1 star is about 3/4 of a star too high for them. I ordered an air conditioner from Lowes, they shipped it using NSD. The air conditioner was shipped over a week ago from reno, Nevada on its way to Oregon. Great. Except, it spends roughly 2 days at every stop, when it finally reached portland, Oregon I was excited, expecting to see it relatively soon. No such luck, it spent 2 days in portland and then headed to Spokane Washington where it has been for about 2 days now. The delivery is estimated to be between the 6th and tomorrow but I have yet to be able to get through to their customer service to give me any estimated time of the delivery. BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF RESPONSIVENESS I WIL BE INFOR.ING LOWES THAT I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AS LONG AS THEY CONTINUE TO USE NSD TO SERVICE THEIR DELIVERIES. UPDATE: after my review I was asked to contact them regarding my delivery. I contacted them through email, while on hold with them on the phone. ( called 4 times today, none of the calls were answered and they were all ended by the automated system they use) they responded through email however to let me know that my delivery which is supposed to show up no later than tomorrow was not received at their local station yet and they do not have an eta on it but they would "get it scheduled " glad to see they're not breaking tradition of refusing to give any real information. At this time I have not been offered any solution, there has been no help at all. Update: NSD has called me , they don't know where my shipment is, they expect that I will be getting it a week later than the final delivery day in the time frame they quoted. read more

I rarely make negative reviews and typically like to give companies the benefit of the doubt but I have never been so irritated with a company and dealt with a company that just has no regard for their customers. I ordered a bed frame Home Depot and this company delivered it. When they pulled into my driveway another heavy package delivery on their truck had fallen on top of mine. The box was clearly damaged and the delivery man needed help from my husband to move the other package off of my delivery and bring it into our home. He brought it in the house and promptly left before we could evaluate the damage of our product. We opened the bed and it was completely damaged and broken. We started the return process because it was unacceptable. It took NSD 3 weeks to get ahold of to come back and pick up the bed to return it. I spent 2 weeks calling every day to try to get them to pick up the return because I don't have a vehicle big enough to return this large item. The call times out after 16 mins with the claim that they'll call you back. After 2 weeks I can assure you this is not the case. I even had Home Depot call them several times with the same result. Finally they picked up the bed a week ago and I have still not received my refund. When I asked Home Depot why my money hasn't been refunded they said it is because NSD hasn't returned the product back to the warehouse yet! She contacted NSD for me and was told that they are just behind and I will have to wait for them to deliver my return to the warehouse but can't give a tentative date. I called NSD to try to speed things up and the call again timed out. I would suggest you never deal with this company if you can help it. Please suggest to Home Depot and Amazon to not use this delivery service. I am now out over $600 with no clue if I will ever get it back because NSD can't tell me where or when my package will get to the warehouse. Good luck if you must use this delivery service. I hope one day they can make some adjustments to get their customer service and working processes more acceptible. read more

I wish I could leave no stars. I was suppose to have a delivery for a pressure washer august 1 2021. Here we are august 8, 2021 no delivery and no answers. No one answers phones. After reading the reviews, I am not sure why any business would use this company for reliable delivery. I ordered a birthday present for my husband a few weeks back. Expected delivery from the supplier was the day before his birthday, it was going to be perfect. After I got the tracking number, it showed "out for delivery" from 3pm-6pm. Obviously that time came and went. This morning, I engaged an agent in chat and was informed, their truck broke down yesterday, the truck for today is full, and I won't get it until Tuesday next week. I am beyond frustrated. I will try calling corporate later this morning, but I am almost positive that won't get me anywhere either. Poor excuse for a delivery company. UPDATE: They were quick to respond to help, but nothing changed. Still completely missing the date that was provided by seller. I will be reporting back to the seller about this experience. Maybe a new business model should be considered, after all the negative reviews, something needs to change. read more

I am not really sure how a company operates like this. My delivery has been at the local terminal for a week now and they havent contacted me for delivery. I have called them on multiple occasions but they dont pickup and then the automated system says they will call you back but they never do. I have used the chat sessions online but they always seem to disconnect. I have sent social medial messages with no response back. I have also contacted the supplier about the lack of service NSD is providing and their Concierge service has talked with them on multiple occasions (not the local terminal, just their general contact) and NSD lied and said they called me 3 times in one day...they had not called me once so the Concierge service called me to see if NSD had the correct number (plus they have my email any way) and I picked up so Concierge knew the number was correct. At this point, I am completely fine going and picking up my package from their terminal, I just need someone to contact me. It is ridiculous that a company operates this way day in and day out given all of the complaints about their service. read more

