I purchased a pantry cabinet from Home Depot to be delivered to my home. When they showed up they dropped the cabinet and damaged it. I have been trying for a week to schedule a pick-up. All I hear is if you don't hear from us in two days call back when I called back I heard they will call you this afternoon, again no call. I have a very tall cabinet laying on my living room floor for me to trip over. I can't get a refund until this monster is returned. As of today I have called 4 times and this is email number 3. I am being told that the delivery team has been trying to contact me which is false because I never turn my phone off. I've sent my phone number and emails twice even leaving my husband's number and I've left my number with two different Representatives. Each rep keeps telling me that the terminal will not answer the phone and all they can do is send an email and they will call me back I've been told that twice and still no call back. As of this point I am highly upset and feel that there is nothing I can do and that my hands are tied. My delivery window has been missed TWICE and I have taken off work TWICE to be there for my delivery. No call to explain. After being contacted by Pat, I sent a message promptly. Still no reply from "customer service". Still no phone call, email, nothing. I went on the website during business hours and opened a "chat" window with a service representative and basically it boiled down to this- The computer says part of your order was delivered, and you only paid for the basic package so there is nothing more we can do to help you. I asked if I was just stuck without what I ordered or what I was supposed to do from here and I was instructed to contact the seller(HomeDepot) to go further... Umm... really? What is home depot going to do other than tell me to contact the shipping company? Extremely fast service and my item arrived flawlessly. However, one of the delivery men was on the phone while offloading my package and not wearing a mask while attempting to simultaneously interact with me. The other one jumped in and offered that they could assemble my product "off the books" for an arbitrary, high price, to which I politely declined. If I could give 0 stars I would. my item was to be delivered three weeks ago. It was damaged so they sent it back. I re ordered and now it is two days late. They rescheduled a delivery time and still has not shown up now hours after the delivery time. I called and asked what the situation was and they said the delivery guy locked himself out of his truck. it is now 4 hours passed that call and still no one has called or updated me on when it will be delivered. Both delivery dates I have had to take work off and for no reason. I will not be surprised if I am being scammed by this company. The worst service I've experience. This is a rating for a pool table that I ordered on Amazon. I ordered it on May 30 and it was supposed to arrive by June 11th. It is now the 19th and I have been watching the tracking progress closely. It has been "Out for delivery" 3 times! I have called customer service and gotten the same runaround each and every time. I have filed a complaint with Amazon and the BBB. I no longer trust anything that they say. It actually says my order should have arrived this morning at 10 am. DON'T EVER work with these guys. I've been trying to get answers for over a month on a treadmill delivery (through Icon Fitness/NordicTrack) that was delivered to a local facility to be 'white glove' delivered to my house. I've called. I've emailed. Icon has called and emailed. So many times. Magically these guys can't get ahold of their local terminals. I've paid in full and no one has answers anywhere down the (lack of) communication line, so now my credit card company can go after them. Don't waste your time on this company. Ridiculous. My first question before scheduling any future delivery will be 'do you use NSD' and if they do, I'll go with another product/company and let them know they should switch delivery companies. read more

Straight up the worst company i've ever dealt with. Customer service is non-existent. I've had 2 representatives end chat due to inactivity when IM WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM THEM. Package has been in their delivery center in the area for a week, no scheduled delivery date, estimate has passed. No communication. Literally done working with this company, and will shop at Lowe's instead of home depot so hopefully I never have to deal with them again. I ordered my mattress in San Diego (gotta try them out!) and had it shipped to New York since I was moving there. I was able to track it across the country on their website, which took 3-4 weeks as they said it would. A few days ago, they called me and promptly scheduled a delivery time frame for today. They arrived within their time frame (towards the end), took my mattress up several flights of stairs, and put it in my room. Overall, they delivered my mattress accurately and efficiently with no friction. I have no complaints and would highly recommend them based on my experience. read more

Order was scheduled to be delivered yesterday (6/13) and they just didnt show up, call or anything. I tried reaching out to their customer service, they said someone will contact me to reschedule delivery, no reason given as to why it didn't happen. They don't pick up their phone and takes an hour to get through on chat. Chat person tells me things contradicting the tracking information and what the prior chat person said. I am beyond upset. They just left a pallet of expensive hardwood floors in the street in front of my house. This comes after the delivery was already 5 days late. The driver just dumped it an left. I paid for it to be delivered to my porch or a dry place. The driver could have easily driven up the driveway and at least left on my property. I am now away for work and worried it will be stolen. How can the driver think the street in front of the house is a reasonable place to leave over $2,000 worth of wood floors. This is not acceptable. read more

