Unfortunately, we had the pleasure of dealing with this company twice. First delivery - We paid for the white glove service through Buy Buy Baby for a dresser for our unborn child. The dresser came about 10 days prior than we expected which is about the only good thing I can say. They never called or emailed to set up the delivery. They just showed up. With the white glove service we paid for they were supposed to take it out of the box and bring it inside the house into the room we wanted. They put the dresser on the front porch, never rang the doorbell, and left. Luckily my wife and I work from home and saw that they were making the delivery. My 32 WEEK PREGNANT wife had to run outside to try and flag them down to have them bring the dresser inside but they kept driving away. Little did they know, there is only one way in and one way out of our developmenr, and our house is the first one...so they had to drive by our house on the way out. We had to run out in the middle of the road and stop them to have them move the dresser inside. They took it out of the box on the front porch. My wife and I inspected it and there was no damage, so they took it inside. Once they got it in my sons room we looked at it again and the one delivery driver was standing by the one corner trying to hide the chunk they took out of the corner. Needless to say, we weren't happy, so we had to return that dresser and get another that wasn't damaged. Second delivery - I did get an email the second time to confirm delivery on the day they were planning on showing up. The ONLY option in the email was to confirm delivery. There was no option to deny delivery. We were going to be out of town that day, so I never confirmed. There also was no number to call to tell anyone we'd be out of town. The email said that someone would call 40 mins before they were going to be there, so I figured I could tell them then, so they didn't waste time coming out. Well...they never called...they just showed up, and we weren't there. We have a Ring doorbell, so we were able to talk to them to tell them we were not going to be there, so we had them come back the following day. Enough said...both experiences were flat out pathetic. It's sad that this is the "white glove service" we're starting to get from not only this company, but so many more now a days. Not sure how they are still in business... read more

This began as a return item purchased from Home Depot on line. On 3/25/19 Home Depot provided a shipping tracking # for the return. The return shipping was to be handled by NSD and scheduled pickup for today 4/3/19 between 9 and 1 pm. It's now 3:30 pm and we have contacted NSD as well as Home Depot. No one has a clue when or if the item is scheduled for pickup. Apparently NSD doesn't have a clue how to contact their local shipping agent. read more

Due date was 1/31...now 2/5 and no one can seem to figure out where my order is. Called Home Depot and they try their best but NSD doesn't provide any info. HD said NSD would call me with an update and took my #, but...guess what...no call. I call back....now i'm told they respond in 48 hours. I messaged NSD online and they said they would have an answer by the end of the day....guess what....NO ANSWER or call or email. I see why they have such horrible reviews. i asked HD for the terminal # for NSD and for some reason they can't provide that info...weird. I try to look up the terminal on google, and it doesn't exist. Shady shady shady. They just give you the runaround. Come to find out, they shipped my order to the wrong terminal but they can't tell me what terminal it's at or a rough ETA when i'll get it. Why does it take 48 hours to get an asnwer where my f*cking order is? Poor management and policies. Meanwhile....i wait for this to show up before i can finish my bathroom. If this vanity comes in broke, i'm gonna lose my mind with these people and HD for using this garbage delivery service. I think i get irritated because i'm at logistics manager in my profession and know how to treat customers and get them their product on time. Absolute joke! So obviously NSD doesn't do shit besides broker trucks and they are horrible at it. NSD provides nothing but bullshit excuse after excuse. 8 days late and they still didn't contact me....the final delivery company did. Everytime you call they tell you they will update me once they know more....but it takes 8 days of telling me the same exact thing before the actual trucking company contacted me. Such a shit company that shouldn't be in business. NEVER EVER will i buy anything from anywhere that has NSD as their delivery service provider. UPDATE 2/8 - NEMF calle dme 2 hours before they were going to deliver...thanks for the heads up? I left work early to make sure i would be home when they came. To top it all off....they show up in a tractor trailer and have no way to get the vanity off the trailer??? WTF! No one bothered to mention that the truck didn't' have a ramp or lift gate to get the vanity of the trailer and the driver was by himself. Thank god it was me at home and not my wife or they would never have been able to off load. I shouldn't have to climb in the trailer and help off load my