I have been trying to get this company to pick up two returns and have had no luck. I was initially contacted on 11/29/21, and received confirmation texts. On the 30th I was informed the drivers were en route and they never showed. The items were in the driveway the entire day. After contacting Customer Care, Michele responded saying someone would contact me to set up the returns because they were not scheduled. I have not been contacted and have called everyday since then and have had no response. I will definitely be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau on this company because I cannot get my money back until the items are returned. read more

Avoid using NSD! As of tomorrow my package will be two weeks late. I contacted the company 3 times last week to "Schedule the delivery" of a few screw drivers and a wrench from Home Depot. Twice they told me I will be contacted with in the next few days and once I was told they left a note for the scheduler to contact me. What is really NON Stop Delivery? My item was at one stop for more than 12 plus hours... From Los Angeles to Sacramento, most Freight company can do that in two-three days. We order big heavy freights from Chicago and New York to Sacramento, Only took other carriers less than five days. And NSD can't even do L.A. to Sacramento in a timely manner. LOL. read more

Dishonest company. My home depot purchase was supposedly shipped on 2/5. There were no updates until 2/24 and it stated "exception has occurred". The next update was on 2/25 and it stated "delivered". Then another update followed stating "delivery scheduled". My item was never delivered. I contacted home depot 4 different times and they avoided responsibility and placed the blame on NSD. The last operator I spoke with told me NSD would be contacting me by the end of the day with an explanation. NSD never contacted me. I then went to home depot corporate and demanded a refund. After yelling at them and pleaing my case for 30 min they finally gave into me. I told them I was not going to leave the phonecall with them until I had photo proof of delivery or a refund. They contacted NSD and was not able to get photo proof so I got my refund. I will not order from home depot again. They dropped the ball and NSD is the worst shipping experience I have ever encountered. read more

Worst delivery company i have ever come across. I have been waiting for a delivery of a Nordic Track product ordered on November 30th. This finally went to 'shipped' around December 26th. Still with optimism, i waited for tracking updates. Then it said it was delivered. I called around and eventually found out from Nordic themselves that this meant it had been delivered to the shipping terminal in Miami. Ok... That was December 31st. Then i called Nonstop Delivery (good name huh?) on January 2nd and they said it was in the docking bay and would be 24-48 hours to unload and they would then call me with a delivery date. Nothing.. I called back on the Thursday (Jan 4th) and they said it would be delivered either Friday 5th or Jan 7th. This was after I had called Nordic and was told they would 'escalate it' - whatever the f that meant. Cause it had zero effect. Jan 7th came and went. Jan 8th I call. They tell me it will be delivered Thursday. Thursday i do actually get a call from NSD telling me the truck had broken down and it would come out on the following day 'for sure'. That was due the 11th. Nothing. So i called last weekend and this new girl told me that it hadnt arrived at the terminal yet... OMFG? So they then called me a few days later to say it had been located at the terminal and would ship on the Monday (21st). Nothing. What to do?? And i seriously am chomping at the bit to cancel this, but i really wanted to get this product. So I speak with the SAME girl on Monday this week and she tells me she remembers nothing about the prior delivery conversations, and that it would be delivered Friday, Jan 25th - today. I called them at 1:45pm and they still said, its due for delivery between 2-6 today. Nothing. Worst company i have ever dealt with apart from ATT. They should NEVER be in business. I can only think Nordic also own them, or else they would be gone. read more

Retailers, please do not use this company to ship your products. Your customers will receive their orders late and/or broken and you will lose their business and you will be out of pocket for returned broken goods. I got my order two weeks late. They called me twice saying that it will be delivered "the next day" and never showed up. I had to call them several times for them to finally deliver it. When they delivered, it was obviously broken. They did not ring the door bell or notify me that they were there, because they knew I would have them load it back up on the spot. I have been waiting for them to pick up a broken vanity top for almost two weeks now and I have contacted NSD three times and still no scheduled pickup time. Purchased a Treadmill on 7/7/2020. NSD received the item on 7/10/2020. The Treadmill has been sitting at the local NSD Terminal awaiting delivery since 7/17/2020. It is now 7/24/2020 and I have yet to get any update and I am suppose to leave on vacation for 2 weeks tomorrow. Also, went to there support and opened up a chat to try and find out what was going on.. My scheduled time for delivery was 10-1pm. Delivery driver arrived 4 hours late with no call to notify me that they were running late. I had to call the customer service line to get an update at which time i was told the driver would be there by 4pm with a 30 min notification of when they were arriving. The driver showed up closer to 5pm and called to let me know when he was 10 mins away. The delivery was quick once they arrived but I literally waited all day for them to show up. read more

