I purchased 2 bathroom vanities from Home Depot on November 18, 2021. The estimated delivery at that time was December 6, 2021. On November 29, 2021 I received an automated phone call stating that the vanities would be delivered on November 30, 2021 and that I would receive a 30 minute courtesy call prior to delivery. The 30th came and went with no call or delivery. The next day I tracked the shipment and it was showing a new estimated delivery of December 6 so I didn't think much about it. On December 6 I checked the status of the delivery once again and it showed delivered on December 2. I never received the shipment and I cannot get Home Depot or NSD to help. How do you deliver over $1300 worth of product and not require any proof of delivery? No signatures ....NOTHING!! I have been speaking with an Extra Mile Representative with NSD and was told that unfortunately the drivers did not take any pictures or provide a description of the home. How can they not hold this driver accountable??? As I am reading through the other reviews on yelp... it appears this is nothing new for NSD. Avoid them at ALL COSTS!!! read more

Had a toilet delivered to our house by NSD last week. It was in a cardboard box that they just left up against my garage door in the rain and in the dark without even ringing the door bell to let me know it was here. Not even a call that they would be delivering it that day. The following day, after discovering it out front of my house, I called a plumber to come take the toilet out of the box and install it. When he opened the box in front of my house where it had been left, the plumber and I immediately discovered the toilet base had been broken off. The plumber had already removed the old toilet from the bathroom so then I had to quickly jump in my truck, run up to Home Depot and buy another toilet while the plumber waited at my house and on the clock. The following day we called NSD to come pick up the damaged toilet. They proceeded to jerk us around for another week while saying they would let us know when they could come and then we wouldn't hear from them. My wife would call them to see what the delay was and they knew nothing about the pick up. This went on for several calls. We finally called them again today only to find the person at NSD was still pretty clueless. So my wife said to just not bother any further and cancelled the supposed pick up. Being in my 70's I am asking a young neighbor to help me load the large box with the broken toilet into my truck and will drive it myself to Home Depot. From our experience with NSD it appears they clearly did not have it together. read more

I was called to have an appointment scheduled from 9-1pm. The delivery guys contacted me at 1:36pm already late stating that they were going to be even more late. They arrived at 2:55pm completely unapologetic and looking extremely unprofessional and not friendly at all. They arrived in a tank top and basketball shorts, no uniform name tags, just thug looking and not friendly at all. They marked the item as delivered at 2:18pm when in reality they arrived at 2:55pm. I contacted NSD on Friday afternoon and was informed that my shipment was cancelled by one of their CSR's, asked to have it uncancelled. It was to be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday morning it was out for delivery, afternoon contacted them again to have them explain why it was sitting in their terminal for the 2nd time. Had it re-routed back to me for Thursday. Thursday, Again contacted them as it was out for delivery in the morning and by afternoon it was back int he terminal. There is suppose to be a 30 minute window for a phone call delivery, I NEVER received any phone calls to let me know they were on the way or they needed better directions. The customer Service lady I was chatting with hung up on me, that was also not a good business move. This is the first time in my 40+ years of using any trucking company I have had this issue. Let's see if the delivery is actually made on Friday or Monday. I also have calls in with Lowes, where the flooring was ordered from. UPDATE: They answered back on my email and said the address that Lowes provided was incorrect. Not sure how, when there were 3 other deliveries from 3 other companies that all made it without issues. This company stinks at deliveries and Customer service!!!!!!!! Sept 15, the first review went up: updated on Oct 5. still have not heard back from NSD on the flooring for my company and where it currently is sitting. Good luck trying to get in contact with anyone at this company. They don't answer emails, no one picks up the phone, it's a complete waste of time. Probably the worst service I've ever experienced. Once I got a hold of someone on their "chat" feature, they said they lost my order and could do nothing about it. How do you lose a 9ft long 200 lb table? Notified via email of delivery date/time not with phone call as per Nordic Track communication to arrange a time suitable for me. Tried to call the company to arrange a different date/time. Was on hold for 15 minutes with then a recording indicating they would call me at the number I was calling from. A call was never received or confirmation of agreed suitable date/time. Notified Nordic Track who also tried to contact the company without success. I had to rearrange my work schedule to be available on the date/time provided as I did not want to delay this delivery further. The delivery crew was great (although roughly dropped one side of package/feared damage but all ok) but other than that not a favorable experience! read more

