I will start by saying that before I purchase another item to be delivered and assembled I will check to see who the delivery company will be. This would have certainly changed my mind on my purchased had I know how awful this company is. The company I purchased from stated that they send the details about the assembly, however, the shipping company just scheduled delivery without even attempting to contact to ask if that was a good time. Then they stated they did not have the information that it was to be assembled. Well regardless they should have ensured we were not out of town even if it was just delivery. After calling back and forth between companies they finally see that it is for assembly. So they asked could they deliver the following day and assemble. My husband and I work and the hours they stated were morning and would not work with our schedule so I declined until the following week. Then I thought to call a friend who had the day to see if she would mind going to my home while they assemble. Not even ten minutes after I got off the phone with the delivery company I called back to see if I could change it back to the next day. I would have been fine if they would have said no but wanted to try. When the lady finally answered she was huffing and puffing and said it was scheduled for the following week and I was explaining to her the situation and got no response and she had hung up on me. Cool whatever so the next delivery day comes the following week and my husband had taken off work early to ensure he was home in time for delivery and then they stated that they can not park on the road that it was all red, but it's not that's where all movers and so on park. That's where our apartment manager instructed all larger trucks to park. Super frustrated they said they would contact me for delivery again in a smaller vehicle. They never did so I called and come to find out I have to request this smaller vehicle through the company I ordered it the product from. Makes no sense to me but had I not called who knows when I would have found this information out. Now I just want to return this product because I do not want to deal with this company any longer. They are rude/lazy and not informative. Do not use this company if you want a flawless and quality delivery. Update, on the 3rd Nordic track sent the authorization for a smaller vehicle to be used. It is now the 8th and have not received a call to rescheduled. I'm sure they will claim they have not received it just as they did with the assembly part of my delivery. Mhmmm. read more

A zero stars on customer service! My delivery of patio furniture was scheduled for Wednesday June 22nd between 6-10pm with a phone call when they were 30 minutes out. Seriously... who delivers at 10pm? We waited and waited, nothing. I checked the website and still listed as 'out for delivery' and no way to on line chat or to talk to someone on the phone. I called the next day and had to leave a message, no call back (on line still showed 'out for delivery'). I finally called the company I originally placed the order with and they were so helpful! Even tho their policy was to wait for 72 hours for missing deliveries she stepped in and contacted NSD. After emailing them, messaging, and calling she finally got through to someone. She stayed on the line the entire time and helped with a semi resolution of delivery the next Monday, June 27th. Why that long, well they only come into our area once a week and this would be a special delivery (??). The NSD representative at this time placed the blame on me as the order had a phone number with a 877 area code that wasn't ours, wasn't on the order and the purchase company had no idea as this wasn't in their records either. I was told by NSD that we should receive a phone call Sunday with a delivery time. I checked NSD's tracking and NOW it showed 'unable to reach customer' as of the time of the phone call. No choice but to wait on delivery. Sunday, June 26th we waited for a phone call and at 3pm I happened to check the NSD web site that showed delivery scheduled for 5-7pm Sunday. Luckily we were planning on being home! About 15-20 minutes later, I received a call saying they were 15 minutes out. No other phone call! During the delivery, the guys were nice and all but when I mentioned the original delivery date, they said they were there, then changed the story to oh they had several deliveries that had the same phone number and that it was some off site company that was the problem. I don't know what companies use NSD as their delivery company but I will be checking and doing my best to inform them that they may want to make other arrangements. read more

