I ordered an Elliptical from ProForm that uses this company for shipping. This company makes FedEx look like a stellar boss for delivery service. My order was recieved at an Austin TX location by 01/06. A few days later it was transferred to my town. I received an email from NSD that someone from the local terminal would call me within two days to setup a delivery date. If I did not hear from anyone, to contact their customer care via email. After two business days I emailed them only to see my email turned into a helpdesk type ticket. No one ever responded by the way. I got on their Chat and someone confirmed it was at the terminal and gave me the terminals number to call. When I tracked the order via NSD's website, it showed I should expect my delivery between 01/11-01/13. the 13th came and went, and every time I called the terminal directly you get placed into a waiting period to speak to an operator. This goes into an on hold loop about four cycles of a recording telling you that you can press 1 and they'll call you back at their convenience. By the forth time it just hangs up on you after the message. I got back on the NSD websites chat feature and someone was able to contact the terminal and setup a deliver for 01/22 between 9:00AM and 1:00PM. I was told they would contact me 30 minutes before delivery because it is signature required. 1:00PM came and went with no call or delivery. I got back on the chat again and this time the person said it is still showing out for delivery, but when they call the terminal no one is answering. At 6:00PM that evening I get a text that my delivery is still on it's way. About an hour later a rented truck pulls up, two people put the elliptical on my porch and leave. They never rang the doorbell or got a signature. This company is a JOKE! read more

This is the SECOND time they've screwed things up - there must be consequences - I've lost too much money waiting for this company to get their act together. ****UPDATE**** Now as of 6/25/21, NSD states my shipment was indeed delivered on Wednesday 6/23/21. UNFORTUNATELY NOT TO MY ADDRESS. I was home the entire day watching for the delivery because I had received the call the night before that it would be delivered that day. What a joke!!! I still have not received my delivery despite getting a phone call on Tuesday 6/22/21 saying that it would be delivered the next day. As other reviewers have said, you sit on hold and it times out after so many minutes and says they will call you back. While I have received a couple calls back, more often than not, I have not gotten a return call. And whenever I talk with a live person that says they will follow up with a call as to where my package is, they never call back. Today is 6/25/21 at 9am. The NSD website says my package was delivered 6/25/21 at 2:30pm. Obviously, I do not have my packages. This is a very incompetent, non-customer friendly shipping company that I will at all cost avoid in the future. I do purchase a lot of online bigger items. This has been the most frustrating experience. Patio set was ordered from Lowe's with a delivery date of 7/9/22. After the merchandise was sitting in their warehouse for months NSD finally returned one of multiple phone calls stating they were unable to fulfill delivery. I had also sent multiple emails with one response stating they did not have an ETA. Lowe's was unable to cancel delivery as it was sitting in warehouse. I followed up with an email stating since the delivery would be untimely it will be refused if they attempted it. Suddenly, this month the item show back on my CC bill as NSD stated item was delivered. I don't know where or to whom but it was not to my residence. I reviewed all my cameras for the said delivery date of 9/9/22 and no delivery was attempted and no trucks even came down my block . How do they get away with lying? This is a most unscrupulous company and these complaints must be addressed. ***Well, I now know where it was delivered ..I went on their website with the tracking number and the last know destination as per Lowe's. The Patio Set was delivered to someone in a town not even remotely close to mine. Let's see how quickly this is now resolved. read more

I wish I could leave a 0 star review. This was one of the worst deliveries I have ever received. Not only was the delivery very late, the delivery guys were very unprofessional. They rushed in in a huge hurry, dropped off 5 large boxes into my home, and then rushed out . When I said that I paid for assembly of my furniture as well, they said that I would have to call customer service to schedule assembly for another day, because they did not have enough time. when I called the customer service line, they asked me if I would take a refund for the assembly fee, and if I did not have someone else to help me assemble the furniture. I paid for the service because I need it, not because I don't want to assemble the furniture myself. I should not have to explain why I need assembly assistance. Since then, I have been trying unsuccessfully for the last few days to get someone back to my home to assemble the furniture. This is the most unprofessional and disrespectful service i have ever received. read more