own delivery. I wouldn't even give One star if I had the option. My experiences with this company have been horrible. After receiving a notification from Nordic Track that my order had arrived at the delivery location and we would receive a call within 24/48hrs, we had to call a week later only to find out that they didn't scan it in on the dock properly, and then had to wait another four days to get a call to schedule delivery. When the delivery arrived, it had to be sent back as it was damaged beyond use. Nordic then set up a new order. That treadmill has now been sitting on the dock at the delivery location since Feb 8th. Today is Feb 22nd. I have been able to get a rep on the phone once, e-mail twice, all saying they would take care of it and I should hear back within 48hrs. Now Nordic can't even get NSD on the phone and I'm being told to wait another 48hrs. Here's what their website claims: "We are a corporation committed to superior customer service, on-time performance, cost-saving solutions and long-term added-value partnerships." I wish I could give 0 stars.. I paid for a threshold delivery, but I come home to a giant couch sitting outside my front door l. When the delivery person called I let him know that my bf was not physically able to come to the door, but that the door was opened and they could just deliver it inside by the door. He says ok that is fine and that they would be there in 20 minutes. I have a camera facing the front door and I never saw him come in so I called him and the company, but no answer from either. I text the delivery driver to ask when he will be delivering my order and he reads and ignores it. So I text him again letting him know that I know he saw my message abs he finally calls me to lmk that he already delivered it. I said that I paid for a threshold delivery and I wouldn't be able to get the couch inside my apartment by myself which I let him know when he called. He goes on to say that I was lying and I never said that when literally 4 other people heard me have this conversation with him and I definitely explained the entire situation to him. I told him he didn't do his job and he hung up on me. If at all possible AVOID this company! My order from Home Depot was promised 4 times and 4 times it did not show up. I waited until well after the promised delivery (once 3 hours) and every time I call it's "the driver was running late", "the driver had mechanical difficulties" etc. Today their website shows "out for deliver" so I called to get a timeframe and was told "tomorrow between 12 and 4". The terminal is 80 miles from my business! I will get a refund for my $500.00 and make my purchase elsewhere...where they do not use NonStop Delivery. They contacted me last Friday 10/7 and said they would be here today 10/10/22 between 9-1. no call no show so I called them at 3 and was told the item was out for delivery. If it were possible to give negative reviews NSD would get one. The package was supposed to arrive on May 27. They called at 9:30 pm to schedule delivery on May 6 between 3-7. 7:00 rolls around and they aren't here. I call. They put me on hold for 40 minutes. They hung up on me. A signature was required so I waited all day for package to be delivered. Package never showed up so I called them 10/7. They initially said they don't know when it will be dry but someone will call me within 48hrs. After I complain and called multiple times finally someone called me back and said it will be delivered 10/14. I ordered this package on 9/6. They said that's the soonest they can deliver because that is when someone will be in my area. We order a lot of things off amazon and UPS and/or fed ex is at our housE daily. I was so irritated with NSD I told them to just send it back. I cancelled my order on amazon. I'm going to order the same product from a different company and make sure they use fed ex or ups. read more

This only word that I use to describe this company is that it SUCKS. REALLY SUCKS. I had ordered a treadmill from NordicTrack and requested White Glove delivery service for an extra $250 (which included delivery and set up). When the delivery team came, they only had 1 delivery person to unload an over 300 pound treadmill. In the process of trying to get it into the room I wanted, this guy dented/scratched up the door frames, walls and millwork from our garage all the way to the room we wanted it installed in. The delivery guy then had the gall to ask if we had paint to fix it and there was clearly no way just paint was going to fix some of the chunks of wood/mill work missing from our door frames. When I went to call/email and complain about it, I got a complete run around from their customer service and it took 3 days for them to respond. I provided detailed photos and descriptions of the damage. I had just found a finish carpenter to do the repairs and requested refund of the $250. Today, I just received an email stating that the driver said that we were in the process of moving (which is a lie since we had moved in 5 months earlier) and that it wasn't clear who caused the damage. The driver also never indicated to my wife that she could notate the damage on the bills of goods which he did not point out to here. Instead, my wife called NSD and we had promptly submitted photos to both NordicTrack and NSD and all my photos are date/time stamped so how could they say it happened prior to that. Anyway, if you are taking receipt/delivery of anything from NSD, I would tell them to just keep on going and do a NON-STOP at your home. The driver clearly lied to their claims person in order to save his own rear end and this company clearly has no sense of ethics or integrity. I've already submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint only to find that there are 80+ other complaints that are out there on this firm. read more