If I could I would give 0 stars. They have been such an incredible pain to work with. I ordered something back in July, never received any tracking information or anything. Finally after a month of waiting, I called the company I ordered through and they gave me NSDs tracking info. Come to find out, my package had been sitting at their terminal for a month! Finally I got a call from them scheduling a delivery, but they never even showed up! It's been hours now and nothing. I ordered a Samsung 4K TV on Amazon and NSD is the middle man for deliveries. I have a Prime account mind you and this TV was a Prime item. I ordered the item on December 16th and have yet to receive it as of this review even though NSD's website said I'd get it tonight, and the last tracking update had the item in a city 4.5 hours away from me as of 12/23. I chatted with the company online and they said they didn't know why the item had yet to ship to me. In fact, they didn't even know where the item was. When asked if I could speak to someone else to assist me they said there was nothing they could do. I then chatted with an Amazon rep who told me the delay was due to the fact that NSD damaged my TV in transit and were waiting on a new one. Something they FAILED to mention when I chatted with a rep on their own site. The Amazon rep also said the new delivery date would be 1/6/21. I vented my frustrations and the Amazon rep said he would write a complaint about the company, work on getting the item shipped to me as soon as possible, and have someone from the delivery team message me in 24 hours. I haven't heard from them as of this writing either. The worst part has Amazon already processed my payment for a $1500 item I have yet to receive. I have been a loyal Prime member for years and it's sad they chose this company to be a middle man for deliveries. They are awful. If they are involved in your delivery look elsewhere. This was the local delivery service used by Nordic Track to deliver my treadmill. They were completely unreachable by phone, chat, and email when the delivery time I was given by automated message did not work for me. I tried EIGHT times to call, and every time was disconnected after waiting 30 minutes, with a recorded message saying they would return my call in the order it was received. Never received a call back. No one ever showed up when I tried to initiate a chat. Even Nordic Track could not reach them, on two separate attempts. Completely unreachable and inflexible; do not recommend! read more

I purchased Nordictrack tredmill and elliptical that were to ve delivered and set up. When the 2 guys arrived, the one who understood English was mad. i paid for delivery, assembly, and haul away. However he said he doesnt have haul away service. I told him I would call and find out and he kept getting upset at me. He said he is only there for assembly and dont know anything about haul away. they tried to get the first box in. My husband asked that they do not open the basement door fully, however he continued to do that and dented our wall. When my husband got upset, he said he doesnt want to assemble and try to take the machine back. I tried calling Nordictrack because NSD numbers are useless, noone will pick up or help. so my husband said he is calling the police. The moment it was said, the guy mellowed and worked calmly to finish everything. it was a very uncomfortable process so I hope NSD stop their service since they cannot do anything properly or help customer. read more

POOR Customer service and slow to deliver. Took 12 days to deliver to my house 45 minutes away and would not let me pick it up at the terminal and would not give me the terminal's phone number. Like they held my package hostage! Talked to 2 customer service reps through chat ... very rude and discontinued the chat (hung up on me) after they didn't want to fix the problem. Was told they would call to schedule a delivery within the next 48 hours after package was at the terminal - no phone call. I get a message that it was scheduled for 12 days later and I needed to be there. No phone call and cust serv reps would not help to get it sooner or reschedule delivery. So I guess my experience didn't matter. So how was our experience? We ordered a treadmilll weighing well over 400lbs. The delivery guys came at the schedule time. Scheduling was fine since it was through text. Well when these guys get here, we asked them how far can they bring in the items? They said to the door or in front of the garage. We asked if they could at least bring it in the garage, they agree. Of course they mention we shouldn't be doing this. We told them we didn't know the delivery was contactless. Since we somehow have to setup and bring down our treadmill to our basement. They offered to do all that for $180 or bringing it down for $100. So why the heck are you offering contactless delivery and have guys willing to accommodate but for cash?! I saw on another review the guys offered to at least unbox the items and help the customer. We got none of that. To top it off they didn't even unload the machine on the right side. It even clearly states where it should face up. A very frustrating experience and just horrible customer service. Inconsistencies in the business all around. This company is horrible,. I would suggest that if you have anything that is being delivered by freight, you do your research. If they are using NSD, I would find another company. I have been waiting for merchandise for a while, all the system tells you is that it's picked up, then in transit, 10 plus days go by, then no one knows where it is. Then its back to "shipping soon". All you get is ,we will call you within 72 hours. Fine a better company to deal with. read more