Awful freight shipping company. They scheduled my delivery, but never notified me - I found out own my own. Then at 0900 that morning they rescheduled it a week later, also without notification. Magically, my delivery showed up 3 days before the rescheduled date, while ZERO notification or update was given. Their "30 min courtesy call" was 2 minutes. I ordered a set of Kohler shower doors for a remodel I'm doing at a rental property I own. I ordered these doors from Home Depot. I received an email that NSD would be delivering them on Monday, March 14, 2022 to the rental property's address( which was the correct address. On March 10, 2022, I received another email from NSD stating they'd be delivering this item on Friday, March 12, 2022 to MY HOME ADDRESS! I called Home Depot to tell them this was a mistake on their behalf and to re-route them to the proper address. They, in turn, contacted NSD and was told it was too late to reroute them and Home Depot suggested I cancel the order, which I did. I was assured there would be no delivery and I should receive my refund in the next 5-7 days. Low and behold-the next day, sitting in front of my home address front door were these shower doors! Obviously, zero communication. On top of that, the box that the doors are in look as if they'd been through a war. Torn and tattered and taped together in some areas, holes where parts fall out, etc. These people are rookies and I don't understand why Home Depot would even waste their time with these people. Promised delivery October 8th. Arrived in Kent Washington facility on October 2nd. Now October 14th and no contact or delivery. Multiple calls with agents over days. Only one of five was able to get ahold of a dispatcher who gave them no information other than it was not convenient for them to deliver at this time. First time this has happened to me. Did not receive a notification of delivery prior to someone showing up with my package - which had to be signed for. Just received the 6 hour window the day before. I could not have someone there to receive the packet last minute, and the gentleman that called me was irritated that I was asking to leave it at my front door. Been waiting n a delivery since Nov 11 every time I call the person that answers says don't rely on the information on line ( Delivery times) WHAT??? THEN WHY IS ON LINE???? We have call everyday to be told that our two vanities are out for delivery and will be there between 5-9 pm.... really because we told you the first 8 times we close at 4, you made notes in the system, you checked the status and yet can never get a hold of the driver or the " local" terminal!! Here we are again ( i'm writing this review while on hold) waiting to speak with another manager it way past closing (4 pm) still no vanities and on the phone for an hour waiting to get an answer. First I am writing this Yelp review, next I am sending a FEDEX letter to the CEO of Home Depot telling him he needs to fire NSD and find a freight company that actually delivers for customers. The one-star Yelp review is spot on -- this company makes Comcast look like a customer-service oriented high-functioning machine. Spent all day at home waiting for their 4 hour window, zero phone calls, finally Home Depot said it would come the next morning "first delivery." Of course it didn't, no phone call... I know their hold music by heart. When information is provided, it's inaccurate, but otherwise they just don't keep you informed of what's going on besides the online tracking which is not updated. A terrible last-mile delivery service that Home Depot should be ashamed to be using. If you have a package coming from them, call your Home Depot and tell them to cancel the order and return to sender. I have tried to contact NSD for 3+weeks now regarding a return they need to come pick up from my residence. Mind you, the reason for the return is because the item was damaged ON DELIVERY, BY THEM. It is absolutely absurd and INFURIATING trying to deal with this company. So I ordered a toilet from Home Depot and this was the delivery service tasked with the job. They sent me a text the day before delivery at 3:30pm, telling me I had till 3:30pm to respond confirming the delivery window of 9am - 1pm the next day. Not sure what kind of game that was, but I confirmed as quickly as I could and never received any kind of confirmation that it was received. I took the next day off assuming that it will be delivered in that time frame but without confirmation. I called three times but was left on hold each time for about 20 minutes and then told by automation that I will be called back. I was not. Around 1:30pm I left home and went to work without being contacted by anyone. I called Home Depot, who called NSD, and guess what? They were able to get someone! I should have asked what number they used... Anyway, I was told that the order was supposed to be delivered to me by 3pm. I am not sure how I was supposed to know that? Telepathy? I was not given any call, text, or email about that change. Customer service at Home Depot let me talk to the rep at NSD, who put me on hold for several minutes and then I was looped to the main automated system which told me that someone would call me back. Guess what? No one did. On my way back from work, I receive a call from the NSD driver saying that they are outside my home with my delivery. It was 5pm. I was about 40 minutes away. I let the driver know this and ask what happened to the 9am-1pm or 3pm delivery window. No response. I ask if it can be delivered the next morning. He says yes. The next morning, I stay home from work again. I text the driver to confirm the delivery at about 10am. No response. It was about 11:30am and I decide to use the online chat option on NSD. They inform me that the order had been damaged/broken. Again, how in the world am I supposed to know that without notification??? This company is ridiculous. I have looked for other reviews and they are all consistent. I do not know how they are able to continue this type of service but I am committed to that no longer occurring. If you see that they are delivering, just cancel. Save yourself the waste of time. read more