I finally got ahold of someone, and yes, they were super polite and helpful. But I'm afraid of how long I would have waited for this delivery. THE WORST! I had ordered a shower door through Home Depot and it arrived from NSD smashed (and obviously smashed - you could hear the glass inside). I called Home Depot and they arranged for NSD to pick it up. They scheduled it for a Tuesday. That Tuesday no one showed up. They called that night and said the truck broke down and rescheduled for that Thursday. Thursday came and no one showed up. And when I called the number I got a message saying "we are having trouble with our phones" (WTF?). then on Friday they just turned up unannounced. Luckily I was home. They came totally unprepared and had nothing to carry the box out with and no way to deal with the broken glass. They left broken glass all over my driveway. I didn't have a choice because Home Depot arranged this. But if you have the choice, BEWARE and don't use! read more

NSD is absolutely terrible. I am still waiting on a table of mine I ordered through Lowes. It has been sitting in one of their warehouses for close to a month. I have tried so many attempts to speak with someone, spending hours on hold waiting for a representative. I tried their online chat and was told the best they could do was give me the same number listed on their website and will need to speak to a supervisor. Their inability to answer promptly is the worst I have ever dealt with. I still try everyday to get a hold of someone with no luck. Yesterday was my latest experience where I finally got someone and they picked up and said they couldn't hear me and hung up immediately - this was after waiting 3 hours on hold. **** Update: 6/11 I wanted to take a moment and update my status, per the above. After speaking with Jessica from NSD yesterday, who was beyond helpful, I have had a complete turnaround from my previous experience with NSD. Jessica answered all my questions and if she didn't have them, she worked to get them for me. Jessica was not only able to give me the answers I was looking for, but she expiated things and I will be receiving my order today. I would also like to say that when Jessica said to me that she would call me back...she did just that, exactly when she said she would. She was pleasant, helpful, honest and worked to get me the answers I have been looking for. Kudos to her and for quite frankly changing my overall thoughts on NSD. Lastly, I even was told today from Jessica that she would follow-up with me once the order was delivered to ensure everything was ok. She goes beyond in customer service and was so kind and sweet. NSD does deliveries for Home Depot . My initial interaction with this company was not very good at all . I ordered $1200 of merchant from Home Depot . NSD said they will not change the delivery date and they will just leave at the door even though nobody is there to accept it. This will be stolen . They have very poor customer service . Who runs a business like that where you can't change the delivery date. Don't use this company. Had Nordic trac bike delivered and assembled. I was given small windows of availability, which did not work well for me. The last communication with them via text was to not deliver until after 5 pm as the only person home would be my minor daughter. They disregarded this request and showed anyway. She didn't know to not let them in. She did not feel comfortable and found them to be rude. She did not feel comfortable signing for an expensive item, so the 2 deliverers had to wait until 5 (the time we had agreed to) for me to get home to sign for it. They hadn't even turned the machine on to make sure that it functioned. The second I signed for it, the guy turned his back on me and, literally, ran out of my house. Very rude and inconsiderate of my time and requests. read more

I ordered a generator thru Home Depot on Sept 17 2021 and as of October 09 2021 still don't have it. It was shipped thru NDS. I can't find out anything. After having issues getting ahold of NSD to schedule delivery I searched online for some reviews. Looks like everyone else has the same issues with this unreliable company. I have now sent 5 emails without getting a reply, I've called twice and waited until it automatically hangs up stating they will call back but they haven't yet, and I've chatted with customer support on the website but was told they couldn't get ahold of anyone at the terminal so a delivery date couldn't be set. My product is sitting at the terminal but I, like many others, cannot reach anyone to schedule a delivery. If the company you ordered from uses NSD good luck getting your item delivered. *Update* I'm now on day 7 of trying to reach the terminal to schedule a delivery. I've called around 15 times with no call back yet and the email I initially received hasn't answered the 10+ emails I've sent. I found an email on their facebook page that I finally got a response from, but it hasn't been much help because I've been in contact with them for 5 days now and still all I have been told is that nobody at the terminal is answering the phone, so I can't get a delivery scheduled. I reached out to the company I ordered this product from and they had their personal contact reach out to the terminal to see what is going on, guess what, no response. I've been told the situation has been escalated to upper management in Florida, but that has been over 24 hrs now and I still haven't been told what is going on. If the issue isn't resolved in the next 2 days I was told by the company I bought the product from that the order will have to be cancelled and we will have to start this process over with a different carrier. Also, you can see that Pat responded to this review. That's so considerate and all (sarcasm) that he's trying to make it look like they are trying to resolve the problem, but he gave me an email address that hasn't answered any question in over a week at this point. Company is totally unresponsive. Email, chat, online options, phone - I tried for days to get through to someone. No response! My package sat in the nearby hub for a week after the scheduled delivery date. I eventually had to contact Amazon customer service and they reached out to the corporate headquarters and got them in touch with the Richmond terminal. Then I got it the next day. One week after scheduled delivery. I thought threshold delivery meant inside front door. Only one person in truck so he had to deliver into the garage. read more