I rarely post yelp reviews, and when I do it is only when there is something notable that I want to share with others. Unfortunately, in this case it is because I have never had this experience with any delivery from amazon, which uses NSD as a 3rd party carrier. I had placed the amazon order back in April for a chair, with scheduled delivery today. I took time off from work (having to coordinate with my colleagues) to make sure I was home all day for the delivery. Well, it was supposed to arrive earlier today, and never showed up. When you call the customer service line you get a voicemail - something like do you want to continue to hold or do you want a call back? I chose to continue to hold for like 30 minutes (at the same time I was trying to use the chat function on their website with no answer on either), then the automated message said, we will call you back at the phone number you called with, then hung up on me (without confirming what phone number I was using). I suspect that is their way to reduce phone queues consisting of many, many frustrated customers with my same experience. When you enter tracking info on their website, it only shows that the delivery was scheduled (for today!) but NOT that the item is "out for delivery." I did send an email to the Manager and customer service team, and will see how long it takes to get a satisfactory response (will update the review after that). I alerted Amazon and their own representative had to wait online for 20 minutes to speak to them! And they were told that there was a long wait time because 600 (!) other customers were waiting on the phone lines. The Amazon representative was shocked to learn of this. They are going to follow up with me tomorrow about my experience with NSD so they can decide if they continue to use this carrier in the future (because they have received so many other complaints from Amazon customers). Of course, if I do end up hearing back from NSD and they resolve this issue quickly, I would give Amazon positive feedback on their service, because I do understand that shipping and delivery is so busy nowadays. However, that still should be no excuse for a lack of professionalism and communication. read more