This company is a nightmare. I received a tracking number on my package for an item purchased through Amazon. Over the course of 3 days I received conflicting information when I checked the tracking. The information referenced the delivery date and status of the package. I communicated with NSD through the chat line. On two successive days I was told that I would receive a phone call regarding status. I never did. The tracking stopped updating last Wednesday (March 6th). At that time it stated that the package was in the delivery town, and then shipped out. Today Amazon gave me an 800 number to call NSD. I did. They could give me NO update because that WAS NO ANSWER AT THE TERMINAL. I have never dealt with a more incompetent company in my life. PLEASE AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! read more

This company has too many people working there that can not fulfill the requirements of proper employment. I place an order with Home Depot for 3 coin operated washers. They were sent from the vendor to NSD and signed for on the terminal dock in Dallas TX. That is where they sat for well over a week because no one knew what they were or where they went. I have called, and chatted many times, Home Depot has done the same. Finally after weeks of them not know what to do they find my order. They sat up a date and delivered 1. 1 washer only. The paperwork says outdoor furniture but obviously it is a washer and the driver has no idea what going on. So I called and chatted again. And again they have no record of my order. Treadmill was delivered and put together. Wasn't the best but it works and the guys were out of the door before I could confirm that it was working properly. One arm isn't screwed in and the delivery guy won't return my call or answer his phone. And they do not lube the belt of the treadmill. If I could give this company negative stars, I would. We ordered a couch through Amazon and it was set to be delivered on 7/19/2020 and yet on that day we got no delivery and on Amazon the delivery changed from 7/19/2020 to 7/21/2020 by 8pm. Okay, no big deal; delivery dates change all the time. Well on 7/21 my sister gets a message telling her to call the company to schedule a delivery - something we shouldn't have had to do in the first place since we chose the option (on amazon) for a regular delivery rather than a time scheduled delivery. So she tries to call them and cannot get an answer. She spends a total of 3 hours on the phone trying to get in contact with them and nothing. No one picks up when she waits on hold, no one calls her back when she chooses the "call back when it's my turn" option and she doesn't get an e-mail when she tries that option. I try calling them instead and get the same results, so I call amazon and amazon calls them and they actually get a hold of someone (thank god!). I don't get to hear what was said between Amazon and NSD, but the Amazon rep. came back to my call and let me know that NSD said "There was a maintenance issue with the truck, the couch will get delivered anytime between tomorrow (7/22/2020) and Friday (7/24/2020)" So we're supposedly getting our couch Friday but I'm still pretty pissed. I feel like either I am being or was lied to. We got a message that asked us to schedule a delivery, not telling us there was an issue with the truck. If there was an issue, what good would scheduling a delivery do? I hate the idea of anything being delivered through a company that we have zero ability to get in contact with because, if there was a problem or we did need to schedule a delivery time, how the heck are we supposed to do that when no one at this company actually answers the phone, e-mails or their online chat service? I'm hoping that we do get our couch by Friday, but at the same time I'm very concerned that we either won't get the couch or the couch will be delivered in an awful condition (as I've seen from some of the reviews here). If I actually manage to catch them delivering the couch, I fully intend on recording the delivery and an inspection of the couch so that, if there are problems, I can prove that they were there not something caused post-delivery because I 100% do not trust this company. If I ever find out that something is being delivered through this company again, I'm probably just going to cancel the order completely because the hoops we have to jump through just to confirm that we're going to get our delivery is ridiculous. Edit 7/24/2020: It's Friday, the day they said would be the latest that we'd get our couch. 