Ordered a fuel tank through Amazon that was scheduled for delivery on Dec 15th, received an email from Amazon on the 13th reminding me to be available for the driver. I make myself available and sit around waiting on a call from the driver that never happens. Around noon I look online and my tracking info on Amazon has been updated to now say "14 Dec 8:01PM Customer Requested Appointment to be Rescheduled". I call the delivery company and no answer so opted for their call back service and never received a call. Got through finally on their chat service and was told my item didn't make it on the truck in time even though the tracking shows they had it in town for over 2 days. Edit: Now today the 16th, no answer to phone calls and no response on their Chat service. So they forgot to put it on a truck to deliver it, lied to Amazon saying I requested a new delivery date, rescheduled it for a week later, and never informed me of any of it. When I called Amazon trying to seek resolution, they say, "You requested the new delivery date" and now it is my word against the shipping company. Had never heard of this company prior to yesterday and it is obvious why, absolute disaster of a company looking at reviews across the internet. read more

This is for tracking number: 39595842: I had a delivery scheduled for me on behalf of a furniture manufacturer. The date/time didn't work well for my schedule. On the email that I was sent with this information, it was stated that if I needed to reschedule, to reach out to their customer service line. I called, no one answered, so I left a voice mail. No one called me back. The delivery was for the next day. I called back the day of the delivery and once again, no one answered the phone after me being on hold for almost 20 minutes. I was then tracking the package on the provided link with a delivery window which was about 2 hours long. The delivery was going to a commercial office building in the middle of a work day, so I had to coordinate where to meet the delivery driver. No direct contact information was provided, so I had to wait around hoping I would see the delivery truck pulling into one of multiple entrances into this business complex. After refreshing the provided tracking link every 5 minutes, I was notified that the package was delivered. I went up to the business in a 12 story building where the delivery was to be sent, and the packages were no where to be found. I then went back down to the lobby of the building to look there, and low and behold the packages were in the middle of the elevator lobby on the floor. No attempt to contact me was made to clarify the delivery location or to coordinate where to enter the building. This ate up hours of my day unnecessarily and it was a very disappointing experience. read more

Ordered a 75" TV from Amazon and it was shipped through NSD. First issue was that i get l got a notification they tried to deliver it. Nope. No call, no one at the house, nada. So, i call and was told it was because there was a problem with my phone number and they only had part of it. Ok, no real biggie, but don't denote that attempt for delivery was made when it wasn't. Next, i get online and it shows that it's in town and ready for delivery, no call though. I wait a day, take the day off since I don't want it sitting outside, still nada. Get back online and it shows that it's in another city 90mi away. My suggestion, if you get something shipped by NSD, cancel the order and order from somewhere reputable. We had a delivery scheduled for Thursday February 20, but was callied for earlier delivery day! Of course we will take delivery early! In constant contact the day of delivery, we even received a text saying they would arrive in 7 minutes and they were here in exactly seven minutes, impressive. We had a couch and chair and ottoman to be white glove delivered and that task was carried out perfectly. Driver and coworker were extremely professional and got the unboxing and put everything together in a very timely manner. Good luck contacting these people. I have called them ~10 times and have gotten either hung up on or told there is no one that I can talk to. All I am trying to do is contact them to get my phone number updated so they can schedule a return for pickup because home depot gave them an invalid phone number. Their customer service is a joke and I am having to rent a truck to return something that they are supposed to pick up because I cannot get through to them over the course of 6 weeks. Home depot has also tried to contact them to help me and they can't even get through. Unfortunately, this is the only service home depot uses in my area for returns. Do not order large items, like bathroom vanities, online from home depot. Do not use NSD if you have a choice. read more

UPDATE: Marshall responded to my Yelp post and I am working with him to resolve this satisfactory. I hope to update this again soon 11/11/2020 Driver tore up our yard in their enterprise rental van. Never mentioned it when we met them actually dropping our 400 lb box at the top of the road near our mailbox (yes, they chewed up the yard and still didn't leave it there,AND said nothing!) NSD responded rudely and threatened to involve their lawyers. We will file a complaint with the BBB and with Home Depot who subcontracted with them to deliver. The absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with, and that includes Spirit Airlines. This is who Wayfair uses to pick up mattress returns when you've opened the box, fyi. The mattress I bought from Wayfair just wasn't doing it for me, so I decided to return it. I was originally told on 4/24/23 that the delivery partner would be reaching out to me within 48 hours to schedule a pickup of the mattress. 48 hours came and went, so I reached out to Wayfair again, and they told me that Nonstop Delivery would be reaching out within the next 24-48 hours. I spoke to customer service at Wayfair a couple more times and finally figured out that the issue wasn't Wayfair, it was THIS company. So I got the tracking number and reached out myself. This is the response I got yesterday: "We sincerely do apologize for the inconvenience. I am sorry but currently our terminal is experiencing longer than expected delays, I will submit another scheduling request." Another scheduling request? So y'all mean to tell me that I'm not even on the calendar for getting this pickup done? Pardon my French, but hell no, that's not gonna work for me. I'm not trying to be sitting here at Christmas decorating this mattress instead of a tree. I reached out to Wayfair once again and told them what was going on (and mentioned that all this time, I have a huge mattress in the way in my house and I just want my money back). They were able to refund my purchase and gave me instructions to donate or dispose of the mattress. Finally! Nonstop Delivery was supposed to have reached out to me at least 3, maybe 4 times at this point. I confirmed my phone number was put in correctly every single time. I have no missed calls. It is absolutely unfathomable how they are still in business. Seriously considering sharing my experience with any and all of their partners to encourage them to drop NSD, because this has been nothing but a HOT MESS. Good riddance. read more

