I ordered a Nordictrack spin bike on 12/13. I paid in full (no financing) and was told to allow 10-14 days for delivery. Today is day 14 and I haven't even heard from the delivery company (NSD). Not only that, but when I try to call and speak to a human being, the system hangs up on you after being on hold for 20 minutes. It says the next representative will call you back, but I called at 9:30am and it is 2:30pm now. I just want my bike!! read more

I am extremely disappointed in this company. I ordered a MIRROR on December 2 and was told I would be contacted by the delivery company within 4 business days. I also received an email on December 5th, telling me the delivery partner would contact me to schedule a date and would contact me the night before with a 4 hour window. On day 5, I contacted MIRROR letting them know I had not been contacted. They assisted and on December 9th I received an email to schedule my date. I selected December 14th and received 3 different confirmation emails with delivery time of 8:00 am- 6:00 pm. I did not get a call on the 13th as I had been told and spend 12.5 hours waiting at my home for this delivery. I called MIRROR and they attempted to contact NSD for an update. The NSD tracker said it was out for delivery, the information that MIRROR could see said it was out for delivery, but nobody from NSD responded. I also attempted to call and chat, but was not able to contact anyone. I contacted MIRROR again at 6:30 that night asking them to assist in setting up a new delivery date of 27-30 December. They contacted NSD and the only response was they would "look into it". At 8:30pm, I got an automated call saying my delivery was scheduled for 12/15. I would not be home and this is a delivery and install, so I had to press 2, the option to speak to someone to reschedule. The system transferred me to someone's voicemail that was full. Then they sent a text to tell me the same and to click a link to confirm. The link had no option to select another day. I then got the same call and text on 12/15, 12/16, 12/19, 12/20, and 12/22 even though I had MIRROR notify the company I could not be available all day until the week of 12/27. I was notified by MIRROR on 12/17 that NSD had confirmed my delivery for 12/27, so I cannot comprehend why I continued to get these calls trying to schedule my delivery. It is now 12/27-I did not get a call last night and this morning when I checked the NSD tracking, it says it is "rescheduled" with no date. I called their number and the automated system says it is at their local terminal. I called MIRROR and they can no longer see a status. I've spent 3 hours attempting to call and getting hung up on by the system, tried to chat and after 15 minutes to an hour will disconnect and have sent an email with no response. MIRROR has contacted them to deliver ASAP and will let me know if NSD contacts them back, but I have no idea if I will ever get my item delivered. I've tried to be understanding because it is the holidays, during the Covid pandemic and a labor shortage, but after almost a month of trying to get a set delivery date when I am actually home to receive it has left me very frustrated. Unfortunately, I did not have an option with my delivery service provider, but I recommend if you have the option, you do not select NSD for your services. read more

I had a delivery for a nursery chair. They called and let me know when they were a half hour out, which was great. They had to leave the chair on my front porch since we are a working family. I got home to ruts and mud all down my drive because they did not stay on the driveway. Upon inspection of the box, there was a large gash with a through hole. The hole went through the wrapping of the chair and through the fabric of the chair. I'm less than thrilled to say the least. read more

The shed I ordered did not show up when I was told it would, with no update as to why or when it would be delivered. The men who delivered it were rude. When I asked them to back up to my gate so we could set the boxes inside the fence, they said the boxes would not fit, though they clearly would. Instead they set the boxes by the road in plain view for anyone to steal. I had to call someone to come over and help me move the boxes inside the fence, since they were 150-200 pounds each. The deliverers damaged 1 of the boxes, so the moment we lifted it, half the items inside fell out. By the way, we easily fit all 4 boxes through the gate, with room to spare.... read more