Honestly, don't know why any company would use them for shipping their merchandise. I ordered a mower through home Depot back February. The Local NSD Terminal in my area received it on April 26th, and their tracker gave me an estimated delivery date of 4/28-5/2. I kept checking the tracking information as 4/28 approached and noticed a delivery was not scheduled yet, so I figured okay, maybe they'll reach out and schedule it with me for 5/2 or sometime later that week. I never received a phone call and the week of 5/2 went by. I gave it a few more days before I began looking up their contact info. I reached out to Hubgroup first through Facebook and never received a message back. I then tried utilizing the NSD chat and after a couple attempts and waiting for a few hours I gave up, and resorted to trying to call them, after being put on hold by the automated system and waiting 30+ mins it said someone would call me back and hung up on me, well I never got a callback. I then sent them an email, and never received an email response back, so I attempted the chat function again, it was already 7:59 PM EST and figured no one would be on, but surprisingly a representative by the name of Aylin responded to me. I told Aylin my concerns and they told me they attempted to call my local terminals scheduler to help schedule a delivery date, but apparently the Scheduler wasn't available, so I was told by the Rep that I should receive a phone call in 24-48 business hrs from my local Terminal to schedule a delivery date, well that was b.s. 48+ hours passed by and I never received a call, afterwards I went through the chat function again and got paired with Aylin once more (guess that's their only chat rep‍) and same dilemma again. I was given the 24-48 hr callback window, but this time the terminals supervisor was emailed as well I asked Aylin it I could have the terminals phone number so I could reach out and schedule with them, but I was told no I could not without the terminals permission, never got that before, actually I've dealt with other carriers in the past and none of them were this unprofessional or unresponsive. Anyway, I never got a callback and I kept researching the company and found this yelp page with Hubgroups email for help, left by their manager. I sent them an email and someone by the name Stacy Harrold replied back to me, saying that the local terminal is experiencing severe scheduling and delivery delays and that they would be in touch with me regarding any updates. That was on 5/6 and I haven't received an update, and she never replied to my follow-up email asking for at least a rough estimated delivery date, am I expected to wait an additional month for an item I paid $3500 for? Are these people really this incompetent or are they criminals? I ended up contacting Home Depot and a rep reached out to them by phone and told the Home Depot Rep the same b.s. line/story as me that someone should reach out to me in 48 hours, well it's been 48+ hours and not a single call from NSD/Hubgroup. The home Depot Rep advised me to contact them back if I don't hear from NSD and they opened an investigation on their end. I flat out told the Home Depot Rep that I Hope they drop NSD/Hubgroup as one of their shipping partners. I'm going to give it a few more days, but after that I'm contacting Home Depot for a refund or other resolution, and I'm going to be contacting my states AG and Inspector General, and the BBB. I can't believe the NIGHTMARE I've been having with Home Depot and NSD! I wish I could give minuses because they do not deserve any stars! Let me state unequivocally that I never yelled or used foul language during this entire time and multiple interactions, but as each interaction occurred my tone of voice became stern and conveyed my frustration. On March 14, 2022, I ordered a vanity from Home Depot. According to tracking #14698297, NSD received it for shipping on March 17th. It arrived in the Nashville area on March 21st, with a delivery date of March 24th estimated. I kept checking the status after that date passed, and it never changed. The system indicated that it was not scheduled. When I contacted HD, I was directed to contact NSD directly. I did an online status check and called NSD three times. They don't answer the phone, it goes to voicemail after a long hold. I kept checking the status, but there was no change, so I contacted HD via Facebook. I'm given a case number and told that the "online team has advised that I will receive an update no later than 4/8/2002." So, I thought it was taken care of until I checked the HD tracking system on 4/6/22 and saw the status "appointment has been rescheduled." What? Nobody made an appointment with me! So, I call HD, and after yet another lengthy conversation, the representative entered a discount "for my troubles," and connects with NSD. NSD informs her that they only have one driver, and she asks if I can help her get the vanity into the house. At this point, I said, "Sure, whatever it takes to get it delivered!" Today, the truck arrives, and the driver brings the vanity up to my sidewalk and asks, "Where do you want it?" Because I paid for white glove delivery, I say "inside the house." He responds, "I don't do that; I just put it outside." I told him again that I had paid for it and that I am willing to help, but he still refused. I then told him to put it on the back porch, which required him to reposition the box on his hand truck, and he dropped the box, so the vanity is most likely broken. I then call HD and inform them that I have a large box weighing more than 200 pounds on my back porch. I need you to send people from the local store to unbox it and then move it inside. They refuse and file yet another case, as well as a claim against NSD. I insisted on speaking to someone to get this box off my porch and in the house! I am now on hold with HD for over 53 minutes, been transferred three times, and it is still not resolved! The amount of time and effort I have had to expend just to get this vanity delivered, let alone inside, is INSANE! OMG, OMG, OMG after being on hold with HD for over an hour and being placed on hold because the representative was supposedly contacting NSD, he didn't come back on the line and suddenly the system was asking me to complete a survey about my call center experience. Avoid Home Depot and NSD, because they are the WORST! 4.7.2022 15:25 CST To Pat L, I know the item is scheduled for delivery today because IT IS HERE! You obviously didn't read my comment because the NSD driver REFUSED to bring the item into my home despite the fact that I had paid for white-glove service. For those who are unfamiliar, delivery personnel is supposed to bring the item into the home when you pay for white-glove service. They are responsible for unpacking it and removing all materials. NONE OF THAT WAS PROVIDED, and I am now forced to pay someone else to assist me in doing what NSD should have done all along! On July 2nd I put in an Order for a $3,000 dollar machine with Nordictrack and paid $250 dollars for the white glove service and assembly of said Machine. After 4 Days Had Passed I was told to expect the machine to arrive at NSD's warehouse on the 13th of July and that I'd hear from one of their agents within 48hours to schedule the delivery and assembly of my treadmill. For the entirety of July I heard nothing from them except for when I contacted them 72 Hours later after hearing nothing. After being left on hold for about 10-20minutes I finally contacted someone who told me that they should be contacting me shortly but since it was "Up to the warehouse" to get the scheduling done that she couldn't help me any further. I waited about 5 days with no word back so I contacted them again. The agent I talked to seemed very understanding and put me on hold for 5 minutes to try and contact their warehouse to see what the hold up was. She could not get in contact with the warehouse... So my package was not being scheduled for delivery... The company had no way to contact the facility which held my item... And I had no information letting me know what on earth was going on. This persisted throughout July. On the 22nd of July, my phone calls stopped getting answered, I was left with a Phone Prompt asking me to leave my number and it said that They Would Contact Me Once It Was My Turn VIA The Phone Support Line. I guess they were so busy that they never got a chance to get to my number because I received no call back. Horrible absolutely Horrible. I was finally able to talk to someone again on the 29th of July, they tried to contact the warehouse The Warehouse Did Not Answer The Phone. Right after this I said enough is enough and contacted Nordictrack to let them know about the issues I was having. On august 2nd I was finally contacted by the warehouse and was able to get my delivery scheduled. I recieved my item on August 6th. A month later... Please beware any company or brand looking to or currently using Nonstop Deliveries service. After this experience I will be avoiding buying anything from any retailer that uses this service. My biggest regret is spending $250 dollars on this below mediocre service. But I suppose they need the money to buy working phones for their warehouse employees. Absolutely scammed me read more

