Home Depot said it would arrive on one date and it actually arrive a week early (totally Home Depot's fault!)leaving me not ready with nowhere to store 27 cabinets. Mo offered to take the cabinets to their warehouse and work with me to have them delivered when I was ready. I rarely leave reviews, but for the terrible experience I had with this company, I'll make an exception. I ordered a sofa from Amazon weeks in advance of my moving date and scheduled it to arrive the afternoon I was moving into my new home. A Miami representative called a left hasty voicemail the day before I was to move into my new home stating their driver was sick that and they would need to reschedule. I called back and said it didn't matter because the sofa wasn't supposed to be delivered until the next day and I rescheduled delivery - that was their mistake #1. On the rescheduled day, I sat patiently for four hours and no delivery. When I called to inquire, I was told their truck broke down and that someone had left me a voicemail stating such (that was a lie) - mistake #2. I rescheduled delivery a second time, and again after waiting hours, was stood up, but this time when I tried to call, no one would answer. I then got Amazon customer service involved, and they arranged with the NFT corporate office to reschedule a different day - mistake #3. Again, I waited for hours only to be stood up again - mistake #4. At that point, I called Amazon, and requested a refund, which thankfully they immediately gave me and apologized on this lousy company's behalf. My advice to you is to check what company will be delivering your item before you purchase it because you don't want to waste weeks waiting for something that may not ever come. read more

Okay, so I've only had a single experience with this outfit and it was after a truly horrific back-and-forth with another delivery company. Bottom line: They said they'd show up with my furniture between 10 AM and 2PM and they actually ended up arriving at the house around 9 AM. I had to race home to open the door for them, but that's a thousand times better than waiting the entire four hour period and then being told, "maybe tomorrow..." So kudos to Nonstop for early arrival. The two gentlemen who unloaded the furniture were courteous and did a great job unpacking and placing the items. No discernible damage to anything. Nice work. I've called NSD now for 4 days straight, multiple calls per day. I've send emails, sent chats NOTHING!!! NO RESPONSE from any of the forms communication they ask you to use.  When I call it states someone will call you back shortly.....NOTHING! NOTHING! I have never had rudder delivery people in my lifetime. I felt threatened and dismissed immediately. Given that there had been three attempts to deliver my item over a 5 months period, with one attempt with them to deliver a broken/smashed piece of workout equipment, one attempt of the driver stating they wouldn't bring the piece of equipment up my long driveway, and this final one where Nick, the delivery person actually yelled at me, threatened me, and dismissed me, I would encourage NO ONE to use this company. I ordered patio furniture from Home Depot and they use NSD for their deliveries. NDS scheduled a delivery for Sept 15. I worked from home and waited all day. The delivery never arrived, so I went to the tracking page where it said that they attempted delivery. I called, only to be put on hold for over 30 minutes and then I was hung up on. The next day I sent an email and got no response. Then I used the chat function and I got no explanation or information. I was told the warehouse was closed so they didn't know anything. I called home depot on Sept 18 and they put me on hold while they called NSD. I was told that my delivery would arrive Sept 20-21. I called NSD to verify Sept 21, and no answer all morning. Home Depot informed me that NSD couldn't find my order in their warehouse and they would give me more information in 3 days. After reading Yelp reviews, I decided to cancel my Home Depot order. Now Home Depot lost me as a customer. They totally wasted lots of my time. read more

They deserve no stars. So where to begin... We ordered a tv stand through Purchasing Power and they contracted our delivery through NSD. So they told us that NSD would contact us to schedule the delivery day and time, would contact us 30 mins prior to delivery, and would require signature for delivery. Sounded great given we live in apartments. So on what NSD called "delivery day" (mind you they never called to confirm a day) and called and left a VM before "arriving". Now I want to be fair and say I missed the call but I wasn't expecting them since they didn't call to let us know what day to expect them. Coincidentally I was off work that day and home ALL DAY. I even received some other packages. So moving on...later that day we noticed an email saying the tv stand was delivered. (It wasn't) I can assure you my tv is still sitting on the floor in my living room. So we called them and let them know it was not delivered. They had no answers for us and said it never was in their dock and purchasing power never sent it. We called back and then they said oh our driver delivered it and signed for it. And had a picture to prove it, and described our door but never showed us the picture. So firstly their driver never was supposed to sign for MY package. That's garbage and unprofessional. And during said time of delivery I was awake and had maintenance at my apartment no package came. I would have noticed a huge heavy box. So we had to go back and forth with NSD and never really got a real answer as to if it truly was delivered and stolen. Or (and this is what I think happened) the delivery person kept my package because again I was awake and around. Regardless of what happened it was not proper for NSD to not call and schedule the delivery. It was wrong for the delivery person to "sign" for my package. And further more their customer service is complete garbage. Literally no help and different story every time we reached out to them. Just do not use this company. read more