Zero and negitve stars should be options for NSD. The laugh able part is their mission statement is all about customer service and timely service but they hit a zero of both. NSD was selected out of my control to pick up an order for return. I was told they would contact me in 24 hours to set up pick up. Two day later I get an email saying to email them or call provided number to schedule pick up. Email sends back a "BLANK" automated email back. Try to repel to the blank email and no reply. Try calling the number goes to automated system that tells you they will call you shortly and hangs up and you get no call back. If you get the system to try and conected you to a repsentive you will sit on hold for 15 min to be told you will be called as soon as some one is available and no one will call you. Finally I called my vendor to see if they could get ahold of NSD and was finally able to talk to a rep that said they will reach out in 3-5 days to set up pick up. When I asked why it will be 3-5 days when I was already emailed asking to contact them to schedule I was very rudely told that how they do it and the email was just pulmonary to make sure you were ready to be contacted to set up scheduling in 3-5 days. A logistic company making thins harder than needed to be no wonder they have a low review. NSD your mission stamens to be the best in transportion and superior customer service does You no good if you don't follow through. I'm coffdent in say I'm sure they only reason you are still in business is you are the cheapest. Cheap does not equal the best or even good. i can say for certen that if any of my vendors tell me they are going to use NDS I will be dropping that vendor to insure I never have to deal with their failures again. read more

I have been given 3 delivery dates. All had past. I was told a supervisor would call me, 3 different calls on different days. No one has called me from NSD at all. Not even to let me know my package would not make it on the days i was told it would. Since this posting I was contacted by NSD and they expedited my order. If you find out that your item is being delivered by this company just do yourself a favor and cancel the order. Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe them. I ordered a treadmill from Nordictrack. They selected NSD as the local delivery company and told me that NSD would contact me to schedule a delivery. Instead, I receive an automated message while I was vacationing in Europe that my treadmill would be delivered the following day. I called and rescheduled for the following Monday. Despite rescheduling, they continued to send me delivery notifications for the next 6 days. I continued to call (from Europe) and reschedule for the following Monday. I had to continue to call until eventually the delivery day the unilaterally selected was one that worked for me. The setup appeared to be fine. After they left, I noticed that the console was severely damaged. I called Nordictrack to report the damage and they agreed to accept a return. They said it would be a "threshold pickup," which required me to only have the treadmill in a few large pieces that could easily be removed from my front door. That's where this story really begins. About a week later, I receive a call while I'm at work. NSD is outside my house and can't locate the treadmill on the sidewalk. Apparently, they expected me to completely disassemble the treadmill, rebox it, and drag it to the street. This was problematic for 3 reasons: 1) that's not the pickup Nordictrack requested; 2) I don't have the box - they took it with them when they did the initial delivery; 3) I had no idea they were going to show up that day. I explained that I wasn't home and that they needed to reschedule AND that they were supposed to get the treadmill from inside my home. I received a notification later that day that they would arrive between 10 - 2 the following day. At 9:45 the next morning I received a call from NSD. They were refusing to do the pickup because they claimed that the order needed to be upgraded. I spent the entire day calling Nordictrack and NSD. No movement and no rescheduled pickup. I then spent a second day trying to get this rescheduled. Still no pick up date. I have been hung up on, disconnected, told that someone would call me back (they haven't). It's really unbelievable how bad their service is. Avoid them at all costs. Additionally, besides the damaged console, it turns out that they used incorrect tools to assemble the treadmill, and that some steps were not performed correctly. After trying for an hour to loosen the bolts to break the treadmill down into small enough pieces to fit through the door, I gave up and hired a TaskRabbit to do it. Turns out that his "day job" was to assemble treadmills for another company, including the exact model that I had. He confirmed that NSD used a hammer drill to tightened the pieces- and only powerful equipment (not the simple wrench described in the owner manual) had any chance of loosening them. Additionally, he identified one of the wires that was not connected correctly. After reading the other reviews, it is clear that my experience is not an isolated incident. Again, if you find out NSD is delivering your item, just cancel it and buy elsewhere. read more

Was scheduled to have a delivery and the driver called and said he would be there within the hour. Several hour later, still no driver. No answer on the cell. Texted the driver and he responded and said he went to the address and nobody was home and nobody answered the phone. He sent a screen shot of the address, right number but wrong street and city. Nonstop Delivery is the most unreliable delivery pickup service ever from Home Depot. For weeks (over a month) they've been scheduling a confirmation for a Home Depot online return pickup and have not shown nor called. Absolutely not recommended.