I had a grill picked up on April 7th from NSD. The two guys that came for it were very nice all the way up until they decided not to record the pickup and now just kept the grill that was supposed to be returned to Home Depot. Now they won't assist and we have multiple witnesses that signed affidavits because we will literally need to get a lawyer to get them to tell the truth. No one will help. They are thieves. NEVER USE THEM or trust them and if they show up to pick something up treat them as the criminals they are. We are also reaching out to the BBB and the state of Colorado's regulatory board through contacts to try and stop them from doing business in Colorado. If you can choose who your order is delivered by, I would recommend choosing anyone other than this company. My order was delivered on 11/19/18 after being rescheduled multiple times. One of those times was due to their window of time not meeting my availability and the others were due to the route being cancelled. On 11/19/18 I was expecting my son's bunk beds that I paid $175 for shipping and "deluxe white glove assembly". Two gentleman (who were both very kind to me) brought the 143 item into my apartment and left it on my floor and informed me that they only had 15 minutes allotted to deliver this item. When I complained that my item was supposed to include assembly, they got on the phone with someone who informed them that I would need to call and have SOMEONE ELSE come out and assemble the item for me because assembly typically takes 2-2.5 hours. I was offered the option to refuse the delivery (that I had waited weeks for) or to accept the item and wait for someone from the company to call me to schedule assembly. I immediately got online to nsd's website and chatted with a representative who told me that the assembly time still had to be approved by the terminal and someone would contact me hopefully before the thanksgiving holiday to get it taken care of. To this day, I have yet to receive a call to assemble my item. I have sent two separate emails to the claims department with NSD and not received response on either of those either to rectify the situation. I assembled these beds myself. It took me four hours. I paid $175 for these to be delivered and assembled for me. I'm still waiting on that call to get them assembled. I found an email on here today when reading reviews "Extramile@shipnsd.com" and I have contacted that email. I have included my previous emails to claims along with the screenshot of my conversation with NSD. Should the situation be rectified I'm willing to update my review but at this time, I don't believe this company cares about how I was wronged or plans on doing anything to resolve it. I ordered a 48 inch cosmo duel fuel range from Lowe's on May 14,2029. Delivery date may 24. Got a call delivery was changed to May 28. Waited till 7:30 pm then called around and nobody I talked to knew where my range was. I have talked to Lowes, condo and others in between. It's now June 3 and I still don't have my range or know when or if it will even be delivered. I can't get through to speak with anyone at nsd. I've been told my BB range is sitting in their Houston terminal 20 minutes from my house and has been for 2 weeks. This is the worst delivery system ever. How do you lowe a 48 inch range???? How is it that there isn't one person available anywhere that can get my range to me?? If I knew how to contact nsd or had an address I'd go get it myself if it's even there!!! read more

This company might be good other places, but the one out of Wichita, KS is not dependable! After a month, still haven't received all my order! And they have been to my place twice already! (Same driver) I saw the paperwork, and if they look at it when they leave, they would know what they were to have loaded. I ordered a split bed (mattress set and bases). They delivered just bases the first trip. After multiple calls to the sending company, and the delivery company, two weeks later we received only one of the mattresses from the set we ordered. Didn't get the second mattress as of a month later. Needless to say, this is one very unhappy, very frustrated customer! read more