Contacted customer support and they are "trying" to get in contact warehouse and that they would get back to me. Never received a call, don't know when my delivery is coming. 3/7: Tried to contact customer service via phone, stayed on hold, never talked to a rep but my call was ended. Still don't know when my package will arrive. UPDATE 3/7: Was contacted and told that they would do their best to deliver my product by 3/8 and at minimum I should be contacted by 3pm on 3/8. 3/8: It is 4pm and I have not received my product or a call. Still no communication. I want some actual communication to set expectations when my package will arrive. NSD is the WORST shipping company there is. I ordered tiles off of Home Depot and this company was assigned the responsibility of delivering my 10 boxes. They received the boxes on 9/16 and have LOST them in their Dallas terminal. I have been on the phone with these people for over a week and they can't seem to locate my 10 boxes that they signed for on 9/16. My entire project has been at a standstill for a week now waiting on these morons to find my shipment. Not to mention that when you try to call these people you sit on the phone for hours or if you press the button for a callback in the morning, you will be lucky to hear back from them before the day ends. I purchased a porcelain bathtub from aHome Depot on 10-24-2019. The delivery was set up to be delivered at the job site on 11-7-2019 between 1-4 pm. I waited at the gate to the let them in from 12 to 5 and nobody showed. I finally called them at 5 to find out that the tub never even made it onto the truck. Really appreciate NSD's wonderful communication skills!!! Rescheduled for 11-14 between 1-4 pm. Requested this time of day because the job site is isolated with no power yet to the house and has a locked entrance. Home Depot also told me to make sure that I was able to totally inspect the tub before I took delivery. I can only do this before dark. You guessed it nobody showed up. I did call two times for updates between 1-4 only to get garbage responses. The last call they even told me that it still could be delivered now between 5-8 even though they acknowledged my request to delivery the tub during day light hours. So the next day NSD now scheduled for 11-19, and told me with The Home Depot rep on the call that they would call me back with a time on 11-19. Yep you guessed it nobody called today. So we reschedule for tomorrow, but they now won't give us a window time for delivery. I again,for the fourth time, requested to please deliver prior to it getting dark so I can inspect the tub per Home Depot's instructions. I am shocked that HD would stake their reputation by even utilizing this company for its home deliveries. It is no longer a bit funny as now it is costing me money and holding up my build by their ongoing delays/ excuses. Never again will I utilize NSD, and will not buy anything large from HD that has to be delivered to my home or a business. I am updating my review from yesterday on NSD. After I posted my negative review I received a message from Pat L. from Corporate to assist me in resolving the delivery problem I was having with respect to my porcelain tub. I explained to him the whole situation and was told that the delivery would take place today within the parameters that we needed. Received numerous phone calls and texts during the day from Robert Hollis and others to give me the progress of the delivery. The driver called me 30 minutes prior to delivery. The only hiccup was that when they arrived they had no way of getting the tub off the truck. It weighed over 500 lbs and they did not have the proper lift to get it down and move it 20 feet towards the house. Luckily the builder was also there, and we were able to use his forklift and two of his workers to get the tub off the truck and into the house. If it was not for that I would have given them 4 or 5 stars for their efforts today. The key today verses the other days of no delivery was good communication and honesty....and today NSD delivered. I ordered an elliptical from NordicTrack, over 3 weeks ago. NSD is the 3rd party delivery company. I was told that they were supposed to deliver 5 days ago and attempted to call me but no answer.. I've been off and at home for the past couple weeks, no one tried calling. Even if they did call, why not leave a message? NSD emailed me when they received the product and told me that someone will contact me within 24-48 hours to schedule a delivery. Still no call. I reached out to them on the 3rd day to check the status. I get an email from a representative saying if the scheduler has time, I will receive a call within 24-48 hrs from the date she responded, so that's an additional 2 days. 6 days later I'm still here with no product! I called the company and waited and waited...until the automated system said they are going to call me back in order. Two days later, I'm still waiting on the call...This is crazy! I don't understand how a major company such as NordicTrack, still have a contract with these people. read more