We ordered a Nordictrack treadmill and dealing with NSD delivery has been a NIGHTMARE!! We have NEVER received a call to set up a delivery time like we were told, but yet get emails saying it will be delivered between 12-4pm. My husband has taken time off work, since we were told by Nordictrack we would have to be there to sign. Only to never have them show up, and then online tracking shows they called and rescheduled delivery??? No phone calls have been made to either of us. Can't get anyone on the phone, tried email, and tried their chat option. It is impossible to speak to someone on the phone. Even Nordictrack has tried contacting them to no avail. I had ordered a set of mattress/box springs from JCPenney. I did not know they contract out to another company for the delivery. I received an email from R T Freight on Wednesday at 2:25 pm that the package would be delivered on Thursday morning between 8 and 12 noon. Nobody ever called and asked if that time would work for me. I couldn't be there at that time, so I needed to reschedule. There was no telephone number on the email so I tried to find a phone number on the internet and only found one for R T Freight in Virginia. They provided the Knoxville number. I told them when I could be there, but then received another email that they would be delivered from 6:30-10:30 Friday morning. I called again and made sure they knew when I could be there to accept delivery. Delivery was fine, but I was very frustrated that they didn't seem to care if I would be there to accept delivery. NSD delivered two packages from Home Depot to my home in Harrisonburg, VA on April 23. They didn't give me a courtesy call, but rather dropped off HUGE HEAVY boxes of furniture at the end of my walkway (bottom of a hill) when they could've easily pulled into my driveway and placed next to my screen porch (which is where the furniture was going). They never asked me to sign. Just dropped off and took off! Additionally, I had payed for a $700 lounge couch that they NEVER delivered, but said they did. They reported that they delivered it, but that is not so! I called Home Depot and bc they had gotten the delivery report, they have washed their hands of it and recommended I take it up with my credit card company instead. My experience has been absolutely terrible. I have been waiting on a mattress delivery for nearly a month. The first was damaged in route and sent back- however no one told me. They just didn't show up and I had to contact them to find this out. Now a replacement was shipped 11 days ago and it still has not left the warehouse. I know some people have had a bad ordeal but in my case I did not. The order arrived on time,the package had no damage at all ( 275 lbs package mind you ) and the 2 delivery guys were excellent!! So I decided to write a review because this company is getting a bad wrap! Everyone must remember with Covid going on for almost 2 years and everyone staying home and ordering stuff non stop these guys are probably over worked and jambed up with deliveries ! I've called, emailed and even had Home Depot attempt to contact NSD to get ahold of them to find out where my flooring is and no one has contacted us back. The company I ordered from let me know that my item arrived to the NSD warehouse two weeks ago (!!!) and that I should hear from them with 24 - 48 hours to schedule a time to deliver. No one from NSD has contacted me, nor does the original company have any way to get an NSD rep to respond to their calls and emails. Two weeks is way longer than two days! The warehouse is only a 20 minute drive from my house. I'd go there and pick up my item myself if I could. On top of that, I'm paying a "white glove" delivery fee for absolutely nothing! The phone is on auto, so you never get a real person and it is the same problem with their chat. The package is sitting in my backyard for five days because it is too heavy to move. Delivery guy called and couldn't find my address. The builder was in the neighborhood to receive delivery. I asked him to call me when he got there. He did not. I also asked him if he could leave in the garage and he said he would call his supervisor and ask. This punk left my bathtub at my new home under construction on its side dragged it through the mud and ditched it on the side of the house toward the main road where everyone could see it and steal it. How could he deliver a tub and not have anyone sign for it?! Luckily my builder was across and street and was able to move the tub to inside before anyone stole it. read more