Amazon has a scheduled delivery on Aug 16 at 5pm but no one from your company has reached out to me and your website does not have an estimated delivery date. I have tried calling multiples times with no response. How does no one answer a phone call when someone is on hold for an hour? I would like someone to contact me and give me a delivery date. I am so angry with the service I was provided by this company. I paid $200 for the installation and delivery of my NordicTrack equipment and the installation wasn't even complete when they left. I had to plug in some wires and plug in the equipment before I realized that the resistance levels are not responding because the installation must have pinched wires. So now I have to personally disassemble and reassemble the equipment myself!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. read more

I feel so nervous about their delivery after reading so many negative reviews, because this is birthday gift and I don't want it to be messed up. I received a text message, an email, and a phone call a day before reminding me of the delivery time. On the day, I received again an email and a text message that it was out for delivery. Then 20 minutes before it was delivered, I received a call but I was not able pick it up. Two guys then came asking me whether I want it in front door or garage, and then they left it in my garage (as I want). Very easy process and friendly delivery people. I purchased a compressor through HomeDepot in June of this year. The item did not work, so Homedepot suggested I call NSD to schedule the pick up. I called them on 6 July and spent several minutes before I was given the option to have them call me back at my office number. They never called. I next called them on 14 July to schedule the aforementioned pick-up. This time I did not opt to have them call me back; after 30 minutes on hold, they hung up on me. I then opted to use their "Chat" to see if I would have better luck. The person I "chatted with was Sabastian. He was helpful and assured me I would have a call-back within 24 hours. I waited for the call that never came. Once again I opted to use the chat option and was helped by someone, who assured me someone would contact me to finalize the pick-up. You guessed it, no call back. Today is 30 July and was on the phone and on their "chat" to see if someone would be able to help. No luck. They hung up on me after half an hour, and the chat was abruptly closed. Please steer clear of this shipping & courier company. Their follow-through is nearly none existent, and their means of communication is rudimentary at best. I have informed HomeDepot that this firm is a horrible representation of who and what they represent. read more

I have an item that weighs 300 pounds that was due to be returned to the original company. NSD was contacted to pick up my item. Initially, it took them 1 week after scheduling the pick up to come out. Though they knew the item was heavy, they only sent one person. The guy who came told me, "You're going to have to yell at them. These guys are the worst". He wasn't kidding. I stayed on the phone for hours, trying to get someone to come out a second time. After finally scheduling pick up the second time around, and being promised by a manager that there would be 2 people to pick up my 300 pound item, a guy shows up at my door, and guess what --- it's only one person AGAIN!!! He left saying that he couldn't pick up my item alone. I'm pregnant and cannot help him move the item. I cannot understand why it's so hard to get 2 people to pick up one item from my house. The item is still laying in my backyard, on my grass, after 3 weeks! Terrible customer service, and completely unreliable. This company is the worst. read more

Delivery window came and went (I took time off work to meet them at a time that was scheduled 2 weeks in advance) without any contact from NSD. Tracking still says it will be delivered during that window from multiple days ago, no updates provided and I was never contacted about the delay. Nonexistent customer service. Have been trying for days to get a hold of someone and it's literally impossible. The online chat doesn't work at all, and when waiting on hold for a representative it kicks you off after 15 minutes with the claim that someone will contact you when they are available. I have never been able to talk to someone about my order despite multiple attempts to talk with someone. It's been DAYS since my scheduled delivery time and I've received absolutely no contact of any kind from the company aside from one message that their systems aren't working. If you place an order and it's going to be fulfilled by NSD - just cancel the order and buy it somewhere else. read more

After reading alot of the reviews for this delivery company and my own experiences that are exactly the same. Horrible customer service that is nearly impossible to talk to anyone. I did talk to someone on the chat today and they said my toolbox was at the local terminal. I asked for the phone number for the terminal, so i could contact the scheduler myself. She told me it was against their protocols to give out any information about the terminals. I was given the same line that they couldn't reach anyone at the terminal and they would have them contact me. read more