Update - after going through a gathering at our house with no furniture, and after patiently talking with their customer service while they fumbled, they went dark on us - stopped responding and didn't answer. Seems like they lost the shipment altogether, but we'll never know b/c their terrible customer service wouldn't tell us. Tracking syas its been sitting at the warehouse in our town for 2.5 weeks. The customer service person didn't even have a phone number to get in touch with the warehouse and said "I dunno, the number has been discontinued, so..." So they can't even communicate with their distribution centers. Truly an awful operation. Almost impressive tjey are in business. Steer clear! Lowe's as well went dark on us - what a couple garage companies. We had to contact our credit card company and let them know what was basically fraud when we pay $800 and an item disappears and both companies refuse to respond to us. You know I rarely do reviews but since I can't seem to reach this company any other way I said screw it people deserve to know how horrible they are . I purchased a piece of furniture from Amazon on June 22nd and it is now July 18th, I think I gave them a chance to redeem themselves seeing as to how it was supposed to arrive on the 6th of July. I have called and called different times of day and seems like they are always busy, being on hold for what seems like forever and then automation telling me they will call me back and nobody does is a joke. UPDATE - Home Depot ended up refunding me as NSD can't find the package. NSD has been the worst company I have ever dealt with and completely unreliable. I have never experienced such poor business practices. Anyway I will never order anything online and have it shipped to my home from Home Depot because they use NSD. I ordered a snowblower from Home Depot which said express shipping. My package says out for delivery since December 30th however it's now been two weeks and the package still isn't delivered. NSD does not answer emails, they do not respond to the chat with someone function on their website, and the customer service line is a recording that says you will eventually be connected with someone. However it hangs up on you and says they will call you back after 15 minutes. I have never dealt with such a poorly managed, complete disregard for customer service, and unreliable company. If you order anything from Home Depot and the carrier is NSD cancel your order. Companies like NSD should not be in business. Also I ended up buying the snowblower having it shipped to the store and UPS delivered it to the store. Now I have to wait till god knows when till NSD actually does their job and delivers my package so I can then go to Home Depot and get refunded. When that will be I have no idea because NSD does not have the decency to contact their customers. I paid $300 for delivery and assembly of a treadmill. They brought the treadmill, slid it down my basement steps in the box, which took small chunks of wood off some steps. They took it out of the box, said they didn't have time to assemble it and they'll send someone else out to finish it later. This is one of the worst delivery companies I have ever dealt with. First they don't deliver the package, then they lost it. There is absolutely nobody that you can get in contact with, and none of the tracking or information about the item being delivered is ever updated. Finally about four or five days after the package was due, we were surprised to see it was actually delivered but of course it was broken and mishandled. So now we have to return the thing back to Home Depot and try to find another one hopefully in stock and to avoid any shipping with this company. If I had the choice of companies this would not be a company I would ever use as we did not pick them to be the shipper, but unfortunately got stuck with them. We were/are dealing with a very difficult delivery issue involving a third party and one of the NSD managers, Dale, was extremely responsive and helpful. He checked back with us, kept tabs on the delivery, and made himself available to assist us. I have never had a manager call me several times during the day with updates before. Dale also approved a refund to our family due to complications in services. I wish all service industry managers and representatives were willing to go the extra mile in this manner. I had a scheduled delivery for an Amazon order on 1/10/2020 for 9am - 12pm. At around 7pm on 1/9/2020, I received a call from NSD asking if they could adjust the window to 12pm - 3pm, but that they would be sure to get there towards the early end of that window. Fine. By 2:30pm on 1/10/2020, I had not received my "half hour courtesy call," so my delivery was clearly going to be outside of the now adjusted window. I reached out to NSD first via the chat on their website. The customer service agent let me know that "honestly, we can't get hold of the driver" and that they could not provide any sort of window or update for when my delivery would arrive. An hour later, I called their customer service line and received similar feedback. That they were "hours behind" and that they couldn't give me a time frame whatsoever. She assured me that her manager would give me a call directly to discuss as all of this was unacceptable. Guess what? No one ever called me. Total runaround and no real answers ever provided in any communication with this company. FINALLY, around 4:45pm I got my "half hour courtesy call," and the delivery was on the way. The driver finally arrived (in an Enterprise rental truck?!) around 5:30pm. No wonder they are behind - they have ONE guy dropping off 200+ pound items. The delivery driver was polite and helpful and handled the item fine, but NSD clearly is cutting corners at the customers' (and their delivery employees') expense. My driver said that my delivery was his last of the day. How the hell does a delivery that was originally scheduled for 9am become the last of the day?! NSD needs to figure out how to run their business - they're not setting themselves up to actually deliver what is being promised to customers. Cutting corners by not putting enough drivers on or having enough trucks is cheap and lazy. I will also be complaining to Amazon for even outsourcing to this delivery company - absolutely unprofessional. read more