I ordered a treadmill from Amazon. I had it scheduled for delivery Thursday, November 14 because I could be home that day. Got a text on Monday that they would not deliver it on Thursday they would deliver the treadmill on Wednesday. I explained I could not be home that day I needed it delivered as scheduled. After calling Amazon and the main terminal NSD. They all agreed it was set up for Thursday. They finally agreed to deliver it as scheduled on Thursday between 11 and 3 PM. It is now 3:22 PM their website shows it is not out for delivery. I called the main terminal they said they would have Someone call me. I never got a call. I called back and was told to wait it is being delivered today even though their website says it's not out for delivery and sitting at the local Grand Rapids terminal. I've had the unfortunate pleasure of having four deliveries now delivered wrong item, ruined, lost and late by this company. Unfortunately if this is the delivery group Amozon and Home Depot use home delivery is not an option. Just called back the main terminal and was told now it was not scheduled to be delivered today. They wasted my entire day. Terrible service and they clearly do not know what they are doing. Editing this to respond to Pat. This is the 4 time Pat there's always an excuse! You still have never found or deliver a $400 dollar item from your local terminal. Do you think that's a problem? Apparently you don't because repeated complaints have fallen on deaf ears. Day 2 still no call. I was told by one NSD employee that my package was never put on a truck yesterday. Then when I called several more times I finally got a text at 4:21pm that the truck was stuck in the 1 1/2" of snow we got days ago. Now Pat says mechanical problems. Package was never on a truck per NSD web site. No calls to let me know what is really happening. I would have been fine with the truth but all the inconsistencies tell me I'm beefing lied to by the local terminal and NSD. So NSD texted me after I called said they would deliver the treadmill today. I already told them when we started this process I could not be there today. I recommend everyone that has a bad experience with this company call and complain to Amozon or who ever you made your order through. Still no call from NSD. I have to call them. After talking directly with folks from NSD, they stated that the shipment was on the dock and they were going to try to get it to us before Christmas. It never made it on a truck and got no response from the company on Christmas Eve. I had the pleasure of waking up on Christmas morning to no package for my kids, and a note from Amazon stating the package was claimed damaged by the shipper. Pretty odd that both ping pong tables were reported damaged at the NSD hub, however the representative told us it was in the dock waiting for a truck. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company and have made it very clear to Amazon not to use them again for the 3rd ping pong table attempt. read more

My order was mysteriously held up for 11 days only a state away and now it is less than an hour away from my home and they are holding it for 2 weeks. They do not answer their phones and when you go into the request a call back system, they do not call you back. They also will not let you arrange for picking up in person. The item I should have received well before the date that I needed it is now gonna be a week late. They also reported to the vendor it was alteady received. Absolutely inexcusable. read more

The second table they almost delivered but the truck turned around and didn't call back. Near impossible to get ahold of someone and when you do they a rude and unprofessional. After having to send a screen shot of the voicemail to prove the drivers did come (because they didn't believe me since the tracking system doesn't work correctly) I got a smart ass response they they will "URGENTLY" schedule my delivery. They delivered and assembled a NordicTrack treadmill. I was a bit concerned because I had seen horrible reviews on Amazon with the delivery guys damaging treadmills upon assembly, due to using power tools. However, these guys were on time, professional, and assembled the treadmill in about 30 minutes without damaging it. They did such a great job assembling it that I regret not getting their contact info because a friend of mine bought a NordicTrack treadmill and needed someone to assemble it for him. read more

NSD was on point. They called several days prior to delivery to indicate my delivery window & also indicated that due to the coronavirus they could not make my delivery into my home. (Bummer because it was a heavy treadmill.) Day of delivery they called 15 minutes prior and were right on time. Due to the door only delivery I asked if they could put the heavy machine in my garage since it was raining, they did! Super sweet and amazing guys.