TERRIBLE customer service. I purchase a treadmill which was delivered late and paid for assembly. No one from NSD contacted me and then randomly received a text that they were coming on a Monday. I stayed home for the 4-hour window they gave me only for no one to show up! I contacted the number that texted me and no one answered. For the following two days I received no update and couldn't get a hold of anyone by phone, text, or chat. Had to spend at least an hour of my time contacting Nordic Track only for them to tell me it's NSD's responsibility. Probably the worst customer service I've ever received. This company will not answer the phone and did not drop off my package at a scheduled time. I ordered a couch through Amazon, and this company had said they were going to deliver it each day this week. I called them and told them I am only available on Saturday, and they said to simply verify delivery on Friday. I did so, and they said they would deliver between 10:00am and 1:00pm. They did not deliver, and apparently they don't deliver on Sundays. This means that we are without any livingroom seating for the entire week. This company needs new management and Amazon should not be doing business with them. Extremely poor customer service. Vanity Order placed 4/01/24, NSD accepted the delivery order. Showed up one man short to bring 300lb vanity up three levels. Said they would only bring it in of I accepted responsibility for all damages that may occur. Then loaded up the vanity refusing to deliver to "the room of choice" I paid extra for saying they be back another day. They scheduled 3 times thereafter. 1st time claiming no one was home, then admitted they didn't have a 3rd person. Day 2, just never came, day 3 claimed I refused it. After four days of complete dishonesty I called HD for help. They acknowledged NDS was not being truthful. They offered to send another delivery company to go pick it up and deliver. Hopefully NSD didn't lose parts when they took it out of the box before they sped off with the vanity I paid for and can't use. I ordered a product through Home Depot that was delivered through NSD. Worst delivery experience I have ever had with an online purchase. Their tracking system might as well not even be used by consumers because the company itself doesnt appropriately update the status. My above mentioned package was out for delivery for 3 days before it was finally delivered.... TO THE WRONG HOUSE!!! I had to rent a trailer myself as this was a large item. Load it and move it to my house as it was right in front of the people's garage that it was delivered at. Not to mention the first day it was out for delivery it had a set 4 hour window it which it wasnt delivered so naturually I figured I would receive a courtesy email or call to tell me what occurred. Nope.. nothing. Had to call them myself to have them tell me it would be delivered within the next 5 days??? No specific day just within the next 5 days. How does a company thats primary service is logistics still exist when they operate like this. Not an isolated incident either obviously. Horrible service. I never received my item. This order was placed January 21st with a February 18th delivery date. They were days late picking it up at the vendor. That's understandable but it arrived in Tampa March 2nd and got on the truck for delivery March 3rd. It went on the truck and off the truck for five days and then as of March 9th it was still on the truck for deliver. Today, March 16, I still have not received it. I have called the vendor, Lowe's where I actually purchased the item, and Non Stop Delivery. Lowe's, the vendor nor myself could reach anyone at Non stop delivery. they didn't answer chats, emails or phone calls. I spoke with them over the phone to setup my appointment and explained that I would need the appointment to be in the afternoon of the delivery day. They said that would be fine but somehow it was scheduled for the morning. I tried contacting them 3 different times using differently ways (i.e. phone call, IM), and couldn't get a hold of them to reschedule. They set the delivery window from 8-10am and the delivery occurred at 6:50am with no call before arrival. They unpleasantly woke up my fiancée by using the doorbell. read more

