It started out great. The lady at their office called an was very nice and please thank to chat with about my delivery. I was able to get the day and time that worked for my family. I was told I would get a call 30 minutes prior to delivery and I could arrange for front door or inside my garage for delivery. Delivery day comes and No one called. This company is almost imp to get a hold of. You get left on hold for 16 minutes at a time and then it hangs up claiming they will call you back. My order was 3 weeks late. They are supposed to call before delivering, they did not. The app said they called and scheduled a delivery. No one called. They were late even for their own scheduled time. The reason that matters is they put our order in the snow at a garage instead of our front porch where it said they were going to put it. read more

Ordered a vanity through home depot, first one was delivered broken. Called home depot and they said they can schedule a pickup or we can return it ourselves (5'x4' box) Home depot discounted us on their at fault destruction. after over a week and some terrible customer service from NSD I asked a friend to help me load it into his truck to just return ourselves. a few weeks later we get a call from NSD about our vanity I assumed it was my replacement it was actually the crew for the return.... Now I have home depot telling me its coming 4/13/2020 it is now the 14th and I call them and NSD claims they lost it at the warehouse and didn't find it until the 10th. I called home depot at the same time hoping they could light a fire under them for the delivery since I took 8 hours off from my job as an EMT to accept this delivery. Home depot called them for me and they told HD that they had the wrong number for us and couldn't get a hold of us.... caught them in an outright LIE due to their incompetence. They said they will have someone call me within 3 days. I highly doubt they will be able to make that deadline either. update 4/15/20 Home depot has been great and has agreed with me and admitted themselves that NSD is garbage. NSD called me and stated they can do Friday to which I denied as I have already burned up 8 hours of vacation time to get it when they originally were supposed to deliver it. They then stated that since Home depot wont pay for better delivery they cant get it to me by tomorrow. Thanks for nothing NSD you really do suck at this. NSD was the delivery service for an Amazon sofa order. The sofa arrived totally destroyed. The box was open and the steel frame on the sofa was bent badly along with structural plywood being broken. I refused the delivery. Amazon replaced the order and the second sofa was damaged also. I had to refuse the second sofa also. Amazon gave me a full refund. Not sure NSD should deliver sofas. If I could give a 0 star I would. I purchased a treadmill from proform on July 14th. It is now August 15th and no treadmill. I have contacted NSD several times with the same response, "you will receive a call in 2-3 days to schedule delivery." I checked on the proform website to track my order. It says it was delivered on July 23rd. NSD is horrible. I've made a complaint with the BBB and feel like the only option I have left is to seek legal counsel. NSD has no business being in the delivery business. If I could rate zero stars I would. (1 star is required to be able to post review) I ordered from Home Depot on 6/30 and as of today (8/15) I still don't have it. Every contact made with them (I called them, they never called me) was met with vague answers or "the local terminal can't be reached" They had noted that the items were "out for delivery" almost a month after they receiving it, but when it was a no-show at my house, they told me they couldn't find it on the dock floor. Then they were silent for over a week and I just found out today that once again, they can't find it. Any future purchases I make will not happen if NSD is the delivery company used. read more

My item sat in my town at their distribution center from Thursday morning at 6:30am until Monday when it was delivered. Unfortunately the original time of Thursday delivery as stated every day prior to the item arriving in my town on Thursday was then amended to show a Monday delivery date. Based on the fact that I needed that item in place at a job prior to Saturday so I wouldn't have to shuffle several contractors around to accommodate a delay in the timeline, I promptly filled out the service request form on their site requesting that I be able to come to the distribution location to retrieve the item myself either on Thursday or Friday so I would have it. No response whatsoever and the item sat until Monday. Unbelievable lack of service even considering the difficulty in finding good help these days. read more

As soon as I post my complaint from NSD delivery, Mr. Robert Hollis calls me to investigate what happened to my vanity. He said that the vanity was delivered on July 16. The vanity never got to my house. We're retired and be at home must the time plus working in the bathroom doesn't give too much lazy time. PLUS! the weight of the vanity is 280 pounds and that get disa.ppear in an hour? I said impossible. And why, when I ask the tracking number, on the NSD website, is telling me the item is waiting for schedule and no was delivery? So I ask for proof that I can show Lowes and get a refund. Was a piece of paper writing the word "door, day, and sign". No picture. Before, on the tracking login, said that the vanity was in Tampa, four differents places in Tampa, (I live one hour away from Tampa) We are on August 12 and the computer, this morning, said is going to be scheduled for delivery. Now, after I spoke with Mr. Hollis, the tracking login said was delivery: "From California, CA to Venice, FL in "ONE DAY" next day delivery, about 3,000 miles (Poor driver) The good thing is Lowes knows everything, I got the refund for another vanity and don't believe on the garbage they are telling them. I am really just speechless of the experience with NSD. I would never ever use this carrier for any of my delivery. Unfortunately, Home Depot has picked this trash for one of my return. I requested the return on Sunday night, Home Depot notified me someone from NSD would contact me for scheduling a pick up. Monday - I got an email from NSD saying they are trying to reach out for scheduling. I replied, no response. I called that night, a guy picked up - told me he doesn't have any time slot now, some one would call me the the next day (1st). Tuesday - no phone call at all. I called them in the afternoon around 4pm, provided everything, tracking #, zip code. Was put on hold for 10 mins, then saying someone would call me back. No return call on that day. Wednesday - called in around 830am. On hold, no response. Called again around 915am, on hold for 10 mins, went to the option of having someone call back. Around 10am, a lady called back. Provided everything again, she told me I will be put on a "brief hold" and she would reach out the terminal. On a 10 mins "brief hold", was told she was not able to help, she would have someone call me the next day (2nd). I told her this's the 3rd day already, I need someone to call me and schedule a pick up time. She apologized, and told she would also schedule a "check in" call for me as well. Thursday - NO PHONE CALL, NO EMAIL, NO RESPONSE!! I do not know if the trashy company has any store for me to drop off or somewhere I can go to take care of my stuff. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT MAKES SO DIFFICULT TO RETUN????? AND EVEN FOR A RESPONSE OR PICK UP THE PHONE CALL. HOW CAN THIS COMPANY STILL EXIST?????????? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND????? I needed to schedule a pickup for a return. I didn't receive a call after five days, but did receive an email with a customer service number and email address. I used both to no avail. When you call the customer service number, you can 1) not accomplish anything using the automated system 2) speak to a person. I'm not sure why the number exists. I called the retailer, who at this point has been on hold for 18 minutes attempting to schedule pickup. I've never had a worse shipping experience in my life. Ever. read more