It's 11/2, I'm waiting on my order from **8/28** to be delivered to my company. On 9/12 NSD delivers the item. It is damaged. NSD promises a replacement would be furnished within 5 business days and that the return would be expedited. On 10/4 the vendor states the shipment has clearly been lost so they will dispatch another. On 10/8 it shows as shipped. On 10/17 it shows as arrived at NSD Chantilly, within an hour of our office. I am never contacted about this shipment. On 10/30 I contact the vendor again, who will assume zero responsibility and refers me to NSD. NSD says they don't know where the shipment is... even though tracking clearly shows it's in Chantilly. They have to email the sender (which is somehow different from the vendor), and ask for a "delivery receipt". I am told I will be contacted on 10/31. Today, It's 11/2, and nothing -- over TWO MONTHS OF RIDICULOUSNESS. I have spent COUNTLESS HOURS on the phone for this. I do not work in procurement, I work in Cyber Security -- I just had the misfortune of putting this item on my AMEX for my team. I am out $1800+ and will never receive this equipment if NSD is at all involved! The money has already been disbursed and this expense long ago paid, so a charge back from AMEX will open up another financial nightmare for me to deal with at work when I receive the funds back on my card that are not from our previous fiscal year and need to get them disbursed via check and then back into the financial system of a 400,000+ person corporation. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I'm having the same issue as a lot of other reviews I'm now reading on here. I ordered a large expensive item from Amazon back on July 7th. It's been sitting in Thorofare, NJ (not terribly far from me) since July 17th but, I didn't think anything of it because I had a SCHEDULED delivery for today between 9am & 12pm. Well, it never showed. I had to take the day from work because someone HAS to be here to sign for it. I tried calling customer service but was on hold for over half an hour & nobody answered so I called Amazon. They were able to reach customer service and were told that the other party (Estes) hasn't delivered it to them for them to deliver to me. They said that they were going to look into it and that I should receive a call within 1 to 2 business days to reschedule delivery. At this point, I doubt that I will hear back from them. If they do call back, and I do get it rescheduled, it means that I will need to take another day off from work and hope that they show this time. I've already sent emails to the three addresses I found in other reviews to try and have this rectified. I would not do business with this company again if you paid me!!! The delivery people refused to deliver to a particular room, which I had asked for through Amazon. I asked then that they at least move the item (a heavy treadmill) just a few feet inside my home so it was out of the way, but they refused to even do that. Just incredibly rude, and it seems to me based on other reviews that this is just par for the course with this company. I ordered a sofa from Amazon, scheduled to be delivered on 18 May by NSD. I have repeatedly tried to contact NSD customer service via phone, email, and chat, but you do not staff any of your customer services. I have been tracking my shipment on your website and it continuously reads that it's being transferred to the Last Mile depot (not even sure what that means). I have contacted Amazon and they refer me to you, but there is no way to get in contact. It's pretty upsetting that I have no idea when my product will arrive. read more

I've never had a yelp account before but felt compelled to share my experience with NSD...I've never dealt with a company so disorganized. I purchased an item through Home Depot late last month with an estimated delivery date of 11/11. The item was never delivered, and I wasn't notified of any change. Information was significantly limited, and the only "information" I received was after I made several attempts to contact NSD, which the terminal informed me "We'll need to get back to you Monday". Delivery date: 11/11 - NSD Tracking website showing "Out for Delivery"... NSD lost part of my Moms order from Home Depot of table and chairs. When I called HD they let me know they couldn't find the tracking from NSD for the table and decided the only route was to return what we received and reorder. We opted for just returning and were told NSD would have to pick up. I called almost a dozen times and every single time was hung up on. I emailed numerous times with no response. I went on their chat and was told first that I had to wait 5 working days before I could schedule a return, so I waited 7 working days and then was told the terminal was closed. Then I used the chat again and was left on 'we're looking into this for you' for half an hour. When I put in the chat that was going to file a complaint with every regulatory agency I could find suddenly I got a call. I called HD though and told them I preferred to return on site because I don't trust this company to not lose the return and then have my mom get stuck with a $650 bill for nothing. Do NOT use this company, they are a fraud! read more