This is the worst customer service company I ever encountered. Try calling or chatting to find out about your delivery and you will wait forever. They have phone number but no one answers that phone. They also have a chat line where you can chat with a representative but no one responds to that chat. It looks really bad on behalf of the company. I ordered a cabinet from home Depot that was supposed to be delivered by NSD and the first time I ordered it it just disappeared after 2 months and was never delivered. Had to cancel that order and reorder the cabinet again. Home depot's resolution center supposedly had an NSD expedite the shipping that it would be delivered on July 29th, but July 29th came around and no delivery! NSD does not answer their phones they do not call back as they say they will through their automated system. They do not answer home Depot. This company has put my project behind two and a half months and it's cost me thousands of dollars! They are horrible company with the poorest customer service in the world. read more

The driver and delivery were fine (hence two stars), but that's not the crux of the issue. Just go to the company's website, and it'll tell you all you need to know. The website looks like the company is. I received a notification email from the seller that my treadmill had made it to my local NSD hub, then heard nothing for five days. Tried the company's live chat function; crickets - it's just for appearances. No luck there. I tried to call them...no dice. On hold for 20 minutes before the recording said they'd call me back, then hung up on me. They never called back. Finally, I emailed the support center for the original seller of the treadmill, and I had a call from NSD the next day to schedule my delivery window (which they shifted the night before). I'm guessing their business model is horrible response times and service delivery as the norm, until/unless someone raises enough fuss. Then they respond. It's like a service Ponzi scheme, if that makes sense. The problem is that they're a third-party logistics/last mile delivery service and you have no idea when you purchase that shiny new thing from a legitimate retailer that they contract with lowest-bidder companies like this and will inevitably hand over your major purchase to this comedy of a logistics firm. I ordered a split unit air conditioner online, the company shipped my unit thru NSD. My original ETA was June 30th, then July 7th, now it's July 11th. It keeps saying "rescheduled" on tracking but nobody has actually called me to schedule anything! The unit is currently sitting at a "distribution hub" in my area but I'm told it'll be 11 days for delivery. I could literally go there, pick it up myself and be back in an hour or so. Why 11 days to deliver it? Customer service is anything but helpful - chat representative just told me the delivery date is the 11th and to call NSD (who was I chatting with??) - calling puts you on an endless hold that either will randomly hang up on you or after ~20 minutes will ask for a callback number that never actually gets you a call back. No way to actually speak to a person about this mess. Item ended up showing up extremely late, company couldn't care less about customer service. I guess their shipping agreement with Amazon keeps them afloat somehow. Company is 100% trash. I never ever write reviews and actually am not a fan of yelp but they emailed me asking for a review and my experience was so bad I had to grant their request. I bought an exercise bike from proform and paid $200 for assembly! I got a call and automated text the day before delivery with a 4 hour window. It was scheduled for a Saturday which I work so would not be available. I tried to contact them to reschedule but it was IMPOSSIBLE! I stayed on hold for 16 minutes and then got an automated message saying they would call me back when a associate was available and hung up on me! I never got a phone call back! I was able to get someone to meet the delivery driver on the day of delivery as there was no other way of rescheduling. They arrived within the time they gave (hence one star) but the two men assembling the bike didn't have a clue what they were doing. Infact when they were putting on the peddles of the bike they stripped the screws and they both fell off when I was using the bike. I rang proform and they are sending out a licensed tech to fix it. I believe this is an issue for proform also as I paid them $200 for assembly and they send two people who didn't have a clue what they were doing. It was almost impossible to actually speak with someone to inquire about when can actually expect delivery. It has been in our city for ELEVEN DAYS according to the tracking and I still don't have it. It was supposed to be delivered last Wed. Tracking said Tues - I thought, awesome, it'll be here early! Didn't show up, tracking showed rescheduled for Friday. Again didn't show up. I spent 30 min on phone with HD, on hold while THEY were on hold with delivery company since I was given no way to contact them. Customer service rep couldn't understand that I never scheduled a delivery window, was never contacted by the company, was not even aware I would need to be home for the delivery. it just kept changing delivery dates on the tracking. NSD finally told her it would still be out that night, they were just on a delay (it was already 6 pm). Shockingly, it did not show up. Although a large truck did drive nearby and struggled with getting around our narrow streets - we watched it take out our street sign and BACK RIGHT INTO OUR NEIGHBORS' HOUSE, knocking a gutter off. They took off when neighbors started yelling, so we have no idea if it was them or not. Got a call this morning saying they were on their way and would be here in 20 min, then another call saying they made a mistake and had another delivery first but would be here soon. HOLY CROW. By far the worst fright carrier delivery service I've EVER dealt with. You can absolutely believe the other one star reviews. Nightmare on wheels. The disorganization and incompetence level at this company is incredible. Do not wait for them to call you and schedule your delivery. It will NEVER happen. I popped onto my tracking - a delivery of a desk ordered through Overstock - and because my estimated delivery date kept bouncing around I decided to 'chat' online with customer service. Apparently this was a BIG MISTAKE. The agent told me my item couldn't be delivered on the estimated date but could be delivered the day after and that a representative would call me to confirm