WOW this the the WORST carrier company ever. I hope they GO OUT OF BUSINESS because all they do is scam individuals. I ordered a large item via amazon and scheduled a delivery. I contacted Amazon and NSD because I kept getting "delivery attempted" on my amazon order. They did not have a contact number. I corrected the problem via Amazon AND directly with NSD via chat and on the phone and called the AM my delivery was due to be scheduled. They confirmed. Hours past the delivery window, I call back and they said they were unable to reach me. After making a fuss I was told the package would be coming within 2 days but will receive a call they day before to confirm. NO CALL and now they said they couldn't reach me because it was a "bad number" even though "Dalton" said it was already on file. Amazon says they will be delivering it now another 2 days delay. The Delivery driver never called to drop off my treadmill. When he showed up you could tell he was struggling to move the Nordic Track T series off the truck and into my house. I ask if I could have it placed into my hallway and he stated "No". And his daughter it seems handed me the paperwork and took a picture of the treadmill and took off. Me and my Wife had to struggle to move the 200 lb treadmill ourselves with a dolly from our driveway. The treadmill tipped over and hit me in my head. I really wish the driver would have at least worked with us to help move inside my house. This company left us in a stressful situation. read more

First of all - I got a voice message from you that my delivery would be on a certain day, during a 4-hour window . There was no way given for me to contact you. I called your company (by using the phone # from the voice message) but the mailbox was full. So I rescheduled an appointment I had for that day and waited around from noon til 4 PM, but no one showed up. I had to call the sales person for the company I bought the mattress from, to reschedule a new delivery date. When the guys showed up, they were in a big hurry, and at first refused to take away my old bed (which I thought was part of the deal). I finally negotiated with the lead guy ($$), to take it away. He pointed at the user manual on his way out the door - this was the "White Glove" delivery service that I paid an extra $279 for! Afterwards I found cut zip ties, scraps of packing and a staple (by stepping on it). It was a "nothing special" service experience. read more

I was told I'd get a call the night before to confirm. I did not. I was told delivery would be between 1 and 5 PM. It was not. I called Direct Buy at 6:30 the night of the delivery to see if they could figure out what happened, and they said no one was answering the phone at NSD and they'd let me know by the next morning. At 7:30 I received a call from the driver telling me they were 15 minutes away. Was it still ok to deliver? Of course, but why no heads-up call to let me know you're delayed? After more than 30 minutes on hold, I started looking into the company and obviously came across the thousands of 1 star reviews for poor customer experience / poor customer service. Its really simple - just a phone call telling me they weren't going to deliver the product on time would have saved me 3 hours of waiting around. I would have completely understood they didn't have it to deliver. But the fact they didn't make a phone call, or send a text, or make any attempt is the root level problem. If I could give this company a half star, I would. We purchased a riding lawnmower from Home Depot. The order changed delivery dates frequently. We contacted them to see where our order was after weeks. The tracking had shown that it had gone through a few stops and then there was an exception even though it was in my city. So when we contacted them, they stated that they never got the package. How can you have never received it, when there was progress all throughout the time that it was picked up from Home Depot. They claimed it was due to shortages and that Home Depot was sold out of the product, which made no sense. So I pressed about why it had tracking activity if it was never picked up and Aylin B., who was completely rude, never could explain. They just kept repeating the same phrase over and over again. I am hesitant about ordering anything that is delivered through this company because they are so untrustworthy and not reliable at all. Luckily, I paid for the order via Paypal. So I was able to get a refund. Apparently, they have a long history of not delivering orders. Please use caution if your order is shipped through them because you may not get it. read more

More than 72 hours passed and I followed up again today asking where my package was and why no one from NSD contacted me. Well how did they respond? They canceled my delivery, and according to Amazon's order page they lost my package. extramile@ and Robert Holls refuses to respond to my emails or phone calls or voice mails. These people are even worse at their jobs than the post office. Set up a return through Home Depot- first time the driver called and I was breifly away from my phone but missed his call. Called him back (3 min later) he doesn't answer call again.. and again.. and again- he blocks me. Call from my work phone.. and again.. and again.. he blocks my number. Fine- I get it.. you hired a bad employee. We're all going through labor struggles. Call and speak to dispatch- a little rude but direct- I'm fine just get my return. I have been trying to contact NSD for delivery of goods that have been at their terminal here in Fort Wayne since 24 August with an estimated delivery between 29 August to 31 August. As of today 6 September, I have received zero phone calls to schedule delivery. At this point if I could find the terminal address, I would just go and pick the shipment up. I was upset with the fact that the young men that delivered my items did not speak any English, there was no way for us to communicate. They were friendly and polite. This company should make sure that at least one person can speak English it would create less of a hassle. Now I am waiting for this company to pick up two of the items to be returned. I express that I wanted the pick up time to be between 1pm-7pm because I work 5:30 am to 12 noon, so I get a pick up time between 7am-11am which is unacceptable because I could not take the time off work to be home and I could not move the items outside for the to pick up because 1- the items were too heavy, 2 if it had rained these items would have been damaged and 3 what if they were stolen. In these times you don't leave anything of value outside in plain sight. So now I'm waiting to see when they will get picked up. read more
