before you can go pick it up. ARE YOU FN KIDDING ME?! My 86" TV that I already paid for, that is sitting in your fn warehouse, that you made me get up early for on Black Friday, that you said would be delivered, that you said I could go pick up....absolute trash. Delivered and assembled my Nordictrack. On time and professional. They did a good job !

My delivery was scheduled for 4-8pm and I received a call just after 4pm confirming I was home and they let me know they would be to my place shortly, and they were. My order was delivered assembled, they brought it in, placed it where I wanted, gave me the manuals and that was it, took only a few minutes. That was great! So positives for the delivery/assembly employees. The only thing I didn't like was they have it too automated, I had no idea when they would call to schedule delivery and the service called on Friday at 4pm to tell me my delivery was scheduled for the next day, but I had plans and was going out of town for the weekend. I called and left a message and someone did call me back and told me they would put a note in the system to tell them I was not available. I received the confirmation email and did not click on the confirm button, then I sent an email letting them know the best dates and time for me, but had no idea if they received my message and did not hear anything back until the day before the new delivery date. read more

Bottom line, this company is pathetic; the stories are the same no follow-up, no follow-through, no communication, shipments that just sit unattended with no schedule for delivery. I cannot imagine a more inefficient, unprofessional, careless operation, which leads me to believe that it is all about the money. Home Depot and others use this service to cut costs, there can be no other reason in the face of such gross persistent and continuing failures to perform. The original delivery date provided by the service came and went with no contact nor information. When I reached out to the retailer that shipped through them I was told weather delayed the delivery despite the fact that there has been no weather issues recently. Contacting the company directly I was told that in 1-2 days they would contact me to schedule the delivery (that would mean potentially four days after initial delivery estimate). That date has also passed and I still have not even been contacted. I can't get them on the phone and can't find a physical location to visit. I'm starting to think this company is a scam/fake Springfield MO terminal at least. *Someone very promptly responded on Yelp with an email address that got the local terminal to respond. It looks like I'm not going to even be scheduled for delivery until 2 days after the delivery date range. However my primary concern was my package completely disappearing with no communication. Will update again once/if scheduler calls to actually schedule drop and package is delivered. **One week after earliest delivery estivate and two days after latest estimated delivery date- still haven't even been contacted to schedule delivery yet. If I was told to front it would have a massive delay; or if I was told afterwards there would be a delay; I wouldn't be as agrieved.