a delivery window. I received NO call, and out of the blue, there was an attempted delivery at 7:30am - on a Saturday... Even if I was offered that delivery window I would have said no. Regardless, the driver called me, did not leave a message, and did not attempt to ring our doorbell. When I tried to call the number back just a few minutes later no one answered my call. I tried several times to contact the driver throughout the day and my call was never answered. And thus begins my saga dealing with NSD customer service. I immediately phoned the contact number provided on the tracking page. There's a glorious phone cue that tells you how many callers are ahead of you. There were 6. I waited 10-15 mins before a human answered my call. In short, the multiple reps I spoke to that day after waiting several times on this forsaken phone cue couldn't do anything for me because dispatch was closed and they "do not deal directly with the drivers". Though one rep told me she called and spoke to the driver - was that a lie? Still unsure. I was finally told someone would contact me on Monday to reschedule. I waited until 12pm Monday - no call, so I e-mailed NSD thinking that might be faster. BIG MISTAKE. Don't bother e-mailing them, it's painfully unhelpful. Waited on the phone tree for another 15 mins only to be disconnected by the agent and doomed to another 15 mins wait. I got the same rep from Saturday and she was just about as unhelpful as she was several days ago. While I was on the phone with her the NSD website updated saying that another delivery attempt had been made to my home. News to me!!! I was sitting right there, no phone call, no doorbell. NOTHING. Basically NSD passed the buck, claiming they would keep assisting and gave me a phone number for their local dispatch - a company called Century Carriers (you can also checkout their terrible reviews on Yelp). I've phoned Century Carriers multiple times and left messages. I finally got a receptionist to put me through to a live person who subsequently put the blame back onto NSD. This woman also said she would call me back. At the very end of the day I received a call from a different woman at Century Carriers. She was very pleasant and informed me that THEY have been waiting on NSD to fulfill their end of their paperwork to be able to schedule my delivery. So it seems we have a sort of a standoff. I'm STILL waiting for a return call from someone, anyone, who can help me actually schedule my delivery. Bueller? Will I EVER receive my desk? This remains a mystery. I've contacted Overstock to help resolve the issue and they say they are looking into it. I'm sure this is not the end to this incredibly frustrating experience with NSD. I am being punished for not shopping locally. As a consumer, I don't have the best understanding of how logistics works but am learning about how a cross-country delivery issue can easily be out of the hands of a retailer and it's customer. This delivery company lied to the retailer who paid for shipping services and told them via email that I was contacted for a delivery and confirmed a time when in fact I have no incoming calls or voicemails on the number I gave them. Making it worse, they contracted out a local delivery company that was out for delivery during an 8am-12pm timeframe and had still failed to deliver by 3:30pm. Late on a time not agreed upon? The solution Nonstop Delivery could have offered would be to get in touch with the contracted service they were using immediately by phone to fix the problem. And it said to call if the selected time of delivery would not work. So, I called and Shaunte answered the phone. Before rescheduling my appointment, she diligently tried to get dispatch to give me a later/tighter window as I wouldn't be home in time for the initial delivery time. I didn't ask her to do that but I thought it was awesome that she was willing to help me get the delivery sooner rather than later. This has got to be the worst Delivery service I have ever had the privelege of having been blessed with (Please note the level of sarcasm in the term blessed is so thick you could choke on it.) i ordered cabinets through Home Depot and after what I consider to be a not horrible freight delivery time. Being a deligent customer I had read the agreement and tracked the package, expecting a 12/15/2015 delivery date. The excitement of waiting 4 hours at home for a delivery so that it could be delivered to a covered location truly excited me, but is par for the course for most freight deliveries. After waiting and waiting and waiting for a phone call listed in the service description as "30-minute courtesy pre-call while en route" it reached 20 minutes after my delivery time and I decided to do what any customer using a service who had just waited 4 hours and 20 minutes into a 4 hour delivery window would do: I called customer service. After waiting in a queue on the phone for 39 more minutes (of which you must click to continue every 30 seconds) I was delighted to be hung up on immediately after recieving an operator. Another 17 minutes later I did finally reach an operator who informed me that due to a clerical error my package was not actually out for delivery had not been scheduled but would definitely be going out and delivered on time the following day. To my frustration, I waitied another day. Being wise to the woes of what I felt was a "run around" by the operator the day before I decided to proactively wait until 30 minutes before the end of my delivery window (when an on time driver would have had to call me) and wait in the phone queue that would not end. This time I was plesantly surprised to only have to wait 19 minutes and upon reaching the operator was told the dispatcher was not present, but they'd leave a message and return my call. After one hour, I called back to the operator waiting only 9 minutes (as I pressed the number '5' to contiinue every 30 seconds to continue to hold my place in the queue) to be told that everyone at the dispatch office was gone and there was no way to figure out where my package was (in delivery or not). Well as you can guess, my response was tempered and direct but soon brought to a point of rage as the monotone, emotionless response to my concerns left me a bit frustrated. As I finish my review at nearly 7:00PM 12/16/15, I'm told to wait until the next morning to hear if they may decide to pull my chain for the 3rd time in the row. My recommendation for anyone dealing with nonStopDelivery is to put in a cancellation order instead of dealing with this headache. read more