12:30pm I tried to call them to see if we could figure out about when we'd be getting the delivery and, once again, no answer. So I call Amazon and go through the hoops of having Amazon call NSD to see what's going on. Amazon gets back to me and the story has changed, the couch isn't being delivered today instead we're "going to receive a call in the next couple of days to schedule a delivery". The more I deal with this company the more I feel lied to and feel like this company is a scam. At least the Amazon Rep. told me that if I don't get the couch by Tuesday I'll be able to get a replacement sent out by a different delivery company or just a full refund The Rep. did also give me a different number than was listed on Amazon to contact NSD and I called that and sat on hold for 22 minutes before they automatically hung up on me saying they'd "call as soon as the next representative was available". Where to even begin... So, about three weeks ago I ordered a couch and chaise from Amazon. I was able to pick a delivery date and time, and I very specifically picked this past Saturday (11/17) between 12pm and 3pm, because my weekend schedule can be very hectic and I knew for sure that I'd be home in that window. NSD is to be my delivery service (which I was not able to decide). Fast forward to 11/15, and I get a reminder email informing me that my slot has been moved to 9am to 12pm without my input or consent. Annoying, messes with my Friday evening and Saturday morning plans that I had made, but fine, I adjusted to meet this window. Saturday comes, and noon rolls around with no word on my delivery. I check the Amazon tracker and see that it still has 12 - 3 listed as my delivery slot. Okay, maybe there was a mix-up and I actually have retained my original slot. So I continue to wait. 3pm comes and goes and I'm still in the same situation. This time I check the ShipNDS tracker, and *SURPRISE*, my delivery is marked as 'Delivered'! Uhh... no. So, I call up ShipNSD. I get a guy on the phone who informs me that they weren't actually the ones doing the delivery. He puts me on hold to figure out what's going on with the truck my shipment is on. After a few minutes on hold, he informs me that he can't reach the ACTUAL delivery company because they're closed for the weekend because their Saturday hours only go until 4pm. At this point, it's only 3:20 or so... Needless to say, I'm getting pretty livid at this point. I call Amazon to see if they can flex their muscle a bit and do a better job of figuring out what's going on here. They come back with the same response, but are obviously very concerned that the package has been marked as delivered since it was to require a signature upon delivery, and was supposed to be delivered in-room at my house. They tell me they'll follow up with NSD on Monday. So... here we are on Monday... I contact NSD for an update, and they tell me that my several-hundred-pound sofa set, in multiple boxes, is lost. Not damaged, not delayed, but lost. They suggest that I have Amazon ship another one. Amazon, however, is out of stock, so they issue a refund. And this is where I'm at now. I'm almost entirely certain that my sofa was just stolen by this organization or one of its subcontractors, and I plan on filing shipping fraud charges to get to the bottom of this. This is the absolute worst shipping experience I've ever had, start to finish, and I cannot believe that Amazon continues to associate with this brand. If you have ANY say in the matter, absolutely 100% refuse to deal with NSD. With all of that in mind, here I am, week of Thanksgiving, planning on hosting a small get-together, with no living room seating for my guests. So thanks, NSD. This is on you. UPDATE - Just to head this off before the inevitable response, my tracking number was 9134945 UPDATE 2 - If that's true (which, by the way, Amazon says is nonsense) then please explain why my package was marked as out for delivery and then delivered. Please explain why I was assured by a human on the phone at your company that they had SEEN my package personally and that would be delivered by the end of the delivery day because they personally made sure it would be on a truck. Please explain why, on the day of delivery, I was given conflicting answers ranging from "the drivers are running late" to "the shipper is closed for the weekend" when I inquired about the location of my couch. And finally, please explain, from a purely logistical point of view, how anyone simply misplaces an object the size of a small car whose location is constantly being digitally tracked. There are only a few possibilities here, but they all lead back to a corporate policy of flagrantly lying to or misinforming customers and hoping that no one calls you out on it. And make no mistake, whatever happened to my couch, I was 100% for certain lied to by at least one employee at your company, which is one more than is EVER acceptable from a legitimate business. read more

Update 11/20: So, of course..., I did not receive my stove on Friday. Another 2 operators and 1h and some on the phone, I was told the delivery to the store had to be approved by some transportation dpt at HD and they take up to 3 days. So delivery was changed (again) to Monday 11/20 evening. In any cases, I was able to receive the stove... and it is damaged in 3 different places. Oh why am I even surprised, you would say. I just called HD (call #5), they will take my return after Thanksgiving so I can at least cook my turkey in peace. Advice to everyone: if possible, get your item delivered to the store and arrange with the store for a local delivery (I never had an issue with that). The stove made it from Ohio to NY state in a little more than 1 day, but it couldn't make it to my home in a week. Also be persistent on the phone, it takes lots of arguing to get a resolution and refunds. read more