If I could give negative 5 stars, it would be too generous. After waiting an entire day for a large package that never arrived with no correspondence whatsoever from NSD, I had to go through Amazon to get answers and was met with a totally rude and incompetent representative at NSD named Robert. He refused to give his last name, refused to give a superior's name (although provided a phone number that may or may not be legit). Robert talked over me instead of listening, tried to dissuade me from scheduling a time to pick up my own package (I don't trust them to deliver anything) and had a plethora of excuses. I'm furious. Amazon needs to end their contract with them immediately. I've never been so inconvenienced or offended by lack of regard for customers' time and money. read more

WORST COMPANY EVER! I've been trying to help my Dad out with a return pickup from Home Depot. He's been given the run around for 10 days. I've now been notified they would schedule a pickup in 24-48 hours. We're still waiting for a call. Their chat feature on their website appears broken. And when I've called again today their system has hung up on me twice, and now I'm waiting for an automatic return call 2 hrs later. read more

Kathy M. I ordered a large item from Home Depot and was suppose to receive it before 6/30/2021, I/m still waiting. It has been here in Spokane since 6/23/2021 with no update and no notification of when I can expect it. They do not answer calls and do not call back when requested to per their instructions when calling. I have called Home Depot and they cannot get a response from NSD, I have let Home Depot know I will not order online from them as long as they use NSD. read more

I would do less than a star if I could. Very terrible shipping service. I ordered fencing from Home Depot and not giving a choice in having it delivered via different service. This service lost my shipping info and now giving me an error telling me there's an exception and to contact them which basically means it's lost or stolen. Really upsets me since I have a huge project that I'm needing the fencing for soon. I'm getting no help from them or even Home Depot on the matter. read more

Thank you for the opportunity to give my feedback of my recent experience with NSD and my delivery on Tuesday June 29, 2021 (Tracking # 34161829). In basic terms I am very unhappy with the services your company provided. Here are my reasons why: 1. My treadmill sat in your terminal for 9 days before it was delivered. Keep in mind, that I live less than 20 minutes from your terminal. 2. When you delivered my treadmill, your drivers slid the 325lb treadmill across my living room floors. My wife asked them to use the two-wheel dolly they had with them to no avail. Due to them sliding the treadmill across our floors, they scratched our floors. This scratch is about 6 feet long and damages 5 flooring planks. 3. They delivered the treadmill on its side. Instead of delivering the box in the current positioning, they took the lazy way out and left it on its side. NSD Spartanburg told me that the box would not fit on its back so it was left on its side. When I came home from work, I was able to position the box correctly between the doorframe and floor vent, without touching either one. 4. As soon as the item was delivered my wife called me and stated that our floors had been damaged by NSD. I immediately called NSD and NordicTrack about the flooring issues and damage to the box (ripped, dented and wet). I explained the situation to the Spartanburg NSD terminal and was asked to send pictures. As instructed, I sent my wife's pictures to gsp@jdenterprise.biz and was told that they would be in touch with me. The next day I resent the pictures and said that their divers' pictures did not show a scratch in our floors, and there was no documentation on the driver's paperwork. Since they can not determine it was their fault, they are not responsible for the damage. Cindy or Bianca would not return my call to discuss the damage. 5. I find it very interesting that the photographs I sent NSD minutes after the delivery show a long scratch the goes under the box. I feel that NSD was insinuating that my 60-year-old wife pushed the 325lb box by herself and caused the scratches. REALLY!!! 6. NSD would not send me their driver photographs of the delivery as I requested. As you can see, I am not happy with the delivery, customer service or follow up of NSD. read more

I wish I had something nice to say. I put a review on here and right away got a response from the company. They asked me to email them the order number so they could get this taken care of. I was happy that they responded so soon as I had sent an email, tried to call, and tried the chat option. Chat does not respond, email is a generic one telling you to go online which is where I got the email address from and the phone call puts you on hold and then finally hangs up. It shows in their update that my order is in my town on the 27th it shows it would be delivered on the 3rd -5th. Then was changed to the 14th. I finally had to call Amazon and have it canceled. The company had not scheduled delivery and I like so many others have shared the same experience. Amazon said they think it might have been lost. I do not know. I only know their record for getting your delivery does not look very good. read more