We ordered an item that weighed appx 150 # with the seller arranging delivery thru NSD. We were emailed delivery times the day of delivery (which was over a week earlier than expected) and they called a half hour before the actual arrival to confirm our presence---and yes, it was all earlier than thought, but honestly there were no problems for us! So to add insult to injury, I get another call from NSD saying they are on their way with a delivery. We have closed for the Christmas Holiday because the last delivery I am expecting according to the Home Depot site is scheduled for December 31st. Mind you it's pouring rain right now. What does #NSD d? Drop the pallet in the driveway in the middle of a rain storm. Could they have put it under the covered porch and not in the driveway? Yes. And perhaps the mother of three wouldn't have to park on the street and carry kids in one a at a time. Did they do that? NO. Too much common sense involved. So now, I have to dispatch a crew to the job site and pay premium for it. They arrive and the vanity that was supposed to arrive on the 31st has been dropped off. You would think that the tracking system would have been updated so we could be prepared and not incur unnecessary expenses. But no. And given this delivery fiasco, if there was ever a case for getting rid of #nsd - let it be so. They are hurting your brand. This is absolutely the worst company ever! It was chooser by homedepot to deliver my cabinets on March 20th, did not ever receive my most expensive cabinet. After proving by outside video camera that my 87" cabinet was NOT a delivered, Home Depot refunded my money and sent out another cabinet. NSD could not tell me or homedepot what happened to the original cabinet. The reorder was "suppose" to be delivered on April 3. Do I take off work, yet again, to my surprise customer service stated I could pick it up myself! They were not delivering it as the day stated, then stated they could not get in contact with me. I have emailed them 5 times in the last week with no response. Home Depot called them to only get hung up on! OMG! They ran a little behind earlier in the day because of staffing issues, so they arrived at our house well beyond the projected window. We had to call them to find out why the delay -- a little frustrating. Driver was extremely courteous and did as much as he could (he was short staffed). My husband helped with the set up which was smooth. A little better communication with the customer in the future is in order, particularly when thing don't goes planned. I ordered a set of five speakers through Purchasing Power, and the tracking page on NSD's has not updated since December 18. I have attempted to receive updates on the status of the shipment from both the chat and the emails, and the replies are evasive. "Just give it time..." and then nothing, is the basic runaround I'm getting. Contacted Purchasing Power, who said I would immediately be emailed or called by NSD, through some additional motivation they would provide, I guess. Still no shipment. Still, no contact from NSD. I have a bad feeling about this, especially given these Yelp reviews. I will never use NSD, and I suggest you do not either. If I could do 0 stars I would.....Over 6k in cabinets shipped 12/20 and arrive in my state 12/22. Great!...NOT.... cabinets are now lost and no one can track them down. On top of that... HORRID doesn't even begin to describe their customer service as I'm not sure an actual person works here. No one answers the phone, calls you back, or responds to emails. Their online chat gets you to an "agent" who promises you a call back within 24-48 hours. That time frame never comes and you never get a call back. The cabinet company can't even get a hold of anyone. Going to dispute this order with my credit card and specifically request absolutely no NSD shipping on future orders even if I have to pay extra. What a joke. Ordered a item and nsd was contracted to do a home delivery with signature required. Delivery was setup for 12/21/19 between 12:00pm and 5:00 pm. Contacted the dispatcher after window was missed. All they could tell us was it was out for delivery. We were contacted around 7:30 pm telling us it would be around 8:30pm arrival time! Really 3 hours past window. We were told they would contact us to setup another delivery time. Now it is 01/04/2020 and have not heard from nsd. I will be contacting the company I purchased the item. So the guy told me if I sign the paper they would try harder I signed the paper and they walked away and left me stranded with a sofa in the hallway. My NordicTrack was delivered as promised by 2 very nice men within the promised window of time. I was given plenty of notice regarding the delivery time. Since I had paid NordicTrack for it to be assembled, they hauled the box up the stairs, unpacked it and assembled it. I tried it out briefly . Unfortunately, when I used it the next day a few parts fell off the machine. After talking to Nordic Track customer service, I was advised not to use it until new parts can be sent and someone comes out to fix it. Additionally, although I had paid for the old machine to be hauled away the two men said they did not have instructions to do this. That led to my first call to NordicTrack to get that straightened out, followed by the equipment failure call. I am not sure whose fault this all is but I strongly recommend not ordering anything around the holidays. read more

I was happy that my new treadmill was delivered so quickly after receiving an email saying it would take 2-3 weeks, and I got it in less than five days. I received a text message the day before my scheduled delivery that said the following: "Your order requires a delivery inside your home. In consideration of current CDC guidelines and our customer comfort, we are offering service level downgrades. If you would like your order changed to deliver to the your door instead, please call us at 703-382-1293." I did not call and change my delivery method, so I was expecting the treadmill to be brought inside because I knew it was going to be very heavy and I could not move it myself. When the delivery truck arrived, I asked the two men if they can carry it around to the back of the house. They refused saying: "That I have a standard delivery". I said to them that was not what my message says, I told them it was to be taken inside. They guy was firm and said "You have a standard delivery, that means to left outside". Again, I said I have a message stating it was to be delivered inside the home. He said they will not take it in. They dropped it off on my porch and left like they were late for lunch date. I know which delivery service to not recommend if this is how your delivery personnel operate based in a delivery agreement. read more

I have been trying to set up a pick up from Non-stop delivery for over a week. I've left messages, scheduled a call back (hahaha), sent emails, gotten through to an actual person twice where I was ensured they would call me back and another time sent to a person's voicemail. How does this company stay in business? At this point I could have tied the chair I am returning to the back of a Llama and it would have gotten back to the company faster.