I had a great experience. Delivery was efficient, quick, and easy. The only "issue" I had was that the delivery time was earlier than expected. Typically that is not a problem but I was not near my phone for the first couple of calls and was concerned I would miss the window. Employees were flexible and helpful. read more

I could not be more unhappy with Non-Stop Delivery. I initiated a return from Wayfair, which contracts with NSD for pickups of large items. Wayfair said that NSD should contact me 2-3 days after I initiated the return. It is now over a month later, and they have not called me. I have called Wayfair 3 times, and they have reached out to NSD. Each time, I have received 3 emails from NSD saying they will call me in 2-3 days, but I still have not received a call. I have tried calling them at least 4-5 times. Their automated system hangs up on me as soon as I choose the option to speak to a real person. I chatted online with a representative, and when I asked when I would be contacted to arrange the pickup, the chat was disconnected. read more

This is the worst experience I have ever had attempting to get a package delivered. The tank that I order from amazon has been sitting in there "warehouse" for 3 weeks in transit mode. No one will answer the phone when you call, you sit on hold until it eventually it hangs up. Worst company ever, they "lost" my treadmill eventhough it was showing scanned and arrieved at their warehouse. I waited all day because someone had to be home to receive it. No show and no contact either. When I checked on their website, it was showing deliverd! when I called them they hungs up on me three times. Finally I got an agent on chat, and he said, "once we mark it missing we close the transaction soit shows delivered." Never heard of that logic before. I was on the phone with Amazon for over an hour while they tried to figure out where did it go when clearly it was delivered to their facility. Amazon sent another one and the same story!!! I had to figure out whom to call and get the answers. Why was it saying arrived/scanned when the agent was saying "we don't have it, it never arrived". How do you lose a huge package that needs at least two people and a machine to lift!! had to reschedule the assembly guy again and again. Absolute nightmare to deal with this company. Their drivers will dump your expensive piece of furniture wherever they find suitable without contacting you. And if it's damaged good luck trying to get a hold of them. So far I had two vanities delivered damaged, and the second one is still sitting in my driveway after two weeks. Their tracking system is complete garbage, of course, and obviously something shady happened at this last mile; but they're on top of it and investigating and I guess that's the best we can hope for if they have some dirtbag of an employee at the local level. Here's to hoping they figure out what's what. Woot has refunded me as expected, which is just wonderful. Replacing this TV will cost a good deal more than the deal I thought I got. We speak with customer service, they contact the local terminal, get us that sweet delivery window, and then bupkis. We've also had 2 texts saying the delivery team was X minutes out. Nada. The tracking is even showing our item was delivered...twice on the 22nd (original estimate was for the 23rd). It wasn't. It's only a 65" television, after all. I'm sure it slipped between the cracks somewhere. I even emailed Pat Lynch Saturday night, since he seems to be on top of it. Then we get a call from Sebastian on Sunday, which was very promising. And yesterday, Monday? Bupkis. On the phone now with customer care. I'm on hold while she converses with the local terminal. This will be the 4th time this has happened. In all likelihood she'll come back, ask me if tomorrow between 1-5 pm is alright. I'll say yes, for the love of God, just deliver the thing already. And then absolutely nothing will happen. That's been the case 3 times now. Why would this be any different? Apparently negative reviews get some kind of movement, which is literally the only reason I'm writing this. I'll also be filing a BBB complaint against both NSD and Woot.com for using them, am going to look into filing a police report, and will file for damages from small claims court if necessary. You have to intent put in a wrong order number for their phone number to take you to a real person and then it will automatically terminate the phone call after being on hold for 16 minutes. Do not use this company!!! I have been trying to schedule a pick up with them since mid June. They NEVER call back. Every time I call them, I'm promised a call back and nothing!! I have a damaged vanity that needs to be returned to Home Depot. Home Depot won't give me a refund until the vanity is returned. It's ridiculous, I'm at their mercy.