I ever give a one star rating to a company but, NSD should be for Non Satisfaction Delivery. Package is more than a week late. Reps can't get a hold of the terminal, ever, so no call to schedule a delivery is ever occurring. 15 minutes on the customer service line automatically ends the call with a promise that "We will call you back when it's your turn" Must have a million people in line because a week later and about a dozen attempted calls and I never get a call back. Anyway, thanks to Amazon and their conference calls I can speak to the Reps where I am promised and guaranteed "Tomorrow is the day!" Maybe we're speaking a different form of English because tomorrow typically means the next business day and I, for some reason, am told "Tomorrow is the day!" every single day with nothing occurring the next day. Weird, right? Yeah. Real weird. Real incompetent. Anyway, case gets "escalated" each time before an actual rep says "it's only been escalated once and no one sent emails." That's great, isn't it? The absolute best customer service I have ever had. Items been sitting in a terminal since June 25th and it's July 7th and I, you guess it, still won't have it. My bet is maybe next week I will get a call. I am making a yelp account just to leave this review because a chat agent gave me this link to yelp. Thanks Margarita, I've never had a customer service agent from any company say "I don't know" and "I am not sure" as much as you had. The way that they handle business should absolutely be illegal. I ordered a NordicTrac elliptical machine on 1/31 It was received to my local NSD center of 2/14 , I was told I would receive a call within 24-48 hours. I did not receive a call. I waited a couple more days and called NSD customer service. No one ever picked up the phone. I would wait 20 minutes and then the automated voice would say I would receive a call back. I never got a call back. I have called everyday since 2/21. I have reached out via the chat function many many times. A lady told me that NSD did not have my phone number hence the delay ... however, I had to input my phone number for EACH phone call and EACH time I started the chat. I was told again, many , many times that I would receive a call from the scheduling team to finally schedule my delivery. I have not yet been called. I have emailed the customer service listed on website. Everyday , many times per day. Again ... I am told that the "situation has been escalated and I should receive a call by end of day." Guess what?! I haven't received a call. I haven't received any communication and NSD literally has my machine hostage. Such an absolutely horrible experience , and I paid for "white glove service. I just want what I paid for and for someone to communicate with me. They're all liars, whom are not communicating with one another whatsoever. Shame on this business. This company was contracted to handle a Wayfair return they may be a scam emails phone calls and the chat are never returned by human. Caution may be a scam. UPDATE: I never leave reviews but I saw someone else's got an actual reply from a company so I tried it. I got a reply but they asked me to email them my information. I did... immediately got a reply back saying that they could not help me because "local terminal" unnamed company couldn't be reached. They gave me no contact info or name. I don't usually get this irritated at a company, but NSD is the most remarkably horrible company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I am not even sure to start with their list of ineptitudes. Well, I ordered a Pool table through Amazon with a delivery date of July 2, 2021. The item arrived in my state of WA. The order then sat in their terminal for 5 days before the delivery date. Well, I called Amazon and they weren't surprised at all about this. They plan to stop using them very soon due to their horrible customer service and customers complaining about late deliveries or them not delivering at all! It's been almost two weeks with no schedule delivery date. I tried calling NSD again, which is useless. The chat never works. I ordered my pool table June 24th. They've had it since June 26th. It's in my state only 30 mins away and it has been sitting in their terminal since. All in all, avoid this company like the plague. Between their sad excuse for customer service, complete lack of contact methods that result in speaking to someone, and their complete disregard for agreed-upon delivery dates, you would be better off asking the company you are buying from to not use them. If anyone wants to start a petition to ask Amazon and Home Depot to stop using them as a carrier I would love to get on board with that! If you decide to make your own life miserable and "contact" them, let me let you know what you're in for. Tracking through the website: Information never updated in any semblance of real-time. Remarkably inaccurate. Chat feature: Be prepared to see an automatic reply saying "Waiting for Customer Care representative," every 5 minutes (literally) for over an hour. Phone call: Yeah right, they won't answer... and a bonus, it times out after 16 minutes with a claim they will call you back at the number you called from. Since I have called them 17 times in 5 days and received ZERO calls back, I feel safe in assuming that is a complete lie. God help. read more

Had the same issues as many others here. I ordered a vanity from Home Depot. Received a call stating my item would be delivered 2-22, nothing arrives. 2-24 I was told it is still being prepared for shipping. 2-25 was told it was actually delivered on the 21st. 2-26 was told the tracking number can't be found. Can't get a straight answer from NSD and Hone Depot is clueless on the status. Awful company. Update: Never received any information from Pat about my order, other than the initial contact stating he would "look in to it". Ended up just cancelling my order through Home Depot. After one call to NSD, Home Depot did not even question the refunding of my money. Must be NSD's stellar costumer service. Could not even reorder the item because it was out of stock. Ordered items from Home Depot on line. HD is using None Stop Delivery (NSD) as their delivery carrier. It has been a week already, items are sitting at NSD terminal and do NOT get delivered. DO NOT BUY online at Home Depot, you will be waiting and wondering if you'll ever receive the items. NSD service is really bad. Why would huge company as HD use cheap/unreliable carrier as NSD (maybe for the "cheap part") to deliver and potentially lose customers. read more

My bed frame was expected to be delivered between the time frame of 4p-8p with a 30minute courtesy pre call while in route. This company delivered my bed frame at 9:45 at night! My family was woken up to the sound of a big box truck pulling into our drive in the dark with no courtesy call! The delivery guy was going to leave my bed frame out in the rain hadn't I got out of bed and opened the garage door to let him put it inside (description on website says "delivery inside main entrance". After all this, we unpacked our bed frame and it was broken! The side rail was broke in half and there was a crack and chipped paint on the headboard and footboard.