If I could give negative stars for NSD, I would. They are terrible. They called and scheduled a delivery for 09/13/2021. I have yet to receive my shipment. Nor have I received a call, email or update from this so called company. The absolute WORST customer service I've ever dealt with. If I were Home Depot, I would cancel any contracts with NSD. Avoid NSD at any and all costs! They rarely answer their phone, emails or chats. They will NOT return your call. They will tell you the local terminal is closed, regardless of the date and time you call, if you can actually get through to a person. They will refer you to their website, which as of 09/17/21, still shows a delivery date of 09/13/21 between 8:00am-12:00pm. Or they refer you to their toll free number, which states the shipment will be delivered between 7:00am-11:00am. The people that run this sham of a business, are absolutely clueless. If some one in management with NSD will contact me, I'll be more than happy to provide you with my tracking number and further information. I spoke with a supervisor, named Brian, yesterday and he assured me he would have someone contact me today. As of 8:38pm EST, I have received no call backs or email responses from NSD. The communication and customer service was terrible. We were given incorrect delivery windows multiple times. Our order arrived when no one was available to receive it, we did not receive a call in advance. The delivery person was non-responsive and rude when we tried to discuss it. I contacted the company to reschedule, after not hearing anything and our order being taken back to who knows where. It took me emailing the company we ordered the product from to finally receive a response with a new delivery window. Once delivered, the team was kind and professional. They went WAY above and beyond trying to deliver the sofa that wouldn't fit in the elevator of the building. I have never seen anything like these two guys who absolutely would not give up until they successfully got that sofa UP THE STAIRS through narrow stairways and into the apartment. The maintenance men who worked in the building could not believe they got it into the apartment! I actually kept telling them that it was not worth getting injured over and to please stop if they have to, but they were patient and wouldn't quit until they tried every trick they knew. Ordered a reclining chair from Amazon. Scheduled the delivery for a three-hour window on a Friday. No one showed up. I contacted NSD using their customer service chat, and the representative I chatted with could not tell me why the chair had not been delivered. He also couldn't get in contact with the local terminal to ask what had happened; he said they weren't answering their phone. So he had no idea what was happening and could not provide me an update, nor could he explain why my delivery appointment was missed. I never received a phone call to say the chair wasn't coming. I just waited for it all day, and it never showed up. And now I'll have to get in touch with NSD again on Monday to set up a new delivery appointment. I scheduled the delivery and took the day off work to be sure I could receive the package with no issues. I got up early and waited until 8 pm. Guess what? I ordered a large screen TV from Home Depot. 2 weeks later it is at the local NSD (non stop delivery - ROTFlmao) warehouse. That was over a week ago. I called the next day to find out what their plan was they said the local dispatcher had stepped out and they would call me right back. Weekend came (Vikings vs Packers at new stadium with tribute to Prince) no TV. I emailed Saturday and was promised a call on Monday morning. Monday evening I call and was told the dispatcher was out sick (so one person being sick shuts down the whole region) but promised a call Tuesday morning. No call I was out of town that night called Wednesday local dispatcher went home so they asked me to call back Thursday morning. I called back this morning they don't know where the local dispatcher is but I will get a call as soon as he is in his office. I think it's my TV that is missing not the dispatcher. If they truly don't have a scheduler dispatcher and so nothing can get delivered this week, they should just shutter the company and let someone capable deliver for Home Depot. Update #3 My package was finally delivered on 8/29/19. Still there was no call to schedule a time frame and the driver did not call 30 minutes prior to arriving. The only reason the driver did call was because he couldn't figure out how to get into our neighborhood (because one of the streets was closed). Robert was more of a help than anyone there at NSD, but it was still weeks before I got my shipment, even after he got involved. Throughout the entire process it was up to me to spend my time chasing them down. The only time that I received a call from them was when I would post a review or update on Yelp. Overall if your package is being shipped thru them plan on eventually getting your item, but after many lies, run arounds, and hours on the phone riding them. There was no offer to make things right outside of Robert apologizing for the issue. They had my $600 patio set for most of the summer and left me with nothing to use. After all my hours spent sitting and waiting for the 3 no call no show appointments and the time spent on the phone over the course of a month and a half I probably have 16 hours at a minimum tied up in their lies, and yes I do feel that my time is worth more than an apology that was given before NSD asked me to update my review. read more