I have been waiting for a deliver of a treadmill for 2 weeks. It was noted to be at the local terminal on Jan 3rd per Nordictrack. Apparently it did not get unloaded until Jan 10. Per the website, they were unable to get a hold of me on Jan 14. I have yet to receive an email or phone call from them (Jan 22). I have contacted them 6 times, every time they state they are unable to get a hold of someone from the local terminal and they will escalate my email to the supervisor. I tried calling and the person that answered was sitting directly next to the online chat person. This is the poorest excuse for customer service I have every had. It makes Comcast from 10 years ago seem like heaven. For a company that states they are "Going the extra mile" and "Delivering the Customer Experience", they are blowing smoke up everyone's behind. I would steer clear of this company unless it is literally the last company I could use. I would even have a hard time buying from Nordictrack again if they continue to use this company. BTW, the chat people have been very nice. I feel bad for the amount of abuse they have to deal with due to this company. read more

Absolutely terrible service from the Lubbock, TX office of NonStopDelivery. They were hired for "white glove" delivery ON MY SCHEDULE and sat on the shipment for 5 DAYS before even calling me and then informed me they'd be in my area the following Wednesday. This was supposed to have been next day type service ON MY SCHEDULE. That's what they contracted for, that's what they were paid for. This company does not deserve a penny. Delivery was prompt but they asked my son if they could leave the box in the garage because it was easier. I paid for threshold delivery so I was very surprised when I got home and it wasn't IN my home. I probably should have told my son but the expectation of threshold delivery is it's past the my front or back door. Now I get to figure out how to get a 210 pound box up 4 steps into my house without the proper equipment or having to pay for help. They don't give you email or text notifications of the status of your order like FedEx does. My small package was supposed to arrive yesterday, today latest, and it still hasn't arrived. The kicker is that its been stuck on "out for delivery" since yesterday morning... I really don't get it. It was super urgent that I receive my package no later than today, now I have to go to the store and buy the lights I ordered myself. I chose a 12 hour window (which is ridiculous for a delivery company to begin with) only to have them tell me they can't deliver the item until the following Saturday at which point they would let ME know when THEY can deliver it. I've been lied to, and given false promises over and over again yet here I am weeks later no closer to receiving my outdoor furniture order. I don't believe I will ever receive it. I call and they tell me I can pick it up instead, I show up and they don't let me pick my items up. That I paid for. Management is totally unorganized, gworst experience ever. Home Depot needs to terminate their contract with NSD. Look at all of the terrible reviews. I ordered a $180 heated Milwaukee hoodie three times from Home Depot. The first time, NSD delivered my package to an address 45 minutes away from my house. They got the address numbers right, but not the recipient, street, or town. How do you mess that up? Your GPS would tell you that you're on the wrong street in the wrong town. But who cares about details like that right? The next two orders sat at their warehouse for several days after the estimated delivery date. Then, when they finally got off their butt's to attempt a delivery, I received messages that my package was "out for delivery", but nothing ever showed up on any of the three occassions. NSD claims the package was lost! How? Lost where? Between the warehouse and my house inside their truck? Three different orders. Three different dates. Three lost packages. Come on! Sounds more like sticky finger thieves to me. Based on the reviews, how can one company "LOSE" so many people's items? It seems like they are stealing deliveries and fencing them. Time to report them to my State's Attorney General's office. So to recap... three orders and no deliveries. Dump this company Home Depot. Look how many customers it's costing you. I will never order from Home Depot online ever again until I am assured they are using a reputable delivery company other than NSD. This company is probably the worst delivery service group in the state. After receiving a notification that it was arriving on a Wednesday and confirming via phone and text, it never arrived. It took them another 7 days to arrive. I was not able to reach them on the phone or their lame chat service. I hope Nordictrack cancels their contract with them and find someone else reliable. Installation also was not great, left some trash and scratches in the threadmill. If you don't want to work then quit. read more