The delivery people were on time and respectful of my property. Though I can only give one star due to the fact that as they assembled my exercise bike, they broke a critical piece that controlled the amount of resistance to the fly wheel. I was not home at the time, and they left my home without checking to see if they assembled it correctly and they did not bother to let anyone know they had broken the mechanical piece. I had to wait an additional week an a half to get a repair specialist out and get my bike operational. read more

I never received a phone call to set up a delivery date and time. I researched through an old email and found out I was given a scheduled window of 5am to 9am only to have that delivery canceled and rescheduled after I waited. The next day again, same window of 5am to 9am With no delivery. They rescheduled with no phone call again while I was at work the next day. Had my teenager not been home, no one would have been there to accept the delivery. My treadmill was supposed to be brought into the house per the shipping agreement however the delivery driver refused, I'm assuming because he knew he could get away with it with my kid. 2 out of 5 stars and here's why: 1 star for delivering 5 boxes with no freight damage. 1 star for being on time, actually over an hour early. 0 stars because: We paid for "threshold" service (get it into the first room past the front door.) Because they were over an hour early, I was lucky the missus caught them getting ready to haul ass after dropping everything in the driveway. It is a complete bathroom - vanity, counter top, sinks, med cabs, shelves - a ton of heavy, awkward stuff - hence I had gladly payed the $30 to get it into the house. The driver bullied my wife relentlessly to sign and inspect later. NEVER, EVER SIGN UNTIL YOU INSPECT THE SHIPMENT!!! Freight claims are the worst type of hell you may ever experience with 1% chance of ever getting satisfaction. The 3/4" GLASS counter top (which the box was clearly marked as so) had boot prints all over it - it was laid flat and walked on. Luckily, no breakage. I wish I could post the pics. 4 of the 5 boxes had crushed corners but again the packing foam saved the day, but just barely in a couple cases (wood vanity cabinet corner, ceramic sink) Big burly delivery men trying to push around little mrs. homeowner ticks me off to no end - lying and misrepresenting terms of service. Just can't stress enough when using ANY freight company - stand your ground, inspect your shipment, and only sign when you are satisfied and any and all damage is noted on the drivers paperwork. read more