Awful company. The product was a flat screen tv from Amazon (max 40 pounds). I paid extra for threshold delivery, which includes INSIDE your entryway. Once they got here they told me they couldn't deliver in my entryway because it has steps (4) without me paying extra (split level). I then offered for them to pull around back and take it through the basement level. They again said it will cost extra to do this even though there are no steps to my basement door. Eventually they left it in my garage propped up against my car. Keep in mind I said they, as in two guys. And don't forget the fact that this TV in the box weighs approximately forty pounds maximum. The delivery people were quick and pleasant. My issue is with the company and the scheduling of the delivery. According to JC Penny, who we ordered the mattresses through, we should have received a call by March 27th. We even received an email from JC Penny on March 26th saying it was ready for delivery. However, NSD didn't call us until March 29th. When they called they told us our delivery would be between 12-4 on March 31st. I tried calling several times and no one answered. I finally left a voicemail on March 29th and sent a text message from the message I had received. I didn't get a response until the next day, March 30th. Because it took NSD so long to contact us initially and respond to our request, we had to keep the original date and my wife had to miss work to be there. Also, when speaking with NSD about changing the date, the only other option was in another week (April 7th) at the same time. A time we could not accept due to medical appointments already scheduled for that day. I feel like we could have made other arrangements if NSD had contacted us sooner and we had more time to change schedules or make other arrangements. One day is not enough time to make those necessary plans. read more

They are unprofessional and unresponsive. I ordered an item from Lowes and this company is for the last mile delivery and failed miserably. First patio set arrived damaged and had to be returned. Trying to get a hold of a customer rep takes hours and then when you do they are arrogant and uncaring. If you have a large order from Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes, etc please check and ensure that NSD is not the last mile delivery. If so, cancel your order immediately. Second patio set sat in que without movement for 8 days. After a runaround between Lowes and NSD they moved the package into delivery pending but 11 days out. The patio set is sitting less than 1 hour from my home. Expect very long wait times on the phone or chat and then a run-around you won't believe. Said to use the chat feature....that doesn't work. Sent an email, received a reply from Brian that the vanity was somewhere even though NSD's paperwork showed it to be in Memphis. That evening, I received an automated phone call that it would be delivered tomorrow. I figured my email got something moving. Nope. Nothing delivered. Another email. No replay even two weeks later. Another email. no reply. NSD's website shows the package as delivered, but their detailed tracking shows it still in Memphis. Oh, the chat still doesn't work. So, several weeks later, i call HD. Their nice rep called NSD. After a long hold, he comes back and tells me that NSD finally admitted that they have no idea where my vanity is. I cancelled the order. read more

I have no idea where to even start with this review... here we go... First off, they called the day before and said that they would be arriving between 10 am and 2 pm. Okay, that's not so bad. So, 1:45 pm rolls around and no one has shown up or called. I try calling them multiple times and nothing. They finally call at 2:15 and say they are 45 minutes out. They arrive at 3:00 pm. They didn't even have to bring our treadmill in the house, we wanted it set up in the garage. They then asked me for a screwdriver. I'm very confused at this point because we paid an EXTRA $199 FOR DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY! They are opening the box with the screw driver and throwing the pieces on the garage floor as they are clanging and making all kinds if noise. I text my husband and he comes home. They used our tools to set up the treadmill and then they say their finally done, so my husband goes out to look and they wrapped the cord around the base of the treadmill so it's exposed. My husband said, no that's not correct. You need to fix that. They apparently hesitated because it's been over an hour ar our place setting this up. They finally fixed it after they had to pull everything apart and redo it. They kept at 4:50 so almost 2 hours to do this. They even left the treadmill tilted up on the monitor to the ground and the belt pointing uo to the ceiling. Absolutely unacceptable. They arrived late, called after the time frame, and rhen used our tools to put it together. So I'm wondering if I paid for assembly would they have to reschedule it so they could make sure they had tools or just pocket our $199. I've tried calling the company multiple times and have left messages. No one has called me back. Horrible service. read more

NSD lost my fencing. Then they found it. I was supposed to get a call, telling me when the 617 lbs. of fencing would be delivered. This afternoon, when I walked into my front yard, I saw that NSD had left the boxes on the sidewalk, propped against the fence.The delivery guys did not let me know that they were here. I guess NDS is a company that does only curbside drop-offs, but usually such companies let the customer know that their goods have arrived and drop them near the driveway. My neighbor was kind enough to move the 125-pound boxes to my back yard with a dolly when he got home. Otherwise????? read more
