What's the point in a review when they're already so low, right? Well, I'm irritated enough to waste my time to contribute to their terrible reviews. First, I got my product from Home Depot so I didn't really have a choice. I paid for the "dry area" drop off service, which means they leave it under your porch or some kind of ledge by your door, etc. Well, first thing, the guy never called me to let me know he was on his way. Second, he delivered to the wrong address at first. Third, when he came back to right his mistake, he dropped it off behind my car in the driveway so I couldn't even leave my house. To be clear, this is nowhere near my porch or a "dry" location. So here I am, a very pregnant lady, trying to lift 163 lbs off my driveway so I can at least move my car. I was very unhappy. im disabled and need the bed a certain height so I can transfer into bed from my wheelchair. after asking to take extenders off so mattress was leveled to my thigh, it was then lower than my seat. I had to beg for one of the extenders to be put on and the worker rolled his eyes and looked away and I said ok I won't ask again and went in kitchen and started to cry. they also showed up 45 minutes after the 4 hour schedule. Delivery Company did a great job getting 8 large boxes into my gated community and in finding the correct building, hallway and condo unit. I had ordered 8 chairs which I came home to find neatly stacked in a row just outside my apartment in the building's hallway. I did not know the chairs were to arrive that day or I could have made it easier by having them brought in my first floor patio door. However, the delivery guys found my unit in the maze of buildings and hallways despite the 300 units in my gated condo complex. The large boxes were neatly lined up against one wall to allow people to pass. Only suggestion is to notify recipient in advance especially if signature is needed (perhaps security guard Signed?). July 8th 10:13am Order in Transit - Kent, WA. 11:16am At local NSD terminal - Kent, WA. Did not receive 30-minute courtesy pre-call while en-route ( as advertised) on the tracking page. Wife and I spent the entire day of the 20th (the scheduled delivery day) awaiting any form of communication from NSD about the delivery and I waited until end of transportation hours to make a call, bad move since the customer service line is east coast and 3 hours ahead. On the 21st of July I Contacted NSD after 2 hours of holding and was told that the transportation "team" would push the delivery for the 24th and then the abrupt conversation ended. I also contacted Amazon on the 21st of July asking if there was any issues about the delivery and the Amazon CR ensured me as well that the 24th was a good delivery date. On the 24th of July I waited until an hour before the transportation hours ended to call NSD, this time I was only on hold for an hour. Customer service rep took my tracking number and told me that there was no scheduled delivery day for that item, like at all. She took my number and then told me the local terminal facility WILL call me on the 26th of July (today) It is now 4:25 I have received no such call and she refused to give me the number to the facility so I can make the call myself and ensure that there is a scheduled delivery date. I'm going to be honest with everyone else reading the reviews for this company, the response time for customer service to answer in a timely manner is abysmal and I recommend instantly cancelling any orders if you find out NSD is the delivery company. If it was possible to blacklist a delivery company NSD earns that spot. read more

I have a pallet of tile just sitting in my driveway the needs to be returned to Home Depot.I've called at least 15 times only to be hung up on each time, same happens if Home depot calls. I paid them $200 for white glove delivery of a bed. Frame and Mattress. They were supposed to set it up and take away the packaging. They came and dropped off the bed and then didn't want to unbox it and set it up! I had to show them were on their own invoice it showed white glove delivery! They argued about it but they eventually set it up. They didn't do a very good job because it only lasted one night before the frame fell apart and collapsed. Also scheduling the delivery was a nightmare. I talked to their dispatcher to tell them when I would actually have possession of the home. They said they couldn't guarantee a time or day, as the computer dispatched everything and couldn't be changed. Overall, I would expect issues when using this company. read more

I ordered a 75' TV that was to be delivered to my business. The TV made it to their distribution center, and then it didn't move for over 2 weeks. I tried to call their customer service number, and I could never get through. I used their online chat, and they told me that they couldn't get through to their distribution center either, but they had left an urgent message with them to call me and schedule delivery within 48 hours. 6 days later, the TV was delivered after business hours and left in the parking lot in plain view of the highway in single-digit weather. I never received any scheduling call or any other communication letting me know that it was out for delivery. I am very disappointed in the lack of care that was taken with the delivery, and the lack of professionalism when dealing with customer support. Terrible, rotten customer service. After learning that the very expensive item I ordered was scheduled to be delivered on a date where I would not be home, I called (or tried to call) NSD to reschedule the delivery. It is almost impossible to get through to their customer service and their chat function is just as bad. When I finally did get in touch with a representative, I was told that the delivery could not be rescheduled. I had to call Home Depot, who would then call NSD to have the item rescheduled. What folly. I eventually had Home Depot request that the delivery be made on a different date when I was available to inspect and accept the delivery. Delivery was made on rescheduled date, but NSD gave no notice of delivery before arriving at my home right after dawn and leaving the item unattended in my driveway and then departing. They didn't bother to call or even ring the doorbell. Packaging was severely damaged in places. Are all the parts intact and accounted for? Who knows? Home Depot (and any reputable retailer) should immediately end its relationship with NSD. There are a host of other competitors that will gladly provide better customer service. I will be calling Home Depot to request compensation for the terrible experience I had with NSD. I hope Home Depot passes the cost onto NSD. read more

When you call, it rings, then you are automatically placed on hold for five minutes before you have the option to leave a message. This is ridiculous! Blue Streak needs to change their phone system! How do you lose a $1000 recliner? I'm seriously asking that. After waiting almost 2 weeks for the 'scheduled delivery day on a Friday. I cleared my day in anticipation. Tracked the progress online and was pleased to see it was out for delivery. The delivery window came and went. Nothing. Then later in the afternoon, the tracking updated to say it was back at the terminal. What in the heck happened? Forget using their chat online, no one's on there. Wanna email? Good luck getting a response back. My best luck was to try and call. We waited over the weekend to hopefully work itself out, then called on Monday morning, took an hour to find someone. I was told they would find out what happened and get back to me. Guess what? Nothing? You guessed right. We tried calling again in the afternoon, waited almost an hour and half to find our line disconnected. We were livid. We checked online once again, this time to find an 'exception' added to our tracking. The exception was 'it was lost'. How do you lose a chair? By now, we've had it. We called Amazon and it took literally 30 seconds to find a real person on the other line. She found out what happened in less than 10 minutes and issued a replacement. It's being shipped by xpo. They arrived pretty timely, and very quickly after receipt of product. My son met them and they thought items were drop off only. I had paid for pre-assembly for two items directly to the manufacturer. In fact, it was an up-charge to the white glove service I'd ordered. However, the paperwork for the delivery guys ultimately said only ONE of the two was to be assembled and delivered "to room".