Someone at NSD should be ashamed of these reviews and reviews of this company on other websites. On July 12, I ordered a generator on Amazon. I was told at that time it would be delivered on July 28th. No problem. On July 25, tracking detail showed the item was at a carrier facility in my hometown. I took off work on July 28th and waited for the generator to be delivered. At about 3:30I received a text from NSD saying they would be there in 30 minutes....great! I waited in the driveway for them....no show. The next morning, I was able to get through to NSD by phone (after many attempts). I explained the item was never delivered and I had to use a vacation day from work to wait for it. The representative told me that the item didn't have to be signed for. Then in the next breath told me that they attempted delivery, and no one was home (LIE)...I was in the driveway. I then asked where the item was at this time....she replied it was in Dallas....150 miles away! Why would I get a 30 minute notice if the item was in Dallas?! (ANOTHER LIE). She the said that the driver on my delivery no longer works for NSD (I'm sure...another LIE). She then stated she rescheduled the delivery for August 4th. I asked her to be sure as I would have to take another vacation day from work. She assured me it would be delivered on that day (ANOTHER LIE). Never delivered...no call, no text, no email....nothing. Looks like I'm gonna use my vacation days waiting for NSD to make (or not make) a delivery! I'm sure I'll get the standard "we're sorry to hear" apology from Pat L. business manager.... I'm really not interested in an apology. If he was actually apologetic, something would be done and there wouldn't be hundreds of one-star reviews on this site. Garbage company, period. Two deliveries over a couple of months. Forget the Cymax.com failure, these guys hold their own. On the first delivery, two items were damaged on arrival and very apparently. I had to have a reshipment done. When the re-ship came out, it was supposed to be a bed... we got bed rails and a table top. The 20 year old they sent out to unload these heavy bed rails on his own didn't know where the headboard was and we were supposed to receive a call back. Two days passed and we didn't. I called last week and was told I would get a call back, I called today to find out that NSD JUST reached out to Cymax for a resolution since they cannot find the headboard now. This is beyond silly and I will avoid companies that use this business to finish their deliveries. It sounds like not only do they suck as a direct company but that they regularly try to use contractors to increase their delivery footprint with no mind for customer service. My delivery arrived shortly after the time I was given. The delivery men were courteous and quick. Noo problems.

I have created a pick up for a customer back on 3/28 it is now 4/18 and my customer still has yet to be contacted for their item to be picked up. For this I would normally only rate one star (or not given a review solely because they didn't even deserve the one star) After calling/chatting several times and being told the exact thing by different people and not getting any results, finally came Hira I. She actually took the time to find another solution and was finally able to get in contact with the terminal to get the ball rolling on my customers pickup. 0 Stars, my package is a week late. No one will answer the phone or answer my emails. Online status says scheduled delivery yesterday, after many delays. Well it is the next day and my table is still not here. Poor customer service, poor tracking, I assume my table is lost because they will not respond to me. No one answers the phone to schedule a return pick up. No one responds to multiple emails. I've replied to the email the sent saying they'd like to schedule a pick up & that's all. I've felt with this company several times in regards to a Home Depot return and each time it has been a dragged out mess. This has to be the worst shipping company ever.
